    So... Until the last few weeks it was a great app. I appreciate the TMobile Tuesdays offer and I'm glad nacho fries are back. But it no longer goes straight to the app. It goes to the Play store and I have to close and reopen it to work. Twice, I've ordered and right after I paid, the order disappears instead of confirming. It's been really frustrating.

    I'm living mas w/ the Taco Bell app, which is great when it's working. I especially love the customization options! My only complaint is that it's very easy to accidentally order for "ready now", with the Express checkout, even if you're trying to order ahead of time. I am a tech-savvy guy & this has happened to me a handful of times! Also the app notifications do not work at all. When you click on one it just opens the app and takes you to the main menu. Sloppy App Development fo sho.

    When I first started to use the app it was great.... Now it sucks!!!!!!!!! I TRY to log in nothing happens. I ask it to send me a way to change my password. Go to the email and click on the link goes to take me to the webpage then sends me right back to my email. This app is a freaking joke. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

    Quick and easy to use. Two things I wish was possible. 1) Be given a number for your order instead of your full name (first and last) written on the bag to pick up. 2) It was several minutes before the app told me my order was ready. I was waiting inside when my full name was called and seen on the bag. I picked up my meal, continued to sit on my car and after a few minutes the app said my meal was ready to pick up. Plenty of time to get cold or taken. I recommend going inside before the app

    After the latest update the app keeps crashing, it keeps forcing me to log in at virtually every step, and refuses to remember my favorites. It also runs incredibly slow now and dumps the cart after I make my order when I go to pay. Tried an uninstall/reinstall but it still does this. 1 star until this is addressed. 2/22/20 - forgot password no longer works, on app or at site.

    Upon check out the app told me it had an error so I tried to check out again. It had a different error this time. I checked my cart and made sure the order was still there and didnt go through. I hit the drive through instead. Now I have three charges from Taco Bell on my debit card. The app didn't place my order but charged me twice anyway. Beware. There is no customer support available for this app either. It's basically a scam.

    Won't let you select another restaurant within the same city. It defaults to the closest location. I want to order from work and pick up on the way home, but CAN'T because it switches to a location near me, but 7 miles from home. Please fix the problem, by allowing me to enter a zip code and selecting the restaurant nearest my home, and not one based on my current location, so I can eat warm food.

    The gold standard of fast-food apps. Not just store locator and menu. The orderable menu is customizable - just tell it "Bean burrito NO ONIONS" and save the favorite. The item-level detail tells U what the item contains and what can be added to it. U can just toy with options; switch up some ingredients and the Triple Layer Nachos stay cheaper and are far better than the Nachos Supreme. The dollar menu can be customized into amazeballs and still be cheap.

    Had to reinstall because it forced me to reset my password and the email link to reset it wouldn't do anything when I clicked on it. It's also annoying that it required this 2 weeks after creating a login. Other than that it's great. *Edit* I've had this app for many months now. I haven't had any problems since my first review.

    This app is horrible and completely pointless. It provides me absolutely zero convenience if not makes things even more complicated for me. It doesn't matter what you select for pickup time because the food isn't started on until you show up anyway, don't even know why that's a feature. Just today I went through the drive through for my pickup like I usually do and was told to come inside because they don't do drive through pickups. So why is that an option? I am getting rid of this app.

    Update. App is totally useless. Logs you out all the time with a token error. But now won't even load. It crashes and hangs. Worst fast food app on the market and I was going to eat there today. Guess not now. Just contacted my local taco bell because i keep getting text messages and emails stating my order will be ready soon.. thing is. I placed no order. Our taco bell said the app was a third party app that I needed to call them. Deleting app now..

    Numerous, frequent issues, especially with login and checkout.. I've been overcharged by the app failing to apply coupons. The app won't let me order new items, weeks after they're available at l in-store (they show up but can't be added to the cart). Multiple types of notifications that should be in separate channels are all lumped into one generic category. This is anti-user and/or lazy, preventing users from controlling notifications the way that they should be able to.

    Sucks. Won't let me sign in and won't even send the email to change my password. So I sign in with Facebook, try to order, and tells me there are no pickup times at my town's location. I try another location, same thing. I haven't used this app in a long time because of all the problems, and nothing has changed. I even uninstalled and reinstalled with the updated version. No difference. Also, the Taco Bell website is just as bad, nothing but problems. I give up.

    This app gets two stars which is very sad but only because it's such a headache to use every time. I originally signed up with fb but it will never let me login. With Facebook or use the login and pass I have for my Facebook it also will never send me a forgot password link so I had to create a brand new account just to order again then it refused to use my card that Google filled in for me even if I typed it in manually afterward. But it accepts my wife's card which is the same account.

