    I love the individualized training, starts off fairly easy and gets progressively harder. You also can add 2-7 min workouts in between your daily whenever you have free time, they can target core areas like the glutes, abs, arms, and thighs or be at work or in bed specific. There is a timer and an automated voice to walk you through it. Love this, my kids even do it with me.

    This app is great! It let's you put a reminder for when you want to work out, and it also tracks how much water you have drank and how many you need. It also shows you diffrent work outs for your stomach, bottom, arms, ect. It's very helpful and I've only done 4 days so far and I already see changes! I would defenetly recommend this app. You also don't have to pay for anything except if you want to get rid of ads. It also has so much more amazing things!

    It's not overwhelming like a lot of workout apps are. It's rather inspiring and super gratifying! You do 8 different exercises for 20 seconds with a break 30 second break in between. At first, I'm thinking how in the hect is this going to help, but it is. And, I feel like I'm accomplishing so much more than my weight loss. Lost 17.4 lbs in less than 5 weeks!! Try it! You won't regret it.

    Brilliant. 3-8 minute pre-programmed exercises built for beginner, intermediate or hard levels. There are rests between each exercise within the set program. There are specially designed workouts for full body, arms, butt and legs. You can do as many or as few programs you wish. It also reminds you to drink plenty of fluids. I've exercised for nearly 3 hours this week and haven't even noticed the time. The ads are annoying but if you pay just £19.99 per year the ads are removed - optional.

    I just started this exercise app 3 days ago, after not working out for 20 years, and I LOVE it!! I'm doing 5 minutes twice a day and I can already feel my muscles reacting. The exercises are simple, targeted and brief. The animations and coaching are a great help in showing how to do the prescribed exercise. I've recommended this app to my entire work team!

    I love it! Definitely worth the subscription! Exercise is easy & goes at your pace. The only problem is that it can't track your extra workouts such as: going for runs, your steps, etc. It reminds you to drink water too! I see results within 5 days of use. It has a notification that reminds you to do your workouts. The subscription always you to access a lot of different exercise and shows you the "HOW TO..."

    I thought these apps looked scammy at first, but they're actually awesome. As a novice, I love that it sets up plans for you to take the guesswork out of exercise. The little animations are easy to understand. The moves are impactful and effective. The ads are infrequent and unobtrusive. And I Iike the water reminder feature. Great apps!

    This app is freaking awesome. I'm lazy as hell and I haven't worked out in YEARS. This app lets me burn a few calories and make slow progress without feeling overwhelmed or like I'm failing at something. The descriptions of each workout move are great, you rate your exhaustion level afterwards, it gives you a decent estimate of calorie burn, and its aesthetic is adorable. Highly recommend.

    Workouts great. Visual tweeks needed. Sometimes it's hard to tell if the legs are supposed to be on the ground or slightly off (i.e. Reclined oblique twist). Or which leg (the back or the front) is supposed to lift because they almost blend together in the graphic. The app gives the option of watching a live video of each exercise. However, it would be better if there was a way to access the videos outside of the daily workout so I could practice without pausing the workout.

    This is the best app I've ever used, it gives you good exercises which are proper to your height and weight and it doesn't take alot of time, maximum 5 minutes so it's the best app for losing weight while you're busy. I also like the reminder which helps you to practice daily and drink water which I almost forget. I suggest this app for everyone who wants to be fit but doesn't have enough time.

    Simple, short, only 10 minutes! I really enjoy this app! Very simple and easy! I do this by myself and the 6 pack abs (same company) with my hubby. They start off at a real slow pace and gradually make it harder. I am about 25 lbs overweight from having another child and this is a good way to fit in exercise when the kids are asleep.

    I like the app, they have a nice selection of workouts and different difficulty levels. It is good for someone who wants to get in shape and loss weight but that has limited time and prefers to do it at home. My only complaint is that while choosing out a workout initially I could see a few exercise options but once I started one of them, I couldn't access the rest of them anymore and got stock on one repetitive routine without the option to have any variation.

    This is a really2 good workout app for beginners. No need to search it up on google or learn from youtube. This app shows you how to do it. This is a fun way of exercising instead of just a regular jog. For someone obese like me, this really helps me be consistent because although some exercises are challenging, it has guides and it does not require a lot of time to make me sweat.     It's a good app to use in conjuction with other things. For example, it's brilliant in terms of getting you warmed up to go out for a run, or do something straining. By itself though, it probably wouldn't do much. You burn as many calories as a banana, so it won't do much by itself in the long run. But this app is great for warm-ups!

    Honestly i wasnt sure about using an app but this is great! Gives you excersizes for anything you need really with lots of options with short workouts if you need them as well. Only thing i wish they had in here to track your progress on top of what is already there is somewhere to put in your measurments. Like hips, waist, bust, forearms things like that.

