    It WAS a good app, yesterday it was working fine but the next day when I opened Netflix it didn't open up it just freezed I thought my internet wasn't working, I tried again and again but the same thing happened it didn't open up! Then I tried to open it after 3/4 hours but nope still it didn't open. I tried again and it said "Sorry, we couldn't reach the Netflix server. Please try again later. (-1505)" what's this???? Please fix this we literally Paid money.

The screen is just black and yet somehow the audio plays! Ive seen a few other people report the same problem. People are PAYING for this and then they can't even watch anything!! People are paying for this terrible service! You guys have yo do SOMETHING about this!! Or people are gonna delete netflix.

    сериалы 2021 The only reason i'm giving it a 4 star is because while they have a pretty big, and good, selection of tv shows and movies, the anime section needs updated. While they have their own original anime that gets shown tons of support, some of the other anime don't even have all the seasons. I'm sure it's something to do with licensing or something, but having an entire show on there shouldn't be that hard. Like if a show has 8 seasons, and they only have 1 of those 8, it feels a little lackluster.

Netflix is quite an amazing deal, constantly adding new titles, large variety of choices including multiple international programs. The interface is by far the best from the many streaming apps I've tried. The ability to adjust speed another huge plus (watch most stuff 1.25x). In comparison Disney+ has an abysmal catalog and I already regret paying for a full year. Netflix is the best, and will remain so

Yes they do have good shows and movies on there, but whenever I try to watch something, even if it is downloaded and I try to watch it offline, it either says it doesn't work, or it's just a black screen with the audio playing. I'm starting to think Hulu is better now. And when I try to look something up to watch it, It won't show up, even when I KNOW it is on netflix. I'm getting really upset with netflix. I tried updating the app, and it still didn't work

It's been a long while now since it stopped working properly on my Google Pixel 2 XL (looks like I'm not the only one). With every update, I wishfully think that it's been resolved, to no avail. The issue is while opening the app, after a couple of seconds of looking at the NETFLIX logo, this message appears: Sorry, we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. (-1001)

While travelling a lot for professional reasons (even during these Corona times) and not having decent access to the web everywhere (in particular during these Corona times as not a lot of options on hotels or other accommodations while travelling) this app. still allows me to relax and entertain a bit during evening hours with recorded content. Excellent!

    на русском Only found 2 problems with the app. 1. The downloads don't all stay active permanently, yet they can still be reactivated without further cost ( ? ) 2. You can only download so many episodes / parts / films on any one device . It would have been helpful to know these both at first . Finally, one additional note . Some of the best films have been removed. Including one which was downloaded and can now no longer be reactivated .

I don't need to see the same video preview everytime I go digging through episodes to find out where I left off. There isn't even an option to stop, close, or minimize the preview = nuisance feature.

    сериалы 2020 топ It was a good app. Now it seems to have a bug that anytime you try to watch something it only plays the audio and either freezes the picture on one frame or the screen is just black with the audio playing. The "help" only offers solutions that include updating the app, and restarting the phone. Having done all of these and some it still does not work. I am clearly not the only one experiencing this if you read other reviews. Hopefully it is fixed soon since subscription prices keep rising.

    I love Netflix but I've been having issues accessing it on my android phone (Samsung A50s). It seems to be working fine on my iOS device but when I use my android phone, it keeps showing the (-1023) error then after a few hours or days when an update is available, it becomes okay. After a few hours or days passed, it's showing the same problem again and I can't access and enjoy watching. What is this problem???

    The app worked really well. Until recently, I keep getting an error- Sorry, we could not reach the Netflix service, please try again later -1001. I've reached out to support and they said it was in issue with my internet. That doesn't really make sense, my internet works perfectly fine for every other app. Netflix works on the web. Using the same internet. I've tried using data as well as wifi. Both don't work. Really dissappointing experience.

    Movie offerings are very limited. The 4K quality is not available for most of the content, making the Premium package irrelevant for me. Maximum you get is HD for most of the content. It only makes sense for Netflix Original Series. Except for them, I feel like this is such a rip-off. Regular TV series (non-Netflix ones) selection is also very limited. It doesn't have many popular movies or series but a lot of B movies. Also the movies are mostly very old. It is such a big disppointment for me!

