I was able to successfully use the app once. Hasn't worked since. Screen goes blank and does nothing whenever payment method added in profile section. If payment is added in cart, it won't highlight the submit button. Tried updating and reinstalling, still doesn't work. Tried my card and wife's card info, same result either way. P.S., where's the chili cheese burrito in the app menu? It was there before, it's on the in-store kiosks.

The app tends to be really slow no matter how good the connection. Has to be updated constantly and it makes you update before you can order. Sometimes doesn't let you order everything off the menu. It will say unavailable on common items. If you have patience it is good for customizing. Taco Bell seems like such a big company to have such a substandard app.

The app works very well, and it makes it reasonably easy to customize and order on a relatively complex menu selection of options. I am eating on a low-carb diet, and would have liked an option to remove nacho chips from a Nacho Bell Grande. I tried repeatedly and could find no way to do so. It's interesting how they allow you to remove or change just about everything else, but not the shells or the chips.

Most recent update, October 2019: Now the app doesn't work at all. It gives me a pop up with an error, followed by an error page, and the only option I have is to go home, which simply reloads the error page. An in-app prompt says I need to update, and I cannot continue until I do so. However, no updates are available in the Play Store, rendering the app inoperable.

This app used to work and it was FANTASTIC. I wasn't even aware of the amount of customization possible on the menu with the different sauces and add-ons. And customizing in the app saved so much time over doing it in-store. Now however, I can't log into the app. Sometimes the app won't even open. If it does open, I can sometimes browse the menu but if I try to add anything to the cart... It crashes. So disappointing.

Over the last 4 to 5 months the dev team cant seem to manage a consistently functioning app. "Something went wrong" with near every update and half the time the stores near me aren't even accepting mobile orders. It's too difficult to order complicated orders with the language barrier. I use the mobile app EVERY TIME I go and when it's not working it prevents me from going. Its kept me out of my local tbell for about 2 weeks now. I'm healthier because of this. But I want some tacos...

Doesn't work with T-Moble Tuesdays app. It opens the option to apply the discount or free items offered and then says "this is really great but you can only apply it once" the only option is to hit "confirm" then it throws you over to the menu for a second and then right back into the "apply" page. After that, there is no way to go to any other part of the app. You are stuck in the "apply" page. Taco Bell has been informed of the problem but it still isn't working for the last few weeks.

Edit 2: It seems to be functional again, but the big question now is for how long? Edit: App is currently 100% useless. Fails to log in every time. --- It's always a crapshoot when I open the app as to whether or not I'll be able to place an order, or even successfully log in. constantly throws authentication errors and sometimes stops responding entirely. The concept and layout are great, but the implementation is seriously lacking.

Edit: the app is extremely spotty, at least on my Google Android phone. Most times it makes it impossible to log in or even order. App will constantly freeze and stop responding. Also would be amazing if there was any sort of rewards program. can't go wrong with ordering ahead and minimizing any human contact. makes your life easier as well as the employees. plus you can customize everything you want to order without having to look like an entitled privaleged... thing

Now this app is even worse. It improved for a little bit but now it doesn't work at all. If I manage to actually get it to let me log in, it can't "connect" to my store and then tells me to choose a different location. A different location it can't even find because it doesn't even recognize my zip code. Good job. Whatever your "bug fixes" and "improve" were just entirely broke it. Could you listen to your reviews and fix it?

Most of the time, the app works well on its own. However, unable to claim the 10/15/19 TMO promo. Not sure if this is a TMO problem or Taco Bell issue. In the Taco Bell app, I receive the mssg "This offer is pretty great, but you can only redeem it once." The latest offer does not appear in the offer bucket.

This version of the app is infuriatingly buggy! As a T-Mobile customer, I used this app in conjunction with T-Mobile Tuesdays to get free tacos paid by T-Mobile. So when I tried to redeem my free taco, this stupid version of this app CRASHED before I could finalize the order. So when I restarted app to redo the order, it won't let me reapply the offer! The previous version was working just fine! What improvements were the developers trying to make? STOP TRYING TO FIX THINGS THAT AREN'T BROKEN!

