    I like how you can link Fave pay with grab pay and get cash back while earning grab points. They give good voucher deals too. My only issue is that the app fails to read the merchant QR code 9 out of 10 times. It's embarrassing standing at a counter repeatedly trying to get the app to scan the QR code. This issue has been going on for some time. Please fix it!

    If there are merchants that don't offer cashback, FavePay and the merchant should make that information available upfront as I would have gone with some other payment option instead. I only found out AFTER I've paid. Obviously it's in FavePay's interest to host as many transactions as possible, but my primary motivation for FavePay is the cashback (followed by convenience at other merchants that don't take credit cards) and when that's not clearly stated, it can leave a bad taste for consumers.

    Extremely bad customer service. Basically, if you do not encounter any issue, it's fine. However, if there's any issue, it's your problem. After getting you to spell out your issues repeatedly, the customer service will email to inform you that they are 100% digital operational and send you various links to whatever policies, terms and conditions they have put in place. So, pls beware.

    A scammer apps. You will know how irresponsible and bad coordinate they are with merchant especially on current condition. I bought voucher already 7 months ago, but kept rejected to use it on merchants. And suddenly dave stop continue to extend the valid period. Dont ask me to contact your cs, because its useless. They will give the standard format of reply and left the chat. You need to contact again and its repeat again.. such funny scam

    Fave "Guarantee" extra charge - This has now appeared when purchasing Fave Deals, with no advance notice to customer and also no option to un-select the "Guarantee" if do not need this. So it seems now customers have to pay extra to buy a deal via Fave when this 'service'/'support' (read: lack of) used to be included in the deal price. No added value, especially as some can go buy direct. Average review 2.5* rating overall as the app has been stable on average and easy to use.

Many occasions I need to use it to make payment, it requested to update new versions..When telco wifi signal not strong, I have to forget about your apps and use other operators.     Was happy to use this app. Was! Dont purchase their giveaway voucher. I have complete screenshot of the purchase date, the validity and terms of credit refund from fave. The fact is, the voucher will keep showing on my account for few months, and the credit is kept in the voucher... By the time the giveaway voucher forfeited.. so does the credit balance. No refund, it is gone. I tried to ask for transaction detail that shown the audit trail but the CS refuse to do so. Something fishy

    Love the app especially the via Grabpay function. Totally seamless. And the "Talk to Us" function very user friendly and responds fast and good. Wonder if it is automated answers or a human behind it. Beats some of the bigger established companies' fully automated answering.

    The fingerprint verification prior to payment is not working again. I won't use an app that involves debit finances either through a bank account or credit card without secure verification. I'd rather forgo this "convenience". Thanks, but no thanks.

    Main perks of using the app is the promos and cashbacks. However, due to covid situation and restaurants being totally out of reach, the cashbacks expired and unfortunately Fave responded that they cannot do anything about it. Also had some occasions where I went out of the way to patronise Fave merchants but Fave can't be used..? Fave delivery is also very much limited.

    Attempted to make two payments via the fave app but the transaction shows an error message instead of the confirmed transaction screen. However was charged with the transaction even when the payment that did not went through. Is there something wrong with yr app or payment system. Please investigate.

I have not been using this APP since I experienced my problem and it is still unresolved till today. I am really disappointing with your customer service. It's really affecting my confidence in using fave totally :( UPDATE: After more than a week of waiting, I finally got back my refund via cashback with the help of Isabelle from the Help Center in the APP.     App should allow us to leave feedback one or two days after redeeming vouchers, instead of making it immediate. Treatment/facial/spa/haircuts are always done after redeeming the voucher, and it's a hassle to keep the screen at the page for hours just to leave feedback afterwards.

    Quite happy with this app and the perks that come with it. I would have rated five stars if not for at least two bad customer experience with the same merchant and one bad customer experience with Fave itself. Just my two-cent advice -- don't be so stingy to refund a genuine customer who fulfills all T&Cs when the merchant is at fault. In my case, the merchant did not even know there was a Fave promo and obviously, goods ran out of stock when I wanted to redeem. Please improve on this area. TQ.

    Be careful when purchase the e-voucher, even you scan the QR code at the store your are at, it will lead you to purchase voucher that is valid for other store. So please read carefully the fine print if not you will not get a refund and it's your own fault not to read carefully before purchase.

    (Update) Since they asked me to email them, I just leave a email to them, but the end result is useless....they can't help us in anyway abt the expired cash problem. Beware of your money that is used through fave, it will expired. I've cancelled my mani-pedi voucher after the announcement of MCO but I can't get back my cash as it is said that it will be transferred to cashback form without my notice and expired in 3 months time....so why does cash will expire in fave?

