It is a good app but it just needs further optimization. For example when I'm on a call with a colleague for more than 10 minutes and I have my phone to my ear, it can get quite warm. Also when am I am receiving a call and my phone rings... When I slide the button on the side of my phone in order to silence my device, the all keeps ringing. Simple things like this ought not to be overlooked.

I think this is a great app but say my friend he has a broken arm and I would love it if you put a voice control xonpanion in it so he can continue making billions for the NHS workers and making calls. This app is q great way to interact with other people and can help you even if its just to chat with your friends. I would also love it if you could do virtual backgrounds that DO NOT cut your face of and make it look like the world is in you. This is a fantastic app; one that everyone deserves

Teams is much better than Webex, Zoom & Skype. But, it only allows me to see 4 people in one screen (including me). High Quality Video, High Quality Sound, Smooth for sharing document/slides. But, if you can update the view like Webex & Zoom. You will get 5 star from me. We like to see others in the meeting especially when you have someone to do sharing. Other than that it more user-friendly if we can see all participant at anytime 😊

  4. Philip Aimufia-avatar

Just need to be able to see everyone on the the call even when they are not speaking, just like Zoom. The mobile app does not allow you call your phone from the app, unlike Zoom. On the mobile app, there is no way to start chattting with someone or with the overall group directly from the meeting page. No simple way to directly upload your background for video calling, again, unlike Zoom.

Great app, does everything other apps do in addition to extra features and additional services. Better than Skype and Skype business, lighter app that provides better audio, video and screen sharing quality even on weak and challenging internet connections. Also provides remote control as well as file sharing. Very effective, efficient, user friendly and makes your life easier and increases your productivity!

It's better than any other conference/meeting applications. Few suggestions : 1. Once I noticed the app was on mute but the team was able to hear me. #weird !! 2. No feedback option from the Teams application. #bepositive ! 3. There are no way to delete the unwanted expired meetings. #notfriendly ! 4. The app/application never shows the upcoming meetings scheduled. I always goes to my calendar and join the meeting. #extraeffort ! Please take these into your consideration for the upcoming update

  7. Dale Stephens-avatar

It's a great way to have our school organized but sometimes it takes long for the class notebook to reload after you opt to screen share. I can only see 4 people at a time. Would prefer to be able to see everyone like in Zoom. I haven't been able to find a way to share my computer audio when watching videos when I share my screen in a group video call. Editing documents on teams can also be laborious. Easier to do in OneNote first. Other than that, I like this for our small school.

  8. Alex Kukreja-avatar

I like Teams better than Slack. The tools are free & the layout is nice (built-in calendars, file sharing). The comms are also great (video conferencing). One minor issue: Teams requires you to setup a OneDrive account. Not a huge deal, but I didn't realize file back-up was automatic. This caused some immense confusion about where doc changes were located & why original copies on my harddrive were different. The issue was easily resolved, but the grief of potentially losing work!! Beware!

Teams is a very useful app, especially in these particular circumstances... You can chat, teachers can do lessons and assign homework... Everyone is using it lately! Though something is really annoying me... Ever since I made a team to discuss a school project, I am unable to make meetings. I would DEFINITELY rate this app ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if you could fix this and improve the call quality.

  10. Terra Michaels-avatar

    Terra Michaels

Overall, the calls are clearer than Skype and I like the capabilities of connecting with other tools. But it has one truly massive flaw: when you set a meeting in the calendar, you cannot invite a pre-defined "Team", you have to type each name individually. You can in Outlook, but it's extremely frustrating that it can't be done in the application (Android and Windows) so aptly called "Teams". Please fix ASAP.

  11. Shea Chrismon-avatar

Has been a lifesaver for my team to hold meetings and have discussions without leaving our homes/offices during this pandemic. I love it so much now I plan to contiune to use it with my team after all of this is over. Being able to share docs and spreadsheets and have multiple users able to edit them in real time is great!!!

  12. Rob Marques-avatar

    Rob Marques

About 95% feature parity with desktop client. I've used this on both phone and tablet for calls and meetings with great results. One annoyance: when on a teams call on a cell phone, a cellular call coming in will override your teams call and background it until you deal with the cell call. Really annoying while in a conference call, so I tend to use tablet unless I have to use cell phone.

