Sweatcoin is a new breed of step counter and activity tracker app that pays you digital currency - sweat coin – for your steps to spend on gadgets, sports kit, fitness training, healthy nutrition and much much more …

Sweatcoin converts your steps into a new digital currency called "sweatcoins". Spend sweatcoins earned on goods, services and experiences with our vendor partners or other users, donate to charity or exchange them with your friends and family for whatever you fancy.

The more you move -> the fitter and healthier you become -> the wealthier you get.

The movement has value!

With Sweatcoin you can also exercise at home or outside and be rewarded with sweat coins.

Sweatcoin’s activity tracker will let you keep track of your progress.
With Sweatcoin you will be able to redeem offers for free thanks to our marketplace with exclusive discounts and products.

Whether you want to get in shape, lose weight or keep track of your fitness level, you’ll find Sweatcoin the perfect app to stay healthy.

You can use Sweatcoin on your smartphone (Android or iPhone) and in your smartwatch (currently on Apple Watch, stay tuned for Android Wear compatibility).

FEATURES:

Pedometer: Sweatcoin will run in the background, wasting no battery, to count your steps as a step tracker or pacer.

Marketplace: get exclusive offers for free, prizes and discounts that you will not find anywhere else. You can redeem the coins you get by staying active, making Sweatcoin the first health-based currency ever.

Crowdfunding: If you want, you can also help causes that matter to you with your activity. Use your earned coins to help different charity projects by the NGOs that collaborate with us. We will give these organizations fiat currency (dollars, pounds, euros) once you’ve donated Sweatcoins to their cause.

Social sharing: ever wanted to organize a step competition with your friends? or create a group with your family and collaborate towards a common goal? Stay tuned, because we are revamping Sweatcoin with leaderboards, competitions, achievements and more (these features are currently in beta, so you might have to wait a few weeks to get them).

Set up your goal: whether you have a New Year resolution or you just want to regularly challenge yourself, you can set up a goal and keep track of it on Sweatcoin.

Security: Sweatcoin uses its own algorithm to count your steps. That means that, unlike other apps, we don’t track your location and we don’t have to share any information with a third party. Your data is only yours (and will always be!).

precise location (GPS and network-based)
Allows the app to get your precise location using the Global Positioning System (GPS) or network location sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi. These location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. Apps may use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.

view network connections
Allows the app to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected.

view Wi-Fi connections
Allows the app to view information about Wi-Fi networking, such as whether Wi-Fi is enabled and name of connected Wi-Fi devices.

GET ACCOUNTS
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

full network access
Allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. The browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet.

read your contacts
Allows the app to read data about your contacts stored on your phone, including the frequency with which you've called, emailed, or communicated in other ways with specific individuals. This permission allows apps to save your contact data, and malicious apps may share contact data without your knowledge.

read your own contact card
Allows the app to read personal profile information stored on your device, such as your name and contact information. This means the app can identify you and may send your profile information to others.

run at startup
Allows the app to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the phone and allow the app to slow down the overall phone by always running.

draw over other apps
Allows the app to draw on top of other applications or parts of the user interface. They may interfere with your use of the interface in any application, or change what you think you are seeing in other applications.

control vibration
Allows the app to control the vibrator.

prevent phone from sleeping
Allows the app to prevent the phone from going to sleep.

In-App billing
In-app Billing on Google Play provides a straightforward, simple interface for sending In-app Billing requests and managing In-app Billing transactions using Google Play.

receive data from Internet
Allows apps to accept cloud to device messages sent by the app's service. Using this service will incur data usage. Malicious apps could cause excess data usage.

activity recognition
Allows an app to receive periodic updates of your activity level from Google, for example, if you are walking, driving, cycling, or stationary.

Needs improvement. Currently, with all the suggestions for better step-counting applied, it still only counts 60% of steps on average (i.e. it doesn't approve steps from jogging), and it drains the battery very quickly. It could also really benefit from adding mid-range prizes. With their current step conversion it's not worth aiming for the marathon offers, unless you walk 30k+ steps outside every day.

The idea is good, the implementation is poor. In order to record steps accurately the screen's phone must be always on when you walk, which uses up a lot of battery. When it works in the background it misses a lot of steps. I have tried it for 5 weeks and decided to donate all 300+ sweatcoins generated and uninstall it - I was wasting too much time and energy with the app, always taking care to have the phone screen on or watching the daily ads.

