Good app - bad bugs. What I am trying to say is, that sometimes the daily bonus does simply not work and it is loading for minutes after I finally give up. Very sad because I used to get more or less half decent prices out there. But never over 10! So I am not quite sure, if you can really win 1000.... But the steps counting algorithm is fine, so long as you turn off battery saving, which I had on for quite some time...😕😅 But still great app!

Very rewarding app considering you make money doing what you do daily. The market place won't always have something you want but you can always catch a good freebie/tester every now and then with no card details.. bonus? If you don't have anything you like as well you can give the money to various charities. Would give this one a try. Its and interesting concept and if you feel tubby it can give you something to work towards lol

So frustrating to use! I've had this app for about 5 years now and anything half decent goes out of stock almost immediately. For the past few months none of my steps are getting approved after ensuring all my settings are as per the apps guidance and the app is up-to-date. Edit: tried all the advice, still nothing. All that's happening is I'm losing all the coins I've earned over the years to the fees!!!! 0 conversion footstep rate

Design - 5/10 Option to make background simpler should be added. Currency - 7/10 Good but it can improve by making it so you earn at a slightly faster rate walk paths you haven't walked before. What I want: A new currency should be added which can be used to buy virtual cosmetics such as different skins, hats or stickers for your character, you can earn this currency faster by walking but its not sweat coins A level up system making it like a game so people to make their level higher.

It's an ok app, not great, just ok. It only counts your steps, if you have your phone with you, doesn't work with watch. Even then, it does it with a margin of error. Example: Samsung health counts 900 steps, but Sweatcoin counts 800 and it converts 650 😆 what a joke. It doesn't happen every time, maybe 2/10 times, but still, it shouldn't happen at all. And don't start me on the daily bonuses. Prizes from 0 to 1000. I've never received 1000, not even 100, but I did receive 0 (bad luck) 5 times

  6. Em-avatar

It used to be better. You used to be able to turn in SC for physical or digital things. Now you can turn in your SC for discounted things or "free" things (Just pay $5-/+ S&H for these three tea packets!!) or "free with the purchase of." It's a good way to get samples and discounts now though, but I definitely just leave it and forget it now. Idk if I'll ever spend these SC, maybe I'll reach a bucket list item in a few years 😂

This app is really for the long term reward. Dont expect getting any rewards in 1 year's time, as It takes a while to rack up some coins. I have been actively using this app for about anmonth and have made about 350 coins (adds included). It is possible, and I love the fact that the developers actually listen to the community and try to help people that struggles using the app. Overall very pleasing to get 5 coins in a video, but don't expect anything over 3 coins. Love the app, keep it up!

I'm purchased "Trouble Maker" few months ago, but now Sweating switched on the "Mover".. Try to restore purchase - nothing happened.. Delete program and reinstall - same thing... Help me please with this issue !!! USER NAME - SERGEY PHONE ENDING - 0216

App is decent but features are broken for me, unable to change free tiers for swc earned. Don't even see the option even though my partner does and we have the exact same phone? UPDATE - email given in reply to this review is only for deleting your account or for a privacy issue, as stated by the auto response I got back. Either very badly managed email or response on here is only to appear to be helpful. Either way pretty suspect. Happy to upgrade the review if I ever get actual help.

For some reason, Sweatcoin doesn't count my steps anymore. I have tried everything including following the apps steps to getting my device to record my steps but nothing is working at all. I had followed the apps instructions to ensure my device wasn't adding battery saving restrictions to Sweatcoin but I have the same problem of Sweatcoin not counting my steps.

UPDATE: APP IS BROKEN! It keeps shutting down whenever I load it up! Its the new update that's done it as its been working for the last however many years I've had it ------------‐------------------- I love this app. Earn sweatcoins, it does take time but you can put them towards all sort of charities or use it for yourself. I've had this app a good couple of years now.

  12. Loufran Duncan-avatar

    Loufran Duncan

I absolutely love this app as it keeps me motivated to stay fit and to keep on going! So I definitely recommend it. However, I just wish I that I could get it on my Huawei smart watch as I don't enjoy running with my phone in my pocket and when running on a treadmill, it doesn't always count all my steps, but I just run outside then.