    The algorithm is great. If it suggests a show and says there's a 90% match - I've learned to trust it. No matter how odd the show looks. The opposite is also true. Sometimes a show looks great, but it says it's just a 60% match - no way. I miss the old rating style though. Simply having a thumbs up or thumbs down isn't very clear. I most watch things I'm matched with so it doesn't matter, but if someone was just starting out - seems like you'd want a "meh" selection, too.

    Netflix itself works good, both on TV and my PS4. However, the mobile app completely turns the colors while watching greyish, as if the colors are fading. It's really annoying and takes away a lot of the color. Helpdesk didn't know what to do either. Told me to "update" or "turn off phone". I've had this problem since i downloaded it for my phone like 6 months ago. And it's been a known issue all over the internet for years now. fix it.

    First off.... happy with the content... works flawlessly on my TV. However on my mobile it also does split second freeze with unsynced audio then recovers... happens every bloody 5 minutes...its really annoying. What is more annoying though is that NO ONE responds to any of the problems shared in these reviews! Clearly Netflix either couldn't be bothered with fixing simple issues nevermind even addressing paying customers having actual technical problems. I'm a little disgusted I have to say.

    I've been avoiding downloading the latest update for a few months then all of a sudden, it stopped working. So I finally updated it. Since then, it's been showing me a "Google Smart Lock" screen, and has been asking me to sign in. Despite entering the correct information numerous times, it tells me to try again or follow the "forgot password" route. Not the sort of behaviour you'd expect from a service you pay for.

    I've been told this app plays movies. All I've seen it do is get stuck attempting to load the video. Any video. All the videos. This garbage just doesn't work on my smart TV. All the other services work perfectly. Netflix only works (with poor video quality) on my phone. Total waste of memory and money. I would like my $9 back now. Seriously.

    Suddenly, my screen is black with no audio when it was working fine a couple hours ago. After some short reading, this is normally a simple fix. However, after following the guidelines on the help page, I contacted customer support, who basically told me to redo all the things I had already listed out that I had done. Then they told me to either contact my device manufacturer or use a different device. Netflix still no longer works and I can't even uninstall it, merely disable it. Disappointed.

    I like the app, I don't have any issues, much better than my Crave app which lags all the time and the price isn't too bad either ! **Update** Whenever I use the app or another episode starts, I always have to stop and take the subtitles off, because they turn on automatically, this just started happening, about 2 weeks now, and I'm not very impressed 😒 it's a bit annoying.**Update** I might just cancel my subscription, there isn't much new content, Netflix has gotten "boring" for me right now

    Until this week I have been very happy with the app. Now I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to watch something as I either get an error message or a black screen that is trying to load but nothing happens. Very annoying, especially as I pay for your app. 29.08.20 - still having to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to watch anything on my phone. It used to work perfectly on all my devices. 31.01.21 - still having the same issue if having to uninstall and reinstall

    The app works well, and I spend entirely too much time watching shows (which means they are doing a good job - and I need to watch less tv). I don't like that I can't have more control over content (i.e. it isn't hard to see that I would pay extra to be able to control some content [i.e. block swears or scenes that I deem inappropriate, etc.]).

    Was really good but now when i try to watch anything the show either freezes, the screen starts flashing, the screen is just black, or the you cant hear anything. I tried updating, turning the phone on and off, and reinstalling it. It doesnt work. I hope that this is fixed soon.

    Great app for watching movies but this is ridiculous! I can't even watch a movie because it has errors! I kept retrying but it doesn't do anything. I couldn't find a way to uninstall this app after, also a note I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (SM-N960F). So please fix the problem as soon as you can as this app are getting useless to me. If this problem doesn't get fixed, I'm going to give you a 1-star. If it does get fixed I will edit the review and give you a 5-star

    We have been Netflix members for at least 20 years+! We have been members since they 1st started out their garage sending you DVD's only if that says anything! Netflix is much easier to deal with than Redbox! We don't have to leave our home to streamline movies! I know you can with Redbox as well, but the cool thing is, by paying a monthly fee, there is no extra charge to streamline, you don't really have a set amount of days to watch shows! 5 star for us! Thanks Netflix!

    couldnt connect to server. seems like theres plenty of us who's having the same issue. my internet is not the problem. tried all troubleshooting step and non of it worked. unable to connect since yesterday. i hope by tommorow it will be fixed. if its still not working, then i will cancel my account. its working now. thank you.