  13. Purushottam kumar-avatar

Nice app. Really helpful with all technology. Really admiring. Can also set a profile! Was really glad when saw this option. But not able to see all the people at once but voice is audible. Also we can message and see the icons of all group members while on call. 4.5 stars! In short nice and good app must install for group calls.

  14. Jeff Kohut-avatar

    Jeff Kohut

Pretty handle. Works OK under Anrdroid running under Chrome OS, so you get the benefits of bigger screen and keyboard. It is a bit difficult to keep track of when things are busy. Sometimes I am creating a reply to a post in a Team/Channel and someone else will post and I lose my post where I am replying. Also kind of hard to search and find something someone said earlier. All in all useful, but could still use some refinement. Keep up the good work, but please don't break anything (i.e. Skype).

  15. Mustika Ridwan-avatar

    Mustika Ridwan

A complete apps for teamwork, planning, and it is directly connected to onedrive. Only one thing, the conference call only show 4 participant on the screen and the rest are only names on the bottom, perhaps it can be improved like a grid option to show more than 4 - maybe 10 to 20 participants and the rest are in the next page.

  16. Michael Reid-avatar

    Michael Reid

It's been a great tool during the stay-at-home order, for everyone in the office (approx. 20 FTEs) to login & say hello at the usual time in the morning. We chat from time to time throughout the day, sometimes including private side conversations. Then at the end of the "normal" workday, we check out, even if just changing the icon from "Available" to "Away". It's simple, & I love Microsoft!

  17. A User-avatar

    A User

I love Teams. I use it with my teaching studio for communication with my entire studio across three schools. I have a separate channel for each school, and for each student for private conversation and sharing of files that are bigger than I could share through email. Using Teams keeps important communication at our fingertips and not lost in email.

  18. Chinmay Kshirsagar-avatar

    Chinmay Kshirsagar

Good app. Gets work done. Couple of improvements would help 1. When device is locked, it just keeps ringing without showing who is calling. Have to unlock-> go to notifications-> open app-> authenticate. 2. If phone screen shared in landscape mode, screen appears vertical, with horizontal content at center. The content looks very small to other attendees.

  19. James Morton-avatar

    James Morton

This has definitely become a great tool for replacing any chat system we have previously used. It's organizational capabilities for individual teams and isolated topic discussions helps eliminate long continuous email chains. I would like to be able to create a meeting in standard outlook and have it joinable through the calendar without having to link it to a team group. As an outlook we have rooms to hold that time slot in our calendars but are not able to do so in teams.

  20. Jesse Stillwell-avatar

    Jesse Stillwell

Much better than Skype for business. The connection is faster, the video is higher quality with less delay. Sharing files with Teams is so much better, because it uses a dedicated file system unlike Skype. Screen sharing control is much smoother and allows two mouse cursors. It even puts a picture on the mouse cursor to differentiate between them. This app has saved me during the Covid pandemic. Without it, I would be lost.

I was very interested after i installed this app to start my distance learning. But after i installed i understood that this is not better than zoom on my samsung galaxy tab e 9.6 (2015). I had already started experiencing many issues like freezing and glitches. Every class i experience freezing of the document shared by my teacher. Everyone experiences freeze but at the time of freezing I can hear what others are speaking. I hope microsoft will find a solution for my problems. Thanks, Sahal

The app is great but there are some issues that I really hope you could fix it. Last night I had a meeting and suddenly it just got disconnected, I tried getting back in the meeting room but it failed multiple times, I tried everything from refreshing my phone, clearing all the cache on my phone, closing all the other apps and restarting my phone, I even tried using other device but I still can't get in. It's so frustrating I missed our meeting. I do really hope you could help me. Thanks

  23. Aliasgar Zakir-avatar

    Aliasgar Zakir

The application is very good, meetings are done smoothly without any lags. Had a great experience and loved it. Just improve one thing. Allow only the organisers to mute/unmute the participants' mics and only the organisers should have the right to remove any participant from the meeting. Otherwise, I would definately give this app Five Stars.

