About this APK
Meine AOK is an app by AOK in the Health & Fitness category, listed since at least June 2021. It includes native code only for ARM 32-bit, so it won't run on 64-bit-only phones such as recent Pixels.
Since version 4.10.0_final, the minimum Android version rose from 6.0 to 10. It asks for 31 permissions, 9 of them sensitive, including precise location, camera and approximate location. You are insured with AOK and at least 15 years old.
Your smartphone must be running at least Android version 10.
