    This app is amazing. Although it says it has in app purchases, it doesn't, and that one thing that I LOVE about this app since every single other workout app I have tried so far has had some form of in app purchases, but this one doesn't. I love how it records the day you worked out and your weight. The only two minor complaints I have are, 1) on calendar you can't set out days you want to workout and 2) it doesn't save your process if you want to finish a workout later. Tho this app is amazing!

    I absolutely love this app, although I heard on android there are less workouts, the workouts they provide for me are the ones I've been needing. And I even lost almost 2-3 pounds in a week. You can either do a bunch of little workouts or the 20 minute workouts which also work pretty great. I recommend this app to anybody trying to lose weight. :)

    Good, would be better if you could adjust difficulty levels, the workouts are largely too easy, would be good if it was possible to adjust lengths of exercises. Better still if you could create your own workouts and choose exercises and lengths. Good job though :))

    This app is so useful. It helps us to work out at home and no need expensive tools. I can pause my session when ever I need extra time to catch my breath. It provides bunch of variant work out and we can choose which one we need. Awesome!

    I've had this app about a week now and I love it. I've been trying to find quick workouts I can do easily with two kids (2 years and 2 months) and this is just perfect for me. Quick workouts that start at beginner and get harder from there, from 5 minute stretches to 20 minute workouts that get your blood pumping! Would highly recommend this app to all who want to workout with limited time frames and for anyone who just wants to get in shape and/or build/tone your body and muscles💪🏼

    iPhone > android (If I still had an iPhone, I'd rate 20 stars) This was my favourite app when I had an iPhone; there was sooo many GREAT workouts. I specifically loved the 20min angel workouts. However, now that I've transferred over to a Samsung galaxy something, there's only one angel workout (angel body) and MANY of the other fantastic workouts have disappeared... I really love this app but I might have to consider something new :( Unless, is it possible that this issue be fixed??

    I love this app!!! I recommend for any woman looking for help with fitness this is it!!! Theres many DIFF options if your looking to target a specific part of your body that you can do in a few mins. With a calendar so you can keep track and track your weight as well!!! Just completed my first workout and I feel GOOD!!!

    As I am the beginniner, it take some get use to but it's very good. They give you instructions for Each movement to make sure that you doing it correctly and very easy to follow. I am one happy woman . Definitely will use this app every day 👍

    Great app, it's nice and minimalistic and works great. However, I would like to suggest: - adding an amoled dark mode - adding nicer animations - adding and option to have your own account, connected to your Google, Facebook or Instagram account - adding videos of real people doing the exercises, the animated woman who's doing them sometimes doesn't portray them very clearly

    PHEW!!! I just finished my first 20min workout and lemme tell you it worked, I'm so tired and you'll need about two bottles of water and a lot of motivation😂😂 The workouts are really well put together but I just wish the demos were more accurate or just videos of actual people doing the exercises and also I would like to be able to make an account like linking it to a Google account , highly recommend though

    These kinds of apps help a lot with me actually doing workouts, once I get started it's really easy to go through with it. I love all the options so it's not always the same and doesn't get dull! The ads are annoying but I understand why they have ads, and it's not as bad as some other workout apps I've had before.

    I loved this app before when it had waaaaayyyy more workouts including angel abs but for some reason there aren't as many anymore which is disappointing to only be able to choose from 4 or 5 ab workouts now. I love the way this app is set up and the differing workouts, but I miss the variety

    I like the concept of the app and I haven't tried it yet (I'll give an update after trial) but one thing that caught my eye straight away was the fact the app was pink. Absolutely no hate towards the creator but I find it slightly stereotypical that they made the entire app pink. If I could improve any of the app id want the choice to customize the colour of the app to my preferences. It's a lot to ask so I'm not expecting anything but it would be a nice touch.

    Love this app, have used it for years. It's super simple and gets the job done. Sometimes the sound gets glitchy and the timing is off, but I don't really care, I just switch workouts. Too lazy to find a different one haha.

    I just had a hip surgery a week ago and was looking for a way to ease back into exercising. So far this app has proved to be the right choice. I love the weight tracker too. I am planning on continuing with this app even after my hip is better.

    Its a little annoying that the voice repeats each time with the same tune .I wish there were different tunes saying the same thing in different workouts .

    This is a great app! It works really well for me, and I love how it's set up. It makes working out so much easier for me because it teaches how to do the exercises, gives a set time to do each exercise and a following rest period, and keeps track of all my workouts.

    I tried out many apps but this one seems to be the best one I've used so far. The instructions are very clear and I'm glad I can change the break time. It only has one ad before each workout which is good. My problems with the app are that there are too few workout sessions, that I can't build my own, and that it doesn't say you have to stretch before each workout. I recently hurt my knee because I forgot about it. Otherwise, I would recommend it!

    It doesn't tell ifu need to do both sides of the just need more guidance i don't know if I'm wrong but I try to click on the work out to see how it's done but it didn't do that for me . But if trying off easy I think it's a good app.

    Love the fact it contains short easy-to-follow routines that you can fit in easily. My only criticism is that the Beginners Abs is actually very hard and not my idea of a beginner routine.

    Love this app! I lost 10 pounds in my first week of the daily workouts and a healthly diet! Its so easy to do. I can do it at home, work, and even the park. Being a mom i find it hard to take the time to work out. However with these simple workouts and a daily reminder on drinking water and meals its so easy. I dont have to do anything besides what it says. The best part is IT ACTUALLY WORKS!

    My favorite work out app ever. This has easy to hard work out for whatever level you are at. And it lets to take a little 10 second break in between your workout. It has voice guidence and a timer that lets you know when to start when you are half way there, then will count down the last 3 seconds. I like to do the morning work out when I wake up and the night work out about an hour before bed. But throughout the day I do the ab blaster or better back. But this app is great .

    I love that there are different levels and that they are short exercises. I can do one in the morning, one after work and one before bed and it doesn't feel like it is overtaking my day. Best of all, I can feel it working.

    I'm a man and I prefer this app! Alot more engaging than most "for men" workouts. Everything being timed also incentivizes you to try your hardest instead of reaching for a number or rep goal.

    Ads are minimal, UI is simple and easy to use, and workouts are nice and short. I do wish there were more routines, because it seems like it could get repetitive fast with limited options. Or it would be nice to be able to create own workouts with all the available exercises.

    App workouts are very good but big differences between ios and android app... ios has much more workouts and improved workout timings.. a bit frustrating not being able to do the same workouts with my android phone. That should be improved.. Another suggestion would be to let the app know when already 20min workouts were reached, so that the pop up doesnt appear. Thank you

    It is really short amd intense. I love it. It is best to do the morning stretch first, then do any exercises. There are a range and varieties of exercises to do. Beginner and intermediate.

    Nice but workouts would be better if they had warm-up/cool down instead of doing several of the exercises twice. When I only have a few min for a workout I don't have time to do a separate routine just for stretching and my muscles tighten up if I don't.

    I love this app. I go to the gym to lift sometimes but this app still get me super sweaty & I always feel a bit sore the next day. I wish the android version had the option to save workouts like the apple version though.(would give 5 stars if it did) Overall GREAT free app

    First exercises done and im drenched in sweat, you dont need high quality or fancy gear to break a sweat and thats what i got here, simple but affective and alot of options to choose from. Im happy to see cool down periods and stretching also, All in all a good app i hope it keeps me challenged everytime i use this app.