  13. Killian O'Connor-avatar

    Killian O'Connor

I love the app. I have always wanted to get in shape and was never motivated but with Sweatcoin, I am motivated. I wish there were more fun and exciting things to buy for example Visa gift cards or like zoo memberships. I say this because I am a hardcore gamer and I love to walk. Please put more buy options in but till then, Really good app.

  14. Laura Meredith-avatar

    Laura Meredith

I love the concept of this app as it encourages you to exercise more. But it very disappointingly doesn't consistently count steps. I could walk 10,000 in a day but it only counts 3,000 of these. I have calibrated all options it recommended but still no joy. Absolute scam of an app so they don't have to pay out. EDIT - after contacting customer service and them advising me to do everything listed in the FAQs (no point having customer service really) the issue is even worse!

  15. Doug Sopp-avatar

    Doug Sopp

Update has broken the app. This morning I did a 15m walk, followed by a 20m with 2x boost active. Step counter on my phone counted 4,700 steps. Boost screen (for 20m walk only) counted 2,102. Yet, according to today's page in the app, I've only done 1,339 steps, but 3,355 have been "approved"! Also, don't know if "negative steps" issue has been corrected - if I'm using 2x boost, but receive a call or notification, step count switches to negative number, then counts up to zero! User @neodoug1

  16. Plex Design-avatar

    Plex Design

App was great at the start but now for the past week my steps aren't being counted/analysed correctly, especially over the last 2 days, out of 10k steps only 1000 are being converted, however at the start all steps were being converted. A week since I posted this and try everything the Developers have suggested, worked fine for a while and no back to only counting 1000 out of 10,000 steps.

  17. Ammar Abuzeid-avatar

    Ammar Abuzeid

This app can be great at first but it becomes a joke after a while. The only way to get points is by doing ABSOLUTELY anything other than walking. Inviting friends to the app, watching ads will get you more than walking 4,000 steps a day. After a while now even ads don't give that much usually Id see a 1K or anything above 3 points. But guess what after watching a full minute of random ads I get 0.04 points or even a 0 like thank you for wasting my time for nothing. The app is good but can improve

  18. Vicky Hanning-avatar

    Vicky Hanning

Getting worse as time goes on. The last two weeks, Sweating has not even allowed me to open the app, it just freezes and kicks me out. This app has one week to get back to right before it gets deleted. There are other activity apps I have gotten a lot more out of. I have been with Sweatcoin over two years and have "earned" next to nothing!

  19. Stuart Corby-avatar

    Stuart Corby

Don't bother if you're planning on using it to earn while you run. Without fail the app barely tracks a step when you're running even after following their guidance for tracking! 0 steps tracked while running 5/10/20k, I've reported it via the help desk and all I get is useless replies that clearly show they've not even bothered to read my issue properly and I pay an additional subscription to remove the daily tracking limit! App always up to date as soon as an update is released.

EDIT: Enjoying the new UI. Making the most of the app and enjoying my workouts racking up points. I've had lots of essential freebies and great discounts, so well worth it for myself as an active individual. Makes you want to move over getting incentives. TIP 1: Make sure to click on auto update for app in Google Playstore, so points are not lost. TIP 2: Always let app run in background or it won't track. TIP 3: Running and further or faster walking helps accumulate points outside.

  21. Tre Hunter-avatar

    Tre Hunter

Great if your phone is glued to you. There are a lot of times where I don't have my phone on me and im doing a lot of walking. I hoped when they updated they would allow watch steps to be counted but unfortunately thats not the case. There was a day where I walked 28000 steps and sweatcoin only counted 15000 since I didn't have my phone on me half the day. (I've used the highest earning option). Also a lot of the offers aren't really useful..at least to me.

  22. KylerAriah Kratzer-avatar

    KylerAriah Kratzer

It is a cool app and it's nice to see how much you really earn from walking. But I always asked myself how they earned money and I figured it out. They give you offers like get 3 free months on babbel. Then you open the offer and it says get three months free on babbel you open it up and it changes to if you buy three months then you get another three. So they just get a percentage of what you buy. So don't trust this app when it says FREE because they are f* liers.

