    If you intend to sell items from Ebay, DON'T. Even though they say they'll send you a notification when your item sells, that's a hit or miss. And don't expect Ebay representatives to side with you. If you do decide to sell, CHECK your listings on different locations (phone, tablet, and desktop). More than once they changed the "buyer pays" to "free shipping" on my listings. It got so bad I had to keep photos of the shipping information. Not worth the hassle.

    Several actions still require desktop. Searches are too general, showing me things that won't work or are of no interest. Also, if you look something up to see what your item is worth, eBay nags you to buy it. I already have it. I want to sell, not buy. I'm extremely frustrated that eBay isn't encouraging environmental packaging and taking scam items off their site.

    I've used eBay a lot for 20 years. They've just changed their selling model to remove PayPal from receiving payment. The buyer can still pay using PayPal, but eBay now holds your money for up to 4 days and tells you to post the item while they 'process' the payment, taking their fees out before you are sent the remainder. They ask you to send your item despite not having received the money for postage yet. A good way to make some extra cash out of your users. Appalling. I'm not using eBay again.

    I enjoy using E-Bay. I've been using it since '08. It's not as bad as it used to be. I've only had one bad experience and was between E-Bay & PayPal. They pointed finger's back and forth about giving me a full refund.That was crazy and took weeks before it was finally settled. (**Don't Use The Pay Later Option**) It's real tricky.

    Luv da experience on ebay. So many categories & so much stuff to choose from. The best part is when combine with paypal you are guaranteed to receive your product or your money back. Its a win/win situation. I have been a customer on ebay for a better part of 5-6 years now and been loving it always. Sellers are screen for the most part, so no worries about fakes n stuff. There is always some fakes that slip by, but when caught they are dealt with and you still get money back. Ebay #1

    Waste of time and very annoying. Many items are not the advertised price. The ad has a price range, for example, for a 1080p security camera that is 16.99- 32.00. When you get there, you have to select from a list of camera selections.The lowest being 16.99 for a wire or memory card, which is NOT listed in the ad. Then another choice if you want 1080p for 32.00.Very deceptive. Wastes a lot of time when looking for certain items at a certain price. SHADY. Stick to amazon.

    The app continues to go backwards. The home page looks like a bad web page that doesn't fit the screen and shows nothing of relevance. When i open the app, all i want is to access watching, buying, selling or saved searches with 1 tap rather than navigating through layers in the menu. Saved search notifications are still useless. Every time I get a notification, there are no new items within the search criteria! It can't be hard to get it right.

    Good for buying. Terrible for selling. Every month its says "list x amount of items for free", but the thing is that if they sell then ebay still takes a cut. But, you list for free. Also, remember that they want to make buyers happy. They will find another seller. So the whole process of buyer/seller disputes is biased towards the buyer. Make sure if your selling, that you keep records of everything. EVERYTHING. The case is on you to prove that the buyer received the item you sold them

    I've used eBay for about 2 years as a buyer. I've also used other similar websites during the same time. eBay BY FAR is easier to use and responsible in all aspects. Collectively I can find viturely any item(s) I need, AND if an item doesn't meet my expectations, eBay makes it easy to get a refund from the buyer. I can also find competitive items and compare prices. It's a win, win policy.

    eBay is the worst place for a seller to find themselves. Sure, it's easy enough. List your item! Post photos! Select categories and ooh, even promote your listing! But what happens when it's time to sell? Fees, fees, FEES! Oh, didn't know that ad came with a fee? Or that they charge a percentage of the total value as a fee? Too bad! And let's not even get too far into the SHIPPING fees. They'll charge you up the wazoo to ship an item, and they may even charge you again! Best seller app!

    Changed rating, the app has become borderline useless. Everything works as it should apart from the purchase section, as soon as you click on an individual purchase, say to leave feedback or check tracking etc, it just endlessly buffers. It's become regular, sometimes takes up to 20 attempts over the course of a day to finally be able to get into the page needed. The issue has been there with the previous version, and the newest update. Really frustrating and very annoying.

    Clicking on links to product listings while in the messages section, at times, gets directed to incorrect product listings for some odd reason. Going back again to the same links and reclicking on them then sometimes goes to the correct one. I have noticed this issue going on for at least the past couple of days so far. Please fix it.

