    Various paid-for premium features, such as push notifications, do not work. Updates appear to be vaporware-- purely for show. There have been no new functionality or fixes having ever going into effect since I bought in to become a premium member a couple of years ago, despite what has been posted. I emailed twice about lack of functionality and never got a reply. Hard to believe this isn't a well-laid out scam. AVOID.

    As many have said, this used to be a great app. It would autodetect when a tracking # was copied from another app & used to have a barcode reader for packages instead of having to type them in manually - neither anymore. Now when it comes to tracking, it rarely updates the city-to -city transit when it's shipping. You would know what day it would arrive. It only updates all those transfer points when it's delivered. Reason I know? Amazon, USPS, FedEx, & UPS apps update each movement.

    It does what it promises. Most of the time. Sometimes I receive the parcel while ParcelTrack still says its not even in the origin parcel center. As I bought the Pro version for push notifications its -2 stars for not updating the status at all. UPDATE: It works now more reliable. I guess. Would be great if itd were possible to report missing couriers from the app. Also this would allow you to priorize what service to integrate next.

    This app is so disappointing. I'm a premium members and it used to be pretty good and now it's junk. I just spent 15 minutes entering & re-entering a parcel to only have it disappear seconds later (fedex us). The barcode scan feature they talk about in the feature set is missing. The ability to send an email (inbox) and if your lucky will show up in your tracking like 24 hours later.

    Used to be a great app but notifications stopped working for me long ago. I still use it to track packages but the point of this app is for it to keep tabs on your shipments for you and it no longer does. I have also noticed that tracking does not update consistently with actual package transit, sometimes the tracking is a day behind or more. Time to find a new app unless they can fix these issues.

    Android app has been acting erratically for months everything is fine on iPhone version. Widget says that premium was required multiple times per day and having to reopen the app and verify that I had premium before it would work. I no longer receive any notifications on my Android device.

    Reinstalled after a long time (premium) App works as I remember, BUT, why has the map keep been removed? It was very nice to visualise the trip Found another issue, the App keeps forgetting I have premium, so I have press premium in the app menu. to activate the widget.

    Doenst work. You any tracking number and it fails to do anything.. It was working a few weeks ago. I've entered at least 5 tracking numbers from various companies and nothing happens. Don't even bother to download this!

    Would be better if it automatically detected carrier during manual input, had a way to go directly to the carrier website, and the email function processed faster/more consistent. It's also strange that tapping on notifications doesn't open the app.

    I have used and loved this app for many years, but a major update a year ago made the app worse. I could deal with it until the past few weeks. I tried to track two different packages from two different shipping services, and nothing comes up. Loved it for years, but going to have to use a new app now. A shame.

    Had to change my review, initially rated 5 stars. After a phone reset no longer sends me notifications. Bought premium version years ago and has worked fine until notifications lost touch functionality last year. Will not be using anymore.

    I've been using this app for years and have always loved it. The past year, it hardly works. It doesn't recognize the tracking information and gives no updates, but when I search the tracking online, my shipment is clearly moving. Not sure what is happening, but I'm close to deleting my account.

    As many customers specified, it used to be good but now its just junk to have in the phone. No more notifications or no auto adding and detecting the courier service providers. I am also a premium member and I bought the membership only to encourage developers but this one is pure waste of money.

    Email function has never worked and I paid for premium a LONG time back. App never notifies despite all permissions and settings being permitted. App has no "share" to functionality (ie cannot receive intents or tracking # cant be shared to this app from clipboard). Amazon logistics doesnt work, has been in "beta" for years now. If not for a beautiful GUI and ease of use overall, I'd have uninstalled a long time ago. Dont waste money on premium stick to basic if you download which I wouldnt.

    Disappointing that the devs have neglected this app. The iOS version has a new design and less issues. Aramex tracking is completely broken for years. Notifications don't work.

