They just stolen my money with the big excuse to be prime account which I never approved even after promotion sended to tje app. I just booked a ticket, a fix one. I didn't press any request to the app, to be a prime client. No prime at all. Ones they get your card nr.... Be careful lads from those kind of companies!!!

Loved it in he beginning, and I paid for it. I paid extra so I can cancel or modify my flight, and it happens that my return flight was changed so they contacted me over email where I confirmed another flight. It's stated that you'll receive a confirmation email with a new ticket in 24h. 5days in and still waiting, my flight is in two days, they do not answer over email, or phone. No response whatsoever. And of course over app you can not manage anything with the ticket.

I purchased prime membership I have got no help at all. I needed to change the flight date to a later date, the agent said there is a 900$ difference while I changed it through the airline for 4$. I asked to cancel my membership and get refunded, but they said sorry no refunds. Can someone advise me where to file a complaint against edreams? because I am very pissed about all the inconvenience they caused me.

No one should make a mistake booking a ticket with this app. They have the worst customer service ever and that is if you even find one. How can someone cancel a ticket and it takes like forever to get a refund of your hard earned money back? I even tried to call but the Indians guys that picked my call was joking around. I think this app is a SCAM. if not what kind of ticket agent takes up to 6-7 months just to make a refund of a canceled ticket?. Its time to report this app to be deleted.

This app is one the worst and company itself is worst than worst. I booked a flight one month before but they haven't confirmed my flight and no sign of indication to intimate me. Want money instantly for "fake bookings" also, but refund takes 3-6 months. It's a scam company, never choose this. Well can I give you negative ratings? Please update me.

Initially when we booked, eDreams sent confirmation email but not e-ticket nor contact number. We tried to reach them to get info re flight. One number we found was not assigned, finally when we reached them they still could not sent e-ticket, we had to log in to air company to get all info. Very unprofessional. Then one of the family members could not fly, so we asked for refund or voucher, they did not give anything, just cancelled the flight. Will never ever ever book through eDreams.

Think the problem is with the app. The server connection keeps dropping, which makes it difficult to speak with your agents. The UX is the worse I've come across, really need some work on this. Let's see if my parents get to fly this flight. Saga continues

This app is a thief!! I used my card in this application for one flight 2 weeks ago. And I never tried to subscribe for anything else or buy anything else, I even deleted the app. After this purchase. Today, I found a msg from my bank that they have deducted 59.99 GBP from my visa to subscribe for Prime without my permission and without any request from my side!!! I tried to contact their given numbers for help they are asking for a booking reference which I don't have!

Do not ever book with this company. Read the other reviews. I had my worst travel experience with this company. They canceled my flight at the gate and had to buy a new ticket. The application and the website is fake. Its all dysfunctional. Not sure why Google flights promotes them. Something is seriously wrong here Google!!!

The worst experience ever booking flights. It is scam. I paid for flexible rebooking or cancelling the flight. It is a lie! You can't manage it via app, call center not answering or redirecting to another department with waiting time 1h and more. And problem is not solved after 4th approach