  3. guest-avatar

I don't know if they have fixed their bugs, but I'm still having trouble getting my steps in. Unless you hold your phone in your hand and move around a lot, it does not record your steps. So forget any steps that you take on a treadmill. Because after all, who is going to hold their phone while using the treadmill. So I end up with a thousand steps or less a day. All because of a fancy algorithm

  4. guest-avatar

Works Great, It counts your steps quite accurately. However the number of approved steps is always quite a bit less than your Actual steps - resulting in less money given. However apart from that - it's basically perfect. It has daily offers: free ones, ones where I can pay by the app currency; and offers like '50% off then pay the rest with real money' - I've probably gotten 3 or 4 good free items, and bought 2 or 3. Very good app.

  5. guest-avatar

So disappointed, absolutely loved this app until the last update, the app now refuses to track more than half of my steps, let alone convert them. I have contacted via in-app support, email, etc. and still nothing. I'll change my review when the issue is resolved, but I've done my part and nothing has changed so far. Edit- I have uninstalled and redownload 4 times now, I have followed the instructions on the tab to a T. It doesn't matter, it will not enable verification no matter what I do.

  6. guest-avatar

I've been with sweatcoin for a while now and have enjoyed it so far as it is encouraging. I can't wait to save up enough to get one of the good prizes. That brings me to my one irritation. There was a daily multiplier that would give you ad based sweatcoins and you could get 7 every 3 days. They recently changed this and it would seem that they made it harder to earn these extra ones. The first three days after the change was made, I earned 1.5 sweatcoins...I don't like the change...

It worked for maybe 3 weeks and then stopped. Haven't worked since March 01. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that did not helped. **Edit.. I made a correction on my above review. I accidentally typed 'that helped' but that was incorrect. If it does not work in the next 2 days, I will be deleting the app.

  8. guest-avatar

No complaints except that every now and then I get constant pop ups on my phone saying sweatcoin has stopped working. I usually use this to track my steps and don't do anything with the currency except donate to charities. I wish there was a feature that would allow me to select a charity and funnel all of (or a percentage of) my sweatcoins earned into the selected charity.

Fun to use! I wish there were more lower cost (10-50+) offers to use my sweatcoin for, like full paid instead of coupons. The donating to support different causes is really cool! Id like to see one for covid as thats whats current. Tracks steps well and is overall really nice.

  10. guest-avatar

I was using this app for almost a year without any problems, but now as I open it it leads me to log in again. So I tried and when i write my country code, it doesn't allow me to send the SMS with it and I can't continue. Also I think that my coins are all gone and that sucks..i was saving for a trip to disneyland😥

After the last update, Sweatcoin has changed the reward policy. So, after watching an add for which you have to walk 1000 steps, you get a "lucky" reward. Which is mostly 1SWC. But sugested can be from 0.5SWC all the way to 25SWC. But beside that, they also left a bug. After watching an add, the app always crashes. Just before you should take your reward. So, for the same "lucky" reward, you have to watch 2 or 3 adds. Also, you have to sometimes restart the app. Please fix this.

  12. guest-avatar

It's a good app and I've earned a good bit of sweat coins but the offers dont change often and they dont appeal to everyone. The marathon offers are great and I like those but the are really expensive and you can only earn a certain amount of sweat coin per.day and that's not fair really. Can you have cash offers in small amounts for sweat coin? That would be great and would help people out who need the money...js

  13. guest-avatar

I don't think this thing works... Over two days, 5200+ steps recorded and I get credit for 175... My pedometer app has about the same numbers so I'm not sure how your "algorithm" works (or not) but this seems pointless...another day, another 4000+ steps and I didn't get credit for one... App uninstalled. It's pointless.

  14. guest-avatar

Phenomenal. Some people are saying that the offers are horrible, but I disagree. This app is giving you stuff for what? Walking around. Yeah, you won't get millions of dollars for that. From this app, I've gotten lengthened subscriptions, and at one point, recieved $50 worth of food for free. That's pretty damn good considering all I did was walk. The app excels. Too many people are upset that they dont receive amazing products. The fact is, any profit from WALKING is amazing.