    For about a week now I have been unable to access my Netflix app.. ever since it was updated I've been having problems, now anytime I open the app I get a notification saying device error occurred. Thankfully I have not been using the app on my phone as much lately, but with the prices going up, I don't know how useful this app is to me anymore. Dissapointing that they have not addressed this issue seeing as alot of people seem to be having the same problem

    This app doesn't seem to play nice with Chrome OS. It can't remember where I paused or exited, and restarts a series I'm watching at different previous paused points within the series. Amazon Prime and HBO streaming do not have this issue. So I tend to use those streaming services more often, even if I'm interested in Netflix's programming. Yep, still sucks. Still does the same thing. If it were free, I might ignore the disruptiveness. But as a paying member, it just kinda sucks. Still sucks!

    Mobile display not working right over the past few weeks, showing only half of the covers of titles so you can't see what they are without clicking into them. Also when trying to watch something in landscape mode, the screen cuts off the controls so you can't pause, rewind, add to list etc. It was working fine before so something has changed and not for the better.

    I can only download and watch one season of anything at a time, I watched one season of big bang theory now I can't download them ever again, everytime I try the wait timer increases by months. Works great when you have internet but I literally bought a subscription so I could download shows for my travels without burning my data and... I can't enjoy good shows as I will never be allowed to finish them untill I get home

    2+ years running. SAME ISSUE. Constantly interrupts my streaming and when I open the app to continue playing the app has crashed. Netflix, if you are going to ask me "Are you still there?" You better be there when I open the app. Hulu has no issues. Netflix doesn't seem to care about this consistent consumer frustration. Update: I've had the same issues with casting and crashing for OVER 2 YEARS. Netflix has done nothing to fix them while Hulu, Youtube, everything else works great.

    I cannot reach Netflix in my Vivo V17 Pro phone. It will just show the Netflix screen after a minute or two of waiting it will show a notification saying "Sorry, we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. (-9). Why is this happening. I have been paying my monthly for this subscription and yet getting this kind of service.

    Netflix is the original no contract streaming service and it does contain good content. One thing is certain: there's enough content and a wide variety of genres to keep you entertained. I also like the Netflix Original Series such as Reign & The Umbrella Academy. I also think the monthly prices are competitive and you do get good value for your money. The fact that you can change your monthly plan so that you can stream Netflix on up to 5 devices is also an added extra!

    I had the audio only option for a bit and loved it. It appears that was a beta feature. Please roll it out for real. I almost exclusively listen to shows/movies on my phone and it was a godsend when this feature was available--a little box didn't cover my other apps, I could completely turn off my display and not chew through my many reasons to love it. Without that option, the app is just meh.

    It crashes all the time. Can't even watch whole episode without freezing. Even after closing and reopening the app. Can only watch everything after downloading it. Please fix this issue instanly or I might rather change into other free movie/tv series apps and won't waste money. I'll give you 5 stars again after fixing the problem.

    Nice app. I am a bit disappointed with the price of the plans since everyone can't afford it. Picture quality is amazing compared to other streaming apps. I first got the basic plan and was really impressed with their selective collection. Netflix has content for all ages and genres. (Though I can't ignore the fact they do not have a lot of suspense movies.) Overall wonderful experience.

    i love it. the prices are affordable, the content is entertaining and overall an amazing app. however, some of the content doesnt stay available for long. some of us are a little bit busy and cant always get the time to watch it. and in my opinion, the things they remove are things i want to watch but the things they dont are things that arent something id watch or its something ive already watched. but, i give it a 5 star

    This app is great for watching movies, cartoons ect. The quality is great and there's no ads and you can cast things to your TV. However, I'm experiencing a problem and it makes it impossible to watch anything. Whenever I watch anything, everything works as normal for a few moments and then it just freezes on one frame. I can still hear the sound but I can't see anything. The only way to make it stop is to click off whatever I'm watching and go back on and even then, it freezes again.