    I love shopping on eBay! I tell all my friends to shop here instead of Amazon. I always get the products with no shipping. The prices are pretty good! I shop eBay kind of often. Let me change that to VERY often now. eBay is my "go to" for just about EVERYTHING!! I really don't have anything negative to say about it. Most of my friends, even my sister are team Amazon.     You really need to add . The ability to see if your sold transactions come under a promotion. As i paid a lot less in this category . Than the usual. And did not have a clue why. I only paid £1 in the promotion . Instead of £3.40 on a regular sale. But i could not see anywhere on the app. Why i had only paid this. I thought it was an error and had to ring eBay. Please add this feature.

    I'm really loving this app! I forgot that I was entering a website that deals alot in second-hand goods. So I've been looking at ladies' fashions & homeware and I'm very impressed. There's more choice because eBay has many onsite stores. I can't buy anything yet but soon, baby, soon! Just let me look around and see what else there is. 😍 The app I havent familiarised myself with yet but I could add to this later.

    This app has lost some of its functionality. I can no longer search for the "cheapest items near me" only for "the cheapest" or "closest". To see the "cheapest items near me" I have to trawl through items from all over Australia. This is no longer a pleasurable treasure hunt full of possibilities but has become a chore as many items are hundreds if not thousands of miles away.

I recommend using this as a way to shop from antiques to art to house holds. It's an amazing website you just have to look out for the bad sellers that you dont necessarily want to buy anything from.

    Good place to buy stuff. Watch out for Pay-pal selling. They let you ship your items and recieve payment, then lock it until you provide a list of background paperwork including how you acquired your items, including bill of sale. Pay-pal has ruined the experience and you'll already have a hard time competing with all the free Chinese shipping on anything less then $100 that's not the size of a matchbox car.

    This application will get the job done. It is a fantastic way to shop. As well as being fast and easy to purchase the items you want and/or need. Almost anything can be found through Ebay. Sellers are exceptionally professional. I prefer Ebay quality opposed to Amazon. Sellers are personable and invested in each customer. The App is as efficient as the Desktop version.

    If I need to do anything I need the web version as the app just not offeres any useful functionality anymore. (Previous happy user since 2004) Have the developers actually tried to; create a listing? Create a template? Create a listing from a template? Find the shipping info of the purchaser in the app? The answer is NO, because you need the web version.... So why an app? Sure you can buy stuff, but what about selling? Totally useless....frustrating...

    I'm constantly using eBay. When I'm not at my PC, this app for me is very useful. I've just now reinstalled the app because the home screen would keep reappearing everytime I searched for something. So just for that, I have to give the app 4 stars. But since I've reinstalled the app, it seems to be working a lot faster & is more responsive. I would definitely recommend the eBay app if you love online shopping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I like the app. I do wish you could see the # of watchers like you can on the regular website. I also have issues with the app crashing whenever I try to use the "background eraser" feature when posting pics. It will work fine for a few seconds and then crash and I'll lose everything I had done before saving. So I have to do one picture, save, then go back and do another, save, etc so I don't lose everything when it crashes on me. Very frustrating, but the app is fine other than that.

    Since the update this app is useless, I don't get notifications anymore! No idea when items are ending unless I go into the app, no notifications that an item has sold or has a bid on it, now fees are being deducted before you get your money and put straight into ur bank instead of PayPal which I preferred! Takes ages to transfer the buyers payment into my account and you then expect me to post ot off before I receive the payment, fees have also got far too much think I'll be changing to Vinted!

    I've had an excellent experience shopping on eBay. It's easy to find low prices when you filter your results. You can also find goods here in the USA using filters. This helps eliminate items shipped on a very slow boat from China. The same filtering method can also help limit shipping costs by showing this items with free shipping. However, the item price is normally higher when there is free shipping (nothing is ever really free).

    I initially want having a good experience but that has changed over the years and I have to say that the experience has been mostly positive. The app has been upgraded and thats always a plus. Now I can't use the app to make purchases. I have to go on to a desktop to do so. And getting an answer from customer service? Good luck with that

    For the most part the mobile website is better, but it is improving. Being able to open tabs in a browser is so useful for comparing items, seems odd not to include this in the app. Why do I have to set the same search settings every time I search? Why can't it remember that I only want UK items, and that ending soonest is always better than 'best match'. Also, why can't I save categories as searches?

