    There's an issue where if I'm trying to watch a film or show on here mainly movies....and I try to skip forward of backward....for some reason the footage Freezes while the dialog is still moving ahead which means the dialog isn't in sync with the footage...also the footage freezes when I reenter a film from where I left off...fix this now netflix plz

    movies Used to be fine before the last two updates. Doesn't start from where i had stop playing previously, most of the time it starts from some other epsiode of a series which am watching. So again I will have to skip through the next episodes to start from where i had stopped previously. Kindly fix this playback error.

    login Great app which is faster on my phone app than myTV. To agree with another review on here, it would be perfect if you could delete or if I could manually select 'continue watching' series or films which I no longer may find of interest, as you can do with add or remove from My List options. Also if I've watched a film, say for instance years ago and forgotten I've watched it, it would be a bonus if they could also be 'tagged' as already viewed.

    party Keeps opening by itself on Android TV devices. So far it has happened on four completely unrelated devices, each multiple times -- NVIDIA Shield, two Vodafone TVs, and a Bravia. You can't close the app through the menu when this happens either. You have to go to the home screen and settings and force close the app in order to stop it from appearing over and over again.

    stock When tethered to xbox via wifi for netflix control the console and phone often forget they are connected and the phone app needs to be restarted and connected to xbox again. Basically any time the phone locks the screen due to inactivity. Sometimes doesn't connect and will "load" forever but this is more rare.

    account I like the app, I don't have any issues, much better than my Crave app which lags all the time and the price isn't too bad either ! **Update** Whenever I use the app or another episode starts, I always have to stop and take the subtitles off, because they turn on automatically, this just started happening, about 2 weeks now, and I'm not very impressed 😒 it's a bit annoying.

    series Though the recent updates are kinda dim and obnoxious, i was satisfied. Now it has gone out of hand. My screen goes black whenever i try to play something. Doesn't matter if it's a movie or a tv show. I have tried several times to get past this. For some reason i believe it has something to do with the brightness adjustments. On top of all this, the app crashes everytime. Why even bother paying if all it does is crash, glitch and waste time.

    shows Awesome app! It allows you to download Movies and TV Shows. Unfortunately for devices that have ALOT of storage, Netflix has to put a download cap to it. Netflix, if you can read this, please put a larger download cap than just 30 TV shows on a same title and 4 movies. It should be larger. Like at least add more than 10 titles of all the seasons and at least 20 movies. Other than that, it is a pretty good app!

    christmas movies I've been a fan of Netflix for a long time and used it both on my phone & my laptop. Until this update. Because now the only thing I see when I open the app is 'can't connect to Netflix - retry'. So keep in mind that the service itself is great but the up (at least right now) is just a very big bug. I'll keep one star till the problem is solved - if it will be.

    free trial NETFLIX DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SEE EVERY SHOW THAT IS AVAILABLE. FOR THE SHOWS THAT DO APPEAR ON YOUR SCREEN THERE ARE MANY MORE THAT YOU CANNOT SEE UNLESS YOU SEARCH FOR THEM BY NAME. One more thing... If you are in the middle of watching a movie that is going to be removed that night. It doesnt matter if you have it is paused. Netflix cannot allow you to finish it, because the people they paid to borrow it will rip it out from under you. "0 STARS."

    9/18/2020 Netflix has been having issues with the screen. 3/5 of the time, when I pick a certain time for a show/movie to play, it'll freeze the screen, but play the audio. Even if I rewind or fast-foward the show/movie, it'll just make this entire big occur again. It's an great app, but please, if you can, fix this bug and, also, please add "Samaria Jack" . I forgot how to spell it, but thank you!

    After this recent update, I can't open Netflix on my phone. I own OnePlus 6 & when i try to open the app , it shows blank screen. I installed app & installed it again, then it worked properly, bt again after few hours i faced same prb. So in order to watch Netflix, i have to uninstall & install it back everytime i want to open the app, which is irritating now.

    Have had no problems with it so far. Only annoying thing is when there are updates. All other apps let us know what updates we are getting. This is a paid service and I would like to know what is being updated. Really annoying when I see that "You worry what to watch next..." message next to my updates. I want to know what you are updating.