  24. Darshan Ingle-avatar

    Darshan Ingle

Very nice and fantastic software. Two suggestions: 1. Video and screen share not supported simultaneously window not visible while screen share on all screens like zoom. So its difficult to solve participants query on a prompt basis. As a Trainer, I hv to revisit msteams chat window periodically to address the participant queries. Pl work on these issues. They are very annoying.

  25. Oliver Bailey-avatar

Very nice app, The UI is very familiar if you use MS Teams on your pc. The only issue that really bothers me is that it crashes too often when their is to much going on. Very heavy app for an average mobile phone. Don't get me wrong i use it all the time but its instability really is annoying.

  26. Bryan Williams-avatar

    Bryan Williams

The desktop app has more features as expected, but I was expecting the app to be easier to use, it's not. The UI is oversimplified to the point of being difficult. Still suffers from the same issues as the rest of the Teams platform.. questions such as; What is Teams even meant to do? How is Teams better than using a share drive? Why does Teams use unfamiliar terms to describe old concepts? , Won't be answered by this app. You know the drill... Your office uses it, so you use it.

  27. Trask Academy-avatar

    Trask Academy

I've been using this for a month on a ChromeBook as an experiement. To its credit, it has mostly worked most of the time. The user interface is clunky and it sometimes crashes. Limited subset of the full functionality found on real computers. It deserves two stars but one more for your software engineers because they are showing good effort. Today I go back to using a real computer for this.

  28. Dan M-avatar

Has a lot of features but there are a few glitches: 1) If you have multiple accounts attached to the mobile app it doesn't always let you sign in but then if you retry a couple of times it does. 2) It's kind of difficult to do the initial setup of an organization because it gives very ambiguous errors in the process that if you keep trying will go away. 3) Adding members to a team also takes multiple tries But in terms of features, this has most of what my company needs so it's good overall

  29. Keith Wright-avatar

    Keith Wright

It works pretty well, once you figure it out. I would like to see all of the options available on the menu for each participant and not have to hover to find the others. I would also like the meeting control bar to expand at the click of one icon ALWAYS. I dislike having to switch views in Teams and having to double click to expand the control bar.

  30. Jaipal Pawar-avatar

    Jaipal Pawar

The overall App features are good.. the big deduction in starts is on account of an annoying feature.. i.e. even if you are already attending a Meeting on video or through voice call, still others can directly call you into another meetings & many a times you don't have a choice but to accept the incoming call & then inform about you being already a part of other ongoing meeting.. If you are already into any pre scheduled meeting, the third person dialling out to you should be alerted.. !!

I am always fan of MS product, ur SMS organizer, MS launcher everything is too apt, great & unique as well. You are doing awesome now in android field. I am still missing Windows phone (Lumia). Now in case of MS Teams, there is meeting chat is showing "admin restrict chat for more or some users" when I have logged into android app but all together the same meeting if I join on Windows PC/Laptop, the chat is working. Here host doesnt restrict chat to me. Please address the issue. Thanks.

I have installed & using this application for the last 2 days, I have been using my android mobile & whenever I am trying to share my mobile screen, it is not sharing my home screen so I am not able to share any files on screen.. I think Microsoft should fix this issues, this causes lot of hassles to the users. whereas through Zoom, screen can be shared very easily.. Which is not happening in Teams..

Great app! Does everything it needs to well in coordinating teams and group work. Great alternative to email and social media and other congregation methods. Has skype-like conference calling and file sharing is straight forward. Even has an interactive whiteboard that can be used by team members in a call. Definitely recommend this app

  34. Lo James-avatar

The experience is good. However, can teams be upgraded to allow more than 4 persons to display when meeting. At times sharing of documents can be challenging especially when several windows are open. Can this feature work a little better if not the current process needs to be explained better.

  35. Joanne Formosa-avatar

    Joanne Formosa

The app was fantastic until the last update which has essentially locked me out of all discussion with work colleagues. I'm locked out with "Replies Restricted", and I know I'm not the only one. Forums are full of complaints having the same issue. Customer support non-existent and no remedy in sight. No point having the app on your phone if you can't use it.

I have been using Teams for some time now at work, pre-COVID 19. But I have come to appreciate it even more now that I am working remotely. It is very easy to schedule, host and attend meetings via Teams and the video and audio quality are impressive! Teams has been instrumental in keeping our team connected and fluidly functioning during this difficult time. Thank-You Microsoft!

