You fixed the crashing issue so I gave you only one more star for that. Tapping on any item in the wishlist still does nothing. How would I be able to select the size I need for an item before buying something if I cannot view the item details in my wish list? This review will stay this way until that version is released which it still has not been updated.

I placed an order for a coat. I was notified that it shipped the next day, with delivery between 8-11 days. No prob's there. I do have an issue with the app tho. When I pull up my Google app, the Milanoo app overrides it and I can't Google what I want! That is a huge pain in the butt!!! I finally had to uninstall the app. So far, no issues with the store. I hope my coat fits and we can all live happily ever after! Not in the mood for tug- o-war if it doesn't fit or has any damages.

I'm never using this merchant ever again. It's so stressful and irritating. I can't get a hold of anyone in customer service about my order. All the contact numbers are long distance/international. On the tracking information it said my order was here in the US Los Angeles California and the same day it's been returned back to China. I'm in Chicago, IL. I don't know what's going on. This company is terrible with customer service. Am I getting the order or not? They won't respond.

The item never arrived. I contacted customer service but they were dismissive and told me "We will bear you if it was lost or delayed for a LONG time. Pls don't worry~:)" Seriously... that's what was sent to me via email. Not professional at all. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge because the customer service representative was stepsiding my questions when I emailed and kept telling me not to worry. 100% do not recommend buying from Milanoo.

First ten minutes of use I noticed 3 problems. The first being that you can't remain signed in your account, the app signs you out automatically and you can leave the app without it restarting. Number two is the app constantly freezes if you scroll too fast( i don't have this problem with other apps). And lastly the lack of reviews on products make me find this app a bit sketchy and make me reluctant to buy.

They do not stand behind their products! The shipping takes forever and the tracking rarely updates. When I questioned it after a month...they told me to call the post office and didn't care. When it finally arrived and was very poorly made and didn't fit they want me to pay to send it back and pay a restocking fee!!!!