    App was very good but lot of feature has been removed in the last major update. No more barcode scanning function. Lots of stability problems. Widget always need to be resynced with account so not usable anymore for quick view... Really sad to see this

    I paid for premium. It worked okay before but now doesn't notify me or use my emails. It has now logged me out and I can't get back in. Not worth your time. Avoid at all costs

    I paid for the premium version so I could sync my account across devices, does nothing. When I log in, it takes me to the screen that lists premium features, and that's it. No action is available on that screen except the back button, which takes me back out of my account. I emailed the developer and didn't get a response. I've been happy with the basic app on my iPad, but don't get the premium version, because it doesn't exist.

    It was cool when they had a map of your package but that's disappeared. Idk if it's a premium feature now or what but it no longer appears. It is nice that it tends to give you different information than other apps. Though premium at $3 seems steep considering there's other apps that offer it for free.




    It really keeps up very fast. When you add the tracking numbers. And notifies right away.

    I agree with others who have expressed their dissappointment at the deteriorization of this app! I too am a paid member, but finally just found an alternative as this one went from being in my opinion the best, to being unreliable enough to just replace😔 Unfortunate, as it was a great app initially. Hopefully the Developers will restore it to its original usefulness!

    I've been enjoying Premium for many many years. Sometimes the server hiccups or something and I can't login, or it shows no items are currently being tracked when there are, but usually it's amazing and I'm happy to have it and tell everyone about it.

    Great for major carriers but free version doesn't track Amazon. Update 8/19/20: Lost the widget after the last update ☹️. Bring back the widget! Update 12/31/20: Widget is back but it will log out and will show "Premium version needed", forcing me to open the app (which is not logged out). Inconvenient as the point of the Widget is to check the status of my packages without opening the app.

    DON'T BUY! Before i paid this was a good app. I put a tracking number in and it gave me updates on my parcels. Since I've paid its become a notepad for storing tracking numbers and who they're with so I can go to their website and get my tracking information. Totally useless

    Your last update completely messed up this app and it no longer updates any package location information or posts notifications. Removal of the map function was also mistake in my opinion. It was a great feature in the earlier version.

    Don't bother with this App! I downloaded this after seeing it on the Gadget show. They said it was a handy way of keeping all your different online orders in one place and gave you real time updates on where your package is. It doesn't do anything!! You have to pay to be able to add more that one package but even then it doesn't track anything! You have an email to forward orders to for it to tack but it doesn't. Just a rip off!. Shocked the gadgets how would recommend such a shoddy app!

    When I first got this app, it worked great with an actual integrated map with the tracking feature. After a few years, the mapping portion is not active. It maybe a small thing, especially since the main tracker still works, but the feature was for premium service that I paid for. So if feel like a downgrade for premium service.

    While I have to agree that this app used to be better, it is still perfectly usable, and the most simple and non-intrusive parcel tracking app out there (out of the ones I tried). I would love to see notifications back though (this used to work a few years ago). Manually checking the app does still work.

    I paid for premium several years back and the app was worth it. It's not anymore. Notifications don't work, the Inbox functionality hasn't seen any big improvements in a long time, the app has had language bugs for months. It's all very disappointing, I used to love the app.

    Love it, nice to be able to track everything in one place without having to copy and paste tracking data into multiple sites every time I want an update. Just taking one star off because functionality for Purolator seems to be broken and for some reason that seems to be the courier of choice around here lately.

    The app is great at tracking but as of recent updates the push notifications has broken and doesn't alert you when your package is moving to its next destination.     Really good app overall. I've tried almost every package tracker on the Play Store that I could find and I ended up paying for the premium version of this one. The interface is super simple and clean, and being able to track your packages on your computer using the web app is really spectacular. That being said, two issues bring this from 5 stars to 4 stars. One is that push notifications do not seem to work properly. I believe there was an update for this, but they still are not working for me. Also, the personal inbox to forward messages seems to either not work or take a very, very long time to get the tracking number into your account. I forwarded an email with a tracking number to my ParcelTrack inbox and after a couple days I just added the tracking number manually, as it still said it was "queued". Of course, this could be that the email was formatted weird and difficult to read the tracking number, or some other one off issue. I have only tested it with one package so far. Overall, I highly recommend this app! If the push notifications get fixed, it will instantly be 5 stars for me.