LoveD 💔 loveD 💔 the app, used it all the time, never had any issues. A week ago, upgraded my phone, now refuses to sign in. It crashes everytime I try or sits "working" on loading screen. Uninstalled/reinstalled several times, did not fix problem. UPDATES 9/11/19 .. I went to sign in, said my password was no longer valid, changed it, and now I keep getting a message saying "UH OH something went wrong" .. 9/18/19 .. No change, even after updates .. 9/25/19 No change, even after updates.

edit (9/25): after having the team contact me via this review and emailing them back, it seems to be working now. used to work great, but now it won't process any of my payments no matter what kind of card I use or just crashes if I try to use Google pay. I even tried to go on the website and sign in under a guest and it still won't process my payment. absolute garbage.

Great when it works. Frequently the app logs me out. That's annoying. Today when I tried to log in, it wouldn't accept my password. I have to mess around every time I want to use the app. That greatly diminishes its value. Maybe the reliability will improve. Until then, I'll just skip it

I'm changing my rating to 1 star for the time being. Last time I tried to order thru the app...it was messed up and that was over a month ago. Friend on a Samsung had the same issues. Just got a new update and it still doesn't work. Keeps saying, detected change to your account. Saved password was fine. Password reset request does nothing. Will amend my rating when TB fixes this ongoing issue. **Update 10/16. App still bugged**

Everytime there is an update it is harder and harder to use. Now it can't even find my location. It will only let me order from MN, we live in MI. I love this app bc it makes it so much easier to order for my vegan husbands. Its almost impossible to give the modifications thru the drive thru or in person bc it never comes out right.

Keeps crashing on my Galaxy Note 9. The UI is not very intuitive, and some "buttons" are unresponsive like the "View Previous Orders" (I had to press it 3-4 times; perhaps the app is just slow). Taco Bell needs to hire better developers or pay the current ones better so they can stay on top of their game. The whole app needs to be streamlined.

This app is useless. Used it for TMobile Tuesdays, and even thought the checkout page said $0.00, I was charged full price for a burrito. Good luck contacting Taco Bell. The app is also incredibly buggy. It took at least 7 tries before I was even able to place and order. To add insult to injury, I had to pay tax separately when I got to the location to pick up my meal, at which point the employees proceeded to actually making it. I have never been as disappointed in an app. tl;dr App overcharges

I cannot login into app. i like taco bell but this app is horrible. it automatically logs out and i have to enter the credentials again.How can you place order if you cannot even log in? This has happened more than once. it works for few days and then again it goes back to login issues. I used to joke around saying that everything works except the login. Now I have seen it live.

I feel like this app is more complex than it needs to be. I have TMobile and on Tuesday I get a free taco. But then I clicked to redeem it forced me to get the app. I get the app and it didn't sign me in automatically through the browser like some other better apps do. Then when I sign in, multiple times it won't sign me in. I finally get it to and then I choose my meal and I want to checkout. But it had to show me hundreds of ads for their food, like it would be illegal for them to not. Wow.

About half the time the app can't connect to the store, making it a useless waste of time. If you want to use your T-Mobile Tuesday rewards you have to use the non-functional app which means you can't cash in your rewards. I'm done with the app and will eat at home rather than go to taco Bell.

App constantly glitches. Have been unable to redeem t-mobile free item offer for the 2nd week in a row because the app constantly glitches out. It doesn't even allow you to navigate the app at all due to its constant self cycling through windows and reapplication of order offers until said offer is void. App uninstall and reinstalls, and phone restarts don't even help.

I was sent an Egiftcard and downloded the App to use it. AFTER setting up the app and giftcard I was disappointed to find out there is no scanable barcode and seems if your only option is to order through the app. Maybe i was using it incorrectly however that leads back to poor design and intuitivne interface.

