This app is okay. However, there is an annoying issue with the login. I use Bitwarden as my password manager, and this is the only app that Bitwarden doesn't work well with. Only the contract number gets entered when autofilling. The password sadly does not get autofilled (only very rarely it does). The issue is not present when using Firefox with Bitwarden addon on desktop. Please, test this and solve this easy-to-fix issue. And please don't suggest me to use the fingerprint: I want autofill.

Bad app (just a webview). Any use of the back button just closes the app and needs to login again telling you you didn't logout properly. New login requires SMS everytime. Not usable but was forced as I wasn't able to use the webpage which blocked by trying to enable the new login I was forced to.

New login loops back to the old login. E-banking stopped working completely. Edit, My e-banking contract was mistakenly deleted by Raiffeisen. Since the App did not imform me, that my Account has been deleted, the one Star rating is more than it deserves. FYI, all I wanted was for Raiffeisen to open a securities account for me. No idea why and how they deleted my e banking.

really bad app and website. the app being just a webview of the website... Disconnect you every time so no notification, and even reminds you that you didn't disconnect last time. Old fashion bank still blocked in 2000 with a 6 factors authent°: account nr + passwd + activation letter (yes paper) + laptop + another phone with 2 apps. Just terrible app, for sure an android dev never worked on this app and the website devs are 50+ years old. if you still have choice, choose another bank.

it just wouldn't scan any payment slips at all. tried about everything. permissions. mobilescan instead e-banking napp. lighting. different slips... all to no avail. very very annoying. orherwise decent enough i guess

Nice, if it workes for once but i regurarly have to reset my PW, the fingerprint gets constantly reset and the support of raiffeisen is horrible

used to work, since new loging has been forced, no possibility to login. Service unavailable error. Re-installing app as sited on some reviews does not help.

Update on the 25th?? The app say its updating, on the day everyone does theire payments, very clever! Update: 23.6.21 Again technical issues, not able to login. Usless

I couldn't even login. Any error message, just empty login window. Useless app, not user-friendly, someone has to work on UX. This was on fresh install, I wasn't able to login even one time

For my usecase (one account that isn't shared), the app's functionality is alright. It used to be borked on every level, but it seems to work quite well now : Fingerprint login works properly (unless you change the settings on your phone, which deactivates fingerprint login for safety reasons) Payments, account management, etc., work like the website, no real gripe here. There are two things that DEFINITELY need to be fixed : - There is absolutely no way for me to have the language default to either english or french. Everytime I login - with fingerprint or manually - it defaults to german. Of course you can change the language after logging in, but it's very tedious and, honestly, how hard is it to implement that properly ? - I see no way to manually input a payment slip. Mobilescan doesn't work properly (come on guys, fix the app being stuck in portrait already), and Mobilescan opens up automatically whenever you tap on "scan a bill" or "use an optical scanner". It's very annoying to have to open up your computer because your phone just doesn't want to read a bill... - Lastly, not as important as the other two points above, you are pretty much forced to close and restart the app once you logged out - willingly or due to a timeout. PhotoTan just doesn't open up if you try to re-login after a logout, and you're stuck on "login" <-> "you've been logged out" cycle. Those are my biggest gripes with this app, but I don't believe it otherwise deserves the bad score it has, at least for a basic usage. I will update my review once those are fixed.