    Like the fact that it's easy to customize, but sometimes the order is not received in the store which results in 10 to 25 minute delays with the need to explain to the manager that I actually did order what I said I ordered. The biggest problem with the app is the need to put in your name every time if not using the quick reorder. I believe this to be an unnecessary step and wish that default name was possible. I have only ever used one name through multiple orders.

    I really like the taco Bell app it's easy to use it shows the closest store automatically and overall has been really great. The only real trouble I've had is a lot of sign-out errors and sign-in errors for some reason it likes to sign me out even though I used it every week.

    Earlier issues fixed. Password strength says use a special character but won't take exclamation or asterisk. App says TB can deliver to my address with GrubHub, but transferring to the GH app and it says it can't. GH obvs the one broken as it will deliver from restaurants on the same road and farther away than TB. Please fix. I need tacos.

    When using Tmobile offer it works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. Waste of an offer when it doesn't. It stays stuck on choosing the time for pick up. I try everything and still nothing. I go online where the Tmobile offer is not available cause Tmobile offer is only thru the app and of course it wants to check out with no problems. Fix this..

    The app is very buggy. I tried to use it on my lunch break to skip the line. First the search bar wouldn't work properly, then I finally got food in my cart, but couldn't check out because the app wouldn't load. I ended up using the McDonald's app instead.

    The Taco Bell app is no good , I have no clue why the can't fix it right everytime they do an update it messes something up. My T-Mobile offers for Taco Bell are not loading up anymore. Last few times I got charged for orders I never ordered on their app. And called Taco Bell customer services for help they said they will refund me or send me coupons but they never did. I guess the company loves to rip off their customers. The extra star is for hot food. Otherwise it would be 1.

    Bad math but easy ordering. Adding guac will cost you $1.10 despite what it says. Removing it only removes part of the charge so you have to exit the app to fix the price. Many things cannot be modified much any more so I have actually stopped going to TB mostly because I am sure the restaurant does not have a different menu. I know they are doing the best they can. With dietary needs I have to go elsewhere.

    This app continuously crashes when trying to place an order. Occasionally, it'll freeze up my whole phone. No updates have fixed this. It's an ongoing issue I've had. If I didn't love Taco Bell as much as I loathe ordering in person, I would delete it for good.

    TMobile Tuesday and this Taco Bell app isn't compatible. Every other week I have to uninstall/reinstall TMobile Tuesday and Taco Bell app to redeem my offer. Too often I get a rep from TMobile that's has no clue about the the promo or how to troubleshoot the issue. I had to figure this out on my own tonight.

    Not great, the app is always crashing or giving me an error screen to try again later. I always select drive thru because I'll get taco bell late at night and I'm usually in my pajamas but the staff always updates it to make me come to the counter. I guess I need to go even later at night when their lobby is closed. Why let me choose drive thru if you never actually do it? The app also never has deals or offers, unlike other fast food apps.

    It is not mentioned anywhere that if you select "drive-thru" as a pick up instead of store it doesnt not matter what time you set a pick up. They will not start your order until you tell them at the speaker you are there for a pick up. Literally defeats the entire point of using the app for pick ups and convenience. You might as well just order at the drive thru if you go because there is no difference.

    The App itself works wayyy better than before. However, i know taco bell is arrogant enough to think their food demands the prices they charge. But to have a button labeled "deals" and NEVER have anything there for the last 2 years... is pretty sad. Just take that button out. Its more frustrating to look at then anything else on the app.

    I use this for the tmobile reward and the free food will work for less than half the time. App is buggy and will freeze or take a long time to load. I try to specify the drink that comes with the meal, but the app will think u are ordering it aside from the meal and charge everything as an individual item.

    It was working until I updated it. Now it gets stuck on the opening loading bell screen. I waited for 5 minutes for it to open. I cleared the cache and stopped the app. It still didn't fix the issue. Please fix!

    Same as a lot of the other reviews. Whenever I try to use it I just get on up O something went wrong we're working on it error message. I've tried uninstall link re installing picking different Locations, but get keep getting the same error message.

    It's usually pretty easy to use. I have had some issues with it double ordering items when I modify. It adds the one that I modified and additional one the way it usually comes. Also have had trouble with the app when trying to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday reward.

    I had used the app for T Mobile Tuesday last time and today and both times it would open Google Store AND although it said I was getting my free taco for TMobile Tuesdays I was charged!! Before hitting submit the total was 0 however, I received an alert from my credit card charging me $2.40 for 1 small taco!!