  15. guest-avatar

Downloaded years ago but it would only count my steps outside and would drain my battery as had to have my location in all the time. A friend recently mentioned its a lot better at counting steps, pays well and now I have a better phone my battery won't die so quickly... BUT it won't let me log into an old account? Just gets me to try create an account when I download the app and then tells me my email address is already taken

This app is fun, for those who think this is a fake and good to be true, it is 100% real, they will not take money or info, this is a very nice app, if you work lets say a construction place or a nursing where there Is a lot of moving involved, this is a perfect app for you

  17. guest-avatar

only about half of the deals are interesting / something you can't already get for free ( like a site trial ). there's almost nothing material you can actually earn free. most of the deals are simply discount codes. the big rewards have very very high point costs, and this app will work best for you if your strategy is to turn it on and then forget about it for several months. that said, it does give me incentive to walk more and it's satisfying to watch my tiny wallet grow. I'm not mad at it

  18. guest-avatar

Very very fun, especially if you're into jogging, hiking or walking. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a little extra motivation to get up off the couch. Or just park a big bunch of feet away from your normal spot at the grocery store. [ So far i havent noticed any excess battery drain ] --'> :// Don't over look the potential of an app like this , just because a few Sweatcoins isn't as awesome as a fraction of a Bitcoin. Think of it like a 401k rather than a slot machine 👣

  19. guest-avatar

Great for 2 days hasnt verified steps for the next 3 days. I've got +30k steps to verify and it just never finishes the job of analysing what little percentage of my steps it thinks a real. Trash. *UPDATE* I've followed all the battery special permission instructions since I downloaded the app. In order to get it to work I sacrificed 38k steps, un/reinstalled to which it the worked again. The following day it started stacking steps and not verifying them... We're at 18k now. Unistalling for good

  20. guest-avatar

Extremely disappointed in the new daily bonus method. Edit: I am aware that there's an extremely small chance of being awarded something higher than 0.5 sweatcoins but in the old version people were guarenteed an extra 70 sweatcoins per month if they watched the ads, whereas in this new version, most people will be getting 15 or 40 if they're lucky.

I love Sweatcoin SO much. The app runs behind other apps and you don't even have to open it for a while if you don't want to. You are still getting paid, every step. I check the offers every day , they change quite a bit. Sweatcoin turned me on to Vern Energy bars (I had four free ones sent to my house thanks to Sweatcoin) and EveryMeal grocery crates. Amazing! I'm working towards the Northern Light trip, I really hope it's possible for me one day. Walk, walk, walk!

  22. guest-avatar

Needs improvement. Only about half of my steps were counted. In addition, getting "paid" to walk isn't entirely accurate. I wish the rewards were more traditional, like $5 Amazon or PayPal gift cards, instead of the more creative, ever changing prizes. Then I would feel like I was actually getting paid to walk as opposed to being given discounts on items and services I don't want.

  23. guest-avatar

I like the app, because I see that every day more of my steps are being verified. I would love to see that with Swc you could cash out into Paypal or you could buy Steam and other giftcards (I really need them please), because the things you can buy aren't really usefull, the marathon offers are too expensive, even if you had breaker and got 20 Swc per day you would take 2 years+ to get to 8000Swc, wich with it you can buy the cheapest offer. If you read all of this, Sweatco Ltd, thanks.

  24. guest-avatar

They collect your phone number and other personal information. Also in their terms, it states that at times, they will transfer your data to the UK or EU. Your information will also be transferred to third parties during mergers or under other circumstances in which they have no control over how the third party uses your data. Use at your own risk. It's all in their terms.

  25. guest-avatar

What yellow card? It seems like the days I get 20k or more steps, it's not crediting me. I checked everything (as I stated before). I'd like my steps credited from when it stopped. I even went to the next plan but what good is that if I'm not getting credit for my steps while you take away from the balance that's there? It is interesting that the day I do 30,000 steps, the app didn't register that. The previous two days didn't register either. Everything before that (less than 20k) registered

  26. guest-avatar

Would be improved if I could directly link my wearable tracker to the app like my Gear by Samsung. Otherwise it's an okay app for what it promises. Would like a better conversion rate for indoor steps, I don't really understand why make the difference, movement is happening and calories are being burned. Seems like a way to prevent people from racking up genuine points on a treadmill.