    If you have 10 or more orders paid, no matter how many, Home screen will only show you a "9+ paid ship now" sign. You can't tell how many orders you have to ship unless you go to another screen. Something very impractical and even annoying. Is not that hard to place the exact quantity of awaiting shipping orders on the home screen. For a seller, this number is important enough to have it at first sight as soon as you open the app.

    The app works ok sometimes, but often you'll find that critical functions fail, and thanks to ebay outsourcing everything from site development to customer service, don't expect much help with any serious issues you have. If you're new to e commerce, ebay might not be the best choice for you.

    It is a great App. For those who dislike it, they don't know how to navagate it. And by the way, this rate and review is about the App. Not your experience of selling and buying on eBay. Have the ability to know a good price when you see it. And most of all look at the sellers feedback. But I am talking about buying and selling on eBay. this is about the App. If your bidding, have a good WiFi connection, otherwise if you are bidding, you may not win. I have won many auctions with this App.

    I love EBAY. I find all my DIY supplies at a much lower price on Ebay. If I need or just want something, I always try Ebay first. I can usually find exactly what I want and have it delivered to my door. Most all the Vendors I've encountered have been very nice, ship quickly and will work with you if you have a problem. I have sold some things on EBAY and was very very satisfied with my transactions. I highly recommend using EBAY.

    I can usually find what I'm looking for at reasonable prices. The app is easy to navigate. I don't like the ads that continue to pop up during my work day to ask me if I'm still interested in an item that I viewed, but did not choose to "watch" or save for later. This totally negates the "watch" option. The "Filter" is also inaccurate. You can choose a certain price range or location, and it will give you products outside your selection.

    I love ebay, its where i do most of my online shopping, the only thing i wish is that they improve their shipping times, i think they should try a pilot program in one city, state or province where they have there own shipping fleet an see how it goes, if its good then they can expand from there. Ebay needs to adapt with the times or they will not survive.

    App is OK. Listings do not follow any set standard of minimum description. Unlike Amazon, power at Ebay rests with the seller. As a buyer, you pay on the spot and it is for the seller to send 'something' at some time at his/her pleasure. Cancellation is very hard. A very good platform for flogging junk to the unsuspecting public at inflated prices. Not good for buyers. Stick to Amazon, IMO.

    I love the app but for one issue... When looking at an item a seller has sold before we buyers need a way to look at feedback for the item left by people who bought it from that seller if there is any feedback. Searching through dozens or even hundreds of reviews to look for the people who bought the thing you want to buy shouldn't have so insanely difficult. Amazon sells more simply because of their review system. I'd much much rather buy everything from ebay. Can we fix this issue?

    So strange how when I select the option to get my money back it takes me to a blank screen. It should tell me if there's a time limit instead of a blank screen! This should never happen and no excuse is a good excuse! Their customer service phone number is a fake number also! I demand my money back at once or I'll never buy anything on ebay again! I have used ebay in the past many times with no problems but I still suggest not buying anything from ebay!

    Good app, but one thing I dislike. When your item sells, you need to have PayPal to even manually accept the funds. You should be able automatically to receive the funds through your debit or credit card. If you can get refunds on your debit or credit card, you should be able to get paid on the cards too. Once this is a thing in the app, then I will give 5 stars.

    The reason why i give it 4 stars is because ever since pay pal left Ebay's been going down. The app will hold your money for a few days after you sell something. They try to manage and take over your account. For crying out loud they told me on one incident where my money was going then they would release what's left. For crying out loud i see law suits in the near future. Other than that it'd still one of the good apps to sell on. Used to be best but not in top 5 anymore.

They even keep your money until they decide they want you to have it at their convenience. 20 year ebayer. I am finally had it with ebay. Ebay as a company cheaters and thief's.     These 2 stars are to reflect my opinion of the app only. My opinion of the entire eBay sales platform is substantially higher (4*). There are quite a few bugs that, for as minor as they may seem, are huge time wasters. Ex: searching on Chrome - 'Do you want to open with the app?' Yes. Filter search to narrow results. Click on item. Switch back to Chrome to cross-reference. Switch back and app clears all your efforts and shows homepage. 😠

    I love eBay and I have been using it for about 20 years. It's very reliable for the most part and very streamlined. My only current issues are two: eBay should not activate automatic best offers on listings that sellers chose not to pick that option and 2nd: there should be a way for buyers to remove expired offers or best offers that were declined from your bids and offers section when the seller still has it active. Besides those, all is okay.