  37. John Kostiak-avatar

Love the connectivity between cloud and app. Great product for collaboration. Almost too much going on, sometimes it's difficult to keep up with communication because people message you through chat, team forums, comments to Office docs. I miss some discussion if I'm not actively looking. Need more forceful notifications maybe?

  38. Isaac Ong-avatar

My teachers are sending assignments and instructional material via this app due to the coronavirus. The app is usable, but I feel like the UI could be improved. For example, when a Microsoft Form is given, sometimes when I exit the form, the app gives be a blank screen with a left arrow on the top left corner that does not work. Right now, if I force close the app, the problem can be solved, but I still wish that problem was fixed.

  39. Hana Yuu-avatar

It is a good app for online courses. Many can connect at once and it allows sharing the screen with content such as videos, PowerPoint and so on. Only a three star because of difficulty in connecting on cell phone with wifi signal, background sounds and lack of clarity on images shared frequently. Overall, it is a well made app. You can organize and make appointments, comment, share data, etc.

  40. Megan Johnson-avatar

    Megan Johnson

It's not that amazing. In all honesty, I think it is pretty rubbish. This is because the website works a lot better. When I used the app for one of my seminars, I couldn't type in chat or see the screenshare that everyone else could. I wouldn't reccomend getting this app. Use the website instead.

  41. Mayureshwar More-avatar

    Mayureshwar More

Overall the app is good the only problem is to be unknown abt the person who is performing removing action within the meeting...means each person in meeting is unknown abt the person who is removing him /her.. and thats what a irritating thing one must atleast be known by whom he is being removed. So, i request the developers to pls fix this problem as soon as you can..!!🙏🏻👍🏻

I absolutely love the Teams App. It is easy to use, functions well and makes conducting business on the go a breeze. The app allows users to make or receive Teams calls, join virtual meetings, screen share, manage Outlook calendar, etc. The only function I wish my Teams app had was access to my email, but I suspect this may be a function that has been blocked by my organization.

  43. Ryan Schauer-avatar

    Ryan Schauer

The app generally works well. My biggest gripe is that it shows the mic on the screen as a status indicator but tapping it doesn't toggle. You have to tap, wait for the command bar to display, then tap the mic. On a few occasions, I've been muted and unable to get the bar to show so that I could unmute myself and talk. So I tend to tap the screen habitually throughout calls to make sure it's still responding and able to be changed.

  44. Dwayne Ripley-avatar

It may have an overabundance of functionality which can be daunting, but it is a one-stop application for all my resesrch, teaching and collaborative work needs. I switched from Slack and now prefer Teams as it integrates everything I need instead of having add-ons, plus it is often supported in larger organizations. (I still think Slack is great). I look forward to seeing more design roll-outs for education.

  45. Elisa Dominguez-avatar

I am a student and i have been using the app for a month. I would rate it 5/5 stars if it were not for a very important problem: When using ANDROID based phones or tablets, the files that are located in read only folders will not show. As a result, i have to use a computer to access those files. Fixing this problem is crucial as many students do not have a computer at home.

I'm a Droid user. It seems like this app was designed for this platform because of its ease of use and icon similarities to other well known apps. So far no crashes of any kind or performance hits that I've noticed. I'll continue to use this simple and easy to use app. Team, keep improving but don't loose sight of making it more secure.

  48. MYSTERIOUS GUY-avatar

When I am calling my friends, there is always somebody who is muting or kicking us. I want to know who is doing that all the time to us and to me. I was being muted every half an hour, i was getting so mad about that. Can this app have something that detects who is muting us and kicking us all the time. Because in the quarantine we are having a class call on this app and there is always someone wich is kicking and muting me all the time. If I will not know who it is I will delete this app!😡

It's a good application. Pros: Can conduct meeting for all day, no time limit, can add as many participants. Cons : many features are not available on mobile, bit laggy, system or mobile hangs in between. Sometimes observed eco of voice is there, only 4 participants video is on along with the presenter/organizer.