I was able to be home, waiting at the right time for each and every delivery, no guessing, or waiting all day for a package delivery.     ParcelTrack is the best. I've used it to track 20 packages so far, and it's never let me down. It pulls up a map showing where my package is and where it's been. I have never used the email account feature. I did'nt need it, and don't even know how it works. You can archive past orders so you can have them forever. I recommend this app over all other similar apps. Also I recommend this app over the package tracking apps from the major carriers. They are good, but ParcelTrack is better!

    Missing information as to the current status and location of some packages , even though that information is shown on the carriers website. Missing a "Refresh" function to make sure that current status is correct. I purchased the full version, and inbox integration has worked properly for me. But not having accurate status reflected in the app is a deal-breaker.

    almost half of my forwarded shipping emails are in queue, and have not detected the tracking details. most importantly, this has happened with every single Amazon shipping confirmation, as well as some others. i can't figure out a way to enter the tracking manually, so I'm still having to check for my package statuses one email at a time, which defeats the purpose of having and paying for this app. I did reach out to support about a week ago, but never heard back.

    I've been using parcel track for a year now, I paid for premium so that I could access is on a desktop as well as my phone. Lately it's just barely working at all. Notifications haven't worked in months, auto detect isn't working. And worst of all it's getting slower and slower. I cleared out all my old and archived tracked packages since I assumed that my large data set was the cause of the long load times. Didn't make a difference. This ship is going down boys, escape while you can.

    I used to love this app. It worked beautifully. I even bought premium for it, ages ago. The last 6 or so months though, it's gone completely downhill. It doesn't refresh or update pretty much at all. I have packages that were delivered over a month ago, that still say null (even though the carrier apps show all the correct data). This app has sadly become unreliable and is now just taking up space and causing frustration. Update. It's been a year. Deleting now. It doesn't work anymore.

    The idea is great. After using the app to track gift deliveries over Christmas I sprung for the premium feature is being able to forward emailing to the inbox they provide. This was when things started to go wrong. Only once did I successfully forward an email and have it show up in the 'Parcels' tab. Every time i have done it since, it gets stuck 'Queuing' and never gets added. I would wait indefinitely to see if it gets added, but the package arrives before anything changes!

    I absolutely love this app. I depend on it so much and I have very thankful for the developers for allowing me to track all my packages here since I order online stuff very often. I wish Amazon was also trackable on here but it's okay! Super useful app and I love it so much. I have made my boyfriend and mom download it. It's that useful and great! I wouldn't think twice about supporting the developers with buying premium, just do it. They honestly deserve way more although I must say if you can't buy premium the app still works perfectly.

    I've used this app for years, and I am also a premium member, but recently all notifications have completely stopped working. I've tried contacting the developer many times and have received zero response back from them on the issues. That is why I am giving it a two star. If you're going to offer an app, and a paid app at that, I think some kind of a response back would be the least they could do. I'm using a Samung Galaxy S8 on OS Oreo.

    The updates have ruined this app. I've used this app for around 2 years and have paid for the premium version. Now I have to find another app because even if selecting the carrier from a list of every postal instead of being able to type it in didn't bother me (this was previously possible), the tracking part of the app no longer works. Goodbye ParcelTrack.

    Update : The email import facility doesn't work. Emails just say "queuing". This is the main setting point of the app. Please fix! One postal app to rule them all! I'm really impressed with this app for tracking mail. It has neat features too like being able to mail postage details and then the tracking details get automatically detected. I like the map gesture which some carriers provide; for this that give mapping a nice feature would be able to see the overview of a parcels entire journey.