    Well I tried to download the app but for some reason everytime I try to open it, itstarts all over, from the beginning. ( AARRRR ) ITS PISSING ME OFF. Not to mention the 50 + text messages I get weekly about ( you won a free subscription to Netflix. I block it. You continue to inundate me with message after message. ENOUGH ALREADY OK !!!

    The movies are great. But problem is, the movies i downloaded cannot be played. It's a waste of internet data. I downloaded movies so that I can watch inside our house, then it says, There is a problem playing the video. Please try again. (2.119). What a bummer. If I clear the storage, it would mean the movies I downloaded will be gone. Fix it please. I even updated the latest version of the app.

    I love Netflix and have had it for a few years now. But, they suck on keeping up with content. They never add anything new until the last minute, and its all usually never anything good. Even the old movie that they add aren't good. They never keep up with any of the series. It's always a year or more behind actual TV and any other TV platform.

    Me and my mother have been using Netflix for a very long time. And It has always been a great app for watching shows. Until today. Today Netflix said that the host account was invalid that id didn't exist. We have been loyal subscribers to this application for a long while and now we had to start a NEW account with the same OLD email address that they said no longer exists. We will be calling them soon. And if it some how gets resolved then I will remove this review. Until then, bad service.

    I've had Netflix on my phone for a while now but after Netflix updated it started acting weird. When i try to watch something there are no images and the audio keeps playing. The screen goes black and all you hear is the audio. Ive tried to delete the app and resign in but it still doesn't work. Now i can't watch Netflix on the go anymore. I have to watch it on my TV. So hopefully Netflix starts to work.

    When I try to open the app I usually get an error message so I always have to fully close the app and do it again. Also I dislike that the brightness is controlled in the app while watching something. There should be a choice as to whether I want to control brightness in-app or through the phones settings.

    Usually i download movies and web-series but i got fed up of that process. Thus i eventually bought a Netflix account and Downloaded it in my new phone. But don't know why I'm facing the often occurring problem currently that's screen is black. All i can hear audio and watch subs. Nothing at the image. I complained about it to the seller of the account. Also i had reinstalled the app after cleaning the cache. Haven't broke any rule i reckon

    eversince the last updates the app freezes whenever skip the show onwards or backwards. it also did not resume from the point of last viewed, always from the previous episodes so I need to skip manually to the next scenes until i find where I actually last viewed. something wrong with the memory/cache? I'm not technical but this does irritate me a lot since it was working just fine until that update

    New users should be very careful. I was trying to subscribe mobile plan, but my payment was always declined. When it was about to succeed I noticed that my plan was changed from mobile to premium, and it happened couple of times. Have I not noticed it, I would have been billed for premium plan instead of mobile plan.

    I have been a netfix user for almost 8 years now and my only issue is that you took Futurama off and the fact that you have different Playlist for different countries ( Canada, USA, Germany, etc. ) there are shows on other countries Playlist that are not on mine and that is unfortunate. You used to be able to change your region and get different countries, but apparently that's illegal, so my question, why the different playlists, and can you put Futurama back on the Canada one. Thx

    This app Is wonderful, I got netflix 3 years ago and I'm so glad that I still have it during quarantine. Loads of shows for everyone of all genres. Many classic movies and netflix originals almost weekly so I can never get bored! I'm sure there's still tons I haven't watched yet and I can't wait to watch soon. It also tells you how much you may like a show or movie based on what you've watched previously !

    I think that this app is, overall, very enjoyable, but they could have more shows and they should learn to know when to drop a netflix original. If you're running out of ideas, guys, don't try to push it. You've created a mastermind of a TV show, but it can't go on forever. I found that with some netflix originals were amazing the first two seasons, but then it was just like they'd given up or run out of ideas or something. Overall, good experience though, so well done Netflix!👍👏♥️😛👏👏👏

    I keep getting the 5.8 and 5.10 errors. Which totally makes me want to unsubscribe because it stops me in the middle of whatever I'm watching abs wants me to reboot my phone or it won't start... My network it fine my space is fine so I honestly don't know why I keep have to reboot my phone ever 5 to 15 minutes 😭😭😭 I just want to watch in peace.