    It would be awesome to have a feature that let's you only see shows or movies in a specific language. For example I watch a lot of anime but, only like to watch it in English. Well while looking for new shows or when my page is suggesting something new it would be cool to be able to tell it to only show me things I like or might like only in the language I want.

    I expect something I pay for to work. After my upgrade to premium I downgraded to standard and now I get thirty seconds of a show to 5-7 minutes of time where it just sits there. I play high speed games,watch YouTube and many other things that show me it's not my internet it's this freaking app. It only gets two stars cuz of the shows I like but I've spent forty five minutes just trying to watch a show and not even made it ten minutes in. I work twelve hours days six pm to am. Unacceptable

    I love Netlix. There are over 100 apps that I use sometimes but Netflix is in my top 5 most used apps of all time. Queen's Gambit is one of my favorite shows in the last 6 months and I surf randomly for shows all the time. It's amazing how far Netflix has changed over the years. I wish I had bought the stock when I got rid of my Blockbuster account. It was around $6. It's close to $500 now. You guys know what you are doing because you constantly go ahead of the curve!!!

    This is one of the best places to watch movies and TV shows of all kinds (that is- ofcourse- my personal opinion, but still other people I know that use Netflix are satisfied like I am just as well). Still, they don't give the same material to all the countries, so it's limiting the options more. Bottom line- I strongly recommend the Netflix service, but if you want to watch something specific- go search for it online (Google).

    Ok so I don't really have a problem but it seems others are getting a bug somewhat like mine. My bug is to where I'll be watching a show then out of nowhere, my phone restarts. I have an Samsung j3 prime and I've looked up reasons for why this might happen but it doesn't seem to be on my side of the issue. I've back-up my phone and deleted apps that are third party or whatever and still having the problem, I think it's something to do with the update.

    The videos keep stopping and they are not able to play even after multiple updates. It's not my internet, as it plays well with other streaming services. Now I get the update that they are going to increase the price of services?! I don't think Netflix is worth it anymore. In my opinion, use one of the newer streaming services, Netflix is just out of date🤨

    Worked great when it was first installed but I am also having issues with audio playing only. This is very frustrating after being told prices are being raised. EDIT: After disabling eye comfort mode I was able to see video as well as hear audio. The support staff with Netflix was very helpful.

    I love Netflix but for now we are having issues on connecting. Already did reboot, uninstall/reinstall, clear data/ cache, and we do have a good network connection of 20mbps. At the meantime, we cannot use our premium acct on watching. Please fix this. We do have Realme phone models (5pro and 7). Literally waste of time and money. Please reply on this review.

    For some reason when I close the app (or the show/film I am watching) and I go back on it, the screen freezes a few seconds later while I am watching. The sound still resumes as normal, and it's often frustrating since there is no real fix- I can close Netflix, then go back on, but while I'm watching it freezes yet again. Edit- its actually getting much, much worse. Now whenever I try to watch anything it immediately goes to a black screen, then remains on that black screen for the whole show.

    For 2 weeks it has had a black screen or a frozen screen with audioin the back. I don't know what is wrong. I just wanna watch some shows, I have tried restarting my phone, trying to watch in browser, deleting app and reinstalling, even logining out. It still won't work. I can't even watch my favourite shows without it freezing. I'm paying £120 a year for this, seriously, please Netflix, check and work this out.

    The app doesn't open. Just keeps beating like a heart with a black background. Looks like it is trying to open but doesn't open. All my other applications are working absolutely fine, then why is there a latency with Netflix? I have a good internet connection. I thought that this might be some maintenance period, but this is happening since 2 days. Can share screenshots if anyone cares to fix this problem.

    when watching for about 2-5 minutes it says "error 5.7" tried the steps to fix it, didn't work. tried clearing the cache, clearing all data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, even talked to someone from Netflix and still not fixed, basically useless and yet every month I pay for the premium package. don't even bother with this, just a waste of my time and money

    Such an embarrassing bad app.. one would have thought Netflix could do better. When an episode is finished, I don't have a button to go straight to next one. I have to go to the full list and find next episode and start it from there. When a season finished, it jumped to another series instead of the next season of the same. Overall the app is messy and not intuitive at all.

