This is just a local company which will throw your material from one place to another and they will place the unloading on hold till you pay the final amount and if something is extra they will charge double, if something is broken no one is there to listen and compensate you for that. I have faced a same issue where they threw my stuff from one place to another without checking what type of material is that, after that they will not use and save their material like bubble wrap,cartoons,packing

Very bad experience with this company. My TV unit broke during shifting and I have complaint through the mail but not received proper response regarding the same. They demand carton boxes immediately after moving and if you will not return then they will charge 60 to 100 rs. for per carton. They don't inform about the policy before booking. Very unprofessional behavior of manager of this company. I will never suggest to anyone about this company. Packing and service is very bad.

Pathetic, very bad experience,... they send some 3rd party people without pre information, they wont give you an option of insurance and obviously no returns. 3 men who came to pack, keep doing it without asking, Had asked them specifically to not pack microwave oven, and though I had original carton and packing with us, they forcefully packed it, broke complete panel. Also, they promise for AC uninstallation, please do not let them do it..... And very unethical unprofessional people.

Awful and pathetic services, their comittment is different when they are taking the booking and is completely changed on the day of execution. I have faced this problem myself, where they have sent small truck against the truck which was committed, plus they had promised to send 10-15 extra cartons for packing but sent only 5, and refused to take other stuff. Had to pay 60% extra. This is really a company full of bunch of greedy scamsters. I recommend everyone to stay away from shift freight.

Awful and pathetic experience . Bunch of scammers . Commitment/ website was very different than reality .This is in context to failure of Shifting at your end today . I have felt harrassed as a customer. Worst experience with any company so far. Dirty tricks.Wont recommend this service to anyone indeed. Have had a disastrous experience today. First the people come at 7 in the morning are sent not as per commitment. They are unwilling to work and deny after wasting 1 hour and leaving abruptly.

I booked the slot for July 18th 10 am slot- paid the advance 10% and they also confirmed the booking..but they didn't came till 6 pm they are saying not possible today. Worst service..don't pay any advance payment..till they deliver the service. Not at all professionals service..they don't know how to handle and transport goods.

Hi, This is to inform that the job is not complete as requested. First of all i have to leave back my TV unit along with the RO and Geser. Secondly the AC De-installation and De-installation was included in the quote and I paid accordingly. The guys on the ground had no information about this and I had to call multiple times to various nos to inform this and the move coordinator and the 2dn escalation was not picking up the call. The packing started at 8 AM and the De-installation happen

If there is negative rating, i would have given them worst rating, this is the worst shifting service provider company i have ever seen. I booked them to shift from gurgaon to noida at 15.07.2021at 6:00am, at the shifting time no vehicle showed up at my house after calling them many times the coordinator sends mahindra pick up at 12:30 pm, in which only my sofa would have been fit, he said he will issue my refund amount but after only 1 day he started ignoring my calls. Do not book them.

I wouldn't even rate 1 star. 1. Loading executives were SIX HOURS late on 1st July 2021. Missed my train. 2. Incorrect updates given due to which had to cancel and re book hotels due to their negligence. 3. No invoice mailed yet upon repeated requests. 4. Delivery through Third party vendor. Hadn't inform this to us. 5. Promised to deliver shipment within 10 days of loading. Haven't received my household shipment yet. Personally, wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

Pathetic and very poor service. They used multiple deliveries and never deliver items on time and take days to deliver item at destination. Staff also kot bother to reply back. Simple truck is much better option than these
