Facebook login can't be authenticated on Android!!! I have to get my ticket from a desktop instead. UPDATE: To login, use the email associated with Facebook. I managed to login now.

I created a listing "EDC week Bassrush pool party, 16th May" to sell 2 tickets. I got a verification email with the right details. I sold the tickets, than I received a msg after the event: "You uploaded the wong tickets" I checked my listings and my listing's name was EDC with date May 17. I asked them to investigate how my listing "EDC week Bassrush pool party, 16 May" changed to "EDC, 17 May" They just refunded the money to the buyer, and left me without any explanation. I lost $90, thanks!

Downloaded the app, told me my location was NYC. Tried to get it to show my correct location (near Philly) and wouldn't do it. also after a few searches to find events I'm interested in, nothing....

the fees have been raised again, now from 10% to 13%. i know this service isn't free, but you're beginning to mimic the old ticket resale models, which means your USP is no longer interesting.

This new feature 'the raffle' which is basically a lottery system is really annoying: I've participated over 40(!!) times and didn't 'win' the possibility to buy even a single ticket. Every time it takes between one and two minutes of screentime for the damn thing to finish. A few names I have seen on multiple occasions 'winning' the possibility to buy tickets. Might be a coincidence, might not be. Either way: please give back the possibility of 'quickest buyer gets the ticket'!

Just a waste of time. By the time you get a notification the tickets are sold . Why not just implement a queuing system ? I wish boom will consider using another system. EDIT: Even with the new Raffle feature, notifications still come in after the raffle has ended some times. Which means you have over 1minute delay in delivering what's meant to be real-time push notifications.

I was using my phone when I got a notification for a ticket. I clicked it very quickly - instantaneously - only to be told someone is already paying for it?? How could someone be paying that fast? Suspect bots