    App works fine just not a lot of decent up to date content. Lot of movies are listed in different genre to give off the illusion of this big list to choose from. Pretty much any movie old or new you search Netflix just doesn't have it. Lot of the tv shows you guys have were canceled before their conclusion which is a bummer. If I wasn't getting my subscription free thru Tmobile I probably would have canceled the subscription & Uninstalled the app the 1st day I used it.

    I love Netflix! They give really good recommendations and they have a great variety of shows and movies to choose from! I love how you can skip the intro too! I like watching Netflix in my spare time so I sometimes leave it on for hours but now (after 3 episodes) they ask if you want to keep watching which is really helpful. I would recommend watching Friends!

    01/09/2020 - Latest update installed yesterday has caused my app to no longer work. 2 very long live chats later and still it won't work as they are still "investigating". Not good enough for a paid service!!! 08/09/2020 - 1 week has gone by and still the issue has not been fixed! 13/09/2020 - Another week gone by and still nothing.     For several months and numerous updates this app stopped working on the Pixel C tablet. After a lengthy back-and-forth with Netflix support they notified their app development team who appear to have finally fixed it with the last update on 9/28/20. For some reason it wouldn't install the update from the Play Store, so I did a clean install by clearing the app's data & cache, then uninstalled the app, followed by a clean re-install. I'm glad to have it working again on this tablet.

    The shows in the app was great and I really am hooked, but I can't access the app on my phone ever. I can't remember when it started but it never works on my phone anymore, I always get this error message that says "Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. (-1001)". I've tried clearing data and cache, even updating it but I still get the same error message. Real bummer.

    Ahmmm... I like the app. But can I just suggest something... 😅 Ehehe! Can you put quality settings for videos. I mean resolutions: 360p, 480p, 720p or 1080p. Not all user want too much HD.     Everything is working great along with the latest UX update but the only reason I kept one star to myself because after update, the streaming seems to get stuck and loops while scrolling forward. Well I admit the network is not excellent but then again it has a tendency to auto adjust the quality and then again I'm not the only one with that kind of problem. So fix it because believe it or not it's annoying 😖.




    I'm a new user and I am willing to take an account on Netflix. Everytime I am trying to open the app, it shows "Sorry, we couldn't reach the Netflix service. Please try again later(-1001)". What should I do? Please fix this. Also, my internet is good. There's no change in the problem after reinstalling the app. I reinstall everytime I open the app.

    I love netflix sm!!! It's so fun to watch when you're just bored and u have nothing to do. I love that they added some nickelodeon shows, and some other movies and shows that you just want to watch. I also love the shows that they make. The only thing I don't like is that there are only like 8 to 10 episodes in a season but that's totally fine. I love this app so much and I hope you do too!!

    If I receive a call while I've got the app paused and queued the show I'm watching will start playing again on its own once the call has ended. I've also noticed that while shows I've previewed and selected reminders for will show up in my notifications, new episodes of shows on my list have not been. They'll be featured upon opening my profile but I wonder what would happen if there were two shows in my list that had new episodes released on or near the same date.

    The app was running great until a week or so ago. Now, when I open it, most times a black pop up box appears instead of profiles. Says something about cant open due to device failure. I have wifi and mobile data. Went to settings, everything seemed fine. Tried to uninstall app and reinstall but now it's part of my Samsung A20 phone. It doesn't give option to uninstall completely. I uninstalled updates. Only choice I guess. Afterward, I reinstalled the updated. Doesn't save spots in show either.

    It's a convenient app. Variety of movies and series are available here with lots and lots of recommended kid shows. Thus, I like this one!. ONE MORE UPDATE: Why does the video get stuck in the middle of a show or movie and the audio keep on running. It's kind of annoying. Kindly see to it please.

