Reviews From google play store

Should have released an android Windows phone with this! I've used nova launcher since changing from my Windows phone when they got discontinued but found I was always tweeking the settings to get it right. This launcher has everything I want on the home page without the need to spend hours tweaking everything. This is what the windows phone should have been running as default instead of Windows 10 mobile. I liked the design of both but not everyone had the same opinion I guess.

all I wanted from this app was to send receive photos, and to turn on and off my computer from my couch. It completely changed my phones operating system cramming all my apps into a long list and placing all Microsoft apps over the front page of my phone. I dont want or have time to figure this out. I want a simple app that allows me to connect/control my PC.

Used to love, became meh. Had to install a 3rd party wallpaper changer because the one in this became glitchy. Now the search bar when you're reading an article flickers up and down annoyingly. The design has gone plain white with no option to have the far more integrated look it used to. I'm simply left wondering why I'm still using this...

great colors, great screen. I haven't found out how to just keep 6 icons on the front page and the rest that I need on the second page, like (I was doing with google) editing it in and out of a storage page by touch. Now, they go to the top of page as "recent" if I touch it. Don't need "recent". I would like no ckutter, keepping only six icons on the first page with a search bar, and the rest out of a second page to go to it when I need any. Other than this, I LOVE MS in all. Thank you.☺

Almost perfect. Use this launcher on Teclast and LG. Their launchers either are blank or in LG's case over designed. However this launcher has a problem with a live wallpaper that flips images from the gallery. Double click equals black screen till I try to hit back

I love this app, It allows you to link an account to your PC (or mac, idk though) and gives a simple app list. There is one problem though, ot doesnt transfer your homescreen, thats why I diddnt rate it 5 stars. Great job Microsoft! ☆☆☆☆

Great alternative to nova launcher. But forces to Microsoft services only, cannot set google as default search engine. Launcher gives option to set google as default search engine, but when we hit search button loads Bing by default. Dont understand why google search engine option s given if Bing was made default in the first place. Pls improve this.

I've never used anything but Touchwiz but I must say I'm really impressed with the Microsoft Launcher. It runs very smoothly and has some interesting features like the app drawer and as I use Microsoft products, it integrates very nicely with those. I do have a problem now though, and that is my weatherzone widget doesn't work with Microsoft Launcher.

the app perform how it was intended and it is really good indeed. My problem though is the notification bar when the wallpaper is white in the blur theme, the text is white and i cannot read it at all. But overall, it is great already, just some minor issues. Keep up the good work

Doesn't scale properly for tablets. I have a 10.5 inch display and in landscape mode the wallpaper is zoomed in and icon folders do not scale properly. Some of the option menus only display fully in portrait mode. This launcher has promise but not incorporating proper big screen functionality is a glaring fault.

It's okay and I like the Search and it's connected to my Microsoft account, but the launcher has NEVER shown me any of my calendar appointments. We use Microsoft Exchange (for now) and Microsoft Outlook and that part works fine, but the launcher just doesn't show the calendar for our accounts. If it shows up on my phone in Outlook, the launcher should be able to see it as well.

It's such an excellent and flawless luncher. It's the best luncher I've ever used. It has so many unique features which allow you to get things done easier and faster. Plus it has a clean and smart design that really enhances your phone's appearance. Thanks a million Microsoft Team!

I love this launcher so much that I replaced my nova launcher with it. I'm giving it three stars because it's like all the other launchers, it doesn't add the stock calendar widget to home screen. That widget doesn't exist when using this launcher. What is it with 3rd party launchers and the calendar widget? edit: please fix applying icon packs. it doesn't apply them on all of the applications. I'd literally have to go and fix them one by one.

I like the app overall, but I feel that cortana is becoming very stagnant and not improving in the areas that are most practical. Like location based reminders and now adding events to my calendar. She used to be able to do these things and now she can't, especially the calendar issue. Every time I try it just keeps saying that she's "hitting a snag and to try again later". She didn't say that 2 months ago.

Nice! A couple of buggy twitches here and there. Glad to have Cortana back. I would give it 5 stars if I could get Live Tiles working on this launcher, too.

Does what it's supposed to, and does so elegantly. I like it far more than I do the default interface that came with my Samsung Galaxy S7.

Rubbish, when you personalize it you can't create blank pages and blank pages which were created by Samsung also disappear. Tried many ways to make it work to no avail even after finding tips for app online. So if you want to move a widget to a blank page i.e. a calendar, you can't as you can only create an already dedicated page. This is using home screen of 6 x 7, so if you have to use a standard setting to create a blank page what's the point of this launcher.

Really good launcher on my s9+ and s10+ now. has gotten better over the months/year

After the last update, I faced the following issue. When I am opening a folder, Microsoft launcher shifts back to the home screen.

Setting a wallpaper is cropping the wallpaper without prompt, I have a single home screen and have any motion/movement effects disabled for the wallpaper. Please add an option to add wallpapers without crop, this is especially annoying since the wallpapers being applied are the exact resolution of my screen. Device: Galaxy S10+