As much I liked the app in the beginning and the initiative, after 4 days, it just stopped converting my steps any more. It shows my total steps but 0 sweatcoints. I have more than 10,000 steps which have not been approved at all. Now it's just like any other fitness app showing me total steps, like a pedometer. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔

This app is just okay. I had to download two other apps just to sync my steps to Sweatcoin. Then for a few weeks this app stopped converting our steps into sweatcoins and NO customer service support responded to our inquires and emails. You have to take a whole lot of steps for a small amount of sweatcoins to be added to your wallet. And finally I never saw anything in the market place that i actually liked. So i ended up donating my sweatcoins to several different charities. Uninstalled app.

  29. guest-avatar

Fortunately, I've developed some habits necessary for me to be categorized into the "moderately level" range for being physically active. Changing my main mode of transportation to cycling, rather than driving, was the first step and made the biggest impact I'm my life. Sweatcoin compliments this, along with it being a very user-friendly, simple and straightforward application. It can be an excellent tool for anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle change by providing incentives for moving!

  30. guest-avatar

Getting kind of frustrating that it's supposed to convert my steps automatically each day but if I don't manually convert my steps, I don't get any sweatcoins for that day. I went a few days with no coins b/c I was busy and didn't check the app. Other than that issue, I'm relatively happy with, especially since it tracks indoor steps now.

  31. guest-avatar

App is great in theory. But counts steps so randomly. Ive walked 13,000+ steps. Only got credit for 2,000. LG V30. Girlfriend's Pixel 2 works perfectly and recorded all of her 15,000+ steps. I want to use the app. But so much of my walking goes to waste. Update: Thanks for the response. I have followed the provided app instructions to check the power and background settings. All are correct but the issue persists. So I am still at a loss as to the cause.

  32. guest-avatar

Waste of time. You can't actually select any of the prizes should you have enough money for them, they are just a picture. It looks like you can but if you try you then realise the con - Emailed to see if it was just mine and got an email in response saying they get too many emails so probably won't answer. Says a lot I think. Will edit this is anything changes. EDIT - Additional information asked for in the reply: When you go on the page to redeem prizes, they aren't clickable but simply photo's. I wanted to use one of the free one's, couldn't click on it. I wanted to redeem one of the ones I had enough for however again, it was not clickable. Same with the charity option on the prize page, I tried to click it to give money to the charity there and again, it was just a photo, not clickable.

  33. guest-avatar

Why isn't there any other offers to pay for stuff, its always the same stuff, and it NEVER CHANGES!Also why isn't there a way to cash out and convert it into REAL MONEY?!?!?UPDATE: why give the option of 10, or 25 dollars after we watch an ad, when you only gives us half a dollar, And/or only up to 5 dollars?!?!? I call BS for anyone that ACTUALLY got 10, or 25 bucks...CLICKBAIT!!!

  34. guest-avatar

It's actually really awesome. I got some stuff that im still using. There seems to be a massive bug, at least for me, that it will straight up stop verifying steps, as of writing it is now ~60,000. I tried giving it every permission and putting it on my battery saver whitelist. Sweatcoin devs, plz fix.

  35. guest-avatar

This is a great way to earn passive income by just walking! Although I admit the rate is pretty slow, I have calculated it will probably take me around 4 years to cash out, it doesn't hurt to download the app and collect some sweatcoins for FREE. Also if you don't want to wait that long to get paid, you can just donate the sweatcoins to a charity listed there! I think that is a great way to get movitated and get out there to exercise.

  36. guest-avatar

Algorithm doesn't automatically always analyse steps so I have to manually analyse it time to time; even removing battery restrictions as advised. It's draining battery and yet still little to none steps have been approved. There are times when I let it do its work, I don't get any sweatcoin. I have to micromanage it.

  37. guest-avatar

Only 50% of the steps I have taken is being approved. Moreover, when I am jogging, majority of the steps were not approved. And, the guides on the "Allow step verification" aren't useful. The steps differ from the device itself. Hence, making it harder to rectify the issue. Please kindly improve your step verification. Thank you.

  38. guest-avatar

It fairly great. I just started, but so far I have been able to buy things with the steps that I have. Also the expensive gifts on there are too expensive for Sweatcoin currency. For example, a 75" samsung 4k TV that I want costs 19,999 sweatcoin currency, something I think I will take a long time to get, seeing that they only approve 50% of steps you earn. They only need help making some stuff cheaper, and counting the steps.

