Apparently I didn't make it clear the first time that contact us doesn't work! There is absolutely no way to contact someone if something isn't right, and the store apparently can't do anything about it if you order through the app. Since the items I want are only available through the app, I won't be eating tacobell anymore. The app has double charged me and let's me order things that aren't available at my store which apparently the only thing the store can do is substitute cheaper items.

The app was hard to navigate and on top of that you can only use your reward at particular locations which aren't indicated and only after you enter in a payment method to receive something that they offer for free. Also the employees at said Taco Bell have no clue about the app, how it works or how to help their customers. I will be uninstalling the app after I get my free reward.

This app is phenomenal! Always fast and easy to order and pay! Love the app/online only specials! Love building my own box! Only problem I had was when all the area TB stores ordered new display screens and many orders were lost because they didn't work with the app. The manager was so very nice. Asked me what I ordered and had in ready in seconds!

Update: Very scammy. On several occasions, typically with drinks, I will add items to my cart at a certain prices. When I go to the checkout I will have found the price has more than doubled on each item with no reason provided as to why. This extra checking makes ordering through the already clunky app very tedious. Wasn't a very smooth or straight forward experience. Disappointing and frustrating since you can only get certain menu items on here.

So I've tried to use this app several times. Same complaint as other in that it let's you order items not available at the location you're trying to pick up from. Ontop of the fact that I can't remove items already in my cart! I have yet to actually be able to successfully order anything through the app and that's its intended purposes. Just use the drive thru or go inside and safe yourself the headache

Love this app and the rewards that come with it. Free items occasionally, access to new items early, customization of food items... Drawbacks: no way to leave feedback about a particular order/visit on this app or the printed receipt that comes with it. Would also be nice to be able to leave customization notes/comments rather than solely selecting boxes. A feature to customize drinks would also be beneficial - light ice, no ice, half&half drinks, etc.

They really need to work better with the locations and availability of menu items. So when their fryer is down, you can't order nacho fries, tbrings me to point 2 which is getting a refund which the store nor the app can do, you have to contact customer service. There is also missing items that the store sells but is not on the available menu such as side of potatoes that the geniuses put in the breakfast menu. You also lose the ability to do surveys and customize cooking instructions.

Order is usually right, besides the sauces sometimes. Placed an order and someone else picked it up so I had to cry in the parking lot before the manager decided to remake my order for free. Customer service is no help. It only happened once, but just know that if the app gets hacked and someone grabs your food before you, you took a loss. I like their cheaply made americanized tacos though. They could cook the tortillas. But I'll do it at home. Also, there's no option for light ice in the app.

UPDATE: Tried it again (no I don't have time to email you). It's so much more difficult than the McDonald's app. You should download theirs and use it! Very easy to navigate and order. It has issues too, but I order from them often, so easy! OG: Tried to use it twice, failed twice. Doesn't save my my payment method, constantly says it fails, nothing wrong with info, lots of money in the bank, even tried Google pay! Your people don't know how to help me at the store. Lame and uninstalling!

Absolutely terrible, multiple times the app said "can not process payment at this time." And then still charged my credit card. No one in the restaurant could help me, said they've never even used the app including the manager. Then there's almost no customer service from taco Bell's website, just a poorly worded email that they stopped responding too. Don't use this trash app.
