When I am trying to shop I will get halfway through the products and then it will suddenly bring me back to the top of the page. It's super frustrating and after 3-4 times I give up and don't get to see all the products. UPDATE: I have re-installed the app and have even changed phones and it still does the same thing.

It works smoothly except for when there's a sale going on and I guess too many people on the server it seems to crash but I love getting my boxes

More bug than program, truthfully. This recent time, they've made it so you can't use the app without updating it, but Google play also shows that there are no updates available. Figures. This is on top of being horribly slow and poorly designed. Can't even sort of stock apparel by size, a BASIC function of any website with clothing. So annoying. Just use a computer and don't bother with the app, it's astounding how poorly it's made.

I would like to know more about the app and also examples in boxes. I'm a very small lady . I weigh 90 lbs just not enough info given or do I pick items was very unclear wasn't anything helping me. Is their anyone that could help me get started??

2 problems 1.Keeps locking me out of my account no matter how many times I reach out to customer service; 2. Some of The products you go to put in your cart for add ons will say "hurry on a few more left" then when you do it says out of stock. It's very misleading and annoying AF!!😤 when i get excited to purchase something only for it too give me false hopes. FIX IT!

FFF is the best part of my life ! And u can really tell that they value there costumers. Just wish there were better sales ..... I'm a sales shopper that's my thing and I don't really feel like there add on extras to add to ur box are worth the prices , but the box its self is .....

App used to work with no issues. However the latest update keeps crashing the app. I can't schedule anything, including my return shipment, and I had a very hard time checking out.

Worked fine until this morning when I tried to view customization 4 it was still showing me the 3rd. So I thought maybe it just didn't get put out yet. I got a notification from the app to see the custom options for 4 and it was still showing the 3rd options. And now when I open the app it's telling me to update when there is no update to be done. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and same notification pop up upon opening.

When the app does work, it's extremely slow. Right now I can't use it at all because it says that its "time to update" but when I click to update it it takes me to the app store and the app store says that there isn't an update for it. So I remove the app and redownload it and still "time to update" pops up when I open the app. Good grief FFF find a new tech guy.