  23. Midgy Midgley-avatar

    Midgy Midgley

Rewards used to be good 20,000 coins for $1000 cash, now they've dropped the value to an out of date go pro that's worth around £300 if that for the exact same amount of coins. You never receive any decent amount of coins for ads. I've used this app for years but I'm starting to wonder whether there's any point anymore.

  24. kaylee wright-avatar

    kaylee wright

It was fine for the first few days but now today its not reading any of my steps I've taken and I've had my phone on me all day. I've searched and did everything I could think of to get it to read my steps but it says I've taken 0 steps today when In fact ive taken way more than 0.

  25. Ryan Meier-avatar

    Ryan Meier

Piss poor customer service. Approached them with an issue with their app not converting my steps even after going through their troubleshooting processes. Sent them the screen shots of the steps the app tracked but did not convert. All they said was I'm sorry, we can't credit those steps to your account. Would have been a total of roughly 40-50 coins. Very disappointing for a customer that upgraded to the paid service.....

  26. Rebecca Lucas-avatar

    Rebecca Lucas

My phone is brand new and has a fast processor. My app is up to date and closes before I can do anything. Uninstalling and reinstalling is the dumbest fix I've ever heard. Why would I want to go through setting my account up over and over again because the developers can't fix the bugs?! It's trash.

  27. Mi Chellé-avatar

    Mi Chellé

Still sucks that they haven't been able to sync with my fitness tracker. And they're only real reason for not wanting to, is that "people cheat". Gee thanks! Sometimes I like having my phone on charge. Or whatever while I exercise. Urgh.

  28. Byron Stevens-avatar

    Byron Stevens

It was a great app but a few weeks ago after an update it doesn't count my steps any more, I've played around with all the settings following the app guide and still no steps. Yet it's still happy to charge for the monthly plan.

  29. William Callanan-avatar

    William Callanan

I really like this app it makes me want to go out for walks and exercise the only downer about it app is that you need to spend the cash you earn on there stuff. You can get PayPal rewards but only by getting your friends to join I'm hoping that this will change and that the cash you earn can be transferred to your PayPal

  30. oooh spooky-avatar

    oooh spooky

I've only just got this app yesterday but it's one of the best apps I've ever used, it's easy to collect coins and you get different rewards. The only problem I have is it drains my battery quite quickly, and as a suggestion it would be cool if we could link our bank accounts or PayPal to spend money that way.

  31. Loody-avatar

I love this app so much theres so many great offers for everyone. Whether u run a lot or not even work out at all u still get a good amount of sweatcoins for some of the great offers in the store. Another great thing abt the offers are that most of the time all u have to do is pay shipping. Which is great I got Raze energy products of at least 10 single servings for only 5 dollar shipping and my mom was able to get this coffee product that came with 2 big bags of flavors she liked for only 3.95!

  32. xox L-avatar

It's fun to have this app. I have a friend who suggested it to me. But for some reason Idon't know all or even half of my step never converted. I have 14k steps but it approved 78. It also drain my battery. Keep it up! I'm looking forward to a better improvement on this app.

  33. T-avatar

Why is there no option to be able to sync your fitbit data for sweatcoins? This is such a missed opportunity as a lot of people don't want to carry their phone with them everywhere they go. I won't be using this app until they let people connect their fitbit.

  34. Gainor Whitaker-avatar

    Gainor Whitaker

I've had this app for years now. It's a part of my daily routine to a point where it has to be installed on every phone I have. I like the crowdfunding options best because I have trust issues when it comes to that sort of thing and the other offers are also interesting from time to time as well.

  35. Nicole Pletcher-avatar

    Nicole Pletcher

Love this app. Makes me want to make sure I get my points everyday. P ly reason it's a 4 star instead of 5 is bc of the length it takes to get enough points for a great item. They do have specials every once in awhile and you get 3 chances at extra points. Come try it

  36. Michael Kelsey-avatar

    Michael Kelsey

A $10 giftcard shouldnt last 2 days only. Atleast a month. A discount would be different. Trash. I want my sweatcoin back. All the good options are completely gone. Now it is just free trials you can get for free from the actual company rather than spending sweatcoin or vacations set at a sweatcoin price far too high. This app was good but it has become literal garbage. The new daily bonus seems cool but it was put in place to pay out less with it's new algorithm.

