    I'm in love with this app, I literally felt the workout and woke up in pain. (No pain. No gain). Not only that but this app also gives you a reminder to drink your glasses of water and asks you what kind of weight you want to loose, for example, if you want to loose belly fat... ect. If you are serious about loosing weight this is the app to be. Take it from me, I highly recommend it.

    I love, love, love. This is the only app I've installed and haven't deleted within a few days. It's wonderful, great exercises. I like how it describes what some of the exercises are for and how they help you. I love my drinking water reminders. I usually drink a gallon a day anyways but it's really neat to get the reminders and encouragement.

    I absolutely love this app even w/ ads. I lost 4 pounds in 4 days just doing the hiit workouts. I was doing intermittent fasting and lost A LOT of weight but as soon as I stopped I gained 20 pounds more than what I started with. I was at my heaviest and honestly depressed. I downloaded this app along with 4 others and tried them all out over the course of the week. This one was the BEST! it has animations showing you the workouts and positive remarks when you try and exit during a w/o! The best!

    Worth a try! I was 190, 5ft3in starting off (female), after two weeks I'm down to 184 just by using this app. I eat what I want when I want, I don't even use the app every day tho I try not to skip more than 2 days in a row. I do the best I can at each exercise, I still cant do all of them 100% but I can tell I'm getting stronger and my skinny jeans are fitting (and look) a lot better.

    It's similar to several other apps, but I like it more than others. It has an excellent selection of different routines and workouts, including some really short ones and even including some in-office workouts, which is perfect for those of us with packed schedules. The only thing I'd improve is adding some wake-up workouts for morning, and some muscle stretching exercises. Seems like it's been accidentally omitted, since the workouts before bed are included but not the morning workouts.

    I love this app!! Its easy to use and there's so much included considering its free!! I love that I can follow the daily workouts as well as other little extras if I choose to, focusing on the areas that I feel need it the most. Its only Day 1 so I'll have to keep you posted on the weight loss. I understand I can sync this with my fitbit too though I havent done that yet.

    I like how short the sessions are. I do them several times during the day, sometimes going back to do the exercises from other days, too. I use these as micro-breaks to counter act sitting at the computer. I find I'm more consistent than with longer programs because these are short and less overwhelming. I can alter the intensity to get more benefits or to use as relaxation.

    I only started using this today, I'm 2 workouts in and selected intermediate level. So far I'm really enjoying using this app, obviously I haven't lost weight just yet I feel it is a promising app. I have some college education for health and fitness. I'll give another true review when 30 days have passed and results show. I'm hoping the workouts will gradually become harder, I did feel a slight burn after the workout which is a good sign. The water tracker is super handy, usually I forget.

    I love this app! Not sure it would help anyone lose weight without eating better too, but the workouts are fab for someone who isn't used to exercising. They are all short, and therefore easy to fit in, yet you can tell you've done something. I only have the free version, which means I have to watch the odd advert before being able to access a workout, but the ads aren't too long so it's not a problem.

    I am in love with this app. I've lost 19 pounds thanks to it. My only suggestion would be to allow users add the measurements of their thighs, hips, waist, etc to see how many inches they might have lost. Other than that, THANK YOU for this app. I only need to lose 15 more pounds, then I'd be at my goal. :)

    I havent used the app much yet but i have one similar and love it. I like you can customuze the workouts of your focuse area. With that said I wish i could create my own workout i would totally love it saying that there are so many options to change the focuse area workouts. If there was an option to customize your own workout with all the different options it would be the best app ever. Hope you could do that soon!!

    Day 3 in I like the quick work outs the advertisements don't bother me because they tend to happen during your rest period so your really not missing out. But the timer with the direction of what exercise to do next was exactly what I was looking for.

    This is my second time downloading this app. The first time I wasn't motivated and uninstalled it do to low space. I downloaded this about 2 weeks ago again.. And I love it.     I haven't lost weight yet but i see my body getting a bit toned already, especially my waist!!!
