    I like how the workouts are timed, it shows you how to do them, and offers advice through out along with targeting different parts. Real easy to use and the reminders are great too!

    I like it and it's a great app but my only problem with this app is that I can't find a button to change my plan. For example I chose lose weight and keep fit. But then It wouldn't let me change my plan. Like there was lose belly fat, butt lift and tone, and build muscle and strength. I would love this app if I could find a change plan button.

    I like that I get breaks between the exercises. I can skip the breaks or add to them. The exercises have been doable yet challenging. Each day has been different. The exercises are broken down into manageable chunks. Afterwards I rate them. So far I've rated them just right. I think they would change according to my rating. The app reminds me to drink. It's encouraging. I'm on day 4 of a 30 day challenge.

    i've been using this for 2 days now since i will be going on vacation in around 5-6 days. these past 2 days i've been getting amazing results. my results came quicker cause i've been doing 4 workouts a day (all of them at the same time in the end of the day) & what's best about it, is that i have also been overeating but still managing to lose weight too, i still recommend you to be on a diet while doing the workouts, for better results, the workouts are easy & simple too! tysm for this app!❀️

    Simple and easy to use. Shows you animations or videos of each workout, has rests built in. Honestly really nice. The voiceover is very technological, but it's still nice. Ads are definitely very diet focused though.

    i love this app! the breaks between exercises are wonderful for my low stamina, and the tips help me make sure I'm doing everything right. the only thing i don't like are the reminders, because for me i can't choose between AM or PM so i use the alarm app built into my phone

    This app is really good. I needed to add an exercise regimen to my new health lifestyle and i feel like it is really benefitial with the exercises they offer for what ever is your target area and mines is my stomach and after as well as during the exercise routine i could feel the burn in my abdomen.

    Been extremely depressed, with general lack of motivation being at the forefront, and this app has helped me a lot. The exercises are easy but not too light , you genuinely feel good and energized after it all.. I even add extra reps/and time to my exercises because I just wanna keep going! Lol looking forward to keeping up a routine and seeing my results after all is said and done. :)

    Just completed my first workout. I love how it wasn't overwhelming hard. And you get to rate if a workout was too easy, just right or too hard and it will adjust the workouts to your needs.