  37. Angela Tissue-avatar

    Angela Tissue

This app. Keeps me active and accountable. Not to mention challenging my friends (or boyfriend) keeps things interesting, especially the bonus points. Adds are a bit long. Worst part of app is I dont always have nor want to carry my phone all the time. Can this app link or work on a smart watch??

  38. Tirnaz-avatar

Like the idea of this app. However, it requires a persistant connection to your tracker. I work in a setting that I can't take my phone in with me. My 10k steps sync, but don't count towards sweatcoins. Makes this about pointless to me. Aa

  39. Anne/Antoinette Stivers-avatar

    Anne/Antoinette Stivers

The app is pretty good, I just wish that the rewards didn't cost any of your out of pocket money. Because it's supposed to be a reward and I really don't want it to spend any of my money unless it's like for shipping and handling, okay I get that. But I want to be more like a reward and not a purchase for a half off promo code. Other than that I think it's a really good app for the most part. It definitely let you know how lazy you are if you pay attention to your counter everyday.

  40. Orgeta Koci-avatar

    Orgeta Koci

I downloaded this app because I walk a lot during the day, but was a waste of time, mb and mobile storage. It always converted less steps than I would walk, the last time from 1027 steps got only 0.27 coins for 291 approved steps . Uninstalled it... Response to the answer of Sweatco Ltd: I did that from the very first day. The app too was updated..

  41. It's Me-avatar

    It's Me

Hard to say how fruitful it will be as it will be a while before I get enough coin. App used to miss a lot of data, it's better now, but has completely missed the steps on some big walks, which is a pain. New boost feature is a good idea.

It did work, I've had this app for a few years, but i was asked to update and now I'm stuck on a blue screen. looks like I've lost my previous steps. disappointing really as this used to motivate me, but all my work has disappeared.

  43. Matt gorny-avatar

Doesnt accuratley convert your steps so you loose out on points (4000 Step day and i only got 330 steps worth( and the shop doesnt have much of interest for redeption. Would be nice too see more product options or a optiin to cash out on pay pal. As nice as the donation options are im not grindg away to give it all away. Actual rewards or cash out would make it worthwhile.

I am deleting the application, as i am fed up with recent problems of not converting the steps to approved steps. Last two weeks approved steps are not even 10% of actual steps taken. I have 2100+ coins in last 8 months & that may be the reason of this scam. Sorry for being straight. Donated 2260 coins to crowdfunding and uninstalled the application von 4th Oct.

Was better when daily bonuses was 0-25 I was receiving more points then. Now most of times I receive ~ 2 points a day. Now is 1 in 150 days chance to get 10-25 points from commercial. And 80 days from 100 you get below 1 point. For regular person to save 20k points need around 3 years.

I've been having issues with the app counting my steps. It won't count any, even when I'm walking both indoors and outdoors. *EDIT* I followed the instructions to allow the app to run in the background, but it still isn't working.

I enjoy earning sweatcoin and using to try different things. Wish 20 minute boost was more consistent-doing the same run I sometimes get up to 1.60 sweat coins and sometimes only .30 sweatcoins. My big ask would be to add as app on my Samsung watch so I do not have to carry phone when I go for runs.

My steps wont approve. I literally have thousands of steps waiting to be approved and it wont approve I tried pressing the manual approve button but its grayed out. Does not give real money. At first, seemed like a great app. I got over 10 dollars in a week. I was extremely disappointed to find that the only money is a marketing scam. You only receive offers, such as getting a small discount after you spend real money on stuff you most likely haven't even thought about, such as expensive and overpriced makeup, expensive shakes, subscriptions, etc.

  58. XxRexyQueenxX-avatar

This app would be better if it actually had rewards worth working for we are here walking for what discounts to products no one wants to buy we aren't getting rewarded. Come on Sweatcoin give us something to work to I don't want to have to invite people just to cashout with PayPal because there is no reason to invite people when the rewards are mediocre

I love this app. I can donate my sweat coins to charity or choose an offer for discounts on merchandise. Great design and it keeps me motivated to do a daily walk.... The new 20 min exercise incentive should be permanent! The new Ampli promo needs to be available to all users not just iPhone apple users tho 🙄 Other than that I'm really enjoying the app! 😊😊😊

I have more than 34.8k steps that have failed to convert over the last few days. Hi, I have no other fitness apps. The sum is now over 54k without conversion. I never analyzed until noticing that it was failing to do so (after about 3 days). When i click to analyze, it converts only 50-100 per click (very time consuming). On top of that it would some minus coins from my wallet (I think this is due to the app trying to convert 'sc's from previous days).