    The new brightness interface setting on the left side of the screen is terrible . I'm watching my whole movie with dim lighting. I tried raising the level of brightness and it was still dimly lit. If I want to increase the brightness of the movie from my phone settings, I'm unable to because the app puts a lock on the brightness function this is frustrating please fix.

    Netflix has most show genres including: action, romance, crime, Superhero and of course lots of films, in many genrures. It even has children mode where you limit what they watch. I rate this a 5 star despite the fact of the amount you have to pay every month, and that you can only share the subscription with people who live at your address. Netflix is an amazing app, and if you are looking for something too watch, I recomend this a lot x

    To a degree, Netflix has revolutionized our media consumption. I admire the variety of available content and the website and app interface. This is my first Google Play review, and I'm doing this only to point out that for many months now, I always have to restart my phone first before I am able to connect to Netflix. (All my other apps are working well, so it's not a connection issue). I don't know why this happens, but the problem persists even when I already have the latest app update.

    It's amazing, we can watch so many shows from Nickelodeon to Disney and not even that we can watch original series and movies from netflix. Yes sometimes it glitches but that's usually because of my phones storage space being full and sometime videos do not play and I am told to try again later but that's usually because of my internet but overall it stupendous and amazing and really easy to use and it has such a wide range of genres and shows. Thx for this great app.

    It's a good app and definitely lives up to the standard/premium name but the only problem is that I'm watching an anime and it has 4 seasons but they've only put 2 seasons on Netflix along with a few series and it's annoying because then I have to find a streaming website that will get that up for me. it's a bit annoying and I hope this will be fixed.

    it's a amazing app and it has a lot to watch except when it comes to anime i would like it to have a lot more funny and cool animes but overall great. i do have something that Netflix could try if people want it. why not make it so people can choose from not only the available pictures for their accounts but also use pictures from there own phone or other device's gallerys. its just a thought but then again Netflix is almost perfect as it is besides a few bugs here and there its a good app :)

    i've been experiencing a really annoying bug recently. whenever i try to open the app, it says "we cannot reach the Netflix service. please try again later" i've been trying and trying and reinstalling the app, but it still doesn't work. it works fine on my friend's pixel 4, i have the pixel 2 xl. please fix this.

    Netflix, in the earlier updates while watching a TV show, I would read the descriptions of the episodes for the same. While i was reading the video would auto pause as it normally should. But in the latest update, it doesn't. Also the skip forward and backward buttons are not working properly. Please roll back this update.

    Although it is a good app every time a new update comes out it makes the movie stop or go black and the sound will keep playing I have tried everything to fix it and nothing works I have to go back to the menu and into what I am watching again and it only works for a few minutes before I have to repeat the process. I read some other reviews and this seems to happen to a lot of other people. Netflix fix this please!

    I've been trying to get this app to work for more than a week and it's not loading any videos. It just says "this title isn't available at this time" and I check ALL THE TIME and I guess no time is convenient for the app. I'm not gonna be wasting my money paying for a service that doesn't work. Either fix it or give everyone their money back.

    The "play" button doesn't work when I try to watch Netflix on my phone. I have the Galaxy Note 20 so its not a hardware issue. I contacted Netflix customer service which did nothing. The only way I can play any media in the app is by pressing the rewind or fast forward button.

    The app is great, it's very functional. I've never had a problem with the Netflix app, EXCEPT for when I'm watching an episode and leave the app two Netflix apps pop up and I'm never sure which one to open and most of the time I'll be watching an episode leave the app and when I come back to it seconds later it throws me back 3 episodes right in the middle. It has its bugs but for the most part it's fine and a pretty good app

    So my sister owns the netflix account and she lives in Australia but that is not the issue here, so once while watching one of my favourites it was buffering despite the speed which i checked a million times, and i deleted the app then i downloaded it again yesterday.     1. Encountered extremely poor customer chat service when dealing with subscription issues, the agent discontinued the chat when confronted with complaints. 2. Immediately after starting up the app (wasn't running in the background) it keeps stalling on playback, need to logout and log back in to eliminate the problem, occurs frequently. Similar situation encountered when casting to chromecast ultra, gets stuck at 98% or 99% loading, never plays. Unless logout out and log back in.

