I want to love this app, but recently the app is buggy and often my order doesn't go through. Last night I placed an order that failed 4 times, only to find out I got charged 5 times for the same order. Luckily the local store was amazing and took care of the refund, but it was a hassle and I likely won't use the app for online ordering anymore.

Be careful placing online orders with the app. The store might be closed but the payment transaction will still go through. Once you arrive at the location to find it isn't open and you've paid for food you're not going to get, then you can start chasing down the money and wait ten days for a credit to your debit card. Same thing if using rewards, you'll have to wait and wait for a solution. Very annoying to deal with when you're expecting to pick up and eat dinner. This is the second time.

App crashed multiple times with no indication that order went through. My credit card was charged multiple times for duplicate orders after no confirmation that order was received or paid. If the store hand not called me to let me know, I would have had no indication that my food was ordered OR paid for.

App is pretty easy but the parts I don't like is there is no number or email to get help with any issues with orders gone wrong and they have no option to see any order history or like I had an issue picking up at a store and they said show me your order and the app has no way to pull it up. There are also some ingredients missing in the app.

I order from Qdoba at least twice a week these days. There's about a 75% chance that the app fails to complete my order in one way or another. Most of the time I get all the way to the checkout page before the app tells me that the store isn't accepting orders at this time. The menu is frequently - inexplicably - missing certain items and ingredients. When I visit the store in person I find that (surprise surprise) they are actually open, accepting orders, and fully stocked with all ingredients.

The app waits until you've put in your entire order and are trying to check out before letting you know the restaurant is not taking online orders. It should tell you before you start your order so you don't waste your time putting in the whole order.

Adding a reward to your cart should also automatically add the item to your cart, and present any customization options for that item. I should not have to manually add the item from the menu and the reward. In addition, I should be able to customize each of three tacos. Instead, I am forced to have all three identical. I am someone who prefers variety within a given meal.

If your device is rooted the app silently fails. By that I mean it doesn't say why it's failing. I don't know if this is in purpose but if it is it would be nice if it told you why. MagiskHide fixes the problem. Just a heads-up to similar users. I can't imagine why they would have a problem with a rooted device. The money I spend on a 🌯 is just as good as anyone else's.

Food is awesome but the app is not. I can barely get the app to open when in store. App just doesn't behave. I think it could use some updating. And you all ask for too many points to redeem. Bottles water 700 points???? Really! That's crazy
