Then download the Meine AOK app and register directly. To protect your data, you have the option of using the video identification procedure, alternatively you will receive an activation code by post. After receipt and input, you can use all functions directly. • Are you already a member of the “Meine AOK” online portal? Then download the Meine AOK app and log in with your user name and password from the “Meine AOK” online portal. To activate your smartphone, you will receive an activation code from us directly in your electronic mailbox. After receipt and input, you can immediately use all functions. REQUIREMENTS: • Insured with the AOK (minimum age 15 years) • Android (compatible from 7.0) • Minimum app version 4.16 SECURITY OF YOUR DATA: We ensure the best possible security for your health data.