I dropped 2 stars because of the fact that there is no feature to tag a film or series with 'Do not show me this.' , surely out of all the people that have been using Netflix, one of them must have suggested it. Why has it not been implemented? This feature would save you're viewers a lot of frustration when looking for something to watch. Seriously, add the feature.

    Every time I open the app, I'm greeted with a 1023 error code saying it couldn't reach netflix. My internet connection has nothing to do with it. I close the app , open it again and it works, but it's annoying after a few hundred times. I want to browse more titles but the UI is confusing. I want a section specifically for genres. There are times when I change the language of a title, the subtitles will also change, to a language that I didn't intend to change to.

    Everything is fine until I get a phone call and need to answer it or somehow I need to pause the show and move to another app, then when I get back to Netflix and I want to resume watching, screen is black.     Idk why you added this but since adding the brightness adjust on the screen every show/movie is way too dark too see. I usually have my brightness low so when i went into the app it was already dark, when i went to turn it up it said i couldnt. I close the app and turn my brightness to max just to return to my video and it be just as dark as before. It says netflix choses my brightness and i can only adjust it a bit in app. Why is the max so low? I dont understand how watching a dark show is ok

    Was going great until last update while playing, the video just stops and freeze for several minutes, if its a serie instead of going back to the latest episode watched, they bring us back 10 episodes ago. Since the new update, today, I can't even open any series or movies, it stuck on "who's watching" page. Can't search, cant play anything. Can you please fix it asap.     It has been more than a week since we can not open Netflix. It was working fine more than two weeks ago and then all of a suddenly we have a Netflix screen with red rotating circle that will never open up to a screen of available movies and shows. Amazon Prime is working great so I know it's definitely not the problem with the TV but Netflix programming.

I have tried to fix it by restarting my phone..and even uninstalling and re installing the app. But when it gets stuck you cant do anything.     Your latest update tells me sometimes that my host ID doesn't exist and I can't watch my favorite shows unless I literally restart my phone. It is a pain. It has happened to me twice in the last couple of days and usually at night. I have been a loyal customer for year's and bill is current. Didn't start having problems till last update. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. I will update my rating when this gets fixed.

    Only a couple of gripes. When swiping through "my list" and I go into a title to remove it from the list and go back out it scrolls automatically back to the front of the list. It's a real pain.     the app is pretty good itself. good shows, and much more, but there is numberous amounts of problems with it.when i watch a series or a movie, every single time it goes back TO THE BEGINNING!!! i have to go back and click where i was and this is everyday. and its always "error" or "cant reach the netflix service". im not cancelling but i think there should be something done about this, and ive seen multiple people with the same problem.

    I can no longer login to the app on my tablet - Galaxy Tab S Model TM-800. Please help! I've tried uninstalling and downloading the app again, as well as clearing the cache and data in application settings. Each time I try to open the app, a box pops up saying to choose an account to sign in with saved with Google smart lock. Choosing either of the options doesn't work and the app closes. This has been going on for weeks at the very least.

    I love this app. I have been using netflix for so long now. The only problem is that many of the movies/ series are not in latin language . Only subtitles are available which makes the experience boring. It would have been better if all the series and movies would have been available Latin dubbed as well.     Recent updates have made the app crash very often. Several times when skipping forward or backward the play gets stuck and we have to close the app and start again. Several times the app crashes and gets the phone itself be stuck. I'm having a high end phone and a network speed of 100 MBPS, still all this happens and many times the video gets played at a lower quality. This is ridiculous.

    This app is great. There are two things that I would like to suggest which will improve upon watching experience. 1. Add a long press to mark episode or movie as played. There was a tv show which I watched season 1 from some place else but watched season 2 on Netflix. It show season 1 episode in my continue to watch tab. 2. Automatically remove movies and tv shows from the watch list when finished. I hope some reads this. Mostly feedbacks are ignored when a company gets this size.

