Very confusing to use. Hard to find the particular type of information I want. Can't log in because it doesn't recognise . (Dot) character. Was easier to use before all the new updates. Not going to bother with it again.

Really convenient. Great to have near real-time updates of the location of your bus. Real time location can be delayed by about 45 seconds at times so would be great if delay was reduced or eliminated.

The planned recommended routes have changed overnight to routes that take a longer time to get to the destination. This isn't due to bus/tram/train disruptions. The app also glitches when I try to use my live location.

App keeps on crashing. I have to force close it in order to make it work and eventually it didn't work at all and had to reinstall.

Cluncky, doesn't pick up Google addresses or poi. Trips are wrong with false disruptions and transfers. Amateurish attempt.

Five star app when itbis working. I really do love this app, have been using it for about 3 years. It started crashing constantly about a week ago. Rebooting helps, but only briefly. Reinstalling makes absolutely no difference. Please fix whatever this issue is as I rely on this app to get to work due to the weird shifts I work.

In general, I like this app, but the past week it has been really glitchy. The times are in a jumbled order and the real-time tracking isn't working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and it hasn't improved. I've been using this app for quite awhile now and this is the second time it has happened. As someone with ADHD and no car, I have relied on this app quite a bit so I don't miss a bus and it's been quite frustrating this past week with it glitching.