I am amazed at the amount of negative reviews on here! The primary aim of this app is to get you fit. I have definitely increased my fitness since getting this app & after 6 weeks have nearly 1000 coins. You can significantly add to your points by watching a couple of ads (about 2 mins) & a 20 minute walking boost. My only wish is that it synced with my fitbit but I believe this is being considered. I suggest if you have technical issues then contact the team rather than complain on a review.

Likable app. Only 5.00 per day can be made per 24 hour period. In order to make a higher amount ( such as 15.00) requires an upgrade to a pay account. Virtual cash can be redeemed in virtual store (in app) for a number of different products. Items and offers are nice. This is a great stimulant to get yourself to walk/run more.

Although the app is a great idea, there is no real redeemable reward that you can cash in for. You basically end up paying real money for a few samples. The rewards which are 20k each, well how would anyone be able to earn that in the time frame of two years to redeem some of those items? Oh yes, pay for the option that does give just a little hope to try and earn the 20k sweatcoins Please don't tell me that adding friends would help - unless someone has 4000 friends to download it right?

Edit: Issues have since been fixed in a later patch but still keeping my review at 2/5.... Been using this app for over a year and to even get anything worthwhile you have to rack up several years of walking, or I imagine pay for premium and then maybe strap your phone to your dog, even then you'll be doing it for months before you get anywhere... Good if you want to compare inaccurate info with a group of friends, not worth it if you're looking for a quick reward for getting about.

So I have had other step apps before... and let me tell you Sweatcoin has me totally impressed. Within minutes I am motivated to walk. It is used friendly a biggy for me and is fun. The counting algorithm feature is awesome which helped me understand that not all steps are actual steps that aid in keeping one healthy which is good to know if you really into getting fit. I have been using the sweatcoin app diligently since the beginning of the year and saving up my sweatcoins for the $1000 cash withdrawal but I feel the app developers have been unfair and not very conscientious about it's users savings. After the additional features added to the app and increased prices I feel users sweatcoins savings have been devalued. This could be fixed in future by topping up a users savings to match the new value after a feature is added that devalues their savings.

Extremely disappointing! Firstly - this App is extremely buggy. In the past month there are two days that it didn't count any steps at all. Secondly - it was described that I would receive a reminder at the end of the free trial TroubleMaker period - I did NOT receive any reminder at all and got charged for it! When I received an invoice from Google Play I contacted them to try to get my money back, but they told me that I should contact Sweatcoin. I did but they didn't answer. Want my money!!!!

Either a glitch or selfishness in recent update puts an intrusive floating message asking you to disable battery saver, even when it's not enabled. Clicking it requests you to add the app to power saving exclusions. I say selfish because if I am to have my phone in power saving mode, it's to save battery: not to use extra for whatever algorithm they use to verify. The built-in app doesn't require an exception, it doesn't even require GPS to be on. -2* for this, -1 for weak rewards.

Used it for almost a year. Redeemed sweatcoins a couple of times. It's an okay app. However recently the app would stop working at night (central time, usually after 7pm or so). It would just crash. The evening is usually the time when I go for a run, and want to use the double points time and it never works, since the app just shuts down. I'm not even sure if it counts my regular steps at that time. And yeah I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

A very good concept, turned into a decent app. The idea of earning a currency from just walking, which is an daily task, is just great. It inspires many people to workout and get in shape. The only problems are the store options, what I mean is that there are not enough different options to spend the hard earned sweatcoins on, otherwise the application works wonderful and I fully recommend it to anyone, that is either an athlete or completely out of shape

I really like this app, but suddenly I'm getting some really frustrating bugs with it. Some days it wont even count half my steps, whether or not the ad bonus will work or not is seemingly random, and now it wont even analyses any of my steps. It's just stuck circling and loading but never doing anything. I've tried what's suggested in the faqs for bugs, but it hasn't done anything to fix the issues. I guess I'll just wait for the next update and hope it helps.