    Cool, I like jwo it can give you notifications for shows youd like or that have just come.out. the screen is very dark though, so maybe an even brighter screen option? I have the dial all the way up but especially in dark scenes I couldn't see a thing but when watching on a TV I could see everything. Love the app though! Also love the download feature! :)

    Netflix gives an option to download their shows & movies so you can watch them later. Well I downloaded a series & 2 movies in the Netflix app when I was in San Diego, California, & as soon as I crossed the border to Tijuana, Mexico, it wasn't available for me to watch what I downloaded. What's the point of downloading something if you can't watch it later? Netflix does not tell you this when they want you to pay for their service. That's pathetic. I'll use Netflix until I find something better.

    Several problems with the app. Whenever I cast Netflix onto my TV using Chromecast, there are times where the control buttons disappear and I cannot change anything on it. I have to disconnect from chromecast and re-cast it to continue watching or control volume. Also I hate it when the video stops and the message "are you still watching?" Comes up. I understand the value of that feature however I wish there was an option in the setting to turn that feature off.

    Recent updates have (1) broken the 10s skip forward/back - now always results in sound sync errors (2) 20% of time, get an error "Please try again later" (-1023), but the cure is simply to kill Netflix using Settings and restart it, so the issue is clearly with the app and not connectivity (as Netflix "help" would have you believe).

    I got error -9 whatever I do, I did multiple factory reset, tried other time, other versions of the apk... Nothing. My tablet is still perfectly functional except for Netflix. I tried the legacy version from their website, audio is cracking and unbearable. Support told me to wait and hope, they really didn't t care about troubleshooting their buggy app.

    This app doesn't seem to play nice with Chrome OS. It can't remember where I paused or exited, and restarts a series I'm watching at different previous paused points within the series. Amazon Prime and HBO streaming do not have this issue. So I tend to use those streaming services more often, even if I'm interested in Netflix's programming.

    The picture is TOO DARK. Even with eh built in brightness control, it's too damn dark. I never had a problem with using the brightness built into my phone, but since you. Added it to the app, it has been ruining whatever I watch because the app setting throttles the brightness down. Remove the setting all together. It was never a problem before. Ever heard "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?" No app should override phone settings.

    Used to work now fails to connect. Was fine until recent update, that initially failed to login, now, after uninstalling and even factory reset of tablet, it just fails to connect to service. Netflix help was next to useless and just walked through their already useless online help. Then suggested I contact device manufacturer or blamed my on multiple other devices, just not tablet.     Netflix and the app are Awesome..! BUT there are some glitches. 1.) It doesn't "resume" properly.. Once paused (or at end of an episode), in time it resets to default home page while screen mirroring. Upon pressing "resume/play" were you actually left off, it either takes you to a previous episodes altogether or an earlier time within cureent episode. 2.) You can finish episode and go back to default home screen and it takes a long while to reflect actual next episode.

Now on my firestick you are adding English subtitles to my English film. I switch it off and you turn it back on again. So you broke it... But several attempts switching it off worked... I think?     The app runs the shows I watch smoothly. The only issue that's quite annoying to deal with is that it's not saving the spot where I last watched.     Hey Netflix, the forward and backward clicks is having a glitch. When trying to forward or backward a video, the video gets stuck but the audio plays.     Not having any issues atm, but one comment on the design. Why does netflix have brightness control on devices that have their own brightness control? It's actually pretty annoying and I haven't found an option to disable it. When I drag up my Home/Back button bar hitting the brightness slider is unavoidable. It's just an unnecessary piece of clutter.

Its beautifully designed, remembers where I leave off on things, rarely, if ever, glitches, and I LOVE the 10 sec skip buttons. I've seen them before, but this app really makes them smooth. If there was one thing I'd change, it'd probably be to remove things from my recently watched tab, just cause I'll start a show I have no intention of finishing sometimes, but that's nbd.

