It used to be a good app, but there's no longer a tracking map, it doesn't automatically add a tracking number you saved, and it only SOMETIMES shows where your package currently is. Example: one of my packages showed there were no tracking information for 5 days. On the 6th day it still showed no tracking info, but was on my front porch when i arrived home. Garbage app now.

My previous review generally stands, but I have been unable to edit my push notification settings to turn them on for almost a year now because the app crashes every time I open settings. Still a good app, but without being able to use notifications it loses a lot of its value. Great tracking app! The premium option to get browser sync was the selling point for me and I have never looked back.

I have had this app for years...use to recommend it to everyone. But lately, really isn't user friendly at all. I have the premium and it use to be great. Now it no longer picks up tracking from emails sent to it, does not track UPS, its really just stopped functioning as it use to. I keep checking to see if I've missed an update or something. I have sent MANY emails to support and where they use to respond quickly...now they never respond. Not worth it, I've found a better app.

Can't log in, keeps crashing. Tried everything to fix it. Unimpressed. Reached out to developers 3 weeks ago and haven't heard back. Attempted on a second device with the same results.

It does what it promises. Most of the time. Sometimes I receive the parcel while ParcelTrack still says its not even in the origin parcel center. As I bought the Pro version for push notifications its -2 stars for not updating the status at all. UPDATE: It works now more reliable. I guess. Would be great if itd were possible to report missing couriers from the app. Also this would allow you to priorize what service to integrate next. EDIT: does not work as intended anymore

Used to be great, no longer seems to be supported. I upgraded to Premium so it's a bit annoying that this app no longer works, especially when it's still for sale in the store.

They damaged the application. It used to work very well. There are no longer push notifications, there are no tracking maps and the widget does not work as it should. They need to solve these problems.

DO NOT BUY/Download! Is the Developer gone!?! Bought the App years ago (Premium) worked fine but the past 4-5 Months the app does not track any parcels and does not send notifications. Fix this or give money back.

I love the app is it's speed with tracking but I wish we had a Gmail integration and the notification on Android it's clickable like in my iOS device we need that but otherwise great app

DO NOT BUY OR DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! 👎🏻👎🏻 The app does nothing, its no longer tracking any shipment, I bought the prime but it still doesn't track the shipments, only the first shipment, they also removed the map tracking and this is cheating and contrary to what it put in the program description of the features..... It's Waste of money and time. I want a full refund. Google must remove the App from the store and take action regarding the refund.