I love this app because it is very fast and we get notifications even if we get assignments but what the manager should do is that because it is hard for the people to do work as some of them do not have laptops or computers (which doesn't Involve me!) have difficulty in watching the power point presentations and word files so plz do something in which everyone can watch everything in any kind of device Thanks for reading and cooperating to take your time and read this note 😊

It's intuitive, it includes everything you would need to communicate on any level. From I am to email, from phone call to video chat, all the way to calendar invites. This is every other application I've used rolled into one. I would say it's only a main competitor is Discord.

  52. Mélissa Lafrance-avatar

    Mélissa Lafrance

Does everything you want from a collaboration tool: instant messaging, share documents, share screen, make calls and videoconferences. The only downside are the calendar option; its not already integrated in the app, also, when you have a videoconference meeting you can only see the last four people who talked, other participants are hidden. But overall its a great app!! I recommend it!

  53. Samuel-avatar

Great and most importantly, secure application for collaboration, video conferencing with notes and file sharing. Also ideal for both enterprise and educational settings. Comes loaded with features including file sharing, whiteboard, meeting notes and best of all, integration with Microsoft Office and Sharepoint. Also syncs with the Desktop application

Its very good and clear most of the time, but the layout has changed on my laptop so it's not very clear how to start calls/meetings, so maybe you could make that a bit clearer, please? It might just be me though. Overall though it's excellent and really simple to use, and it makes online school and work much easier :))

Fantastic app. Loved the experience. The video and the audio quality is superb. You can configire this on mobile too and all calls, messages and notifications can be taken on the phone as well. Easily add or remove members from a meeting. Microsoft should work on providing a full fledged whiteboard and sticky note option for making this a complete collaboration tool.

It's not intuitive when it comes to connecting with external contacts, moving files and folders around within the app is fairly clunky (annoying when you're trying to share between personal OneDrive and a Team or SharePoint OneDrive), and there seems to be a limitation when it comes to taking control of the screen when using the web based app (the "Give Control" pop up doesn't seem to appear on the computer for which control is being asked) Otherwise it's a pretty stellar way to connect & share!

The apps is unfriendly to use especially if we want to invite people for a meeting. Email send will take around 10 to 15 minutes to reach the invited person. It gets very frustrating, when error message keeps on pooping out almost everytime i send an email invitation. To be fair, the desktop version seems to be ok. Until this apps is improve, i am not going to use Microsoft Team for online meeting, since I depend a lot on my mobile phone and tab.

The app and desktop version both need help making the user interface more intuitive. It just seems like nothing is where I think it should be. Functionally, it works. MS Windows started out with a great idea. Make programs more intuitive by adopting a standard menu. Now MS is one of the worst for trying to reinvent the wheel in every app.

Poor interface and settings. seems like it was made in a few hours. Accidentally uploaded extra file. Won't let me cancel upload. Makes you restart the app for most setting changes but forces you to restart for each one individually. Doesn't always register meetings going on. No option for notifications when meetings start.

I received an invite email, I signed in on my laptop without any problems, but every time I try to sign in on my smartphone, it gives me an error message saying I don't have an invite. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone, but I get always stuck at login.

In recent few days teams is completely messing up - no message notifications, no call notifications, messages getting swapped between conversations in the display view, messages not getting unread even after opening and closing, and many more issues (only with Android app, desktop is doing fine). Pl check and update the app.

Works better, in some ways, than the Teams App on Mac right now. I especially appreciate the quiet hours feature since we have groups which get noisy all hours of the day. The reply to conversation feature is awesome. I wish they had it on Teams for Mac. Looking forward to see if they add it to Mac.

Never had any problems with it. Use it for work - mainly for chat and taking calls while away from PC and not much more, but the functionality is there even screen share. Once took a call walking the dog and was able to clearly see the other persons screen from the middle of a field and fix an issue on the go. Brilliant app - and it supports dark mode 😁

Other than the app being very hard to source on traditional opperating systems such as window. Teams is superior to Skype in every way. Please make teams more available for personal use and allow multi-sign-in for both a personal account and an institutional account simultaneously and it shall take over the busienss world like Discord has the personal market.

I find it good to collaborate with people at work. It is quite effective and provides options to document work, sprint etc. However, would like to see performance optimization as it slows down at times and can't see incoming calls, msg. Overall, good product but can be better.