    Day late and a dollar short. Using a current order from Amazon, Amazon status said package was picked up. ParcelTrack said no information was available. Next day, Amazon shows my package in a distribution center in Mass. ParcelTrack shows package waiting for pickup. Refreshing the status (pulling down on my list of tracking numbers) doesn't correct it. Glad this was only $3.

    Simple interface but gives you what you need. Automatically grabs tracking from the clipboard if you copy from an email or web page, and lets you add a note or name to keep track of what's what. Really handy for keeping track of packages when you have items coming from different sources, and knowing when things will arrive at a glance. The widget is nice to add to the home screen, but would be awesome if it could follow the system theme's light or dark mode. The white app isn't great on dark.

    I have had the full version for years now. I recommend this app to everyone. I live very rural and six miles away from mailbox/parcel box. I know when I have to make the drive using this app. I also like the map showing the progress of each parcel. My only issue is that it's not as easy for my ParcelTrack email to work on my android. Worked great on my iphones over the years. Might be my android...wouldn't surprise me...

    Everything works very well and is easy to manage. You can track packages from a wide range of postal services and readily access the status of each package. I use this app on a daily basis for all my tracking needs. The only thing I would do differently is have the app save tracking information offline. If you do not have internet, you cannot access anything through the app. Otherwise, a solid app.

    This app is better when you're NOT a premium user. I payed the extra amount to have device sync and web access to my account but it fails to log me in every time. It continues to say I need to unlock ParcelTrack Premium when I've already done that AND reset my password multiple times. The app doesn't even pull an initial update once you track a package, it'll just sit as "null" when I can clearly go to a USPS site and see updates. Don't get this app and go after a trusted source.

    The inbox feature never worked for me. I've sent a few help requests over the last 2 or 3 months and never have received a reply. Yes, checked spam folder. I'm uninstalling this app and going with another app I've been testing even tho I've purchased this app, or donated, i forget how this app is set up for revenue. At least I can give it a rating to show how I feel about it.

    This has always been my go to app to keep track of deliveries, but apparently a "feature" was added to only allow tracking of a single package unless you pay for premium (and it doesn't alert you to this until you've wasted time importing tracking numbers). Between this and the constant crashes on the latest update I'll be uninstalling this and never looking back.

    This was a good app. Once, it would notify me when a parcel was out for delivery, with the ringtone you'd get for a text. Not anymore. Once, they gave you a map of where the parcel has been, and it's destination. Not anymore. Once, it would tell you if you already had a number added. Not anymore. The core app is still here, but it's been so cut down that I really don't recommend it anymore. If this is how you're trying to push premium, you're just pissing us off. Stop it now! I want an apology!

Now my app crashes upon opening any tracking details, push notifications don't work, the app also crashes randomly on top of that. Really disappointing when the most used app on your phone says "thanks for the money!" and dips out. Worst way to thank a customer. Many other apps to use.

    Lately it has stopped correctly updating certain status (e.g. out for delivery) with UPS and similar issues with USPS. I guess the German developer has either effectively stopped support or has a difficult time keeping on top of US shipping companies' tracking changes. I filed a bug report some time ago but no fixes seem to be forthcoming. I recommend looking elsewhere if you live in the US.

    This has been a great tracking app. Love that I can forward my shipping notice emails straight to a mailbox, within the app and have it start tracking immediately. Keep improving! 2/26/19, Update: The mailbox feature has proved to be worthless. Once forwarded to the Mailbox, items just sit there in "que" status. I've found no way to move them into a tracking status. I've reached out to the developer and am waiting for a reply. This is why I took away 2 stars. App works well otherwise.

    Premium features don't work ... Company is unresponsive. I've tried writing them about some premium features not working, and they never got back to me. The app also doesn't always update. I've had packages delivered that their app said was still in transit thousands of miles away. My advice ... Don't pay for the premium features. It's a waste of money.

