    akku More than just a little annoyed that this shows a notification on my phone every time I send a text or do anything that may needlessly send info to my smart watch. I deleted the app for a couple days, then my watch lost Bluetooth connection and would not reconnect without this app. I reinstalled the app on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5g and then had to restart my phone in order for it to recognize my watch again.

    download It messes with my Bluetooth to the point it will not allow the Bluetooth to continue working and so it keeps popping up a box that says Bluetooth keeps stopping app info close app or send feedback it won't let me move on until I close app but it will continue to load that Bluetooth keeps stopping box.

    battery drain Mute phone is broken, I have to keep resetting my active2 for it to work. It worked fine for my S3 frontier. Seriously, why can't you fix this! I'm having to reboot my watch every couple of hours, just so I know I'm getting notifications!

I should have the option as to if I want to update or not. Stop sending me these worthless updates that mess up my watch & my flow I have going please👌

    Samsung accessory service keeps on beeping all the time. That's not acceptable and you can't turn off the notification sound! Editing my review: I uninstall the app and re-install it, till now it didn't beep, will see in an hour.

    No matter what you choose or open up the notification on my drop down box will not clear or go away. It is ALWAYS there taking up half the space for notifications that I want see. It has no features that I find very usefull.

    I am experiencing too much battery consumption by this app. It uses Nearly 25% of mobile battery. And cant use galaxy watch without this app. I am not happy with this at all. Samsung should handle such issues.

    With the most recent update it sends notifications nearly every 20 - 40 minutes that sound like a text message coming in. It will not let me disable the notification unless I uninstall the app, which will in turn disable my wearable gear. I am beyond frustrated with the incompetence of this flaw with this latest update. Please fix this asap for my sanity!

    Samsung, you need to go back to the drawing board and redesign this steaming pile. Seriously you were a great company in the early days but it seems as if you have lobotomites designing your software. Unless of course this is deliberate by design and your trolling your customers for laughs. Just reinstalled this for the fit e band, no mention of this on the product itself or the other three piles of dross you have to install. Had a fitbit, rubbish as well, that only required the one download.

    The app functions as it should and I enjoy the features. What I don't enjoy is that I purchased my Gear FIT2 because it was supposed to have an ECG feature coming at some point. Apparently that feature is now available BUT ONLY IF YOU ALSO PURCHASED A PHONE FROM SAMSUNG. Such a shady business practice. I was already a customer. I won't be in the future.

    I am not able to connect to my Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 with this app... When it's pairing, terms and condition page just comes like a flash and disappears. I tried 1000 times to connect but everytime the same is happening. I am using Moto G8 power lite mobile. Please let me know if you need any more details. Hope you would be able to fix this issue.

    App drains my battery even with the phone calls being the only notifications sent. It is constantly showing on my phone saying "Transferring file". Have a OnePlus 7 Pro and the only way I can stop the battery drain is by uninstalling this app which also renders the watch stand-alone. Looks like it's time to sell it, remind me to never buy Samsung again.

    Very pretty watch. Not too useful. Will not alwsys notify of calls or reminders sometimes yes mostly no. Used to get calls on it but that was last year. I do not have samsung phone i have LG G6 which i love. Workout feature is so so. Harder to get through options than my old garmin. No golf app. Bought this because it was suppose to keep track of BP but it does't.

    Disconnects from my phone by itself then it won't connect to my phone and then you have to update it like every other three days or you can't use your watching your phone together I don't like it but I do like the watch with the workout stuff and telling you your heart rate that's really cool otherwise it don't stay connected at all and I've been to T-Mobile a million times and just keep telling me update it update it it's f****** ridiculous you should be able just to use it and not do updates😵

    This is great app to sync and utilise the watch+phone combination completely. The recent update came up with a refined UI, however there was a crazy battery drain. I use one plus 7 which usually last a day and half for me. When i updated the i couldn't use the phone for more than 10hrs. so i uninstalled the app. Today, after an os update i tried my luck to see if this issue is resolved, surprisingly it appears to be fixed. It's more than half a day and the battery usage seems to be normal now.

    I use the Active 2 with my Xiaomi Mi9. It worked well the first day I got, then 2 days after they don't work very well together. My notifications stop working. I have tried to fix it in many ways but it is still not working. So please do something like update new one that very well goes with MIUI 11.

    UPDATE - ALMOST 12 MONTHS LATER AND SAMSUNG HAS DONE NOTHING TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES! SO MANY OF US REPORTING THE SAME PROBLEMS, WE CAN'T ALL BE WRONG! SAMSUNG YOU SUCK. PATHETIC. Major compatibility issues with all Samsung smartwatches unless you also have a Samsung phone. Basic functions such as controlling music playback, SMS messages DO NOT WORK. Additionally, there are hardly any apps for Tizen OS - all functionality depends on notification support on your phone.

    I wouldn't have noticed except my "Pushbullet" app shows the notification, on my MSi laptop, when something is being transferred. It doesn't show anything on my mobile, at least not that I have been able to determine. I'm also running a Samsung Galaxy Watch, Samsung Note Book and Samsung Note 9 and haven't had any problems at all, nor have I noticed any battery issues which seem to be the main problem for other commentators.