    Love it, easy enough workouts to follow. I can get lazy if its repetitive but it's different..also shows you how to do the workouts right! stars from me i love it an it's not much to pay to stop watching videos to download workout but it's on 30secs even if you dont want to pay it. Honestly if you want to get fit an train this is the best app around I'd say.

It's very motivational as they are small excercises that get harder day by day, and there are some side exercises like morning workout, night workout they make it so interesting.     First day I could feel the burn. I totally love the alerts to drink my water because I don't like it. Since using this app, I have doubled my water intake to 16 cups a day. Now I just need a mat I worked out without one on my carpeted floor and can't keep doing that lbs. It tracks your progress, gives you option to see video on how to do each exercise if you don't know how. I totally love and recommend this app for ppl who work out from home💞

    The only additions I would make are 1) an exercise review feature that could give more tips for newbies and 2) a way to substitute exercises with ones that work the same areas but, for example in my case, be lower impact on the knees. Jumping jacks are awful when your kneecaps don't sit right. I squatted instead but having actual exercises substituted into the routine instead of my harried improvisation would be nice.

    as for beginners like me,this is very helpful. timed workouts are better than watching youtube workouts(for me). 1st day was great.i got really excited (and dead tired) LOL. but im looking forward on doing more of this workout to lose weight. i am following a carb cycling diet so i really need a hiit workout. 10 mins is great great. hopefully i can do 20 to 30 mins hiit workouts soon.

    It was okay. Helped me lose weight for the last two weeks but I can't say much for the first ones. It's a good app if you're looking to start getting back to shape. Verbal feedbacks are very nice too. I just hope that the weigh in option would sync with Google Fit. It has to be manually inputted after workouts.

    Super easy to use and follow. From beginners to advanced plus you have options to redo the workouts if you need to push yourself more. It also has a water tracker which I don't use because I already keep track of that. The ads aren't intrusive. You can sync with Google Fit to help keep track.

    The stupid TickTock ad always makes my phone automatically open Google Play eventough I haven't tapped the stupid TickTock ad. Please do something, it is really annoying, otherwise great app. I regularly go to the gym when it is not quarantine time so maybe that is why I don't see that much of a change eventough I do the excersises every day a couple of times. But great app! It keeps me fit.

    Exercises are embarrassingly easy. I downloaded this but it's basically like a 5 minute calisthenics exercises. I weight lift occasionally and work out and this is more like for a super beginner. I ended up downloading the men's app which is more intermediate. Wish there was an option for nonbinary.

    I'm a week in so far and am seeing some good progress. Been tracking my weight loss through measurements rather than weight (as I care more about the inches than the kgs) After just a week of exercise using this app (with the only dietary changes being drinking more water) I've lost the following: 1 inch off my waist 0.25 inches off my hips 0.5 inches off my butt 0.2 inches off my arms 0.5 inches off my thighs Using the 30 day plan + daily morning routine + 7 min arms. Would recommend.

    First time user. What I like most about this app is that it allows you to complete your reps at your own speed, rather than giving you a certain amount of seconds to complete a certain amount of reps. Gives you an option to rest 30 sec between exercises or skip. I hope to stick with it!

    Its okay. I did the full month of belly fat work out and didn't lose any pounds or inches which was disappointing but I really like the calender that shows you what days you've done im gonna try a harder work out next. I didn't lose anything but it helped form a habit of working out so hopefully soon I see some difference. I just wish I could connect it to samsung health i use that because of my watch and don't wanna use Google fit too. Ads are annoying but are only before and after the workout

    I should get paid for advertising this app. The full range of these apps are unbelievable. I cannot shut up about them. I have googled some exercises for target areas and they are all in here in some form or another. A massive benefit is it's free, rarely any ads, maybe one before and after work out but i am happy to watch because the content is so impressive. I have a large collection of these apps now as the creators have gone above and beyond my expectations. If I could give 20/10 I would.

    Great workout plan for those who need a plan and routine. I felt the heart rate today. I've done this before and can honestly say sticking to this program will give you results! Of course watching what you eat and drinking more water you will see results with anything you do. Getting off the couch to do this little routine for yourself is great!     Very easy to navigate through. Breaks down the exercises in an easy manner with illustration and very shirt explanation on how to. The exercises run like a circuit and it times each exercise which is beneficial. There are so many exercise options to choose from which is great. I love how they did early morning stretch routine and sleepy time stretch, yes i did find it cute how they called it sleepy time stretch.     This app is very easy to use. And the workouts are not hard. If you are trying to loose weight fast tho, I would suggest doing the fat burning workout on top of your daily workout. Edit: I still use it but have had no weight loss I have now had to step up to doing 3 apps and I'll see how that works out.

