Could have given more rating if 1.only this had same feature for adjusting placement of subtitles as in my bdremux & Blu-ray files subtitles appear out of the screen & only top line is sometimes visible even with smallest font. 2. The hdr content looks hideous can't match vlc & Samsung own video player app) every highlight is blown out 3. Also no way to browse external media unlike vlc. Can't detect my Samsung t7 ssd. Was hoping this will work like macos version.

Great vid player! Only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is that there is always a brief pause/ interruption when switched from foreground to background playing, and the reverse is also true. The VLC does not have that issue, but this is an overall better player to me.

Great app. Both for pc and android. I just wish I could filter out (hide) the folders which do not have media in it.

it would be good for the subtitle and audio to have a ui so u can select what u want like vlc unlike mpv which is like 1 audio at a time if u have many audio/subtitle it will be hard to get what audio/subtitle that u want

the closest we get to motion smoothing. well vlc can also do it, my only regret on this app that i really wanted them update is the video fill in. i mean it's soze is mall and there is no option to crop to fill in the hugeness of the phone screen. i will change my rating once they figured that out since no matter how beautiful the player is if the screen couldn't have the full screen option it's non usuable for me.

The app is good. It's a really good alternative of vlc but the problem which is facing is that whenever I play a video it plays the video but it is not smooth and video is always flickering even you play an mp4 file. I tried all video setting but the problem exists.

The BEST QUALITY video output , I use mpv on desktop too and on Android this have me spoiled 😍 HDR videos look 😮 Jaw dropingly AWESOME , specially on "sw encoding" but it also takes more battery so hw is also fine, hw is still waay ahead of Android's built in hdr encoder Edit : Please do NOT ever remove the option to disable the notch area , I see you have made extend to notch the default , many people like it , good move but true movie lovers HATE it , so please always keep the option there

The best and lightweight media player I've ever used. I already use this on my Ubuntu laptop and the Android version is nothing different. However I wish the app has a loop feature please add that soon. Also please automatically play in background when I exit the app. Other than that it's great I'd highly recommend over VLC.