It's not bad to give you a reason to walk outside , the sweatcoins are hard to earn and mostly used for stuff you can get for free in other places. The things that you can get, like trips and electronics... I don't know what to say about the expensive prizes(maybe real maybe not, i won't find out since they don't support my country) . Update. After you get up to 1000 sweatcoins the price of the marathon offers increase with 6000 sweatcoins. Not recommended. Use other pedometers.

Absolute rubbish. I have tried all the fixes they recommended me to do and still it doesn't work properly. I average between 20000 and 40000 steps a day with the job I do. Each day it only records maybe a maximum of 10000 steps. I am on the second highest tariff as I wouldn't pay money on this as it is so inaccurate. My worse day was nearly 60000 steps and it only record 500 odd steps. By this time I should be on about 5000 sweatcoin and I have just over 400 sweatcoin. Don't waste your time!!

It used to be a decent app and track my steps. However, for the past month, no steps have been counted. Despite that, there are 229,857 steps awaiting analysis and it won't "analyse now" no matter how many times I spam the button. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I have enabled background activity and disabled battery optimisation for the app according to the instructions but to no avail. The latest version available is installed.

Amazing. BUT disgustingly inaccurate! I use 3 different pedometers for my walks, to get an average distance for tracking purposes - and the tracking of this app is a joke in comparison. Prices of the top items have inflated massively, still incredibly inaccurate and no customer support. Avoid.

So far, I love using this app. There is one thing that would be nice to add to it though. A way to connect your fitbit watch/tracker/app orr apple watch to Sweatcoin and import steps from there. The app is great, when it works. I've had this app for about a year, and up until two months ago the only issue I've had is there was not always adds available to earn the free Sweatcoins. In the last two months they have made changes to the app, most of which I like, when the app is working. I have downloaded it many times, followed all instructions for phone settings, and it does not always work. Some days are good, some days it won't stay open. Please fix this problem. Sometimes it does not work . I walk, inside and/or outside, but the number of steps is always the same. IT is frustrating especially when you can double the steps... anyway, it is a free app, so even he it is not 100% accurate, we cannot complain too much. Please also put intermediate prizes, from 3000 sweatcoins and above.

Love the concept and all in all I think it is executed really well! I would never delete it! However, I would tweak some things. When just walking, almost all of the steps are counted flawlessly. However, when going on jogs, I find that usually only about 30 percent of the steps are counted. I would love to get all the steps when running. Overall, I absolutely love it!

  114. BadgerBoy59-avatar

I had previously rated the app 2 star due to an app error whereby I lost loads of coins, however, the developers got back to me really quickly and offered a good solution. Whilst I wasn't able to reclaim the thousands of coins I had gathered, the app has been working perfectly for the last 5 months ever since. It's definitely a good motivator for exercise and I would say the premium is worth it for getting you more coins if you tend to walk a lot like I do.

I've been using this app about 6 months now. It's good if you want to collect a meaningless currency for motivation. Fiddly to get it working. The amount of points you need for major prizes is huge and was recently increased by thousands. The few small or totally free offers are far and few between and always sold out. This is mostly an app where you earn points to buy small discounts to spend on expensive products. It's more of a marketing scheme for companies than a reward for being active.

This App is a great idea, I personally find it super hard to find ways to earn money with this whole pandemic, and this gives me hope. Unfortunately it takes a very long time to earn the amount of coins needed for the good cash prizes. Its understandable that it takes time however it may take 3 years to get anything worth it as it is almost impossible to reach the daily limit. Even with some negative aspects I still think this is a great App!

Love the concept, sometimes a few bugs, but nothing that an app restart won't fix. On the "+" side i love the fact you can use daily activity to purchase stuff. On the "-" side, most of the stuff that worth anything to myself, are only "%" discounts or "x" months free and not full pay with SWC. For the big ones you need a few YEARS to be able to get them... Nice app tho. I have now been using it since December 18 and pretend to keep going. You need to add rewards for long members! =)

The app doesn't actually pay you money to walk. Paypal cashout may come in the form of $20 for 40 people you invited to the app. Actual cashouts are few and far in between. They give you offers that you can use your sweatcoins to redeem. The offers aren't things you would normally use so it's kind of pointless to say they pay you money to sweat. No, they pay you in offers that you won't use. While getting you to invite people to the app before you realize the truth.