    Not sure why, but recently the app stops responding as soon as I open it; the loading wheel freezes and none of the buttons respond. Not a huge deal, but I liked being able to order on my way to pick it up so it was ready when I arrive.

    In my top 5 apps that are really bad, hard to use, and an unnecessary addition to any smart phone. First I thought it was me, I am mot a computer genious, but I do have some skills, and a Fast Food app shouldn't take a masters degree in physics to use. I have tried to sign in for 3 days. Taco Bell, I expect better from you. You need a polished, functional, and user friendly unterface. Like yesterday. No more Taco Bell for me until you do. Hurry please #3 Crunchie meal is my fav.     I HATE this app! Install app on iPhone ✅ Link to Facebook account ✅ Close app ✅ Decide to order a few days later ✅ Log into the app with FB, NOPE! (FB alert that Taco Bell has used FB to log in) Try multiple other times to log in ✅ (still NOPE!) Uninstall app ✅ Several months later: Install app on Android ✅ Sign in with FB (FB alert that Taco Bell has used FB to log in) NOPE!     I can't get the application to get past the opening splash screen. I've used this application many times in the past, and have had very few problems with it. The most recent version freezes almost immediately.

    Never works anymore. Always gives me some excuse like there is no pick up times available for your location. 3/5/20 Still does not work! 3/8/20 I will see if the fix holds or if it is a one time thing like last time.

    Works most of the time but when it doesnt want to its very annoying I use the T-Mobile Tuesday app and it says that I already used the coupon that they give you but I haven't so just keeps looping into a screen where it offers me the coupon only to deny me saying that I already used it

    Prices on the app are more than going to the actual store. Priced up a combo $2 which makes no sense when the drive through for the same location is cheaper. UI is so buggy there is no reason for this app other than the t-mobile Tuesdays which is over now.

    Great app, but I am unable to make special requests (such as an xtra tostada shell or for my burrito to be grilled). Also I couldn't copy and paste my e-gift card number. I was able to paste the pin, though..

    Loved this app until things started changing now all I get is "uh oh something went wrong" tried uninstalling and reinstalling also updating and exiting out of the app. Also tried restarting my phone. All I wanted was some tacos but apparently I'm not getting them from TOXIC HELL

    The only thing that has worked consistently with this app is the error message that says "Uh-oh something went wrong - working on it." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it just doesn't work.

    The app is good and adds convenience but the fact that there are never any deals/offers is a real bummer. I end up going to Jack in the Box, Burger King or McDonalds because they have awesome deals all the time.

    Don't use will steal money and no food. Again. I tried again. I tried the app again because it was "fixed" and so I could get exactly what I want. Had a couple of bucks and ordered. The app let me choose a store, how to pick it up, and how to pay, then after I clicked pay it posts up a notification that the store isnt connected and it still took my money from a card. So now according to customer service I have to wait 3 days for my money back. So I get no food and no money. Thank you Taco Hell.

    If you want to try and pre-order something, you're better off calling the local store direct. Despite having a charge hold placed on my card for an order, when I showed up to pick up the order, the Store had no record of the order. Not going to bother using the App to order again, and is going to be uninstalled.

    Every screen has a ridiculously long refresh or just freezes in loading. Takes forever to build an order. And if it freezes loading with a full cart, and you restart, you lose the entire order

    So many problems with applying my T-Mobile discount. I was able to get it to work, but after like 10 minutes. My wife has the same phone, but hers worked right away. The hassle may not be worth a free taco depending how hungry I am.

    Too buggy to use. Freezes constantly, orders don't go through when placed. A free taco isn't worth fighting with this. It will work eventually if you restart it enough times, though.

    Usually I love the app. Great for multiple people at work to get everyones orders correct. Also for picky eaters to order how they like things. BUT tonight I had to unimatall and reinstall and it still kept acting up.

    I loaded this solely to get my free food from Tmobile Tuesday, and since the 2.11.2020 updates, it doesn't interfere with the tmobile app at all. It really begs the question, why the heck do I still have this app on my phone?

    I love Taco Bell. I kinda hate the app. When it works it's fine, but so often it is completely non-functioning. Every time one thing is fixed, they break something else, usually resulting in a less usable app overall

    Everything works great but ultimately you have to depend on the Taco Bell workers on reading your order and having it ready on time. Other than that, its very convenient and well designed.

    Used the app thinking it would be easier. But instead, after you pay and it says that they are making it. Then you get to sit in taco bell as countless drive thru and walk up customers, order, pay and then leave.