    I have a good mobile internet, but still every time i open the app it says no server. "Sorry, we could not reach netflix service, please try again later.(-1023)". Its been 4 days i have been trying to open the app. I have tried everything. But in my lap netflix is working fine. Not in my mobile. I am really disappointed 😞 .

    Been using Netflix for more than 10 yrs now, and the app on every device(iPhone, iPad, Note5, MacBook Air, Apple TV, Chromecast v2, PC Windows 8-->10) works flawlessly without any hiccups, interruption, or video quality-issues. However, I do miss reviewing everything I watch, I don't know why Netflix pulled that feature. 😢 This Android version helps me stay up-to-date on what's coming soon, what's trending in Canada, cast to Chromecast, and personalized recommendations. 👍

    The app dims my brightness and I cant get it to be bright enough to see the movies. I tried getting to the app permissions, but their is nothing there to fix it. It doesn't do this on my TV only on my phone. Unfortunately, my TV isn't set up right now so I have no way of being able to enjoy watching Netflix. Im switching to Hulu until the problem can be fixed on my phone.

    Very good! It does what it's supposed to do, a lot better than the windows app, but nothing special. I would like it to get cooler (it's 2021), but no problems so far. For instance, I would like to be able to choose subtitles between more than the 5 languages that I get.

Like I will start a show and when I come back it to it, it won't continue where I left off. For example, I will start a show and coming back it will restart the same episode I already watched. I don't know if it does this for everyone or it's just my device .

    Hey I am a fan of psychological/crime thrillers but I can't find here on netflix many of them which are considered the best in the category. The silence of the lambs, us, gone girl, get out, rear window, the vanishing, the imposter, etc are a few to mention. I have also found out that many movies are available on netflix in other countries but not here in India. Do I have to upgrade the plan or what? I have seen some really good movies on netflix and I hope my request will be considered.

    Thanks to a promotion from Google, I got 6 months of free Netflix & it's worth about that price. There's a tiny handful of classic shows I might re-watch, an old movie or two, and maybe one original show. Most of the original content is recycled boring & predictable Hollywood tropes. Can't imagine paying $8.99 a month for this much less $14.

    The first time I leave the app after downloading everything I've ever watched disappears from both watch history and my list. Searching for the shows by name also gives no results. The bug that has been going on for almost a year now forces me to constantly delete and re download the app if I want to watch anything. Edit: wow this app keeps getting worse and worse. Now on top of the previous problems there's also the stupid auto playing trailers.

    Netflix worked perfectly on my A30s up until two weeks ago. Now after a few seconds of watching anything the visuals freeze but the audio keeps playing. I've cleared the cache, reinstalled, reupdated. My phone's firmware is up to date. I really started enjoying netflix but now i literally can't use it. Very frustrating bug to have in a program. I'll be uninstalling for good.

    It's a great app but often times i find that when im downloading episodes over more than one season of a show I end up seeing a thumbnail of one of the episodes in a season im not on yet whoch can, depending on the content of said thumbnail, give me spoilers for what is to come. I would love to see a "hide thumbnails" option so that those spoiler aren't there.

    Doesn't have movie/character information. There should be at least that option if one chooses to know who character are played by who, and which are in a scenes. Netflix navigation isn't as good as other's. Choices in movie or series seems more limited now than before, yet pricing is increased. Other than that I like Netflix for it's period dramas.

    I have been watching Netflix for quite some time now but I'm having trouble accessing it on my Redmi phone. Whenever I open it, whether it is after reinstalling and restarting the phone, it always shows the same message: 'Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service(Error code:-1001)'. Please fix this problem by bringing new updates. It's really frustrating.

