Total waste of time. Several attempts to copy from S6 to S20 failed for no apparent reason, even with phones side-by-side. The best method to copy from an old phone to new phone seems to be no longer an option - by far the best, easiest, fastest way was for Google to do it for you when adding your account to the device - but for some reason, that's no longer an option. So instead, I'm forced to resort to multiple other tools and a few hours of wasted time. Not a great start to a new Samsung product

Can't uninstall it. Interfering with other apps. Just a big headache. Response to developer: I don’t want to download it. I want to remove it… Second response to developer: yes. If I go to Settings ->apps->application settings->smart switch -> only options are to “enhance transfer security” with a toggle on or off and “about smart switch.” If I click on “about” it just gives me privacy and license info. If I go settings->apps->application manager->smart switch-> the only options I have are “force stop” and “disable” but disable is greyed out/not clickable….there is no “uninstall” option like other apps.

Tried to transfer from Mate 20 Pro to S21 over wi-fi. Gets to 4% and disconnects. Updated, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, still the same. Update. Contacted by SmartSwitch. "Copy logs and send them..." All done...still doesn't work

Works to an extent. It successfully transferred from LG g4 to galaxy s21 but the apps did not transfer the data. Pretty pointless since I can download all the apps from Google play. It transferred everything else ie contact, sms, pics and even files on my sd card. I used the WiFi method.

The app worked very well for me. Took about an hour to transfer apps and files from a Motorola phone. Then updating the apps and moving the icons around to get most used on main home page. Then opening all the apps to train the phone on log on ID and Password.

Not really much use as it only transfers a very very very small number of apps; none of the key apps I use were transferred. It would have been just as quick if not quicker to manually install all apps!

Doesn't work when trying to install new samsung s10 from my old sony xperia z5 with android 7. It says searching data for transfer (searching for multimedia files) and progress par increase up to 99% where gets frozen and never finish even after couple of hours... connected via cable

Went from Samsung Note 9 to Samsung 21s Ultra after 12 hours of loading my stuff I found all my outrageous long transfers like my apps to not have the data transferred with them. Whats the point? I could have reloaded the apps a 1000 times faster if they was just going to start me over and delete all my info.

Arbitrarily disabled when in device owner mode. I'm only using device owner to block forced OTA updates for a chance of rooting my phone someday, but Samsung apparently thinks that means I shouldn't be able to sync contacts from my old phone. Last Samsung device.

Very good transfered all my data and apps and other stuff without a problem. And it doesn't take that long at all. I would rate this a 5 star rating
