Reviews From google play store

It was very aggravating with not being able to hardly use all the functions and apps on my phone for a week or so and then the last couple of days it got steadily worse until it was doing weird things and seemed like someone was controlling my phone, I couldn't even sign into really needed areas I really needed to use, and now I got to go back through the whole process again by going through to secure my phone and everything, and I struggle enough with it all, I haven't used alot of computer

For the past 3 weeks, I have been receiving a pop up error message "Samsung experience keeps stopping" and this happens more than 5 times in a second which makes it impossible for me to use my phone. This on it's own will make me change phone brands. Its nonsense!

I don't notice/actively use this req'd/pre-installed app, (uses explained, in GREAT detail in Descrptn. section!), but does its jobs & does them damn well! But OMG, what I'd *really* like to know is why SO many app reviews on both Samsung site & Google Play are almost ALL bizarre gobbledygook or just stunningly scary stupidity🤪. Ignorance beyond belief, like nowhere else🤯 (excpt maybe YouTube comments). Awful seeing just how many hopeless morons r out there😱 & most r likely under 35🙄🤦‍♀

My Galaxy S9+ I got refurbished. And it was still pretty costly. It began acting funny. Dropping calls & web pages+loosing apps ,and the c cord was hard to get In. Like the hole was to small3 power cord ends broke off inside the port. This included the one that came with it. Now the port is all chewed up and won't charge at all. I got ahold of the siite I got it from.No response.I Called a place called UbreakIfix 2 replace the port& check specs.they want$300..I'm on a fixed income, what dto i do?

Useless app that renders portions of my phone inactive when I uninstall it. I do not want this app and though I've always used Samsung phones, I will consider other options in the future. Also, I cannot stand Bixby and the inability to remove it from MY phone.

Its keeps saying that its experiencing problems, which i dont understand as i have clean my phone and also restarted it plus forced the app to stop but still getting a message saying theres a problem.

I logged on to my Samsung account and ever since I get notifications from this app Every 10 minutes which is annoying, you can't switch off the notifications either.

Apps were working great UNTIL, out of nowhere, I was FORCED to use Samsung apps?! I don't like the Samsung apps, can't get any answers from Samsung! Never again! Tried contacting Developer to find a "noreply message...what's the point? I want "MY PHONE back. Can't get any response or help.

Troublesome.... Ive had recent problems with this app and it keeps popping up Samsung experience keeps stopping so i uninstalled so maybe it will be fine now.. Idk we shall see..

This app is not displayed on my device except for in the setting I have no access to this app. It also does not give me the option to disable it as if it is being remotely controlled by another. As of now I give this app a 1 star. Delete this app from my account asap.