When I switch between my organizations n teams when I am on a call and on speaker phone, it switches to the phone receiver rather then staying on speaker phone but the dialer still states its on speaker phone. Also i do not receive notification of new messages from the other organizations if they are not checked. I sent an email to the developers with all of the information and received no response.

This has been really handy since the pandemic began to keep in contact with coworkers and students. This works just as well as the desktop version in almost every way. My only complaints come with the video calling. I found screen sharing on the app to be confusing; I wasn't sure how to stop the sharing which is a huge problem. Video calling also kills my phone battery even if it's charging during the call, so I don't use that feature on the app anymore.

Fantastic collaborative capabilities. Helping me greatly right now. Only caveat I would say is that I wish onboarding people unfamiliar with the Microsoft eco system was clearer. Many of those I want to bring on feel overwhelmed at learning a whole new way of working. A lot of people feel intimidated at first, but once they see how great it is, really like it. I feel like this beats Zoom hands down, but Zoom is way easier to use. Also, the Zoom bot didnt work when I tried it.

I've allready log in and also joined to some teams also, but whenever I open the app, randomly and sunddeny microsoft sign in account page open, then when I press back button, the page is gone, and I am in my account, this problem annoy me everytime, please sir try to rectify this problem, thanks👍

It's a great app and it has hug potential but its missing some essential features at this time. For example, once you create a channel you cannot rename it and rename its sharepoint folder, you cannot search Wiki and other contents beside messages, the Wiki is very very basic with only one sub level, you cannot see who is on in the channel, no more than 4 videos visible at the same time, authentication breaks when changing the password, etc.

User friendly chat function that my coworkers and I enjoy, love the ability to use gifs and the ease of inserting photos/files. Great for meetings and conference calls. My institution just made Teams available to us; our default is still officially Skype for Business. Some functions aren't fully in use yet but I'm excited to switch over. And the Teams app seems to function just as well as the desktop version. I've been able to switch back and forth between laptop and mobile without any issue.

A very good application to use with, its enables easy mobility for team collaboration and also projects. I also use the teams app both for desktop and mobile version for the online lecture assigned by UNDIP (IDN). One thing that i wish to be fix by the developer in the future is about the teams mobile version, I failed to join a live meeting several times (I don't know why coz my android is quite new from 2019 Dec, so I assume it must be the app or something). The whole process take me 10min.

It is a great way to keep in touch with friends. And if you don't have a phone and are missing friends during the pandemic, them you can download the app on a computer or tablet. You don't even have to download it of you don't want to, you can just search it on the web! It is a fantastic app and I would definitely suggest downloading it 😊 I love this app, it helps to stay on touch with friends via text and you can call or face time on it. I am 100% happy with this app. Definitely get it! Thanks

I'm a student, my school uses Teams for online lessons, and while the desktop app is working quite well, the mobile version doesn't. The biggest problem is using my bluetooth headset - unlike Discord or Skype Teams has a problem with them being my output. Only one earbud is playing and the audio terrible, it's not even about some kind of static noises, the audio is just weirdly corrupt and I can't understand a word. The earbuds are working without any problems with other apps.

This is an excellent way to pull a team together. I would only suggest that administration should maybe let people have access to all the features. I feel a little bit stymied by my organization not opening certain things up. Can't play with it or you don't pull out of the packaging. That's mainly why I gave it a four. ;)

I Love everything about this app it make things easier for me and my friends to communicate and do HBL , the only reason i gave it 4 star it's becos i can screen record but can't listen to the audio using a third party app . I don't use the ms team video recorder is because some people are just selfish only record for their own good n some people don't even know how to share it with everyone. Hope you guys fix this issue as soon as possible , Thank you

Chat works well, but meetings don't. I can hear and see others, and they can see me. But no matter which microphone I use, no one else can hear me. I have allowed microphone permissions on the app, so that's not the problem. I have tried the speaker, normal phone, and headset microphones, and none have worked for me.