    Horrible app. Never opens when we try to use TMobile Tuesday offer. Only goes to the Google Play store. Therefore, making the offer useless. UPDATE:. Out of nowhere, the application started working. Flawless now. I can return to using it like before. T-Mobile doesn't know what happened. I called them and all we did was try it once & it worked. Update 2-10-20 Nevermind. It's back to not working at all. It just goes to the Google Play store again. Useless.

    It worked great at my taco bell. I walked in, picked up my food and walked out. I bypassed the lines. The app allows customizations that I can save to the app, so that I dont have to ask the person at the counter all the time. I suggest that you dont send your order unless you have 3-5 minutes, because taco bell doesnt have a place to kerp your food warm while it waits for you to pick it up. My coworker used this app to buy his teen son lunch, while dad was at work and son was at taco bell.

    Reason for 2 star: No customer support. The "help" section has a guide on getting started with the app and a FAQ page. THIS IS RARELY HELPFUL. I want a help section to have contact info so I can speak to someone when theres an issue. EDIT: The developer responded with information and an email regarding the previous complaint. While this is appreciated, there still should be a way to chat with or send an email to customer support from the app. Especially if its buggy. Good dev response though.

    OMG! Not working again! I tried numerous times to log in today, but it was frozen. What a pain in the arse. This app has improved. There is still some slowness, but it's not too bad. The only issue is when I've tried to customize my order by removing an ingredient, the price went up. What? Remove an ingredient and it will cost more? I like the fact that the app frees up time for the employees. It's a busy place and any time that they can get to help their workload is a good thing.

    You took away the pay at drive thru option forcing me to upload card info to use app for pre order. Bring it back and I'll come back to the app otherwise there's no point in using it takes the same amount of time to order at the window And pay there than it does to order and pay here.

    Credit card payments always fail. Automated responses to our negative comments make it seem taco bell doesnt care at all. Can never order ahead using the app. What a waste of space on Google's servers! Abysmal app good for only viewing the menu!

    Very limited menu, only chicken chalupas with no option to change to beef or steak, just don't really see the use in using the app, still wait on line once you get there.

    When the app works it's great to use. Otherwise your putting a hole in your wallet. Example 2/12/2020 I put in a order for a 5 item meal to pick up when I arrived. But when I went to pick up my meal an hour later, they had no clue about the order I placed. Took another look at the app and it said they were making it, and the digital receipt showed that I had already payed. But the order never showed; claiming they couldn't make the order ANYWAY I had to leave empty handed, hungry and $15 wasted

    Great for mobile ordering, not so great for deals and offers. I am not a big mobile order guy. I prefer to walk in and order at the counter - and sit down and eat. But I download these fast food and restaurant apps for the app exclusive offers. How does Taco Bell stack up? Let me check my app right now..... "YOU HAVE NO OFFERS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME". That' right, 90%+ of the time there are no offers. I think I got a bogo bean burrito or two in the beginning and then maybe two 15% off my order over the last half year. Great, but not frequent enough. And, if and when they do have an offer, you must use the app/mobile order to get the offer. Why can't I use my app to order in-store and still get the deal??? So, I do a mobile order (which works really slick by the way), go to get it, and it's always in a bag to go. So, I sit down in the dining area and eat out of my bag. I only did the mobile order to get the offer but I want to dine in! Then I'll get e-mails that say "We see you haven't ordered in a while, why not order now?" Ummmm, because I only order when you have a deal! Which is far and few between! By comparison, I'll point to BK who has the absolute best app deals. I loooove it! A dozen or more app deals right there on your phone every time you open the app - and you can get the app deal at the counter!!! The way it should be. 2 out of 5 stars because the offers are just not there.

    This doesn't work with Express VPN. And neither does the website. Taco Bell is the only restaurant app and website that doesn't work with Express VPN and because of that we stopped going to Taco Bell but instead go to Taco John's.

    The app is great. I have time to see all the menu and decide what I want. I can place the order while on the way and then just pick it up. All good.

    Several unexpected errors. I could see the code in some places, and it wouldn't tell me what part of the payment info was wrong so I had to enter it 4 times to figure it out. Basically just make technical improvements and it'll be a winner.

    Can't add side sauces to my order which is a pain because I always get a side sauce... oh well. Good app though besides that.

    *Latest update has made this app worlds better! Haven't used it extensively yet, so we'll see if the lag is gone and other bugs. User interface is much better, especially with the initial start screen swipe now removed.* App is very unresponsive. Won't load at all if you have a bunch of apps open. The app as a whole feels laggy, especially with the initial screen that's hard to swipe up.

    The app tricks you. It shows the tmobile offer discount applied but after you submit payment, it removes it and charges you full price.