    Price increases are not reflected in amount and most importantly quality of content. In the same time you increased the price 3 times Amazon increased the quality and quantity of movies available on the platform. On top of that I am paying for highest quality rearly actually getting it. Come on guys you have far more subscribers due to covid and you still increase the cost of the service and on top of that the quality decreased. No opt-out option for cookies which a clear violation of GDPR

    Not showing video on Android, I've always loved Netflix and finally decided to get the app on my phone a couple months ago. At first it was perfect! But starting last month it would skip randomly and the screen would freeze or just go black with sound still playing. U land on something and ur attention goes back to the TV and BAM.... Movie changed.... Pointless feature, if I want to watch something I will CLICK on it.. Don't just play titles automatically.

    Netflix original content is improving. Thought provoking material is hard to find, though (unlike Prime Video). However, Netflix fully supports full-screen playback with NO BLACK BARS on hole-punch and notch displays on android. You'd think this would be normal, sadly with android it is not. Netflix is one of the only apps on android to fully support display cutouts in landscape orientations. MAJOR props to Netflix for taking the time to properly code their app. Others take note.

    Netflix keeps getting better & better. Netflix Originals are Amazing! It would be nice if there was a Netflix Originals option under Genres so I can see the full catalog of shows you have cause the rows only show some not all. Still getting results & recommendations of shows I deleted in my watch history. LOVE when you tap a title, the synopsis pops up. LOVE the Coming Soon page & Notifications.     Was great, until the update that meant I had to click twice to add anything to my list, make it a standard feature. Newest update causes constant freezing for at least 30 seconds. Also for crying out loud introduce a delete feature for part watched shows movies, i can't stand when app don't register something finished and why should I have to individually delete from history just add delete button in continue watching section.

    When I finish the finale of a show and sit back watching the credits and contemplating what I just watched, I don't want to have to scramble for the remote and prevent a stupid preview from popping up and ruining the moment. It's almost as bad as the automatic "next episode" button. It's really annoying to have to cancel autoplay. There should just be an option to turn it off.

    I don't understand why it's so difficult for these streaming apps to preserve and display watched progress properly. Netflix constantly resets progress on random episodes. Just add a "mark as warched" option already like the good video managers out there do. It is so frustrating always having to figure out where you left off last time.

    Fails in Dex. Now rejecting mobile browsers. The app fails to load a video in Dex, and when I try to log in via the web browser (chrom & edge) it rejects the mobile browsers and claims the video I was just watching on my laptop or TV is not avilable for viewing. Sad when Hulu has the advantage over Netflix. At least they allow you to use a mobile browser.

    I've been a Netflix user, on and off, for 20 years. Their algorithm for their User's page is completely worthless. It's a joke, and it's not funny. The app has no short-term memory, meaning if you bingewatch something and like to use your phone for things other than Netflix, it's on YOU to remember where you're at, and finding it again and again and again and again. Also, if Prime can do Picture-In-Picture, why can't Netflix?

    It's ok...not great, then again nothing is very good , intruiging, or creative now days. The price was fine until they just notified everyone it was going up. I doubt it needs that high of a boost for the lackluster shows they produce.Theyre simply grabbing for money because they can(i mean, what else are people gonna watch?? I have satellite, Amazon prime, this and YouTube premium, but u honestly think most people will buy those or could even afford it?Netflix has to fatten up their cashCoW).

    Behind the scenes & other infos should be displayed on the screen when we pause the video. Tile should display the language certain shows are available in. The other thing I would like is the adult movies/shows/webseries to come out in two options; one the way it is & 2nd option should be the censored version. The Liberty of using the swear words & sexual contents from the makers makes it impossible to recommend some shows to family or friends!

    Some user friendly UI tips: 1. Anyway to avoid who is watching screen at the startup ? Each person in household has a mobile nowadays. Prime has such a user-friendly interface compared to this. 2. Avoid the brightness settings option in watch screen unless user selects it as an option ? A volume slider will be helpful. 3. Take cue from competitors. See Amazon Prime app and get ideas. Eg: show the shows/movies that are currently being watched in top row of home.