  39. guest-avatar

I really want to love this and I think it's a super cool idea. But it does not track my steps. I walked 5000 today, yesterday I walked 8000, yet the app says I have 0 steps. It's really disappointing, especially when I troubleshoot with the "i" and still nothing.

  40. guest-avatar

It's like buying stock except. Your steps determine the return . I'm noticing more modern offers. But most generally are basic ads for discounts. And it will take me a few years to walk and obtain enough to afford the good stuff. Plus I'm charged monthly sweatcoins for a Dial type badge that will determine how much I can walk and obtain. Its complicated amd unreliable. The service to convert steps to coin is terrible. So theres no algorithms I can walk 10km a day and makes between s2.78-s3.97

  41. guest-avatar

App was working well until the last update. Now hardly any of my steps count. Tech support email bounces back to say go on the forum; the forum says contact tech support... So no help at all! I have already tried all of the settings changes suggested on the forum, including reinstalling the app and nothing works. You need a lot of steps to earn any of the decent rewards and you don't stand a chance of getting them. Do not bother downloading... It's a swindle.

  42. guest-avatar

I just started this app. So far the rewards are not anything useful for me but it's free "money" for walking around... I have no issues with that. I do however take issue with needing to sign up for trials or give out my banking info for some of the rewards... neither of which will ever happen. How some printable coupons sent to an email? Shoot for some partnerships with supplement or vitamin companies, gyms, health food joint etc. My hopes are low as to ever actually using the rewards.

  43. guest-avatar

This is a really cool app to be ho est, but you need a lot of sweat coins to do anything with them. Theres like a huge gap between cheap stuff that I really dont want and expensive stuff that I can never buy. It would be nice if there was some things that cost between 20 and 500 sweat coins. Also it would be nice to convert sweatcoins to money directly. It's a nice app but some room to improve.

It's a good idea, but the cheapest thing you would actually want is 8000 coins. Right now I've used this app for a really long time and I still only have 800 coins, so it is going to take at least a couple more years. It would be nice if they had some more stuff for around 1000 coins, worth somewhat around 50$.

Only analysis a few random days. And contact us awful I sent a message I got no response but then got a "how was your response" message I have so many days not been calculated and its fully synced up and everything. It's a bit unfair if it's not going to count all steps made. And the daily bonus is always 0.05-1.00. It's a shame.

Its good but still, the 'try your luck' kinda sucks with it always giving you one sweatcoin dollar or less. The offers are bad as most of it is free and made up of mostly 50% discounts which sucks. There should be more items available or conversions to change the sweatcoin money into subscriptions that are actually interesting.

  47. guest-avatar

I used to love it. But after a few weeks my steps were not getting converted. I walked over 5k steps and got nothing in coins. It's been 3 months now and still my steps are not being converted. I'm in constant wifi so it's not a data issue. Ssd as I actually enjoyed seeing my steps every day.

  48. guest-avatar

They have made improvements. Not sure about this new update yet. They took out the $1000 option payout at one point but brought it back. They daily bonus don't work 100% of the time most times they get fixed within 24 hours? It's definitely worth taking the time to collect them daily :)

  49. guest-avatar

Ive only used it while doing chores in my house which ive been walking all over the house today. It could only verify like 5 of my steps and i know i walked more than 5 steps. Im gonna try it while im at work tomorrow and see if it will work better there since i am constantly walking at work. If it doesnt want to verify my steps there then ill have no use for it and ill have to uninstall.

  50. guest-avatar

Today my app just randomly logged me out and made me log back in. It wouldn't let me and said my email address was already taken but since I used it to log in originally, it seems to have issues with my phone number having changed, but it changed months ago and I've used it since then. All those "coins" gone. Not to mention you guys take off about 200 of my steps every day and say you can't convert them. This thing is a rip.

  51. guest-avatar

Does not pick all my steps even when everything is disabled or allowed. That is claimed to fix the problem! Showing over 10000 steps to analyze and I end up with only 237 steps. Please find a fix for this issue. Reply: Special acess is allowed but still steps given is not close to what is been walked.16930 walked but only 4160 today My rating will stay 1 until it improves.