    I love this app. I got it so that I can hopefully lose weight. The app also gives you tips as you work out which I really like. The one thing I don't like however is the BMI chart. The BMI chart is known to be incorrect, so I think it be best if they figured out a different system. Other than that everything is great.

    Love it.. shows u how to do the exercise and counts the time..has quick not surverely hard exercises for an overweight person with larger belly, exercises you can choose to do them multiple times.. gives you reminders and you can set up times to exercise. The app also has a drink water reminder to help make sure u get atheist 8 cups or 64oz a day. Also has exercises to do in chair if your sitting for long hrs working and get stiff.. helps keep blood circulation and blood flow going..i love it..

    I like this app, but it hasn't proven to be effective for me, in fact I've gained weight. I am taking in to account that we are in lock down so I'm not doing as much exercise as I would usually be doing. However I would have liked my weight to stay atleast consistent. On the other hand, I do feel some difference, there's a bit of aching in the ab area. I would just rather I saw some visible results. X

    I was little nervous when I first started because I'm 220 lb and it's not easy to do jumping jacks. But as you do the routine the more it becomes less stressful on your body. I love it going to get my body right for the summer and Seasons thereafter

    Amazing app. For someone extremely unfit like me the all plan start with only 4min and it gradually increases the workout time, they are simple to do and since there is no pressure of committing for a longer period ot actually motivates me to do a little bit each day.     This app is my coach and my inspiration. Like it's so good and also so caring! It reminds you to drink water on times, reminds you to do workouts on time, gives you tips, effective methods etc. And what's best, its absolutely FREE!

    It is really useful and when I set the remainder, it always remainds me and when I will be lazy and did not do the exercise for 2 days, it would say "u have not done exercise for 2 days". I love this app, it gave a lot of difference

    I've read some people were complaining they got injured using this app. I have to say u guys got injured because u didn't do the exercises correctly. U should first learn each exercise by reading the description&watching the films or simply learning them under supervision of a coach. If you don't know how to do squat or lungs properly,you can simply injure your back, spine&knees. Plus u HAVE to wear training shoes&stand in front of the mirror to be sure u r doing correctly.Good app in my opinion

    This is a good app, but for those of us with flabby arms and legs need to buy premium. Otherr than You can watch a video, but after I watch it, the download stops at one third and no longer works. Over all good app, but I would be happier if this issue would be resolved.

    Love this app. Has the workout and water alerts. I like how the workouts are broken down. There are 2 minute workouts for the office. Which is awesome especially when you sit all day. Workouts easy to fit in anytime no equipment needed.

    This app is okay for those who can't afford subscription like me. Although you have to watch video first before going to exercise, I don't mind the hassle, hahahhaha😂. Also the exercises are easy to follow.

    I did my first day today and loved it, it is personalized for you and I chose 10 min work outs. They were very basic and no need for equipment unless you want to use equipment 😁 It really motivated me to continue using the app and reach my weight loss goal. I love the water reminder too.

    I love this app. It keeps me on point with the variety of workouts and reminds me everyday! Great motivator too. I've had 3 knee surgeries so low impact is important. I modify the workouts as necessary and keep on trucking! Thank you! I've lost 10lbs in one month.

    This app is really helpful because I am like really heavy even though that I'm a kid and I want to go down to 20 but I'm 33 kilograms and that's going to be really easy when I'm doing these exercises every day so I really recommend you to get this app because it really is helpful for women because it helps you like grow on some sort of business I'm doing muscle and strength growth so I think that you should really get this app because it's really fun to know that you're progressing in Fitness

    I honestly thought it would be EXAUHSTING but it's actually pretty easy and not too time consuming so I like it alot😀 I also set it on a trying to lose more weight than I actually want to so it would go harder on me because I'm about to start doing cheer I weigh 121 and I'm 12 and 5'1 and I want to lose weight fast soooo 🤷‍♀️

    I installed this app and find it useful but there are lot of sections into it. I don't know what and which one do I follow for a routine weight loss and toning of body. Can there be a seperate section just for this which includes all those exercises concerned with each and every section mentioned?

    Amazing experience with this application... I lost 2.6 inches in just 3weeks + adding 1 hr of walk with exercises gave me an exceptional experience. P.s you need to be dedicated enough to get results for ur body and also control junk food. Only exercises never help neither only diet so good luck everyone for ur transformations ... i do really recommend this app to everyone👍🥰loving the experience.

    It's free first of all. I love this app. Different workouts everyday and if you wanna do more there are plenty to choose from. Honestly give it a try..best workout app in my opinion. The fact that it's this good and free is kinda shocking.

    Been using it for two days now and I'm already starting to feel good and the reminder that you have to drink water is really helpful as well since I'm always on my phone I really don't think that this will give a drastic change to my weight but it's ok because I know it's a process kudos to this app for helping people
