My brother-in-law purchased tickets for family members. We are SENIORS and I can't figure out why Ticketmaster doesn't SEND the tickets to our PHONES when THEY ARE TRANSFERRED TO US. We live in different cities. ** I don't see a link that allows me to send my ticket to my phone! This is a HASSLE! Certainly Ticketmaster can do better than this. Unncessary steps. Must Search for Search bar..Put the darn Link to our tickets right under the image of the TICKET!!! I'm baffled. This is NOT A COMPUTER USER FRIENDLY APP.

This is the worst app. Like all the other reviews, the app does not allow you to sign in consistently or retrieve your tickets. This is really troublesome when you are trying to enter the event you paid money to see.

I am extremely frustrated by your Customer Service department. I have explained my issue repeatedly, and it seems like I'm being purposefully misunderstood. I registered and received confirmation for a presale and day-of my account was blocked from the event. Customer Service is refusing to let me purchase any of the remaining tickets for the event, even though this was a TM website/app error, and no fault of my own. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE/APP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

I have a solution, read on! This app had one job and it was to load my tickets. Instead, it repeatedly told me "never been updated. Unable to refresh your tickets" Waste of time. Get your tickets this way instead: Look for an email from TM with the subject, "Instructions for entry..." & click the "view mobile tickets" link, sign in, select event, and boom tickets are there. Screenshot those suckers as a backup in case you have connectivity issues at the venue. Bypasses the app completely.

The app is okay, but it doesn't even have Rock as a sort selection for concerts. When checking out the, the state selection for your address is a scroll. That's a pain in the @ss, especially since it doesn't scroll correctly and freezes as you scroll. I went and looked via Google for concerts, then was routed back to the app once I found something I was looking for. Ticketmaster is going to lose ticket sales just because their app sucks. I almost gave up.

Very glitchy. I have been to 4 concerts trying to use the app and only was able to use the app to view my tickets one time. It's easier just to sign in on the website. Now I get a blank screen when I try to sign in. The biggest annoyance was trying to view my tickets and an old ticket from a prior concert kept trying to open. I have booked tickets through the app very easily before, now I can't even do that! The only upside to the app is finding events is easy.

Have tickets but they are not showing up on the app. Ticket Master could care less and will not respond to any calls or emails or messages. They're customer service phone number will just hang up on you when you select any option. Worst experience with any event I have ever had. Be wary when using this app at this point I don't even think they actually have any way to contact them probably so they can try and get away with these things.

Got the tickets I was looking for, but not after a massive headache. Had the app fail multiple times upon checkout, having my seats taken by someone else. Real cool, guys. Not sure why you would give me a timer on checkout if it literally doesn't do anything, like, idk, reserve the seats for the ten minutes while I try and pay? What's the timer for??It also freezes CONSTANTLY, my entire phone, not just the app.Insane.Haven't had these issues until attempting to use this app.Fundamentally flawed!

The app crashes & has errors in the queue and when you try to pay. They allow scalpers & bots to buy tix before verified fans. A couple years ago I had valid tickets I bought from a friend while on video call because of errors and crashes on my side. Then months later on the day DAY OF the concert with no warning, they canceled my tickets & called them invalid. What happened to them? I have no idea but I couldn't use the tix I paid for. Hours on the phone & they just told me to buy more.

I noticed today that mobile tickets in the app now display a regularly-changing barcode with the message "Screenshots won't get you in". This is yet another reason to hate Ticketmaster - these dynamic barcodes make it harder to sell tickets when a show doesn't support selling tickets, and they make it impossible to get into a show when a user doesn't have a mobile data connection. Ticketmaster is such a greedy entity, and the venues which use it are nearly just as greedy.