    Good but some issues. Using it with my Chromecast Ultra, Pixel 3, and a 60Mbps connexion, it frequently shows choppy framerate. Used to be fine with the same setup, so probably related to an update creating the issue. When it works normally, though, it has the best selection of original content, so kudos on that. ;)

    This is awesome entertainmnet aap. Even in 2G, it plays videos seamlessly and in good quality as expected. But For HD the pricing is not good. And one problem i face in it is that while streamming movies if u pick up the call and after when the call ends the movie resumes in background by itself. Hope they will solve this issue ASAP.     Needs a watched list that removes it from showing up in suggestions. Should also have a rated list of what you liked and didn't like. Should have a Netflix party function built-in. Needs film trailers in the info. I think the play button at the top should be for the trailer and not to actually start playing film or episode that should be down below.

    every time i want to resume any film, it wont get back to where i was exactly left it off, seems like it doesn't refresh every time i left it paused. for example, I've watch a series at 6th episode but the next time i tried to resume it, the episode wasn't updating to where it should've been. its like backskipping few episodes depends on how many episodes I've watch when i open netflix.

    Not working on my acer chromebook tor some reason. First day was fine. It worked. My internet connection is great, I changed the date and time like the help page told me too and I still can't access Netflix on there. My chromebook is up to date and i have both permissions enabled.     Before 2021, there is a "Pop-up" feature where we can watch while opening other apps. But now it seems that we can't. So in my perspective, the app goes down from 5 to 4 stars for the removal of the "Pop-up" feature. I am not sure why you remove such good feature.😔🥺

Oh and it keeps putting me back multiple episodes when I watch a show. Terrible resume feature. This rate is only for the app. Its works perfectly on laptop and xfinity.

I have the app on my phone and it does all the things I knew, but my new tablets version is just not very good quality. I had to look to check there wasn't a different proper app..

    I would have given it 5 stars but most of the hit-films aren't on the UK version. This is very annoying and I am quite mad since I am paying for movies that are apparently on there but once I get on after paying it says 'unavailable in your location'. Please fix this it is really annoying.

The content has come a long way since then. Glad I got Netflix. I do miss the old shows it used to have but it's still one of the best and I'm proud to say it!

    In the latest update the trailer/preview auto-plays whenever i click a movie link. I dont like that. I like to read the synopsis first & previews must be optional. Next give us an option to unlist a movie from the list itself instead of going over the main screen of every movie & click unlist induvidualy.

    It is amazing on laptop and whatever tablets and phones it works on, But I could never get it to work on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9... Very sad because I love to watch the series on my phone 😭 it appears Error -1001. Spoke to their customer support, did the troubleshooting they asked me to do and it still doesn't work. Contributes an already watched movie to the Google TV "Continue watching" section (claiming only part has been watched, though in the app, it doesn't give and such indication).     Gets hung at full hd on my samsung m30, doesnt play 4k on my pc with 4k monitor , cant force 1080p or 4k in any device ,ui is not as feature rich as prime .Everything other than content is broke , too costly in india n not even ThAt GUd compared to prime. There are too many exclusives n netflix does s*it to seperate. Download dont last forever n there is nothing showing how long it will last (I had heat for nearly a year on prime and it still works).     The app is fine..another price hike isn't. The algorithm is usually way off so it's almost impossible to find something to watch that interest me anymore. What I do like takes years between seasons or is randomly cancelled.

    My phone before can play in HD, but now suddenly maximum video playback turned to SD????? Update Feb 21 Why I keep getting "device failure" then logged out? Then sign in, checked the widevine back to SD again I gotta reinstall Netflix for third times now to just back to full HD again....

    Really really appreciate with your update, because you've listened my complaint, before updated, there was problem black bar at bottom of the screen on my Sony Xperia 1 once using one gesture navigation, but after updated the black bar has gone, thank you very much for your update. And I hope for the future update all movie can run on 21:9 ratio

    It was good up until a couple months ago when I go back into Netflix to continue to watch something it will start from the beginning and a totally different episode. Now all of a sudden all the writing is in Spanish or something!!! I would have given it 4 stars if these problems didn't start happening.

    Shockingly weird as compared to my iPhone 8 plus, my Note10 plus video playback quality seems like 480p only even on the highest setting download. I compared side by side and true enough the difference is vast, then I looked at the file size, ios downloaded file size is 980mb while android is just 429mb, both are on the highest setting. seems like android don't allow you to take advantage of the behemoth and higher spec display. No wonder 🍎 is gaining more. FIX THIS PLEASE!!