    Does not work. I installed this app, crated a profile, and EVEN shelled out $2.99 for their premium service. I never received any email confirmation that my account had been created, or that I upgraded to the premium service. I forwarded off 2 orders to the inbox provided, and even though i KNOW for a fact that my items have been shipped, this app doesn't recognize it, and incorrectly states that "i am not tracking any parcels" I reached out to the developers for assistance and did not receive any reply. I would NOT recommend this app. I would NOT recommend buying it. There are dozens of better packaging tracking services out there. Go with one of them. This is a waste of time.

    App updated and now it's even worse? And the notifications still don't work so the one big issue wasn't addressed. And now when you click on the Courier to add, you can't type it in... you have to scroll through a hundred couriers to find the one you need. I'm done with this app, and quite annoyed I paid for the pro version and the developers can't even fix glaring issues (even when you email them directly).

    Unfortunately they paid portion of the app isn't worth it. Here lately they haven't been accurate at all almost as if they just don't want to track a package but USPS FedEx UPS will show exactly where the package is at. So this Thurs party app isn't worth the money but alright for the free part because it'll show where your package is when they decide to track it.

I just opened it today and now I can only track one package at a time (unless you have premium) , any other package can only be tracked when the first one is delivered. I was going to buy premium but all the other reviews saying the app is not as good as it was in the past gives me pause for buying it now. Oh well, I did love this app but I'll have to use another! I hope it gets better in the future

    Great app for tracking your shipments, I've used it for YEARS to keep all of my package tracking in one convenient place and it has NEVER failed me, no crashes, no errors or bugs, nothing. I bought premium a few years ago because of it and never regretted it. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS Please PLEASE add a Dark theme, blue and black is such a slick combo, and the strong white backgrounds in apps just give me a headache looking at them too long. Other than that 4/5 stars.

Couldn't find any notice about this being an intended change and since the screenshots still show the map I am assuming this is a bug. Additionally the app description states "free push notifications" yet it is a paid feature. Will update review once it has been fixed

    Reinstall Old Categories/Don't Like the Update The old version of the app had a delivered category, in transit category, and another category. After this update, all the items were lumped together. I think its time to get a new tracking app. There are new carriers that are not even in their database. Don't waste your time on paying off this app.

    OK! I had to clear the entire app's data, but I finally got a notification! I'm not sure how timely it was, but it's certainly a start. Next we need to work on things like hybrid services like DHL.DE/USPS, SmartPost, & SurePost that transfer couriers in the middle using the same number or transferring to a different one midtransit.

    It's just ok because it shows a map with the origin/destination of your package ... but the notifications are super late, I ordered something from Amazon, and it got shipped via FedEx, Amazon and FedEx both almost instantly notified me when it got delivered, but this app took almost two hours to notify me about the package being delivered.

    Been having issues with the inbox for forwarding tracking numbers. I have a premium account for this app. Kind of disappointed that I cannot get help with the app. Tried contacting the company twice for assistance but got no luck. Often have issues where it cannot find the tracking number or gets stuck at processing. Works fine as free but don't suggest getting the premium membership. Previously rated it at 5 stars but with non existent support it should be at a 1 star.

    App use to be good notification do not work anymore and the app hasn't been up dated since January 2019. Sometimes the app doesn't update at all. I had a package that said it was ready to ship but when I used a search engine to track it instead I would see the updates but the app still said ready to ship. One would think the app was abandoned by the developer. Overall it would just be easier to use a different parcel app or a search engine to track your packages.