    Sorry, I don't like the idea of paying refund with time limited cashbacks which forcing you to continue to stay on with the platform or burn the money when the expiration date is up. Flexibility is key and forcing unhappy customer to stay on only tarnish your reputation further.

    The CS answered like a chatbot, whatever questions i asked in the live chat, they will divert me to the general answer, and have no clue what i am asking. Ask for the return call back, there is no telephony system in the office (believe it or not), who is the person in charge for CS care? I got typical answer i like contact them via livechat and email, then what for do you need a CS? You might as well dissolve the whole CS team and change to chatbot system and continue ignore the issue.

    Hi Fave, I am surprised to see some of my existing merchant cashback earned before Covid-19 circuit breaker are gone and some are expiring soon by 30 June. Please understand not everyone has started work and is reopen in phases. MOM also set the default mode of work as WFH and not to office. Please be fair and understand how do we use FavePay app at respective merchants for the cashback earned? Hope my cashback earned can be resolved please and extend all expiry dates. Thanks!

    The Home and Me page loads forever so I cannot access any of my purchased vouchers and deals to redeem them at all. To do so I have to uninstall and reinstall. I've already done that at least 3 times just to VIEW the details of my purchases. Somehow the Nearby page loads easily, thus why I could purchase the vouchers. Please fix this. Your app is impossible for me to use at all.

    More unpleasant experience. Besides the added fees disguised as 'guarantees' (they use to guarantee every purchases without the need to pay extra 🤷🏼). Made a purchase using the cashback when there's a technical glitch in your system and when referred to CS agent called 'Connor', I can feel his hostility and very disappointing especially when he kept on blaming the customer because of your system problem! This is the last purchase. After this deleting the app.

    Sneaky... since July 2020, a 2.9% "Fave guarantee fee" is charged. Why do we suddenly have to pay for voucher guarantee, shouldn't this be borne by Fave itself???

    I use Fave when I know that I want to come back again to the same shop, to enjoy the cashbacks. If I didn't want to come back, then I won't be using Fave pay. Been using for years now, it gets more enjoyable as there are more and more merchants using it. I wish I can use it on my biz for payment too ❤️

    My unredeemed last few purchases from Fave Deal was suddenly gone! Not to mention all the rebates collected was now zero. Submitted to Fave for help but the response was like automated and not able to help at all. Now all the purchases were disappeared, I can't redeem it anymore!     23aug2020 another update? I hope some who don't have high capacity phones can ignore the update. And 3 months to use the credit at the same restaurant or its branches is a challenge as some of these places we don't go as often. To be more genuine perhaps 6-8 months is better. june2020Don't use it much but try not to have so regular update versions. Some phones cannot keep up. Users too. It does get irritating.

    Bought a voucher in Feb. Received notification of expiry extension due to CB. Didn't noticed the date and found out that it was expired. Thought Fave would be understanding but seems like it is just an unscrupulous merchant who uses "expired voucher terms" to reject customer's request for refund/reactivation of the voucher. Moreover, Fave didn't send any reminder to notify of expiring voucher. Worst customer experience ever. Email "hello", request immediately got rejected. Insincere response.

The QR code payment system is a crawl and it's embarrassing to have the cashier and others at the queue looking at you while you're waiting for the payment to load and load and load. And I will say again, GrabPay is much faster.

    Biz idea is good, but beware of the T&Cs - very tricky. After sales service is also inflexible, you will just get referred back to T&Cs. So just beware, be wary and know that after sales service is totally inflexible, and u will be fine!

    Nonsense app. Previously join using Grab. Now show me login page (more like registration page) as the app was launch, however unable to log in. Keep telling me email already in use.. big thumb down especially when urgently want to use it to make payment.

    App now forces you to pay a 2.9% Fave Guarantee, without allowing an option to not purchase the Guarantee. Disappointing as someone who purchases deals regularly. Imo offering deals with (reliable) merchants for customers to enjoy should be something expected of the business, not an extra cost to be passed to the consumer. Beware! Update 3/8: have written in and basically Fave regurgitated the rationale behind the Guarantee. My opinion still stands - caveat emptor!

    During covid many tenant get closed.and my voucher almost expired.there are no notification for customer, several times my voucher get expired. And last time when my voucher almost expired they gave me different value which is less amount.     Your Vouchers will suddenly expire before time, and terms and conditions are changed AFTER you purchase the vouchers. If you contact customer center , they are even worse. Worst experience, was swindled hundreds of dollars at various occasions.

    There was some initial fumbling as I had installed the app right at the cashier's station, and Fave seemed cluttered with so many buttons. However, with help from the cashier, I was able to complete this first transaction quickly. Thereafter, it was easy enough to familiarise myself with the many functions, and it's now my favourite payment scheme.