    The new update has destroyed the interface. It is constantly getting stuck. The video is stuck while the audio keeps on playing. Its annoying and the interface isn't as smooth as it used to be. I can also confirm that my internet connection has been tested, its has no glitches. Please fix this

    I keep having a problem where the screen dimms automatically. I have tried putting the brightness up and disabling automatic screen brightness adjustments on my phone so I have concluded that it is not my phone. I have gone online and found that many people also have this problem. If it where to get fixed it would be 5 stars for me

    Even after I updated to the newest version, "Sorry, we couldn't reach Netflix service (-1023)" show up few times a day and I have to restart my phone everytime. Please fix it.

    Great app, functionality is spot on. I cast to my TV using Chromecast and it works seamlessly. The slightly condescending 'are you still watching?' question can get a little annoying but equally it's not the apps fault I'm a binge watcher :)

    I used the have the old version and it's very convenient for me to use it. Now I downloaded Netflix again which recently updated this January 2021, it won't let me enter the app. Google smart lock's asking me which account I'll be using. After choosing one, the app will close if I open it the same thing will happen.

    On my Galaxy a51 it is not working properly. After a while it shows " can not reach services " then I have to force quit and start..this happens everyday for last 2 months.. Before netflix app supported HD playback on my phone but now it says SD.. Disappointed 😞

    I really don't like the new update wherein it takes few seconds to start the video once I came back from using other apps. Also, why is the video pausing whenever I change the volume, it's not like this before. It's kinda annoying.

    Great app,but,I REALLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYY,wanna be able to watch My Hero Academia,on Netflix,I have been watching it on Funimation and Crunchy roll,but,WAY to many ads,and now it costs money for me to watch it on crunchyroll,AND,Funimation. so PLEASE put My Hero Academia,on Netflix :(

    I have been using Netflix since few months... Before it worked really well but now I am unable to sign in Netflix..     I love this app especially when I'm ready to just sit back and chill. It has a variety of movies available. Except not every movie. But new show add almost every two days to a week. Great app

    If you're going to increase the price yet again, the least you can do is make sure it works reliably. Failing to cast multiple times, but prime, iPlayer etc are fine. Netflix will take 8/9 goes to successfully cast to m Chromecast. What's up with that?

    It's a really good app to watch a lot of things however I recently noticed that I can't minimise my screen anymore so I can do things while having whatever I'm watching play in the corner of my screen. I'm mostly upset about this because whenever I watch something I also do something else like play a game, which is unfortunate because I can't do that anymore unless I watch Netflix on another device. Otherwise the app is really good and I haven't got anything else agains it. 😊

    SuBTITLE SHOULD AVAILABLE!Need work for subtitle options. When I was in South Korea, I watched Korean variety show, I usually use English/Indonesian subtitle but since I was in Korea, there is no English subtitle and Indonesian. The system asume since it was korean show and also watched in Korea, all people that watching it is Korean.. so annoying. Also when I was in Hungary.. my husband can't switch the sub to Korean, only subs in Hungarian, Romanian, etc. SUBTITLES should available everywhere!

    FIX THIS! The video stops after a few seconds of watchimg it and it happens again and again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging out and switching devices but nothing worked. The app is being problemetic.

    The service is great but the app is in need of major updates. It's high time it supports split screen options and provide option for playback speed. For being such a popular app it really lacks basic features.

    Actually cool but I expect it also able to shows movie rating based on viewers rate or another way. It will be easier when you don't know what to watch so we can sort it based on the ratings and genre. Also expecting more anime not just old anime.

It always says that its incorrect password where as my sister is login with the same password...I have tried everything, even uninstall it several times and also my internet is working good still I'm never able to login.. Its really disappointing 😣 Please netflix, fix this problem... I really want to watch my favourite tv series 🥺

    Really enjoy watching t.v that is new programs and the movie picks are wonderful to. Just love to crawl up under my blanket on a rainy day or in the winter when the wind starts whipping the snow around outside. Pop some popcorn, get out the snacks and let your family pick a movie. If its a date night lets hope your partner lets you pick the movie of the evening enjoy!😁
