Unusable app. Beyond pathetic. I'm not sure how they are still in business. I have been trying to redeem my SS wallet balance (Rs. 10157) since quite some time and unable to do so. Your app doesn't work. Your website doesn't work. I attempted to redeem multiple times using the OTP sent by you to my registered mobile number. Nothing seems to work. It seems you do not want your customer to use their SS wallet balance and do shopping. It is very frustrating. Please suggest how you may help with this. I have a bunch of stuff added to my shopping cart and I cannot check out those because you seemingly do not let me use my >10k SS wallet balance. If possible, please check out the same on my behalf (with the SS balance) to the last successful delivery address (that is the default delivery address) in Feb, 2020.

Worst app ever.....OMG. I been trying to place an order online from past 2 days. The first minor issue I came across and unable to fix it by SS is not letting me complete my order from shopping bag. Tried few different times. Does not recognize password and User ID. Email was sent to customer care but nothing happened. I had to go back and purchase the entire selection and it doubled the items. 504 gateway not found..... seriously....such a big website and does not demonstrate fixing abilities.

My buying experience was horrible in this so called digital world..I shifted from web to app and app to web just to move faster...but 3 times i got error in web version, my cart was getting cleaned...then i shifted back to app it was okay but checkout was error with payment interface finally checked out with COD.... Guys pls check other websites like flipkart, amazon ...there is huge gap... one filter add or remove taking server call... not acceptable...

One thing this app is perfect for ...as an example of how not to make ecomm apps! What was the development team smoking when they designed and built this? Search is horrible and adding an item to the shopping bag is an exercise in futility. Sad.

Terrible app in this day and age. I love shopping at shoppers stop but this app is frustrating. I can barely login to my account and access my wishlist. It keeps showing server connection issues or timeout. It is much easier to shop and check out as guest.

Worst and slowest app ever. I am one of the few who braved till the payment page after lot of patience. But not even a single page loads! Very very bad experience - a complete contrast to how my shopping experience at the shop

This app is really pathetic and pain. Has anybody of SS tested this app? Once the items are added to bag and if you navigate to the bag then the items get vanished. Awful experience with the online shopping in this pandemic. Kindly get the issues fix asap. Really Bad

Horrible app. You can not do payment . Always shows loading icon and then server app. What is the use of app if you do not allow a customer to perform a payment . Disappointed. Please hire some people to do testing of your app.

The options available are not too bad. The problem starts if you're using e gift vouchers on the app. It's a painful process that takes forever. I got a message today stating that one of the items has been cancelled. On calling Customer Care, I found out that it was because of a flaw in the system; the item was out of stock however it showed available on the app. What's even more incredulous is that the refund was done to the e gift voucher - they're unable to tell which ones!