Tried to log in and says my password is incorrect. I use a password manager so not likely, but no worries, I will reset it. Requested a reset email 3 times, never came. Maybe I never actually created an account way back when? Nope, tells me I can't create an account because I already have one.... OK let's try password / reset one more time. Still can't log in, or get them to send a reset email. Oh well, guess I will go somewhere else.

Online ordering is a cinch, but app can (sometimes) tell me I'm not logged in, when I clearly am. That's after I've done the following: Force-closed app & re-openned, signed out/in, uninstall/reinstall, restart my phone, sign out/in, breathe in/out, then chunk my phone at the wall, before ultimately just going inside & waiting in line to order like in the ancient days. Out of everything, my reason for the 3-stars is due to app issues & the fact that the Double Decker has vanished from the menu.

My experience has been negative. The app. prices don't mimic location prices. Such as $5.00 boxes at the location is $5.69 on the app. I'm not willing to pay a higher price on the app when it's cheaper at the location. I have preloaded cards so I can't use them as I'm willing to pay a higher price. Very poorly designed app. It is not customer friendly.

App stopped working, every time I try to log in a taco pops up and says it is embarrassing and the wheel keep spinning. This is twice in the past week that I have tried to order on-line to save the 15% off on the party packs and it doesnt work. Very disappointing that a discount is offered but you can't ever use it

One price on the app when ordering thru menu but when I get to checkout, prices have changed. For example, a cheesy bean and rice burrito is $1 on the app before I start to check out then it becomes $1.49 when the payment submission begins. The total due changes on other items as well. Very sketchy. And don't get me on the lack of completion on my Apple device. After 5 tries, I had to use my Android to successfully checkout. Unreliable app at best.

App keeps having more and more issues... Worked great for such a long time, now keeps saying "Unoh, something went wrong" and lately a login failed and then the UhOh message... I've deleted and reinstalled 2x, keeps happening non-stop... This app is a huge time saver, would be nice to use again! Plz fix

Great support, but frustrating that I have to know it. 2019/10/20: Dropped to 2 stars because I was only able to use the app once before I'm unable to log in again. 2019/9/30: Upgraded from 1 to 4 stars. Yum brand app devs are very responsive and eventually fixed the problem. Original: App constantly logs me out between uses. Out of the past 5 visits, the app hasn't worked for me at all, and I have several E-gift cards tied up in the app that I can't use.

Customize options could be better. I work for a brief time at a KFC Taco Bell and the options are more in-depth on the register. And the option to pay with cash at store should be there too. Most apps give you the choice. Would also like to see more and better offers in the app as well.

The app has been a mess, and is barely starting to improve. 1 star for all the trouble it has caused and 1 star because prices have jumped, no discount for removing a sauce, no swapping sauces, and a half dollar more for extra sauce when typically barely any extra is added (tip: you get more if you ask for it on the side). Taco Bell, youre rapidly losing a daily customer.

Multiple types of notifications that should be in separate channels are all lumped into one generic category. This is anti-user and/or lazy, preventing users from controlling notifications the way that they should be able to. App also has frequent issues, especially with login and checkout.

Unfortunately the T-Mobile Tuesday Thanking offer is malfunctioning for my phone this week: ~ When I attempt to Apply Offer, it says that the offer is great but that I can only apply it once, which I haven't this week yet.~ And when I instead click 'Qualifying Items' I get stuck in this loop. If your trying to say new update...I have uninstalled, reset phone 3x today. Update, finally able to reset pswrd, I have T mobile Tue, & it is not getting past the apply In this app, guess dont get to use it this week:( besides wasting 1/2 my day. All sudden cant sign in, try to reset pass word but emal get when press on button does not do anything. Says android open link in web browser but what link????

This app has had issues for the past three weeks. I can't login via Facebook and I have only just been able to log back in via my regular login. I have loved Taco Bell as a franchise for years now. But unfortunately the food keeps getting worse. The toasted chalupas are the grossest thing I think I've ever had there. And that's this month/seasons headlining item. Soggy and greasy it's disgusting. I miss the days of fruitistas, chef Lorena Garcia's menu options, and the meal deals. Sad, but true.

