    You need to fix the app. I used to use it all the time to delete the system cache (my J7 Prime is short of space). Then, for the past few days, app stopped doing that, and simply gave me a breakdown of the storage. So I shut down the phone and wiped the cache partition. But apparently, that's no substitute for using the app, because Norton Clean says I'm still 88% full. I wanted to uninstall & reinstall the app, but could only uninstall & reinstall the updates. Now, I have a white screen.

    galaxy s20 Several recent updates have fixed most of the bugs, errors and crashes, so the app is much more stable now. I like the idea of a community where users can post questions, feedback, and help each other. However if the UI was designed a bit more like a forum, with separate boards, and better organization, it would be a more cohesive experience and really start to shine. Please let us edit our posts/replies! As an avid beta tester I really wish I could join the program, but it's sadly full :'(

    galaxy s10 With the new update, all of my memos on the Notes app is completely inaccessible. It shows them in the place they want to be, with the preview of what's inside- but when opened they are blank with no way to edit. The cursor does not come up and typing does nothing. After about 15 seconds the app freezes and crashes. I use the Notes app daily and can't access many notes that are saved.

    a51 The Samsung apps, have issues with sd cards,,,my sd card is full with information I use and now I can't keep it in my phone without Samsung apps trying to shut my phone down and blocking everything , all notifications and permissions for all Samsung apps is off and blocked, this one Samsung customer that's considering a serious change, for the last 15 years I thought Samsung was the best,,,,was

    s20 It turns out after talking with Samsung and their local authorized service representatives, that unlocked A50 phones are blocked from updating using mobile data. Users have to update apps/security using wifi. If you don't have access to wifi, you may want to purchase a locked phone from your carrier, which may limit your capabilities when transferring to a different carrier; that is, you may have to buy a new phone if/when you switch.     galaxy You guys are lucky. I've deleted most of my apps... but I magically lost over 50 Gb. I'm down to 313 Mb of remaining space, and still going. I can't get texts or emails. Can't open most apps or they force shut. I keep deleting more, but it comes back. I can't even download this update repair, assuming it fixes the "1" update from a few days back. Does anyone know if uninstalling app reverses the issue? Why everyone being instructed to call in? Just email us or have a press release & help us!

    s10 The only reason this got a second star is because I've used it in the past but to REQUIRE ME to turn on my location in order to log in now that's a bit much so I guess I wont be using it. Why do you need my location I'm not even looking for a repair I need to log in for other reasons smh

    a71 The issue with storage has NOT been fixed. It was using 30 gigs of storage on my phone and completely rendered my phone unusable. I don't know what this is supposed to do but I had to delete it and now my phone is fine. I expect better from Samsung.

    tablet I have the S10 and since I have this model, the Samsung Members does not work. It constantly gives me the "Something went wrong your wifi. Try again later." I hardly ever use it, but when I do this happens. Did not have this problem with the S9 and below.

    galaxy s9 Is it just me, or did this update remove the storage cleanup feature from the device maintenance settings menu on my Sumsung S6? It was there before the update and then mysteriously disappeared. I know I can use 3rd party apps to do the same thing, but these feature removals should be disclosed in your release notes. Personally I'd rather use this native app than some ad-ridden Ccleaner clone.

    You cannot charge your Samsung Galaxy S20+ at the same time as plugging in earphones to the phone. It's one or the other since they both use the same charging port of the phone. I don't charge it as often so using both never stopped me till now.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. My phone storage was suddenly full one day so I deleted multiple apps and photos that I would have otherwise kept. Upon further investigation I found that this app was taking up over 13 GBs of storage. This app continued to grow and grow and I almost bought a new phone thinking it was the phone.

    My experience with my new phone is wonderful. I love it. I recently had an Android Alcatel phone which I'd hate it for the past year. I dropped it and the screen end up breaking. I went into my Metro provider and they suggested that I upgrade to this phone that I have now the Samsung 10. I so much love this phone. Even though it is smaller, because I'm used to a bigger handheld device I truly love this new phone

    I wanna like this app. I just purchased a new Galaxy S20 5G, and anytime I click on one of the offers (such as Spotify Premium for 6 months) an error message pops up that says "Something went wrong. Try again later."

    The API calls need to be fixed in what looks like all of the rewards section. I'll update rating once they're fixed. I've tried reinstalling and it still fails with messages like: Something went wrong. Try again later.(API.CAM_5002.400)

    This almost bricked my tablet. The Members program all of a sudden hogged up all free storage - 19 GB. Took over an hour to figure out what happened and that it wasn't my music or pictures and it wasn't a hack. It is a VERY BAD program that can ruin your machine.

    It just wants all of my contacts. Login with Google doesn't work without giving them all your permission. And once I'm on it just keeps saying that an error occurred. Nothing works. After reinstalling the login button doesn't even react to being tapped

    Samsung should have notified all Samsung phone owners that this app needed to be updated. I deleted data and uninstalled several apps before stumbling onto information about this app consuming massive amounts of memory (over 50 GB in my case). This is a blaring example of bad customer care.

    Samsung A50, people can only hear me, barely, unless I am on speakerphone. I did hard reset, microphone is free of debris, voice search works. People just can't hear me, frustrating as this is my only phone.

    This app was never intentially executed, but it used up 27gb of my main memory, making my phone UNUSABLE until it was uninstalled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MEMORY HOG! They say they fixed it ... Great, but I still don't need it.

    Not much help thats worthwhile. Help is a Epic FAIL on Samsung part. I won't Buy anymore Samsung Flagship Devices. They are just not worth the πŸ’΅ anymore! They haven't built a QUALITY Device since the S3. You made a better Camera but that's it! I don't buy a telephone for a "Camera." You can buy a actual CAMERA that takes Pic's a thousand times better for $300.00 or less. I'm Now using a "OnePlus phone," And it's so much FASTER & CHEAPER!!     Don't use this. It magically appeared on my phone and proceeded to balloon to 26 GIGS!!!! And, no, I'm not calling. Your app is abusive bloatware garbage with no actual usefulness for me, that I NEVER came and downloaded myself. I uninstalled and now have no problems, no need to contact you when I didn't bloody want it in the first place. Also, I'm like 95% sure all your 5* reviews are bought and paid for.

    More Samsung popup ads! Yay! I miss the Apple ecosystem, they were too high quality for cheap ads everywhere and baked into their OS. I'm going back to Apple. Clean and ad-free UI. Very professional and clean.... Nothing like my experience on this cheap feeling "flagship" GALAXY S10 and all its popups, ads, and bloatware.....I miss my iPhone.

    My tablet suddenly started telling me it was out of storage space even though I don't have many apps on it. It kept happening even though I cleared my cache, deleted duplicate files, and removed unused files. Well, well, well, this app was the cause. I don't know where it came from or why it was on my table but it was responsible for taking up nearly half of my usable storage!!! Samsung was always bad about bloatware but this is next-level, even for them.

    This Samsung app is very easy to use and is stocked full of everything you need for Samsung products. I bought a Samsung Galaxy cell phone a few years back and fell in love with it and I keep upgrading to newer models. When I'm ready to purchase other things I'll be buying Samsung products. Registration was simple as well as joining the rewards program. This site is laid out very well and easy to understand and guides you through what you need. If you buy Samsung this app is must have.
