I don't know if the app is bad (cannot control brightness/contrast properly or adjust to screen size) or simply unreliable scanners that Västtrafik installed in their busses but ticket scanning doesn't work in 90% of attempts. Add NFC or fix this somehow. Also, the planner functionality is quite bad, suggesting illogical, far from optimal routes. Google Maps have much better suggestions on Västtrafik routes. Your customers deserve much better quality for that high price they pay to Västtrafik.

Stop giving weird combinations with walking to another stop in between. Ie. "GET off in brunnsparken and walk to nordstan and take the tram from there" because your calculation of walking distance doesnt work. The buses are late all the time. Etc etc. Which makes the complete calculation of getting to somewhere so incorrect. Just make normal connections when getting off at a stop and getting on AT THE SAME STOP. How hard is that?? And i do not have the "i can walk to nearby stops" on either.

The app works ok but should be improved and made more clear. It is done so they fine as much people as possible. Regardless you buy your period ticket as a student and there is a technical error so you will have to pay extra fee. App only works with internet connection so if that's an issue they can make you pay penalty fee. If you run out of battery, guess... penalty fee! They do not care to make it accessible, but just gather more money with the people who had bad luck or misunderstanding.

Bought the ticket but the QR was not showing at all. Luckily the driver still let me on the bus, but was worried for the controllants throughout my whole journey. Without the QR code they cannot check the validity of my ticket, even if I have the receipt. Very disappointed in the service I payed for.

Extremely bad experience. Tickets are not displayed if there is no mobile data. I ran out of data and all of a sudden I couldn't get into a bus because the tickets don't show anymore. Do fix this, earlier tickets were displayed in offline mode also.

Cache needs to stay longer. I keep having to re search my trip during the trip. Super annoying. This issue does not exist in the better app you are planning to delete

Read B4 bying I purchased a monthly ticket with student discount because I study a course. In the app it says that you should have student card + ID to be able to use that discount, which I did. For my surprise I got 150€ ticket fine, because my studies didn't qualify for student discount with Västtrafik. Weird enough, it does qualify for train travels throughout the country. Totally misleading information on the app. No wonder that company struggles for loyal customers.

App shows tram coming towards the tram stop but never comes lol. Pathetic. No live updates for sure. Do not trust this app just see the timings on the bötrqm stops.