  52. guest-avatar

The app is not counting all the steps I been doing👿then won't load them! I just did 300 then 20 an o was added to my total👿 ok so it worked for a week gave less tokens for more walking an now does not work at all👿I have been using everything on here the same way it's ur terrible app that does not work not all the phones in the world! So fix ur app an stop telling everyone to fix their phones😠

It's pretty satisfying to see the numbers go up, but there's not much incentive. Good offers are few and far between with some like the Tidal offer not even working. I think maybe this app should work slightly like paid poll or paid game apps with a monetary reward. Maybe not a direct conversion rate, maybe 100 coins for 10 pounds. It would be more effective that way.

  54. guest-avatar

Not converting my steps and it's really annoying. I went for a 4mi outdoor run today and clocked over 14000 steps and yet only 3000 were converted. I have done everything (battery not optimized, deleted and reinstalled, restarted my phone, etc) and it has been at least 2 weeks of it not working. I'm a nurse as well and regularly get over 10000 steps and the most it's ever converted is 7000. Just frustrated at this point

  55. guest-avatar

I personally enjoy this app. The only problem I would say is the gap between prices of things you can buy with your Sweatcoin. Something can be $5, and then the lowest price after that would be $699. You also have to invite people if you want to cash out to PayPal for some reason. If you don't invite, you're left to purchase the stuff available which is mostly unwanted.

  56. guest-avatar

I really didn't know about this app... But I figured I'd try it. It's really cool actually. Though it doesn't offer like PayPal transfers of the sweatcoins you get offers coupon codes, vacations, and more. My favourite part is that they offer the ability to donate your coins to charities. This app has been a way for me to give to every one of them and I appreciate that I can do that more now with this app.

I haven't seen a single offer (not counting the offers that cost several hundreds of thousands of coins) that are real or unavailable anywhere else. 99% of the time, you're paying for and offer that EVERYOME has free access to. Sure, it may be fake currency, but I don't appreciate being treated like I'm unaware of the fake offers.

  58. guest-avatar

Great app only thing i really dislike is the fact that the only way to cash out is by purchasing something shown you can't cash out to PayPal without getting either 6 or 20 friends that accept your invite. If you could cash out to be able to spend what I you have elsewhere outside of the app like PayPal cash out or cash out to a Visa gift card where you can spend anywhere then of givethe app 5 stars

  59. guest-avatar

It is a good idea and concept, but there aren't enough redeemable prizes and there's nothing good or worth it, until you rack up 20,000 points. And the offers they do have come with other restrictions and require other payments. And they always short you on your steps.

  60. guest-avatar

The app does what it says. But the offers that you're able to redeem with sweatcoin mostly don't interest me. You can only get cash if you run marathons or train for marathons on a regular basis. It would be really nice if you could redeem sweatcoin for smaller amounts of cash. Since most of the offers are the same thing from different companies or require tens of thousands of sweatcoin.

App no longer functions at all. Steps appear but the app has not concerned ANY indoors or outdoors for the last several months. According to strep conversion history the last of my steps that were converted was back in May of 2019. According to 2 other walking apps and 2 games I average between 10,600 and 11,100 steps a day both indoors and out. Several other people that I know had this app also made similar comments and have already switched to different and possibly better apps to use.

Once I paired it up with Google Fit, the step counter worked perfectly and I didn't need to have notifications on for it to work. I find the notifications a bit annoying, however just step counting is sufficient. It is actually a great app just wish they could offer more dollars for the steps.

  63. guest-avatar

I love this app so much! Honestly, it is over my exceptions. It motivates me to do psychical exercise and to walk, because I know I'm not doing it just for my self. I can donate the money I make to charity foundations such as water for people or embrace relief.

  64. guest-avatar

For the last 2 months since the last update I can not get my daily rewards everyday! Sometimes it will take up to 4 days before I can get a reward but then nothing again. It is very irritating! Do better! There are at least 30 other apps I can choose from that do the same thing.

  65. guest-avatar

It's okay. I had some difficulties verifying my steps. I stocked up on steps and have 21,000 ready to be verified, it's not verifying it. So I thought why not restart my phone? So then I did, and I lost all 21,000 of my steps. Can someone fix this? Other than that, this app is great and love earning money off it. It's my favorite money making app and looking forward to improvements. Overall, good app, just needs a few improvements here or there.

