It will upload duplicates (even if you say skip it), scan option will not work it will download the same files over again after installing on the same device, using the same SD card.

Refuses to connect over any myqnapcloud method. I can log in fine on the website, on the same device, but qfile rejects all login attempts.

Would be be 5 STARS IF... 1. Have schedule sync option instead of just scan and upload 2. Have sync option if delete off of phone it deletes off of server too. Please consider these options on next update.

It works great as long as I am connected to the same network. The app doesn't connect to the drive from outside. The whole purpose has gone wrong.

App is no longer working on Galaxy S21 ultra. App will not recognize my Nas, then freezes, and says app not responding, continously. Works fine on my old Samsung tab 3 tablet. Please fix, I have setup a case on service portal.

Pretty much worthless. There's nothing that this app does that some of the more well-known file explorer apps don't do but have a better user interface. But most importantly the sync feature is so ridiculously slow and lacks important features that it took over a week to sync my phone to my NAS and I just gave up. I tried several third-party apps and they all managed to get the sync done it in about 2 hours.

🟥it don't remember the last folder you were,it brings you to the first root folder,very annoying fix it fast,after finishing cut and paste it will bring u back to root folder🟥every device,& also make a video icon option as full page with tumbnail, currently the tumbnail are too big,make it more adjustable & fit full page👎I need to see all the icon with pictures🟥also under the setting under"view"option if you select"original"then tumbnail has no pics,if put"tumbnail"then it show pic previw

Qfile is a basic tool for managing files on your Qnap device and transferring between it and your phone/tablet. I feel that the UI, again, is quite basic but certainly feels dated so that overall it seems nothing has really changed since 2011.

I have used this app for years and it used to work great. Backed up my phone and my wife's phone remotely. It stopped connecting in May and no backups since. I can't even connect manually anymore but still can login in the web interface remotely. Very disappointed.

Use to work now does not. When worked it was fast for uploading images and video from phone to nas. I used qphoto to watch them. But now it just loads to an error about loading current folder. Reset app and nas is fine. Not sure where the problem is.
