I truly love this app. I initially bought Kayla's e-books for the first two rounds of her program, but then I got the app and wished I had used it all along. There are video explanations of what you are supposed to be doing, there is a substitution option as well, which I love. The program has worked great for me. I'm more toned then I ever have been. I would highly recommend this app and Kayla's HIIT program.

I do enjoy this app and I find the resistance workouts and challenges to have been effective in building muscle. That being said, I wish I was able to see the weight I used the last time I did a particular exercise without having to go through the planner to find the workout I last did it in to see what I recorded. I would also like to see more low-intensity and high-intensity cardio workouts! There are a few, but they're all considered "resistance training".

Love the app! I love the program I'm currently doing! I feel like I know what I'm doing at the gym in the weight room now! Gives me confidence! I would recommend to any girl who wants to lift! My only fix would be to have a tracking system that I could track my weights on that go along with the program so I could see the progress I've been making. Update: they now have a tracking system for those wanting to track their lifting weight!

Overall I love this app and I can't see myself trying to use any other one (believe me, I've tried). I have been enjoying all the updates: noise signs when to start a new exercise, add the weights you have been using so we can keep track of our progress but I still miss not being able to connect my garmin to the app. Simple thing, so I can add up also my cardio/steps to my progress.

Fantastic app. I especially like that they enable you to substitute exercises. Some of the programmes are very heavy on the knees and wrists. The low impact programme appears to be aimed at beginners. There are lots of options of different programmes and you can adapt based on the equipment you may or may not have at home. There are lots of body weight exercises. It's good value if you can afford to pay upfront. I'd love more 15-20mins workouts. Great for the year. Too expensive for me to renew

Every time I change an excersice for pyramids the amount of reps stays the same - - > this is still not working. Now the add your equipment feature doesn't quite work. Yes you can add your equipment in your profile, but it doesn't automatically replace the exercises even though I have selected the option to automatically do so. I'm wondering what's your QA team like. Every time there's a new launch things for Android don't come out as expected, nevertheless the version it's released...

I love that you can pick a workout that uses what's available in your present surroundings. Whether I'm at home without the advanced gym equipment or at the gym stocked full of tools, I'm able to grab a quickie or intense burn. Don't like a move? Swap it out. Glad I found the app on FB.

The app works great. I love that there's so many options for different workouts. I can choose whatever I'm feeling that day like yoga, lifting weights, etc. The app also has the option of using Spotify as you workout. Which I love to workout to music. I would however like if the app had a download option for when you're at the gym and have bad service. It has happened to me and the workouts took forever to load since service was bad. Other than that, they are constantly improving the app.

I have this app since the very first days many moons ago..I love it. Sometimes I won't use it for a month or two and then I'm straight back on it. The Flexibility to move between weeks and courses is exactly what I need to keep me motivated!

I did give sweat app 5 stars at the start. However I have changed it as it has become boring. The same excersises, over and over .. Honestly there are so many fitness apps out there that are amazing now.. You cannot even link it to your TV, I mean I can mirror it but cannot just click on the share to TV or download the workouts. Barre, same warm up each time, just the same workouts with not much excitement to keep me motivated, even the challenge was just too repetitive 😭.