I get it, you want to be flashy, but your app sacrifices functionality. Huge buttons, huge pictures; it's annoying and feels childish. Also there are in fact no epic deals to be found here, unless a free $0.79 bean burrito is your opinion of epic. Other fast food brands have much better apps - and deals. How about you stop relentlessly advertising all the time and give your customers a better value?

Even though I had a strong signal, in an area that typically does have a strong signal, the app kept spinning and spinning (thinking, loading, etc) while I was trying to order. I restarted my phone, to see if my phone could be the cause. By the time I finally placed the order, it had taken me about 15-20 minutes to order, and I'm very "tech-savvy" so it wasn't any kind of learning curve, it was all the time it took the app to process the order. Yes, it's not a "lot" of time in general, but for ordering food from a Google App with an $850 quality Samsung phone (Galaxy S9+), in 2019, 15-20 minutes is a very long time. The dev team responded to my review, and I sent them more specifics to the email address they listed. I definitely appreciate that they are conscientious about it, and sincerely desiring to work out the bugs, though. I'll keep tabs on it, and will likely continue using the app, and assume the best going forward: that they're going to improve it.

The app sometimes gets stuck constantly processing... something..., looses my login information even after I clicked to "remember me", slow to process at times and difficult to get to the checkout. However, with a few attempts, I was finally able to get my customized order in.

I've never seen an app so dysfunctional and suck so bad in my entire life, and I've seen a lot of really bad apps. You can't order an e gift card on the Android version of the app without uploading an image, and the app doesn't allow you to upload an image. There's no place to contact customer service because they're most likely either in Mexico or the Philippines, and you wouldn't understand them anyway.you're better off going into the store.

Great app. With the updates, the app has been super responsive and works like a charm. Only issue is when doing Google Pay checkout, it just copies card info instead of doing a Google Pay transaction (not sure if Google Pay is limited or just the app). When it doesn't use Google Pay transaction doesn't show in Google Pay app.

Don't waste your time. Constant errors logging in. Make sure you are able to login before ordering off the menu otherwise you will lose everything. The only reason I installed it was because of tmobile tuesdays. Now I am mad at both Taco Bell and tmobile. A frustrating app that wastes your time.

The app is just okay. Everytime I try to use my free items from T-Mobile on the app it still charges me the full price! And when I order a regular freeze drink before 5pm for $1.00 it still charges me the full price of $2.59! I just end up going inside and order after wasting my time on the app! ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Newest update won't allow me to order from anywhere but 2 locations over 50 miles away. Please fix this app! I have tried using my phones location, putting in a zip code, and a city and state. Defaults to Danville, WV. I didn't even know this was a town until now. Was unable to browse locations as well. This also kept me from using offers that are about to expire. I will update my rating once this app works again.

Glitchy, so much that it isn't worth trying to use at all. Defeats the purpose of having a mobile ordering system. Last I tried to use it my subtotal was $5.88 and the order total was $2.39 and not from a coupon. How did you take an app that was fine and worked to slightly alter the look of a few things and make nothing work on it?

Incredibly buggy, tried to use the T-Mobile Tuesdays promotion for a free item and it would keep trying to charge me for the item. Update: I contacted the support about the issue and gave them all the specifics. It would have been nice if they would have offered something for the multiple times that I had to email them back and forth to help them correct the issue. Hopefully the app will function correctly soon!

Although the app has improved to the point that it works well with the T-Mobile Tuesdays promo, the sudden inability to use it with my (fairly new) Samsung Galaxy Tab E (running Android 7.1.1 is not going down well, as the screen size makes it easier to see the inherently small font used in the Taco Bell app.

Worse app ever, you cannot do much without it freezing or resetting back. I cannot pick because it keep resetting back to another state. When I get the location, I cannot checkout because the app freezes. Not every company is meant for mobile or online service. I would have given no stars, if I could.

The app and the online is very convenient to order your meal in advance use your credit card processing through Google pay. Then roll up to the menu window and tell them your name. They don't need any credit card information at the window since you already paid on the app. No chance of a un-safe employee getting your credit card information. Also it's very quick through the drive-thru and you're on your way.