    Everything I want to say doesn't fit in 500 characters. Short version: app will tag your items as accepting offers if eBay thinks your item is too expensive. The way they base this is often wrong, such as the similar items not being close to similar. I guess it doesn't do this if you list your items via the web browser. This is more towards eBay in general: you don't get vacation options unless you pay a subscription. There are a few other issues I have with ebay's policies and direction choices

    I made a purchased over $50 and still haven't received anything! Been weeks past the arrival due date. Can't get a hold the seller! sent multiple messages. No help from ebay to help find out what going on with the situation. Just be careful with who you are buying from! Ebay's money back guaranteed is not true. You won't get a refund or nothing.

    I decided to try ebay for the first time and the first order went great. Even arrived early. But that is when my good luck ended. I placed 5 more orders and the sellers took my money and then removed the item without refunding my money. They create labels like they actually ship the item but never send the item. When you try to contact them an "error" message appears as if they block you. Dirty thieves! False advertising to offer an item you don't have. Beware there are snakes in ebay.

    Poor experience after update. Purchased two items, PayPal not available for either, just an unhelpful "looking for PayPal?" tooltip. Saved my card on first purchase but it didn't really save so I had to re-enter for the second purchase, and that's still showing payment pending. Emptying shopping basket gave some strange error.

    The app works poorly and I've had to resort to just using the website instead. When trying to link my PayPal or debit card it loads for 5 min then says timed out or page unavailable. After I made my order on the website instead the app told me the order was incomplete but the website says its being shipped. When I tried to contact support through the app it loaded for a while and said page unavailable.

Only negative is that it used to be able to search similar products by dragging an item, it doesn't seem to be able to do that anymore and I miss that - was much better than just clicking "buy similar" Wish they'd bring that feature back but otherwise no complaints

    This app is good and better imho than using a browser on Android. However the one thing I would really like to see added is the ability to change to a dark theme as it is quite bright. I feel it would make it easier on the eyes when looking for bargains. It also knocks the Amazon app sideways into the weeds regarding searches. A search for something on eBay usually returns items that are relevant. NOT like Amazon which likes to pretend you searched for something it would LIKE to sell you!

    For last year getting trouble paying for items ,getting error for my card ,that I have added and used all the the time before and now ,literally every second item I can't pay for !     Glitchy, especially during auctions. information on the screen is not updated in real time. Sellers cancel orders with no explanation or recourse. Customer support is minimal and not clearly found. I believe this app requires reprogramming as it crashes with no explanation. edit: cleared cache and now it works. why can't they simply add a pop up to inform the user of this?

    Intrusive tracking and a plethora of annoying notifications that need to be sought out in the settings to be deactivated. Advertising marketing Ebay specials, that I mostly found useless, take up too much space and get in the way of app usage. Some settings, like set bank account, can't be found in the app. The mobile browser version is way better and, especially because of the data privacy issues I have with the app, I'll just use that in future.

    I have to drop a star from my last review, I tried to order 4 items on ebay, and all 4 came back as fraudulent sellers, I don't think ebay does a very good job of checking the background of who sells items on the app, 4 fraudulent sellers at one time, in the same category that I wanted, I ordered 4 t-shirts, that's a pretty bad record, don't know if I'll ever order from them again.

    The app is fine but the service does not work (anymore)! It once was a great service with lots of great deals. But the deals were mostly on stuff shipping directly from China. Now since about 2 years, any order from China seems to never make it to North America. And the 2 months delay to leave feedback really isn't enough for orders from China. It still works for orders from UK, Europe, North America and Australia but there not much deal (in part due to shopping costs).

If eBay were to add more paying options beside PayPal as a way to pay!! then that would make eBay much better!! & will give Buyers more freedom + options to make more purchases without a problem. Not every eBay Buyer has a PayPal account, so that could be a real problem for most. Fix it! Then eBay will be bigger than Amazon.

