The app is unnecessarily complex, especially when considering the limited number of controls. The system is only partially compatible with Hue, Ledvance, and other smart devices. This system disappointing, I regret buying the product. Even better, this morning I could not access the device because the latest app update created a mismatch with the hub firmware. The hub is auto update, slow clap for Bosch issuing incompatible software at different times.

You go to Management > Devices > you pick a category with previously learnt devices > it still takes you to the huge drop-down with all possible devices. Because why logic? How about the QR code scanner directly?

Nice app and features but lacking: - a way to customize the hours of switching on/off lights in the presence simulation feature, - receive alarm and other notifications by sms and maybe email too. Currently it requires an internet access and when you're in vacation in country side, you'll simply not receive notifications until you get back to a 3g coverage or more. In my case, I received a burglar alarm more than 1 hour after it happened, way to late to do something.

Nice app! Just wonderful! Very easy to use, even for my grandma! no kidding! Best feature is the automation feature! But one easy thing I really miss here is the current status of the scenario. So could you just highlight the ACTIVE scenario for the next software update? please? :) If you do so, then I'll give you 5 stars! no kidding ;)

The only thing that I find annoying is the time it takes to load the data from the sensors when I start the app. The rest I find very good!

The app and it's features are intuitive and work as they should. In the past I have had issues connecting with the controller when in LTE network. They seem to be resolved now. The only feature that I am missing now is geofencing.

Not fully matured, Thermostats report wrong temperature, but you can set an offset in the app, but only +/-3.5°C, problem is all 6 I own have offsets between 3-6°C. This means I have to remember 20°C in the Office is different by 2°C then 20°C in the Bedroom. Also there isn't a way to setup a seasonal or yearly calendar schedule for the thermostats. Basically every week I have to go on and make all the programs for every room again. Really annoying. Emails sent to support for both issues.

Down loaded the app for the smart home controller,smoke detector,door contacts,pirs,plugs & cameras. Couldn't get it to work at all. Was told by there support team that the controller is not compatible with the latest iOS software and it would not work with Samsung note 9. Initial support from their team was good on the first call then non existent. No response to my latest emails or answer on the international help line.So it's all going back tomorrow for a refund. Beware

Clear and well presented. Good set of scenarios and device management profiles. Currently running smart plugs and Twinguard and hope to add motion sensor, contacts and smoke alarm. Had some setup niggles when adding my Twinguard device but solved by a device reset.