I've had the worst experience trying to apply coupons or t-mobile any time T-Mobile to say stuff. Every time I apply it it still gives me the original price I would take the offer off remove the item apply it again it would say it's working and then going to check out it would say it's not applied and give me the total balance. This app is trash.

This app is terrible. Since t-mobile Tuesdays has forced it to redeem the taco bell anytime it's been nothing but headaches. They require a payment card even though it charges nothing and now its saying this offer is pretty great but you can only apply it once. I click apply offer and it just takes me back to the same screen. Awful garbage of an app

Still a little glichy in the order and discounts. I was told any discount through the app was third party and through my service provider after it was not applied to my order and that I would need to contact my service provider to ask about a discount. Ridiculous! Also Would love to see more variety on the discounts and maybe some reward points for free food options.

The app will not take ANY of my cards as payment. I always get a message saying that my card cannot be processed. Have used 3 different cards. Go into the store, and the same cards work just fine. To add insult to injury, my credit cards have 1.00 holds from Taco Bell, AND they send me an email to ask me to complete my order. Seriously?!

Doesn't update menu items by location. You order drinks or food and then they tell you that they can't make it or don't have it. Happens particularly with the freezes. Also consumes an offer (usually a free item) even when the order is cancelled. Would give 0 stars if possible. Has happened multiple times. Just an app to take your money faster. Pathetic

App rarely works. "Uh oh! Can't connect to the store..." When it works, it's nice. MOST times, you'll spend time setting it up, for an error message. At least you'll have a convenient screenshot of everyone's order I guess.

Its convient in theory but you might want to test with secret shopper. I went in store and was given a bag that was mine but there was no receipt on bag to make sure it was organized and nothing was missing. Most of the orders were correct but one item that was customized was not the correct order.

Extremely buggy, constantly crashing, orders barely go through, orders will get cancelled for no reason after you pay for them, and any offers/discounts you get from T-Mobile Tuesday are like pulling teeth to get into the app. Their offer for "Taco Bell Anytime" is also limited to certain times in the day?! This app is barely worth the stress of having. It almost never opens correctly without freezing as well.

Let me begin with by echoing the general sentiments of the others on here. It used to work fine. Now I'm in an ongoing battle to recoup my money for items not received. Not only did the app charge me incorrectly but when I got to the store for pickup, the employees there insisted that I owed even more money. WOW. I declined to pay more and said to cancel order. Was told that I had to cancel through the app. BTW you can't do once they start to make the order. Called and was told that because i didn't pick up order charge would fall off...NOPE. The battle continues. Entering week #2. Yo quiero mi dinero

The app is terrible. Literally can't even place an order without the app crashing multiple times at each step. Usually with a lot of patience we can get through it, however today my wife and I could not get it to function at all, she has an iPhone I have an Android. How is this more convenient than a register? The website was bad enough but now I am forced to use the app to claim my T-Mobile Tuesday deals.

Downloaded the app to take advantage of T-Mobile Tuesdays offer, but the app nor the website actually let me finish registering so I cannot redeem the offer. The app is terribly slow seeing super buggy and glitchy, not sure why they released it with this many bugs, who is managing their release process?

Went from bad to worse, try resetting your password. Just try it. Oh you have to because the update automatically logged you out, btw if I need to follow the link by opening a web browser instead of the app just because its android, you should put that at the top of the email, not the bottom

Everytime same error not discount applied.. why you have a promo with tmobil if everytime I get the same thing, since you change and now people have to use this app it's horrible first try to make a good app then send to public. This is the 2nd week I get charged with out the tmobil promo... plus in side the store at miami flagler st horrible service

Finally everything is working great in the app! No more refresh issues, Google Pay working, and it is easy to customize orders too! The notifications are pretty accurate as well to alert when food is ready or how long it should take.

Can't log in to my account for over a month. It always says that something went wrong and that they are looking into it. Also, it never keeps me signed in the app, even though I checked the remember me box. All of this makes me want to get rid of the app and give up. It's so frustrating!!!