    Ebay used to be easy to use for selling. Recently, they added new "benefits" such as auto relisting, but it is extremely cumbersome to turn this off. Editing listed and scheduled items used to be easy. Listed and scheduled items used to be listed under "Selling" Now the only option under selling is to create a new listing. I had to go through help to edit a scheduled item! Seeing all the bad reviews, I'm deleting my scheduled items and my account. Thanks to reviewers for other selling options!

    I love eBay when I'm the buyer. When I'm the seller...not so much. I can't believe all the issues I've had as the seller, and eBay completely refuses to remedy them...for example, in 2015 my partner had been selling for years w/100% + feedback. Due to a hospitalization, during which time she was very close to death, she received a few negatives, all of which she eventually made right with the buyers. She is STILL not allowed to sell under her own acct. This is WRONG. Fix your customer service!

    Fix the sold screen. If I refund shipping I still need to see buyers info to make shipping label & to track shipment, but soon as you issue a refund all you see when you tap sold item is a "You issued a refund to the buyer" screen w/ no access to the needed info, have to go to website to find it, wasting more time. App doesnt tell me when watched items end.

    EBay has made a great shopping app, I just made it easier for buying and selling. I love to use the app for notifications rather than respond to a flurry of emails and mobile layouts keep rolling out smoothly. There are things specific to Ebay that I don't enjoy such as the ability to consolidate reviews for products, but even things such as PayPal payouts are improving.

    This app is a joke. It doesnt accept payments most of the time. Most pages will not load. I tried to buy an item and it said there was something wrong with the card, which there isnt, so i tried it 2 more times, same thing. But they sure took the money off the card 3x. Is not in my purchase history. Been trying to contact them from the app to correct this but another blank page with a blue spinning circle, waited 5 minutes, same thing. Do yourself a favor and dont use it, go online for purchase

    Terrible platform that is says it charges small fees yet adds on an additional 15% ontop of what they show. Fairly hard to navigate the menus to figure out small details for those selling and trying to claim money. Even worse times trying to set things up to sell. Half the time you'll be skeptical of sellers and then they end up bailing out at the end because they had some bidders remorse and don't want to pay up at the end. Then you can't even down vote people to save someone else the time.

    90% of the app is great. A no brainer in many ways for someone like me who can't work a mouse. It's going to take time for me to learn how to use the self help section. It had to have been written by 2 or 300 lawyers. The answers sometimes are so oblique it's hard to understand if you're incurring more fees or being helped in good faith. Luckily, you can talk to a person. They are very knowledgeable. Put things in simple terms and are so nice. I dreaded calling at 1st.

    I like ebay to find some deals for buying cheap PS4 and cheap xbox 360 games. But I don't like how most sellers try and rip you off, when you ask them to hold a item for a day or two before paying. I also don't like how most sellers aren't trustworthy, 2which means I got to double check their page and reviews. I also hate paypal since I tried it once to sell my ps4 game, and my payment took two to three months to go through to my paypal account. So end of the day I choose amazon over ebay

    Since yesterday's (11/3/2021) update sellers' shops have turned totally unbrowsable. The top of the page is no longer locked, it goes freely up and down, covering the page and actual item lists. Also getting an error msg in a few sellers' shops saying "Caught unrecoverable error when building the layout in the page template." This makes it unfortunately very difficult to find anything. Very disappointing atm.

    I use to use Amazon all the time, but I started using EBay when I couldn't find what I was looking for on Amazon. Within a year completely swapped over to EBay and their customer support and quick service is perfect. I've ordered items from overseas, next state over, from the craziest places I'd ever order from, but always great communication and quick delivery even with the pandemic. Did have a couple items not show up for a month, but recieved a refund within a few days after I let EBay know.

    If you want to get tons of spam notifications and emails all day (and night) every day and continue getting them after you shut off notifications and requested that your account be closed several times than this is a good app for you. I had to abandon the email account I signed up with to stop being harrased by eBay. And you can get just as good or better deals from more reputable sellers by just searching the web. eBay customer service?.. good luck with that.