I dont have any problem with any services of Microsoft. I am an outlook user as well as a office 365 user. Video quality is very nice. But if we could know that who is removing a person in between a meeting in teams it would be very helpful. Another thing is that the screen only shows 4 persons. It should be increased to 6. Rather than these, everything is ok. Hats off to you microsoft for this quality service. I am very satisfied. 😉 ♥️

Far superior to Zoom, and other conferencing apps I have tried. connects 20+ people easy. What is also nice is how it will show presentations and a persons screen for videos if so desired. Privacy is nice too, as it actively shows the icons when my mute and video is off so I have no doubt. Additionally, it does not eat a lot of resources on my phone to do all this, which is very impressive.

Overall a good app! a few minor issues like message pop up notifications on desktop appearing after a message has already been recieved or duplicate notification. Another small issue is OneNote integration stopped fully working in our chat, as we can access the document but need to go to the web version outside the app to edit.

It consumes a lot of time if it is used for educational purposes because not all students are well behave so they do a lot of disturbing things during video conferences. Participants can easliy take control of the shared screen and others can just kick-out somebody from the meeting. The mute option doesn't give the speaker to control the participants not to keep on unmuting themselves that results to a noisy background.

Even in such a catastrophic condition, due to the covid-19 outburst, our teachers have put in all their effort so that our academic performance does not get affected. It's a good app but consumes a lot of MB. And there aren't many options while a video conferencing is going on. And in other apps organizers does all the settings but here all the attendees and participants do the editing. It does not have the option of annotation, raising hands or polling.

The notification system is the worse. Unlike WhatsApp which always tells me when there are new messages, Teams does not. It sometimes does and sometimes does not. Messages sent by my teacher at 8am for example, only appear later on my phone at 4pm for example. Also why is it the default to have chats muted, how am I supposed to know that a chat exists if notifications don't pop up. Moreover, I opened a PDF and I can't even pinch zoom in properly like how you would do to a photo.

Terrible! Slow, complicated app, Moreover lot of BASIC (!) function is missing: scrolling, multiple selection (f.e: none of them can use if you want to upload some files from your phone to group...), if you close a document from somewhere in the map tree, always jump back to the root map (so you have to open again and again the map where you work.. Permanent upload failed... and couldn't upload file directly from gallery...

Great app for team working from home, but horrendous battery killer. Today is a non work day and it has still managed to account for 64% of battery usage. I have to plug in to charge mid day, the phone used last me at least a whole day on one charge. I'll be telling colleagues that they can only talk to me when I'm on my pc. Uninstalling.

Great movie app for team collaboration! Has all the features of the desktop version which makes it super versitile and flexible to use. It integrates with SharePoint, and Outlook calendar. Adding functional tabs to a team is a breeze, which creates an instant kanban board with a calendar, great filtering options. Last but not least - chat alongside a document, and start a meeting from a chat. Great tool for our marketing team! Thank you!

It's an excellent option for chat. Not great for organizing or searching info. Haven't used other features. Use other apps for those needs anyway. Doesn't make sense that you can't do chat searches and can't create folders to store chat extracts. That's a gaping hole in this app.

Everything on this app is exceptional. The only drawback is you can't delete anything once the other person is seen it you can't delete conversations it just keeps storing and storing and storing. The app overall is solid. But the Tasks and Planner apps, which allow users to create to do lists and manage projects across teams, has been broken since January 2020--which is totally preposterous for a software called "Teams". Microsoft, what's the matter with you?

Teams app is great for team communication and file transfer, but the video side of things needs to be seriously improved to bring it up to compete with Zoom... The ability to only see 4 people in the meeting at any one time is annoying. Also wish the shared screen would not by default enter full screen in the tablet app, and allow the user to still be able to see themselves and others in the meeting.

I like the app. The biggest issues I have are when I have to work with people outside of my organization that don't have Microsoft email addresses. I also wish that I could separate membership in the sub channels within a team. That way only members of that channel could participate and view the channel contents, except for anything shared back to the overall Team.

Without Teams, we would rely on using at least 5 separate Apps (video conferencing, chatting and link and file sharing in channels, shared cloud fiel storage, to do lists/kanban boards, shared spreadsheets), and likely even more. It integrates well and keeps running ever more smoothly as time passes (started off a bit buggy a few years ago). It's changing our world of work for the better, bringing more transparency into inefficiencies, and more clarity to our SOPs etc.
