Buggy (keeps logging me out every 2 days), unintuitive user experience - it's clear they haven't done research on what people want and how they use these kind of apps, very few options to invest (no international stocks), no clarity on what to do if you want to leave. Roach motel, best to avoid.

Support outright refuses to answer any email, so I have long since moved to another investment platform. I unsubscribed from their emails, only to be sent weekly email updates from the support email address - the very same one that still hasn't answered any of my inquiries. Ridiculous.

Generally functional, but logging in is a hassle (how do i enable fingerprint unlock?) - i have to manually key in my email and password every single time. Also, the app is down right now so I can't log in to check on my investments.

So far so good. I really like the variety of ETFs you can buy/sell. From US to Europe ETFs and recently they added Asian countries ETFs for you to tap on! The User Interface is clean and minimal which I like.

Edit: Kristal.ai technical support clarified how to get past the inactive lock screen, and now there is a fingerprint unlock feature as well! Great.

Lousy UI with transparency issues. I specified I wanted my account to be denominated in SGD. I deposited a sum of SGD and it was duly converted to USD without warning or approval. Withdrawal is a hassle too. You have to email their non existential customer service. Their WhatsApp number is not responsive as well. Use at your own risk.