    Not sure what to think! Didn't even know it was installed til I noticed it on my list of apps. My new gear 3 watch somehow auto-installed it during the pairing process. A little scary to know that an app can auto-install on your device without u knowing. I did install the Samsung Gear app but I did not install this one. I am not happy at all about the fact that this was installed without my permission or authorization. It's a breach of privacy as far I'm concerned. 2 strikes against Samsung!!

    Same as everyone else. Battery drain. Can drain entire battery in 2-4 hours. Phone gets hot. Battery days 60-80% battery usage. Prior to downloading would get 1.5 - 2 days per full charge. Horrible.

    If you own a Samsung phone and don’t mind sharing every aspect of your life then this appears to be a very good option. However, as per Samsung support, “You can login into Samsung account only from the Samsung phones not from other than Samsung phones as per the device design from the manufacturer.” Last year Samsung’s CEO (Lee Jae-yong) was convicted of perjury, bribery, embezzlement, …. Four other top-level execs were also convicted (source The Guardian). Flash forward to today. If you install the Wearable, Health, or supporting applications you are forced to give Samsung pretty much full access to your phone (location, contacts, calendar, phone, folders, etc.). Doesn’t matter what you WANT to use the apps for. Grant access or the apps won’t even start. Others have complained about the level of access required by the applications. Samsung’s response has been that we should trust them, they won’t share any data. I’m sorry but given the executive convictions, permission requirements, and the response of “trust us” I’m not feeling the warm and fuzzy. Why should I have to give an app full access to my phone just to be able to download a new watch face?

    Bought the galaxy watch, I have a Huawei p20 pro. The watch constantly disconnects and reconnects. Sometimes a few times a minute, sometimes a few times every ten minutes. Even as I write this it's has disconnected and reconnected twice. I have changed all the battery optimising settings on my phone ignore this app and the other two apps i apparently need to have the watch and it does the same thing over and over. Installed on my wife's phone, exact same thing happens.

    Crazy battery drain on Oneplus 7 Pro. I've had this problem for months and just deleted the gear fit app along with the other required apps including this one, and just used my gear sport as a normal watch. I decided to try it again a few days ago hoping that there where some updates that resolved that battery drain. But no such luck. It's fustrating that I can't use my watch and have it paired with my phone. And there seems to be a lot of other Oneplus phones with this problem. Please fix this!

    It dawned on me that I get notifications at night while I'm asleep and when I'm driving. When I'm driving, I stream music from my phone. At night, my phone volume is Max for my alarm. At all other times, phone vibrate and sound is muted. I found that when my phone is muted, I get no notifications. a setting in the gear app will mute phone if notifications rec'd on the watch. don't mute your phone. do it through gear app

    No issues on my OnePlus 7 Pro. I did see a few reviews complaining about battery drain, but I haven't experienced that. Shortly after installing this app and setting up my watch, there was a prompt to turn on some sort of "increased data sharing" between the watch and phone. I declined because it did warn of excessive phone battery drain. I'm guessing some people turned it on and that's why they're having issues.

    I love the watch, very well made. However, I have a MAJOR quarrel with Samsung. When the watch is connected to my phone, my Google Assistant doesn't listen. The Assistant screen pops up, but doesn't hear my voice at all, even through the watch mic. Furthermore, the watch doesn't work with Wear OS from Google. More still, you have to download at least three Samsung apps for the watch to work properly, four if you want the fitness portion to work.

    This plugin update seems to correspond to the new firmware update for the Galaxy Fit which I was unaware of. I appreciate the firmware update which I eventually found on own but lack of instructions with this plugin caused problems. First, let us know whether the firmware update is co-requisite. Second and most important, place clear instructions that your phone needs to be rebooted after updating this plugin or it won't work. I hate figuring this stuff out by trial and error, a frustrating waste of my time. 5 stars for the firmware update, 1 star for communication and lack of instructions.

    The most recent update is giving me the blank login screen, same as other reviewers. I spent over an hour with tech support were I had to repeat myself several times and ultimately passed on to someone else. Not a good look as this is my first trial of Samsung.... possibly my last.

    Not sure what bug fixes were done but they have successfully stopped my gear fit 2 pro from working over night after an accessory's update over the same night. Have tried to uninstall several times and pair again but to no avail. Am at a lost as to what to do now to fix the problem. I use this watch all the time so to find it not working after it was going fine the night before is a bit upsetting. Please fix, thanks.

    BATTERY KILLER! Even if you force it closed, this app still opens back up by itself and uses easily over half of your daily charge. if you don't absolutely need this app on your phone DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. If you do need this app on your phone, you'll just have to deal with force closing it constantly so your phone doesn't die.

    Beaware, do not update!!! Horrible! After an update, Samsung Galaxy Watch Active lost Answer call green button while someone is calling you. Now you can decline calls only! And no missed call notifications are left visible on watch, so you'll not get any missed call notifications from now! P.s. Will update my review, if those bugs will be solved!