    The layout of the app leaves a lot to be desired. It's tedious that its impossible to just view all of the movies/tv series in my selected genre on one screen without having to swipe through each icon. It takes too much time. The app only works for a little while & then won't even try to connect with the server meaning you have to delete & re-download which is also very tedious. Furthermore you can't enjoy your show w/o having to stop what you're doing every other episode to press keep watching

    Won't open after reinstalling. Reinstalling necessary due to app incorrectly refusing to download to 16 GB SD card with 13 GB of free space. Not enough free space error message appears when I try to download. 13 GB should be enough free space for 65 episodes. App refuse to download more than 5 episodes before error message appears.     I miss the days when my recommendations were customized for me and my interests, rather than muddled with foreign films in different languages that I have no interest in reading (or being distracted by unmatching lips) or LGBT shows, etc. Nothing against them, they're just not for me. I can't pay attention to subs to save my life. It's more difficult to navigate through all the extra stuff and find something I actually want to watch these days.

And i totally recommend this to people who love anime and other stuff its the best app for watching movies and TV shows but if a movie or whatever is not there most likely its been removed to make space?     Good app I just gave it a 3 star because they don't really have anime shows like my hero academia, blood C, or darangopa. I will like that if you add those shows. And there's a problem, when I'm finish with a episode and go to the next episode. I left netflix and got back to netflix and It got back to episode 1. I don't know if it's a glitch but please fix it

    Doesn't detect my Chromecast device when every other app on the phone detects it just fine. It's trying to be "smart" and hide the FAB for Chromecast when there isn't one on your network, but whatever it's doing doesn't actually work in all situations. Just let us override this manually in the settings, please, otherwise we can't actually use the service.

    I'd like to suggest for an option to browse all available movie from chosen initial letter and an option to resize the subtitle to smaller or bigger font. I love to watch netflix but then again. There's a lot of things that I think could've been better.

    I don't find some of the shows in the same way...for example I watch a series on the internet call Babylon Berlin which is an original netflix.?and when I check the application I didn't find are very good but you are very not updated....Murder in Paradise i just watch season 9 but you are just began season 8....

    I absolutely LOVE netflix but HATE the new shuffle thing. When I'm watching multiple episodes that follow each other I have to manually go back and play it instead of it going in order which is a waste of time. I cannot find out how to turn that feature off.

    Updated yesterday. Suddenly experiencing so many glitches today (which I'd never encountered any of these before) 😞 Tried to double tap the screen to fast forward but the screen froze and the sound repeatedly play. Very frustrating. Please fix this problem. P/s: I got no issues with the internet connection.

    Me, my mum and my dad have had Netflix for a while but lately whenever I try to go into my profile (family account) it puts me in my dads profile or loads and then stays on the Who's watching page. Overall it's an amazing app but this has been happening since the newest update so could use please fix it because suprisingly, it's really annoying. Also I'm not giving this a one or two because, before this update I never really had any problems, it's a bit unfair to give a bad rating for one update

    i love it sometimes its slow but it is really good my fav tv show is the vampire diaries and outer banks the reason i love these shows is bc there is always some mystery. another thing about it is im trying to cromecast and its not really helpfull in this sinario. also it could use another update. and im really upset that you took the fosters off of netflix. if your reading this netflix pls pls bring it back and pls put another season on jullie and outer banks. other than that its an amazing ap

    Otherwise a fantastic app but deducted 2 stars for the following reason... 1. Not the entire Netflix library is present which is a bummer, because we are paying the same amount as people in other country. 2. No video quality switcher in the online player itself. More user control over the video quality would be awesome...

    Video freeze, cannot connect to server, random crashes... The new update seems to be very unstable... I can't watch a 20min episode without it crashing or the video freezing... Also sometimes the app won't launch. Not to mention the progress of where I left on an episode/movie is incorrect. Please fix these things!