    Does the job pretty well, although I'm not a power user. I've had no crashes, at least. The message functionality could use some UX tweaking (e.g. let me switch to the next message whilst in the current message, let me select multiple messages at one with checkboxes so I can bulk delete or bulk 'mark as read'). And a dark mode wouldn't go amiss either (that's becoming far less an extra and more expected to apps these days). Besides that, pretty good.

    Not my favorite app but I have purchased and sold through it. I currently can't post a listing from the app or site because I can't get past the first step "Tap to add these keywords" screen. I type words, click on a suggestion, then am stuck - there's no way to continue. I see a search bar at the top (which I'm typing into), option to X-out next to it, keywords listed below, then blank on bottom - no continue button, etc. Especially frustrating since it's the same problem in app and browser!

    I've been an Ebay user for years! I've used the app w/o issue for years! Now I installed latest update & suddenly can NOT add anything to my "watchlist" of items! NEVER had that issue before now w/this update! The update says "bug fixes" but... I'll tell you what...     Patience! Apt of watchers but no action and if you start 99 cent auctions for something that is extremely valuable without a reserve price which people don't like anyways. Navigation for sellers is frustrating and a lot of links are broken (tap on a link and it sends you somewhere else). The app constantly crashes, or I have to clear the user data to get it to launch.     I've been using eBay as a buyer since my sophomore year of highschool, so for about 5 years now, and I've only ever had pleasent transactions. To avoid bad ones or ones that might seem a little sketchy go to a seller's page, check if they're an experienced seller, check the reviews, are they legit? Do they have any bad reviews? How many reviews do they have? If you're still unsure reach out to ebay, send them a polite message voicing your worries.

    Update is rubbish. Bugs remain. Do not get notifications on items ending, or out bids unless app is open. No longer able to do a location search in location I.e. within 10 miles, which makes searches useless, as when a search is performed, on listing, the distance from, is no longer visible unless you click into the listing Add the distance location search and make notifications work! They've not for years! Plus any updates you do. Removes search criteria of saved searches. You need to learn!

    I noticed that any feedback that I leave for buyers on the ebay app gets automatically marked as "positive." This is a tremendous flaw and needs to be addressed ASAP. There needs to be an option to mark feedback as negative (and even report users) within the app just like in the web version.

    Like many other (Possibly thousands) of other users, I am disgusted at the new "Managed Payments" situation that eBay have introduced and think it's absolutely bloody ridiculous that a seller has to wait 2 whole days before they receive their payment for an item that has been sold, and that the 2-day wait is "Working" days, so does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.     A recent bug started with the inability to expand photographs of lots displayed. I can't see the micoscopic images displayed, nor can I expand them by spreading two fingers on the screen. Also, Descriptions of lot being sold are blank on all items. C'mon, you can do better and test updates before release. I will shop for another eBay client if this is not fixed soon.     The app is fine with the exception of being limited in answering specific questions.This is highly problematic as there is no longer a working customer service # and "chats" are just recordings of already available, general answers. The managed payments are inconsistent and short of writing to Ebay, I have no resolution options for assistance to research an Issue. App is o.k. but Ebay contact is absolutely terrible.

    The "App" does not have an option to change language to another language. Only English. But if you open Ebay "DIRECTLY" from the internet.... it "DOES" have that option. On the bottom of the page. That option needs to be added to the app. Because not everyone can read "English". Especially in the sellers discription of the items you want to purchase.. Also please have an option for "FINGERPRINT" sign-in. Like my "grocery store" has.

When you go to buy something, the delivery date COMPLETELY CHANGES AFTER you purchased. Not so Positives:- Charge of 12.85% plus re-listing charges after free listings add up significantly, and should be lowered. Suggest scrap listing charges altogether & only have your final % charge at a reduced rate, say 8%. In auction sale scrap buy-it-now charge. Quicker sales = EBay gets commission quicker. Win-Win

    eBay is a great place to find 'anything' you need or want to buy, usually at the best prices. Always check the sellers rating to see if you're buying from a reputable dealer, seller or company. Be aware of the extra postal costs that may be applied if buying international products. When buying use a protected payment authorisation, then If problems due occur you should be covered by any loss. If you need help eBay 'will' assist you to reclaim.     It cost me $104 to send back a BROKEN $200 product, it came that way and i took pictures but ebay said since they didnt give me a choice on the reason for return, which was within a week of getting it after 2.5 weeks in the mail, that since i was only given choices that blamed me and not the seller, that i have to foot the return bill. Ebay sucks, use amazon or search the product in google, but dont buy from them theyre the worst.