    The app is OK. Paid for premium for Transit push notification. But the notification area only shows "in Transit" every time there is a update for the package, not the actual update such as "Left FedEx origin facility", which is not useful at all. When I had a package delivered through UPS, the My UPS app alerts me right away that the package has been delivered while ParcelTrack still shows out for delivery. Only few hours later it says it's delivered. There also needs to be a direct link to the carrier's own tracking site, as sometimes not all the info is shown on the ParcelTrack side update(lowered to 2 star): do not buy this app. The auto tracking # detection feature has also stopped working. I have several packages stuck at "queuing" from time being sent to delivered. developer are not responding. seems like the app is abandoned

    This app used to be so great that I bought premium. This last update broke everything though: no more maps, tracking history looks awful, notifications aren't clickable anymore. Half the app is in German (which I'm not confused about, since the devs are German, but please hire someone to fix your locale). It doesn't even track international packages right since they move through multiple couriers. But hey, at least it has dark mode now, right? I am moving to the 17Track app. This is unusable.

    I love how it automatically can find and track your item once its processed. You dont even need to do anything besides open the app and it's all right there for you. I deleted all my other tracking apps and just kept this one. By far my favorite and most easy to use app for tracking my stuff. :)

    Want to give you no stars but can't. Use to be a great app but now it either keeps refreshing or the information is totally inaccurate. Some says my packages haven't been delivered and when I mark that it has it returns as still in progress. And some say it is waiting to be released to carriers but it has already been picked up and traveling, in fact some are already delivered or out for delivery. I paid for premium service but got low rate service and am about to delete this app.

    Been using this app since it started basically. Easy to use and gives accurate information all up front. The map feature is really useful as well. I have noticed that there is a delay when the tracking information updates compared to the courier sites. Not a deal breaker for me.

    Do not buy. This app will track your item for at least a day then will stop and not refresh it's location. You have to manually go to the carrier you sent it from and track it from there. It does not fetch data from the carrier. Do not buy. Download OneTracker instead. It free and works perfectly.

    Unusable after Update! I used this app for years, even upgraded to Premium long ago. Recently, it has been increasingly disappointing, till becoming totally unisable and unfriendly with the latest update. Instead of improving, they disabled or downgraded functions. Also the appearance of the list of the parcels tracked is not readable anymore. I think they're doing their best to push back clients.

    Great product so far; I have been using it for a few day's, like with anything else -I prefer it's functionality better on Android (Samsung NOTE 3) vs my Apple (iPhone/iPad) devices. Some nice add-on features (maybe something to consider) would be (1) the ability to export data to csv or other file formats, as well as (2) send multiple tracking numbers in a single email...

    I upgraded to the premium version and it was worth a couple dollars. It's really nice to receive a tracking email and easily forward it to parcel track versus having to copy over the tracking numbers. then all of your packages are in the same spot. It's a lot easier to check the status in one location versus opening all the emails. so far I've not had any issues with it working but I've only been using it for about a week now

    works great , tracks all deliveries , works with almost all delivery companies with updates on package arrivals . label each item with a nickname of what that delivery is and know when to expect that delivery. Very useful for busy schedules , no need to wait at home or work expecting something that won't come for several days . with this app you know where your order is at all times .

    This is ok. It used to auto detect when you had a tracking #copied and since some updates it stopped doing that. It is much slower at updating statuses that I have stopped using this app all together now. It also does not continue tracking for instances where it goes from UPS to USPS, even though m the UPS site it still shows it all the way through. This app in general has gradually gotten worse. I have been using it for over a year and am now deleting it. It doesnt even have notifications...

    I was using the 17 tracking app but after discovering this app, I don't even use it anymore. This app actually gives accurate and up to date tracking info! I used both apps at the same time for the same exact tracking numbers and every single time parcel track was the one that would give me updates on a timely basis whereas, 17 sometimes take a few hours to even as much as 12 hours later to report. I still like 17 but parceltrack is definitely better!

    Helpful app, when it works! Something happened recently, and app crashes every time you try and open tracking details of a shipment rendering the app useless!! Been happening a few days now. Uninstalling hasn't helped. Another day or two and time to move on. Lots of other options. I've it works, be great if app could auto track everything heading to my address.     Doesn't allow you to track as it says it does. Email feature is cool but I've had Amazon packages due via royal mail for 5 days and just get "null". Don't buy the premium version, it's a waste of money. Try the "Deliveries" app with a cardboard box as an icon, that works great!