It keeps changing the price by losing the special offer when I'm trying to check out. It completely sucks! It also would not bring up a keypad so I couldn't type in my payment information. I have spent an hour on this it sucks!

From what I've noticed with my last 2 transactions the app shows me a total with an email confirming that total. But then my bank account shows taco bell charged a different amount to my card....first time it was for +.81 and the second time they charged me an extra 96 cents. The app does not say anywhere there is an extra fee for using. Wont b using the app until this over charging of my card is fixed

DL'd this app because of the tmobile tuesday offer. It was really hard to get the offer to work, it kept getting removed. Also the prices change on you .... so watch out. I got a notice that my price was reduced due to happier hour but it actually WENT UP. Prices I was shown for items at first were not the same when I went to checkout. And yes, I had already selected the location... just watch the total is all I would say.

Use the mobile website & save your time and headache. Worst android app in a long time. Had used to app for tmobile Tuesdays. The burrito showed discount, but after checkout charged full amount and discount didn't show up. This week now shows Oops and will not go to home even after reinstall. (both on my S10 & OP3) Please move tmobile deals back to website because at this point free items do not seem worth the hassle.

The app works fine, but when I ordered on it the Pacifica, CA store obviously made it last. The entire lobby was served including people in the back of the line when I got there a couple of minutes after placing the order. It took way longer than had I stayed in line and waited.

It works and then they update. It breaks, then they fix it. It works again and then they update it, for whatever reason, AND IT CRASHES REPEATEDLY. I talked my wife into taco bell and now can't get it cause I spent half an hour messing with your broken app. Thanks for the update

Been having a ton of problems with the app in mid 2019. Used to work fine. But now it either won't connect or says it needs an update when it's already up to date. (I have android version).

dont forget your password, you'll have a nasty time trying to reset it. the reset link comes so late its expired. this happens on gmail. I dont know if gmail is slowing it down or if taco bell is just delaying it. but I have been trying to reset it for 45 min now :[

Came into a store for T-Mobile Tuesday free burrito. App wouldn't let me pay any method other than Google Pay, which kept throwing an error. Google Pay works fine in other apps. Ended up just paying for the burrito and bitter. My wife has an iPhone and her version let her just pay with a credit card. Not sure why the Android version is so different. Never been so frustrated with a prefer if technology before, especially over something like a free burrito.

The app is average, easy to use. I had the short end of the stick. They ran out of an order by the time I got to the restaurant, so I tried to cancel it, but I did not get my money back. So I have to wait 12+ hrs to call my bank to make sure I don't lose my money to Taco Bell. Just wish there was an option "pay at the restaurant" on the app it would do Justice. If they ran out of an item it should be updated ASAP.

I don't like that I'm not allowed to checkout even if I have a promo code that turns my balance to $0 without having to give my credit card information. The only reason I have this app is because of the T-Mobile Tuesday and I have to go through both apps T-Mobile Tuesday AND Taco Bell and for some reason with the code applied and nothing additional being added to the order the Submit button is completely greyed out and cannot order anything unless they have your personal information. I hate it.

Worst food ordering app I've ever used. Every time i use it I have to either reset my password, put in my credit card again, or reselect my favorite items on the menu. There is no consistency from use to use. It's easier to go to their drive thru and just wait, and that is saying something. Oct. 7, 2019 - you keep telling me to contact you so I can help you isolate the login problems. Are you going to pay me to be your tech support? Not worth my time, fix it or I won't use it, it's that simple.

No such thing as "app support" or customer service. I placed an order through my app, first time it kept loading after I hit submit. When I restarted the app, it didn't load. I restarted my phone, was able to place the order however when I reached my pickup location they said they haven't received my order and I have to call the "app support". I pulled around to the window to confirm the address, she confirmed it was current then she said she is not trained she didn't have any further information

Easy to customize. The app makes my crazy custom orders easy to order without verbal confusion at the drive-thru. Love the option that I can order it and pick it up and then pay for it without giving away my card.