  66. guest-avatar

The idea of the app is nice. But it doesn't always count the steps correctly. Could go out for a walk and it'll count less than half my steps, which is a huge loss so no point in using it for me. And yes I already tried the ways they give to fix this, it didn't work.

  67. guest-avatar

It would be cool if the coins could be converted to cash and then transferred to PayPal or something. I do like that I can donate coins to those in need through crowdfunding in the app and I just have to trust sweatcoin that they are being honest with the donations. I do like the functionality of the app and it seems to be improving consistently with updates. Anyway, let's get the ball rolling on making this a real currency so by the time it's in effect I'll have a nice little chunk of change.

  68. guest-avatar

It's overall a good app to get money for walking, but there needs to be more offers or someway to transfer it to PayPal or other apps so people could use it. I haven't seen anything that I would like to spend the money on, so I am debating on deleting the app.

EDIT: Since last update steps aren't being added correctly, just sitting in limbo in the counter. Used to be guaranteed at least 1 full coin each day with daily rewards, but with the new randomizer I've gotten 0.5 combined the past 2 days. Not worth it anymore, considering deleting unless fixed.

  70. guest-avatar

Every time i try to collect my daily bonus, it gives me an error message saying it can't connect. Usually I dont have problems, this is the 1st time I have ever had a problem with this app & I've been using it daily for almost a year. Please help with this issue.

  71. guest-avatar

I like this app it is helping me to be motivated to get healthy. The app counts my steps without having to use GPS which is great because GPS burns up my battery. My only real problem with this app is that I wish there where more options to spend my sweatcoins on like gift cards or something.

  72. guest-avatar

It used to he great but after I switched phones I havent been able to sign in with my email it always says that is in use and there is not a single link or reply from support so I can relog in to the app. Also tried new update and it still does the same. But while using it it was an amazing app.

  73. guest-avatar

You get all the sweatcoins you earn. However, the additional sweatcoins you can get daily and prize tab do not load in a reasonable amount of time. I made sure my app is up to date and that I have good wifi connection but the problem still persists.

So far pretty good. Except I have yet to get my reward for inviting my friend. Also, if the app isn't opened for a while on my Android GO device, it will miss all my steps for a day. Other than those two issues, the app is pretty great. :)

  75. guest-avatar

It was great for when I barely walked, but now that im walking 6-7k steps a day, it barely converts 1k of them. ive reinstalled the app, reset my phone, tried all their troubleshooting solutions and nothing is fixing the fact I can't convert ALL my steps to sweatcoins. im no longer satisfied with this app.

  76. guest-avatar

This app hasn't counted my steps in almost 2 months. I follow all the directions for making sure it can count them and it still says I have 0 steps after I've walked 2 miles. It sure doesn't have a problem taking my previously earned coins for the subscription though. It takes my earned coins and won't let me earn any more.

  77. guest-avatar

Currently it counts less than half my steps, this is something that NEEDS to be fixed as inaccuracies like this are too great to ignore. Just to clarify, less than half my steps according to Samsung Health and also my common sense - I didn't just walk 50 metres in 23 steps

This app seriously sucks, they lure you in with a good idea but your prize options are a razor...and a coupon lol. The rest are ads for free trials for Spotify or tidal... which already provide that option to anyone so pretty useless. I'd recommend you download a survey app, you actually get paid in currency so you can decide what to do with it.

  79. guest-avatar

It's a waste of time, using the top upgrade to earn more coins daily would take you years If you use breaker which allows you to earn up to 600 coins a month but charges 30 coins month for using it. Here's the maths 20 coins a day x 365 days a year 6,840 coins a year x 29.3 years 200,142 total

  80. guest-avatar

I guess it's OK but you don't get any real "rewards" until you get to crazy numbers. You're really only offered free trials you could get anywhere for free and require that only a new member of said services can get the "deal".

  81. guest-avatar

Its just like every other app it gives you rewards but you have to pay shipping for the reward nothing is free and you never get any real prizes.

  82. guest-avatar

This is one of the best step counting apps! The pay to walk is accurate and enjoyable. You're rewarded for most every step you take(inside or out). I truly appreciate the time and effort put into it's development.

  83. guest-avatar

It's a great idea but poorly executed. The app permissions drain your battery and I've tried to click on free offers but nothing happens. Disappointing. Hopefully this startup gets their act together to improve on a good idea.