    Very poor search/selection of movies.It should have a system of selection of movies by hyperlink fron any movie title for actors playing in that movie that shows you all the titles available with that actor.Also combination of genres of movie (like action+comedy+scifi )for better movie selection.It would be nice to get a default country setting in order to be able to continue watching the shows i like even when i travel abroad without getting spamed with all the local titles and loosing my favs

    Used to love Netflix, been on there app for many years. But their political views have gone so far left. But this will be the last year for me with Netflix. I like a lot of their Originals. But netflix hooking up with the Obamas and the left wing on so many things. And they're jumping into the black lives matter organization. Which is a Marxist organization very easy to find out if you go to their website of black lives matter. So they know what they're doing. I love this country don't need them

    Can't cast phone to TV for more and more shows over the last month. App is now basically useless on phone unless I connect to TV via HDMI and then can't text and the battery dies quickly. When trying to wirelessly cast, keep getting error messages that the episode can't be played at the moment (but I can play some.. the less popular and less desired random episodes). Debating continuing my subscription as this point as it is so difficult to use. Never had problems before the last month or so.

    Series are great but the app performance is awful. Every time I finish an episode it would just go on non stop loading and I had to power cycle my device for if to work, and the cycle goes on. Don't blame the Internet, I have a very good one.

    i used to give the app 5 stars bu there really isnt that much to watch anymore and they always take forever to add more epiosdes to seasons like forsay fuller house season 5 i watched it the day it came out and until now there still are no new episodes to the end of the season. im very disapointed over these things and they need fixed

    When i complete watching some episode why does it not update at all.. this is happening after my recent example: when i finish watching episode 5 but still when i see continue watching it shows that im still watching the beggining of episode 5...the only flaw ive come across otherwise the download loading everything else is fine

    Great app but would be better if Netflix would be licensed to allow streaming of newly released episodes from a variety of shows such as anime and others. Consumers pay for their entertainment, it would at least be much worth it if streaming would be available. Thank you!

    Absolutely the worst app. Content doesn't load for TEN freaking minutes. Can't control playback speed. Absolute nightmare. Nothing loads. I keep waiting for the video to play, but it NEVER does. Update1:now its loading much better, but still 1 star because there is no option to control playback speed. Update 2: playback speed control has been added but the app has become very buggy now.

    While the service in itself is pretty good, the app could be significantly better and more stable. Gave me an error every time I started the app (error code -1001). Neither reinstall of the app or logging out and in made any difference. The only solution turned out to be restarting my phone. This has never happened with any other app.

    English subtitles are never in English, even if it's a British programme it's full of errors with lots of things spelt incorrectly. Theatre incorrectly spelt theater. Centre incorrectly spelt center. Favour missing the u. Etc., etc. Please can you correct this because it's very frustrating and off putting that we can't even watch a British TV programme or film without these awful errors.

    This update of 9/11/20 WILL NOT LAUNCH on my Note 4. It always worked before! What have they done to break it??? When I try to open, it flashes, disappears and asks me which account I want to use. But the request is just a tiny input window while the app is not there. I've restarted, uninstalled it, reinstalled but it refuses to load!! This may be the time to think of cancelling and getting Amazon Prime services.

    Terrible, I love Netflix and I hate to diss it but the app is horrible. For starters, half of the titles you can't even watch as they say 'sorry can not view this title right now' and also when you try to download a movie it says 'could not download try again later'. Then i deleted the app and downloaded the app again and the next morning it happened again until today and might be forever.     App is great!...when it works. Rather disappointed that I purchased a new HP Chromebook with intent on using it for NETFLIX, even signed up with my own account to do so. In other words, I'm immensely disappointed to say that it worked upon download after immediately setting up laptop. Signed up on browser, logged in app on Chromebook, then next day it doesn't work anymore? Error msg reads "Application failure: Need to restart application" more or less followed by #s. For days now. Disappointed.

    I've been installing and uninstalling on my pixel 2 for the past 2 days because I everytime I try to open the app, I get a message saying that it was unable to connect to the netflix server. I can't even attempt to log in, much less watch anything. My sister has the same phone and she hasn't had any issues using the app. Please help!!

    Brightness setting overrides system brightness. That was a poor decision, please fix this by removing the feature or having the option to not use it in the settings. The app doesn't track progress through a show very well, especially across devices, and has trouble logging in at times. Seems to work reasonably well otherwise.

    Always crashing before and after the update. You're expected to do better since users has to pay for your services. Customer care needs a lot of improving. Please fix whatever bug that is in this latest update. Can't even open the app now.