This is one of the most garbage apps out there. Won't let you log in, won't let you select a store by location, glitches constantly. You're better off waiting in line at the location rather than even trying. This app used to be amazing. I don't know what is going on lately. 👎🏻

For quite a while now havent been able to use this stupid thing because it says something is wrong with the payment. I uninstall and reinstall, remove payment methods, re input payment methods. Nothing. Deleting this and giving up....

When using this app for T mobile Tuesdays I get stuck in a loop where it says I've already redeemed it, which I haven't. It also bogged down my phone's performance. App worked just fine last week.

Won't allow me to login. I created my account with Google +, I guess now that it's shut down the login no longer works. Tried to create one using Facebook but it said the email is already registered. I give up.

When it works, it's good. But it's been plagued with issues. My latest issue is opening activates an error. Saying "okay, got it" just leaves it at a white screen.

I had a digital coupon through T-Mobile. the coupon didn't apply when the order went through but it showed the discount in the order summary prior to payment. Otherwise, I like the app. It was easy to use.

Downloaded this app to order food, was excited about 15% discount offer. Tried to enter order, 2 of the 5 items we wanted weren't anywhere on the menu (I even asked store manager to help me find them!) App stalled on 2nd item I tried to place in my cart, kept stalling even after rebooting app and then phone. No way to pay cash for order. That's annoying. Half of order has to be placed in-store. Whole process took ages. Waste of time.

USEFUL NOTIFICATIONS? Try No Notifications. You lot need (NEED) to take an example from Little Caesars and have a notification pop up when the mobile order is done. The email I got arrived when I went to see if my food was done. The food was cold for the third time. I've stopped using your app and eating at this restaurant because this isn't reliable. You need to fix this.

Irritating as of late....I LOVE Taco Bell, and I LOVE this app. But lately it has crashed repeatedly and will not work. Just a purple loading icon and a blank screen. Seriously getting on my nerves since I use this app all the time.

Quick check out problems. If you don't look at the location before you check out you might be ordering from the wrong store. Quick check out has done this to us twice. And because we are using the T-Mobile coupon it doesn't apply the coupon to or next order, even though we canceled the incorrect order.

Great idea, but the app is kind of too slow, there's room to grow to make it snappier and easier to operate, also some restaurants show as 'not connected'. Better than nothing though

The app is great but the payment screen is horrible. It constantly fails when my payment card is used. I wish there was a way to fix this and move this 3 star to a 5 star.

So I downloaded the app cause tmobile Tuesday wasnt letting me use the website anymore and now they both are glitching on me . I downloaded tbe app and I didnt even get food for myself cause I got frustrated. My bf also didnt work . We just went through the drive thru and got our son something since the all wasnt working . What a waste They also messed up my sons order!!!!! And overcharged me !!!

Forced to change my password because of time period (which is a terrible security practice by the way) and now, like so many other people, I can't login to the app anymore. Even before this, the Google pay payment option barely worked.

Edit: I see you do have a coupon section, but still 4 stars because the deals are not very good compared with other competitors. You guys are the only fast food app that doesnt have coupons yet! Which is why I keep uninstalling, but if you just added coupons you will have a permanent place in my phone.

Can't log in anymore? On the computer it's perfect it's not a username or password issue.. been broken for several weeks now. Updated the app ( 9/26/19 ) and it's still broken.

Unusable, says it has a problem with every method of payment, including Google pay. Taco Bell, fix your garbage or I will start ordering Burger King. They actually have vegetarian options. And no, this is not an account issue. It happens even on new accounts.

App use to be ok, but since last update can no longer order through it, instead it just says "Uh-oh!" and regardless of what combination of working payment options I select, the app will not work.

Location tracking has a lot of issues, and app functions rather slow. Won't detect the Taco Bell I'm closest too when they have delivery pickup, and when going into location search mode it just stops working so I have to restart the app.

App slow and won't even process payment, just freezes when card payment info entered. Any other food apps are light years ahead of this garbage. Check out the McDonald's app if you want to see how its supposed work.