  84. guest-avatar

Whenever I convert my steps, it pays me less. Isnt 20 steps 1 coin? Instead it doesnt give me any and I needed more to get a coin. Edit: It has gotten worser, it removed most of my steps to analyze and when I converted some, it gave me nothing. App is a complete scam.

  85. guest-avatar

Nice idea but ultimately pointless as there are no low-level rewards (that aren't available for free elsewhere: discounts for obscure brands), and the higher level ones would take the best part of a decade of consistent effort to achieve.

  86. guest-avatar

Changed from 5 star review. After the update most of my steps weren't detected, then I got a new phone. Now none of my steps are being detected. I reinstalled it, changed all the settings. Still nothing. Extremely disappointed and upset at the moment.

  87. guest-avatar

Congrats for the app! The weird thing is that it doesn't convert my steps to sweatcoin, even if I press analyse. It has all the permissions required. I have 42000 steps to convert and I don't know what to do. Any ideas?

Be prepared to walk 20,000+ steps every day for years to get anything. The low level offers are basically what the sponsored company does by default anyway. If something decent ever comes up at a reasonable coin rate, it's already sold out! Let someone else harvest your data.

  89. guest-avatar

As much discounts and deals you can get. I WISH there was a cash out option. It kinda doesn't make the app great because of it. But the discounts and good trails on things are good. But there needs to be a cash out option for paypal, cash app, etc

  90. guest-avatar

Been using for a few years. The latest update converts way less than it did before. Will likely uninstall in the next week if I hear nothing from them about this. Yes the power saving settings are disabled for sweatcoin and it still doesn't convert. Edit: sweatcoin did NOT read my original review above and replied with telling me to do EXACTLY what I stated I had done in the review. I am uninstalling as of now.

  91. guest-avatar

The app was good until the last update. It does not convert my steps automatically or manually. It got up to 85,000 steps and still wouldn't convert. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it won't let me log in.

  92. guest-avatar

It's really inspires me.. So nice and creative app thanks to the developers... It's amazingly useful, because you do a good thing during the days, and it pays you some credits though it's not much. Like it. Well done.

The rewards are lame. The few actually obtainable ones either require a credit card for hidden fees or arent available in Canada. And anything of value is borderline impossible to get without buying sweatcoins from personal sellers. Google how many steps it takes to get 20,000 Sweatcoins, its insane.

I love this app! Only thing I would ask the developers to explore is different tiers of redeemable prizes for your Coins instead of just Promo Codes. Gift cards and maybe those Blue Apron meals, or Fab Fit Fun Boxes would be a great incentive to keep up the good work 👌😉

  95. guest-avatar

Kinda feels like a jip ads advertise points per pay pal cash doesnt seem to be the case. It tracks my steps but 75 percent of the arnt aproved steps whatever that means just like everyother play and get paid game but the payouts convieniently never seem to work right. If you can count my steps you cant reward me for them which bugs me the most setting adjustimg seggustions did nothing dont undertand why they even bother putting out apps that dont work

  96. guest-avatar

For my phone it's the power consumption usage toggle that has to be disabled!! Working much better now!! But still not as good as before the update!! So back up to 4 stars!! And plus one for the charity basis! Again keep spreading the love sweatcoin team!! ❤️❤️❤️ When there is a UK based charity I will donate my coins!! (charity begins at home ect!!) But i must say how worthwhile the charity's I have seen on here are! 😘😘😘

I will say I didn't expect the deals to work and I wanted this app as a step counter. BUT all the rewards have worked really well! I got a month of free Amazon prime and some tea from a really nice loot crate esk box. I definitely recommend it

  98. guest-avatar

I have been on this since January and I'm only getting $.50 - $1.00 on the daily bonuses but my husband has gotten $25.00 a few times plus other higher numbers it's not fair because on mine it jumps around or it will stop on the $25 then jump to $.50 it's done it a few times

  99. guest-avatar

There are so many days that I have over 10,000 steps (that I get by legitimate exercise) and zero of them are converted to sweat coin. What is the point if it's not accurate?? Very frustrating.

  100. guest-avatar

Everytime I try to claim the "FREE" prize from audible, nothing loads. Also it seems like the rewards for steps are inconsistent. Some days I'll run and get like 0.67 coins, and some days I'll barely move and get 1.something coins.
