I still content that this is a terrible app. It is not intuitive. Android does it one way, MS another way. Neither is easy to do. The reply from the vendor did make this work. The fact that the phone app has no icon (why?) and the Quick settings being not so simple to find, made it less easy to use and fix than it really should be. There appears to be a fair lag between the phone and the PC. Will see if this continues. But, Thank you for the assistance. Raised from 1 star, to 3

I use an OPPO mobile. YPC keeps loosing the plot! Works fine for a while but then seems to loose the connection. Really not worth the effort! My second mobile - seems to work OK but it's running Android 7 and I only use it for hack work. Seriously, I can use my Google Photos app to get my photos on my PC - and even that works better than the Microsoft Photos app! Can't find settings in the PC App to select or test my microphone either and any calls I make, the other person gets distorted and weak sound from my end. Microphone works fine in Skype, Messenger and all other apps EXCEPT YPC!

I like the app, making calls from my desktop, using the mic & speakers is great, however once the desktop and phone are linked it prevents audio within media (e.g. embedded videos in Twitter) from playing out on my phone. I tried switching the Audio Player button in the YourPhone UI to 'off' but that doesn't appear to do anything at all. It works again when I de-link my phone and desktop by switching off Bluetooth but this is clunky and makes the app less attractive.

I WAS enjoying this app. It's been working ok but all of a sudden it cannot make a connection. App on phone is up to date. App on computer is up to date. Battery saver is NOT on. All troubleshooting steps done and still no connection. The worse part about it? I can't uninstall it. Apparently it came on my phone with no uninstall option. I read where someone mentioned doing a trouble ticket from the app. Which I have done but... I'm stuck with unusable.

So stinking hard to connect. The instruction is so stinking terrible. Update: they fixed the problem and it's working good now.

Extremely frustrating, it keeps saying installed. I have searched EVERYTHING on my phone and phone companion is nowhere to be found. I need to open the app to link to my laptop. Really pissed off.

I like the concept. The problem is with device compatibility. Please add more devices. Works well for calls texts and notifications but no app access on Motorola devices.

Why all the article online saying I can copy files between PC and Android? But it is no longer true! There is no "my files" function anymore. I'm using v 1.21072.153.0

I cannot upload files/photos from PC to Android. How do? Photos cannot be sorted by folders. Because of about issues, it is almost useless for me.

It was working for me great and suddenly yesterday afternoon stopped working and I have done everything and follow instructions to reset and nothing is working.