    Buggy and battery drain Tried to transfer music from Note 10+ SD card to my gear sport watch. Over the next week if my phone got anywhere near my watch and wifi, it would attempt to send music and more music and more music, then fail, then try again and again all the while draining my phone and watch if battery power. Tried force closing the app, look at phone an hour later and it again is transferring random music. After a week of this I just uninstalled.

    The notification window shows that the Samsung accessory service is sending a file. This disappears within 1 second. Several seconds later the message displays again, which also only lasts for 1 second. This repeats endlessly. Every few minutes I get a notification from Android System saying Samsung accessory service is not responding and to force quit.

    I have a pixel 3 on google Fi and a samsung gear 3 frontier, This app chews up more data in one day than any other three apps combined!! The reviews about samsung collecting data large amount of data about users must be all true. The google fit app and the gear 3 watch do not recognize each other--does not matter how many shut-down, re-installs and what not, they do not work together. The app chews up both data and time trying to make things work out.

    Tried to update (R370XXU0ASE2 - R370XXU0ASG2) new Galaxy Fit (SM - R370) and failed now I'm stuck with an exclamation mark on my screen and no matter how many times I reset everything it doesn't work it's extremely frustrating. I cant even get it back to what it was before. The main issue is whenever i try to update it keeps disconnecting.

    after this past update, The watch won't remotely connect to the phone anymore, (meaning over the LTE network). i have Verizon, and it was working just fine before the update. so, whatever y'all did in the last update, (the current one), you need to reverse it.

    Gear Fit 2 has become useless. This app is draining the battery of my pixel & smart watch since the last android update. Constantly a notification reappears stating "transferring data please wait", the watch has stopped tracking steps, sleep & heart rate intermittently since this problem began. Looking at other reviews it seems like several people are having this issue. Sort it out Samsung before I end up buying a Fitbit.

    Hoped this update would fix Samsung Pay that hasn't worked since Android 10. Instead, Samsung Pay STILL doesn't work even though the watch performed a complete reset. Now the watch also doesn't track my sleep. No Samsung Pay and no sleep tracking... No need for this watch. You STOLE my perfectly working PAID for smartwatch and replaced it with a dumb watch that cost a lot of money. Considering how long I've been waiting for Pay to be fixed, I'm not holding my breath for this mess to fixed.

Yes, i confirm when i checked the battery status with "Detailed usage", only this Samsung Accessory Service" consumed nearly 60% as usage leading to quick battery drainage, can this be rectified quickly ?

    I try to sign in to my Samsung account and I get a white blank screen. it just freezes at the point of sign in. Very frustrating! I had to use my wife's Samsung phone to sign into my Samsung account so i could reactivate my Gear S3. I have an Android so I don't have to deal with Apple isses! ugh!! I wonder if Samsung even reads these reviews.

    I see all these "connectivity" issues with other people. I had no problem. I think people are trying to connect via Bluetooth, (which I tried originally) but after installing the App, there is another "Samsung Accessory Service" that needs downloaded. Worked perfectly after that.

    Why the hell is this draining so much battery in the background. I understand that this plugin is important for the watch to stay connected. But that doesn't justify the battery drain. I am using the OnePlus 7 pro. Is this a compatibility issue? The battery stats are shocking.

This function worked before the newest update on the watch... They are treated as normal notifications. Samsung is lacking in this aspect. Please fix this😖

    This App has serious problems one connected to One Plus consumes the battery like anything. I have been observing this and see that within a few hrs as much as 60% battery is consumed by this application. The support team need to work out a quick fix to correct this.

    Like others have reported, the battery drain from this application is crazy. I run this on a Pixel 2 for my Gear S3 and no more than 1 1/2 hours off the charger with a full charge my battery is already drained by 20%. The top user is this app.

    Failing misserably. Everytime I instal on my pixel 3, it causes a Bluetooth malfunction and every 6 seconds I receive a notification that Bluetooth has stopped working.     I have some very serious privacy concerns regarding “SAMSUNG WEAR” and “SAMSUNG PLUGIN” The condition of use and condition to open the app is. GIVE full control to: Contacts, Location, Storage, telephone, SMS! Call LOGS, Calendar. If any of the above conditions are not met the Wear will fail to load! Not to mention “SAMSUNG HEALTH” has in app purchases! Disgraceful. USE FDROID’s OpenTracks, much better, lighter, uses less RAM, less battery, and better than any SAMSUNG APP! As respects privacy! Selling the Samsung Galaxy watch ASAP!!! Going Oneplus or generic Chinese.

    Like many, since updating this app, my Gear S3 won't stay connected to my phone. It has happened before after previous updates, but it has always fixed itself, usually in 24 hours or so, so I am being optimistic that it will be OK soon.

    Recently this mus have updated and causes a notification that a file is transferring every 5sec or so. This causes my watch to die in a Less than a quarter of the time it should. Only thing I can do is disconnect my watch from my phone so it's basically not a smart watch.

    Most accessories seem to run pretty seamless, except for one issue. Since release my IconX will partially disconnect every time WiFi signal is low whether WiFi is on or off. Two separate sets of IconX's both do the same thing.