Email forwarding does not work (even with modified simple emails), account generation does not exist, and paying for premium doesn't change any of the above. It gets a star for simply tracking packages I manually entered, but that kinda defeats the 'tracking management' purpose.

    The app is okay, it has all the expected features like auto pop up if I have a tracking number in the clipboard, doesn't crash or lose my tracking numbers like the other popular app that I use to use. I've considered getting premium for the push notifications, but it doesn't even refresh the status when I pull down, it takes a while for the refresh, like hours later. I've checked a tracking number on the respective site that has received an updated scan, parceltrack doesn't even show it.

    great app to keep all tracking in one place, and is good at figuring out which shipping carrier the tracking is from. got space to write down what's in it and who it's from too. took a star off because I get zero notification ever since I upgraded my phone. (notification is turned on in both in-app and general notification setting on my phone). if I remember, I'll put the 5th star back on if they fix this issue.

    I have been using this app over a year and what I particularly like about it is when I receive an email from Walmart or any place that sends you an email notification, i simply forward it, the APP sorts the tracking number out of the email, posts notices w/real time tracking ON THE WIDGET(paid). But now resently, its not notifiying me and a few many others. I then opened the push notifications and suddenly all turned on, but close the page, and all turned off. This tracking app is a great replacement to package buddy. This has widget, status notification and unlike 17tracker which requires monthly premium this is a 1 time charge for premium.

    The app works, usually the null error is due to the wrong carrier information. It's a little bit slower then official tracking, but for example it shows recipient address as the middle of the US population and not your address. Also, today my package said it was delivered only on the app, but then it went backwards to the previous tracking history and I dont understand why that happened.

    Used to function quite well, now it hardly updates, and started to just track on the host shippers websites. Also bought premium to make use of the widget option to leave on my home screen, but for some reason, I woke up today and that window was gone with no way of reinstating it. Used this app for the last couple years with lots of success, however it has gradually just become a headache. Losing the widget was the last straw. Uninstalling.

    The app has some accessibility issues. Firstly, the buttons next to the shipment name are not labeled clearly, nor do they ask for confirmation which has caused me to accidentally delete deliveries. In addition, the toggles for notifications are not accessible via talkback.. The parcel inbox also does not seem to support gmail verification for autoforwarding shipments. Other than this, The app does everything advertises. I do hope these issues can be fixed though, especially since I paid for pre

Iused to try and track 5 parcels, 2 from same delivery company, it could only find one of the five parcels and despite upgrading to premium it didn't tell me anything extra than the email I had to track the parcel.... bonus being the one parcel I could track has arrived but after 30 minutes it's still showing as out for delivery on the app!!! DON'T BOTHER!!!

No more having to toggle back and forth between UPS, FedEx and USPS! And I've noticed this app seems to update about an hour sooner than the carrier apps, too!

    The newest update is a complete mess. My in-app purchase does not get recognized by the app, there is German text all over the app, maps do not show up anymore when tracking packages, and the app doesn't let you track more than one package at a time unless you have premium.

    Could be a very Useful app, but first time I use it, it gets the day and month the wrong way round - shows 2/11/2019 (as shown on DHL Tracking) as 2nd Nov instead of 11th Feb and when I put a Royal Mail delivery in it shows it as TNT that was delivered 6 weeks ago. All this after paying for the premium version in good faith. Pretty basic errors guys.

    although it is supposed to work with Royal Mail, it has got no updates for my next day delivery tracker.. i even paid for premium to get push notifications in transit. Got no updates by push at any stage through to delivery. and even though letter was delivered this morning still zero updates even within the app. Same problem with Hermes as of 28 Feb 2019.
