The app has not been responding slower (and sometimes it just doesn't open) for a few weeks now. There was even that time where the app required me to log back in while I was ready to pay with no clear reason why, so I had to use other payment methods and spent more time to log back. Today, it refused to let me make any payments until I updated the app and for whatever dumb reason it wouldn't update while I was in line. Had to use grab instead. Not happy with the inconsistent performance.

The popup ad upon app startup makes it slow to make payment by QR. Maybe we should have an option to disable those? Edit: I have already disabled Push Notification. The popup is shown at app startup (which freezes the startup for a while), and is not a push notification.

Please remove the pop-up forcing users to update the app, or allow users to continue using the app (instead of the pop-up closing the app). It's annoying to be stuck at the cashier waiting for the app to update because of your bad design. Ended up not using favepay because of that.

Good product but bad customer service. Rude chat and completely ignore your requests, spend more 3 hours over a period of 3 days to get the refund. Don't get the Fave deals.

u cant get a refund once made purchase, they will refund u as a Fave credit. MUST cancel within 3days. There's many cheating deals so need to be extral careful.

It showed unsuccessful payment when make payment but actually the payment is made. After reliase the issue, I had contact the helpdesk for help, they had assign a agent to settle my refund ... However after waiting for 2 days, the agent said she cannot help me to do the refund and ask me to go back to the shop to ask for the refund from the shop. I had show the agent the proof of the transaction ( bank transaction for nets payment and fave deduction).

While using Fave app, it suddenly gets stuck in loading please wait page many times and have to force close the app. No confidence in using Fave for payments as the stuck loading page appears too often which can be seen from other reviews. Furthermore, a popup promo box keeps showing up when launching app which is bad user experience especially when the intention is to use scan & pay in stores. Should be a promo banner instead of popup box.

Payment attempt showed failed. Tried again shows fail again. I had to pay cash. 10min later received email that Payment got through. Managed to get refund via rebates through support. Problem is... this is the 2nd consecutive time over a week that it failed. Now I'm afraid to use the app but still has unused rebates.

Unlike other ewallets, you have no need to worry whether it is acceptable by merchants or not, since it is already widely accepted locally and internationally. Getting more widely accepted especially at mid to lower end food outlets which is great.
