If you do loose connection, or low bandwidth, the app will never reconnect. The only way I have found to get it to work again is to close the app, go into "apps" on your device and "force stop". The go back to the app and it will work. As far as the app itself, you can't see what the show or movie is about without selecting it to watch. Just a poor app from somebody (ATT) that's SUPPOSED to be a leader in technology.

Doesn't want to.connect to internet almost all the time. Now we have to use our Data when before we didn't when we want to watch programs off of phones or Ipads. Cannot delete shows watched from DVR from phone, has to be deleted from remote at house. Wish there was commercial skipping or be able to fast forward through the commercial.

I've used this app for years with it being average but it worked most of the time. NOW this app is horrible at best. Can't login 90% of the time and when i do get logged in it doesn't last long. This will cause me to cancel everything and leave at&t for good.

The app streaming is poor to say the least. Keep trying to watch and have so much trouble getting chrome cast to connect. Then ,if it authorities you to watch and connects will let you watch the movie up to the last 30 minutes or even less. Last show had 3 minutes and 22 seconds left then dumps the show. You can't restart or watch after that. The last 8 shows I have tried to watch have ended like this. Causing me to wait to see if I can watch it when it comes on again. Other apps are fine...

This app gets stuck on the "authorizing" screen 9 out of 10 times I try to watch something on demand. I will open, close, reopen and get the same thing. Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. This problem has only gotten worse over the past few months. Feels like they're phasing this app out because there's clearly no support for these issues.

If I could give this app no star I would. All my shows record and while I'm standing in front of the Dvr and everything appears fine until leave and then maybe 1 or 2 appear to watch and that's IF the app doesn't freeze up asking you to either restart or wait. At 1 point it was doing good LAST year and you can only download maybe 2 shows. Smh Update this app still sucks even when I download a show I'm still not able to watch it on my note 20ultra

Stopped preparing recordings altogether. If a show was recorded a month or longer ago, it was prepared with auto prepare. Anything more recent will not prepare and just sits in the queue forever doing nothing, so I can't downloaded anything recent to watch on my commute. This problem has been going on since they first came out with this app. How is it still not resolved?!
