This goes more for the company than just the app but the buses periodically skip their schedule (which shouldn't be happening) & this app should say least do a better job of reflecting that.. I am a student and I got out early around 8am to take the 8:25 bus, but it never came, I have been waiting outside in freezing 44° weather for 1 hour, for the next one which is supposed to come at 9am. Please do better.

Between the app and the busses, seriously, why isn't Marta asking for community help to make it a transportation web that is helpful, instead of leaning on the busses? Because the stops are abbreviated it's hard to follow and somehow it's confusing to find out which way is south and north because of the abbreviation.

The experience used to be great but now it's iffy at best. Too many bugs now and the real time bus feature is not reliable all the time.

Disappointing. Crashes frequently. The real time bus feature is unreliable. Bus icons disappear and reappear, seemingly at random. The published bus schedules are a fiction, as buses frequently fail to show up, with no explanations via Twitter or the MARTA website. To make matters worse, Marta WiFi is similarly unreliable and requires a login/approval on every use. No thanks! Use Google Maps instead of the MARTA app, it's much more reliable and displays more accurate bus schedules.

It's okay but it's slow it never shows the true time of the bus it's usually wrong for example I'll be on the bus on the 119 I'll look around and tell me the bus is at Memorial Drive just before it turns on to Memorial Drive and I'll see the bus sitting down having more driving North Hairston if if I was relying on them on that app installed it doesn't show buses it is stated there's only one bus online and they'll be three-headed they'll say No Buses coming and you look up and here's the bus so

I think the app needs to show ALL active real time buses that are in route and not just two when there are more than just two buses on the go. I've missed several buses because of this, it'll say there's a bus running late then there's another bus that just magically appear on the app and by the time I try to get to the bus stop in time, the bus that magically appeared is flying past by like a bat out of hell. I didn't know the buses could go that fast. I'm missing time at work because I have to wait for the next one to come by. I would really appreciate a better working app that gave us ALL the buses, that are in route going to and from the train station, REAL time.

I don't have trouble navigating the trains with this app. It helps me know when they arrive, which one to take, and lets me know my breezecard balance. It even has a map of the whole train system. The choices for finding out about bus schedules and times is few. sure, you have the number and title, but I would like to se more ways to display that info.

Works o..k.. I'd say it's about 75% reliable. The buses and trains aren't usually early but they are usually anywhere from on time or you missed your bus, it just never came (fortunately you never miss it twice) and the map doesn't always accurately show where they are. just a side note::::The bus drivers USUALLY don't mind answering questions or helping as much as they can, just show them the respect they deserve, they deal with clowns all day. (no I'm not a bus driver)

This app promises so much and delivers so little. The "real-time bus locator" does not work. Sometimes no buses will show on routes; other times it is so inaccurate that it is useless or even harmful messing up your schedule. The "next train locator" is much better but not available some of the time. I've sent emails to MARTA on this and they give a canned response or none at all.