    There's far too many instances of buyers making flippant bids now, not paying afterwards &/or cancelling winning bids immediately after an auction closes. As a seller you can't even leave negative feedback to a buyer anymore when they ruin one of your auctions. Ebay need to protect their sellers more, especially since they are charging them to sell on their platform, otherwise what are we paying for? It should now be made clear, making a bid is a commitment to buying an item!

    Managed paymemts malarkey... Means having to wait for your money which used to be immediately available via PayPal. They expect you to ship the item sold when you've not actually received the funds and won't be available for up to 2 or more days. eBay are now taking the full 13.5% fees which I'm sure used to me around 12.5% Inc PayPal fees so eBay are coining it and sellers lose out. I will not be selling items via eBay going forward and would rather use FB Marketplace and PayPal!

    Ebay is great for pretty much everything however there sometimes a bit of ambiguity on a lot of the adds but it's just the way things are. So don't just go. Off the pictures as you don't necessarily get what's on there. Ie. Sink & tap add. Maybe just the sink. No one is breaking any rules as all the info will be there...... Somewhere so the ball is pretty much in your court. Personally, I love it!

    Areas of improvement for sellers needed but in general an excellent app that is user friendly, but could be better. Marked better performance in recent months minus shipping calculations are incorrectly placed in listings too often for items that are obviously not the size that is populated, which requires a double check. Which it shouldn't if the pricing suggestions for selling it are correct, than there should not be an item that is 40" being calculated as 7". Costly but small inconvenience

    Notifications don't work, options that are shown on the desktop version are not on the app and ebay is too twisted a vehicle to sell through - their help guides tell you you can do one thing then when you try to do it it tells you that you can't. I use ebay less and less now and my recent experiences mean I will likely never use it to sell again. There are too many better alternatives now.

    It's fine for purchases. Terrible user interface for sellers. Ebay now by default seems to love having "offers" turned on for all listing, or will default a listing to "buy it now", or any other number of various changes that they will make that require you to click around ten different places just to make a normal listing.

    I absolutely love love love eBay!!! I buy almost everything through this app! In my opinion, eBay is the absolute best as far as purchasing goes. I've never sold anything on here, only made way more purchases than I'd like to admit. I would definitely recommend this app!

    Great app. Updates stable in 2020 Samsung phone. One annoyance using gestures: The slide out menu interferes with back navigation when using gestures. Would be nice if the slide out account menu would only interact if sliding from side level to where the page title is. Then recognizing edge swipes below that as "go back to previous page" instead of sliding out the account menu and the end-user having to play touch the screen in the right place for the gesture to be correctly recognized.

    Obviously a bunch of fake 🤥 reviews for ebay. The grammar is well written. Ebay is starting to turn in to a scam. Fake sales of paper images, no real products, lies about free sales for small periods of time. Then back peddle and charge you. It's percentage is too much so many better options. Avoid this sales app if you don't want to be ripped off by people selling on ebay. Now I'm in disputes for months because of ebay app. Just go with FBmarket or Offerup save yourself the trouble.

    Listing from the app is very convenient HOWEVER, I don't appreciate that after a week or so eBay thinks its okay to enable best offer without my consent... Then I have to hope I fix the listings before someone sends a low ball offer...... Also, viewing payments on the app doesn't work anymore, kicks me out of my account and keeps asking me to re-login...

    Ebay is great to sell and buy items. The only problem I have are the fee's when selling an item. They charge about 9% of the final cost of the item sold, including the shipping that you charged to the customer. How is that even right when shipping is a service that I'm not making money on??????

    Overall, a uaeful app. It lets me handle most of my eBay usage. The buying aide is pretty solid. Easy to find items and bid/purchase. I do find that using the normal web interface better for selling. I usually only use the phone app to keep track of active sale items, and use my conputer to actually manage my sales.