The idea is great! Let's you earn "money" for walking and meeting daily goals. Some of the things to claim are ok but there isn't much variety, it's 3 months trials and things like that. *Edit 1* My device isn't and wasn't adding battery saving restrictions. I have a month subscription and am already disappointed on the first day. Iam pleased with the easy to use no ads. Except for the bonus ad. It has a very accurate walk to point system. It has startup option which the app starts with the phone. Decent app, but serves no real purpose. Unless you're an avid jogger logging the most steps available, it's a long grind for minimal reward. The currency serves minimal use aside from facilitating a push for affiliate marketing for the developers, as traded tokens can't be redeemed for tangible goods. The app is a well dressed data mill that could be so much better if they had some semblance of peer-to-peer value. I keep it installed because of a strong sense of Gambler's Fallacy, and FOMO.

A good idea but has hit and miss functionality and is buggy. For example, today I've walked over 17000 steps outdoors and only received 2.8 coins whereas yesterday I didn't walk as far as received over 10. There are 2 regular bugs I encounter. 1) when using the 2x boost sometimes the app gets "stuck" analysing and this won't clear until the next day, even with a reboot and the bonus points are lost. 2) the app can also get stuck on the bonus daily ad page whist attempting to load an advert.

Latest updates have been great, counts steps really well. One thing though, why was the social leaderboard taken away? That was really good function. What is the point of following anyonre if there is no data to see? Leaderboard should be there, it is healthy motivation and there could be more functions like daily challenges and ability to make groups from your followers/friends. That way could have group competitions from Sweatcoin with prizes etc. This would be all so motivational. #ihana

When it works its good. I feel that they could improve it by being able to connect to fit bit and other devices so the app is active and not always running through the phone. My aim was to get 20 000 sweatcoins by a certain period but I can clearly see it will take me years to get to this amount. Great idea but trash at doing what it was actually built to do, it's not accurate in counting your steps and converting them.

It's essentially a pedometer combined with an ad machine. The amount of coins to get actual items is exceedingly high, wherein it will either take you years with normal walking or slightly less years of constantly walking to get them. Mostly, coins are used to get trials or discounts (more ads), some of which you could get outside the app anyways. Meanwhile, features on the app are starting to disappear (such as leaderboards, useful reason for following friends) in favor of invite spam or ads.

I don't always see rewards in which I'm interested, but I have gotten a chance to order a few, from sunglasses to earbuds. Some were free with points, some were discounted with points. They are decent so far.

The latest update made the app glitchy and the step counter conversion is off too. Please fix this After the update my approved steps are down daily

Of late this app has not been converting my steps to sweatcoins. I have reinstalled it and done all the steps that were suggested, but issue is still not fixed. For ex, ive been walking close to 15,000- 17,000 steps daily and all outside but it will just give me 2 to 3 step coins for all these steps. Boost woudnt work, it will keep analysing and in process lose all coins. Daily bonus is a joke, havent worked for me for more than a month or so. It is frustrating! Hope you fix these bugs soon!

Too glitchy. It stopped analysing and counting my steps so that they were just mounting up but weren't being converted. I had 100,000+ steps awaiting analysis. The force-analysis button didn't work so after looking through their help page I took the advice to uninstall and reinstall the app (this is after emailing them months ago that I had mounted up 50,000+ steps that weren't converting), so I opened up the app, logged in again and all of my awaiting steps are gone. All 100,000. Not happy.

I have 76,000+ steps that the app will not analyze so I haven't been able to earn anything for weeks. I try the analyze now button and it just loads and loads without doing anything. It hasn't changed with the last 3 days updates and I've adjusted the battery saving settings every time. Very disappointed.

A cool idea but like with a lot of other "earn rewards for..." apps, the prizes are either boring or take a LONG time to earn. Even if you walk/run a good 2 miles almost every day AND have a job where you walk a lot, it still takes at least a year and a half to get the truly good prizes. There used to be prizes for 6K SC, but now I only see the cool vacation prizes or big prizes, all of which are 18K or over. If the crowdfunding stuff is legit, u can put your "currency" towards charity/causes
