I would say it's a good concept to see mediacorp venture into cashback businesses, and offering a pretty good rate as compared to it's competitors. However, the site and especially the app has lots of rooms for improvements. The UI I would say it's there already. The user-friendliness is totally not. Even on the login page, you wouldn't know you typed in a wrong password, since there's 0 prompt nor error msg. Meanwhile, the session seems to keep getting disconnected on the app. "Failed to get response" keeps popping out after logging in. Would had been good if there was a "Keep me signed in to this device" option to easily solve this issue. Hope to see more improvements in the upcoming months to come!

All I get is 'failed to get response'. Worst app ever. Don't even deserve a star. Update: Finally usable after the update. Still buggy though. No transaction or cashback history shown although cashback were tracked.

no doubt that the ox cartoon is very cute so adorable! however the usage of the app to accumulate coins during LNY had made me to say that it needs some improvement esp tbe mini game part =1) i prefer its re-set for a fresh day should starts at 0:01midnite instead of 8:01am 2) the chances per day to play the game is alwys not constant sometime 8 sometimes 4 or even 3 =no reason given 3)the vchers we get from via exchanging the coins to an angbou=are mostly need to spend a min sum...frShirley

Terrible...doesn't work. After App is opened, it does not respond to any tab. Developer needs to conduct Integration Testing. Causes my phone to hang...will have to uninstall altogether. Earlier version works...this new feature-rich version has nice UI but needs alot more rigorous testing...very buggy.

The app cannot be launched after successful installtion on my Android mobile. Multiple reboot and reinstallation doesn't help. This app makes my phone functions stopped and battery burnt. I could not enjoy the CNY fun, hope the rewards redeemed on website. Website works much more better than the app!

Click everywhere get 'fail to get response' error. Then show blank page. Such as survey list, instead of saying no survey at the moment, it show blank with no explanation.

I tried clicking all the buttons and all I get was "failed to get response". Even after you refresh, restart. So much potential in the app, poor server.

15Mar20 The earlier MeClub app used to work well. After upgrading from MeClub to MeRewards, I constantly get a "Failed to get response" error message when I click anywhere, this is even on the home page.

Had to log out & log in again for my points to be updated for the Moo Moo Prosperity Dash game. Game was fun & app was generally user-friendly with lots of attractive deals for members.