    Wonderful shopping app. Easy to use, with depth options for the advanced ebay seller or any average enthusiast. Ebay has wonderful policies that put the customer first. In my opinion Ebay and Amazon is the Walmart and Target of online shopping. Both have thier use; Yet, Ebay is better for those who are trying to get a slightly better deal.     eBay did away with the mass search list...I miss that! Now you are limited to the number of items that you see, limiting your search! Which of you didn't know the exacted product name.... you'll never find it! Kind of sucks for those of us that can't remember the name of exactly what the product is called!

    Impossible to talk to customer services when something goes wrong, been sold way too many fake items and ebay do nothing about it and don't care, the app has currently logged me out and I cannot log back in (network error)...of course customer services is ridiculously hard to get through to then they give you wrong information. Currently cannot use my account ive had for 10years!

    I use this app all the time to buy items but when there is an issue, I can't access the tools I need which includes reaching ebay themselves for support. I continue to get a blank screen or it times out. I've been trying for a week. I even checked to make sure the app is updated. Very frustrating!

    Currently having an issue with eBay gift cards. I used a card that I bought to purchase a product, and it went through like normal. I still had a bit of money left so I tried to use it on another product, only to see "This code cannot be applied to your order." I decided to try my other saved gift cards I had, only for them to dissapear. Same thing happened on PC. Hopefully can be fixed soon as I wish to keep using eBay.

    If your purchase falls outside of the 30 day ebay money back guarantee, they wont even give you your money back or recover the item for you. Ebay just keeps the money. I tried to get an item that was delayed from china due to covid and because it was outside the 30 day protection window, the sellers account was closed and could not register the item as sent. I call ebay asking for my money back and they literally said, "theres nothing we can do" and that they couldn't refund me my money.

    App needs more functionality like the website.. Multiple watch lists, account settings, ect. A dedicated app should be just as functional if not more than opening eBay in a browser. Needs a tab function to switch between multiple windows, send messages while having a watch/sell tab to switch between without having to scroll through a list or retype a message.

    App is extremely glitchy after an update. Can't bid on anything! Lost the chance to bid and purchase multiple items. The Desktop site works just fine... One would think a multi million dollar company that holds and moves your money would be run better. To make matters worse...eBay has now taken the Classic View option for the Seller page away!

    Ebay still has the best deals. Nobody compares except for maybe Amazon Prime. If Ebay offers the similar strategy with remarking options with the buyer and sellers with a premium membership? Just an ideal. Plus I'm looking for a career change anyway. Maybe this platform I suggested takes root. The plausibility in anything is not impossible, just have to share new business concepts. Not sure if theyre showing everything the website does They dont seem to show you every listing the website does!! & u can only scroll so far down when looking up a specific thing with filters and then it starts showing every listing again. Frustrating cuz i rlu dont enjoy having to wade thru so much BS& ebay is my fav

    Used to be such a great app, but recently some features have stopped working in the filer options. For some strange reason can no longer set a maximum price in the filters option and this can make searching for items in a price range difficult.

    I've always had great experiences for many years on here but now it's been horrible. Problems with payments. Also every time i purchase the seller cancels and says it's my address even though it's correct. I called Ebay and they do nothing to help solve the problems. I think I'm officially done with Ebay.

    Since the recent update, my researching is being delayed due to the app not correctly giving me the sold items. It will initially say its not there but after refreshing a few times, it give me the amount of results. This causes my research to be more time consuming than it is.

    Ebay is Great. Bought quite a few items here even been refunded by Ebay when one seller ignored me after they got an item back. The one thing that pisses me off is feedback. You buy an item from a seller who you give feedback to then they give feedback in return or even just after you pay for an item. Then there's those that don't bother. The ones that do piss me off are the ones that remind you to give them feedback by putting a note in your parcel but don't return the favour when you do.

    Will never buy on ebay again! Bought two things from seller. Seller used same tracking number on both items. I received only one. Ebay and PayPal both sided with the seller, so now I'm out of 60 bucks. Theres even messages stating she will send the second one. But no one at ebay or paypal even asked me about it or asked for evidence. Trying with credit card now.

    the app is fine, the rating is for ebay, my phone is FRP locked all my accounts are on it, I have proven the eBay account is mine, yet they still won't give it back. and they like to play super dumb, even after I tell them the problem they still ask for item numbers and passwords, like what part of "my phone is FRP locked" do you not understand! if I had the passwords and item numbers I wouldn't be here asking for help you morons!!!
