I went to Footlocker today 10/31/2021 and when I was checking out it goes to my samsung pay even if I click Google play as directed. It took us almost 20min on the counter figuring out why it wont take it. I ended up paying using the same card I registered because I was already holding up the line. When I got home and check my online bank. I was charged by Klarna and the Foot locker for the full price. It was kind of frustrating. I dunno know who to talk to or ask what to do.

This app sucks. I have used it 1 time and will never use it again. After shopping and putting my info in and selecting to pay with Klarna, I hit the confirm button and would kick me back to the payment option screen everytime with no confirmation that the order was placed. Now I have to deal with the store and get them to cancel 3 orders of the same item with the same order number and HOPE to get the money placed back to my card! Klarna customer service said they can do nothing.

I use to think this app was all that, l had love the convenience of paying in 4 installments. I paid all my payments on time no problem, now l tried to make a purchase, it will not let me do it. Chat with customer support, nobody knows what to do. I don't owe any money, so l don't understand whats the problem.

I used it once, for which I put the purchase on auto pay which apparently was fine for two payments but after that it just stop and I got no calls, no emails, no letter letting me know and now I had to pay collections which obviously messed my credit up for something I didn't even know that it was no longer in auto pay and even though I proved to them they never contact me. They never helped.

I love it except for creating a card. At times a discount doesn't come off to the end of a transaction so you have to create another card then wait 10 business days to get your money back off the first card. I would give it a 5 if it was setup to work like the way Afterpay does their's. Just divide the total out into installments and take that out of the account every two weeks. Make it simple for your customers.

Customer service is hell. Impossible to speak with a real person on the phone because: a) the number isnt listed anywhere on the app, b) when you finally find the number, no one ever answers and goes automatically to voicemail. After ALL of this, and you FINALLY reach a real person, there is no sense of urgency amongst the representatives, you cant get a consistent answer if you ask three representatives the same question, youll get 4 different answers. It shouldnt be a task to get help.

Use Zip instead of Klarna! I have been using Zip with no issues . I absolutely Love Zip. Tonight I was ordering my kids and myself our Halloween costumes which was almost 400.00. I checked out on Amazon and Klarna took the 100 bucks from my account but it seems my order ended up being a little more then Amazon had said. Now if this was Zip they would automatically adjust things to reflect this with no issues. Klarna rejected the order and said wait 5 to 7 days to get my money back?

I've been using the service for a while is very helpful to buy things that are more expensive to make payments on them for myself but the app has a few glitches and not all of the customer service is great. They seem to have only one answer wait for someone to contact you well if it's going to cause you to overdraw on your bank account you shouldn't have to wait especially if the app is what caused the issue and you're going to end up on your bank money

Not a good start. Just downloaded and it has now been buffering for nearly 5min straight. Downloaded it to see what the rage (good version) was all about, but it won't even open. Update: 5min later, closed app and reopened. Went to verify phone and when it sent me the code to verify, it opened like 5 different screens and made it impossible to get back to input the code. Sorry. Not a good way to do business. Fix your app. It's like it's run by college dropouts who BS'd the company for a job.

This App worked fine on my Surface Duo, but now I've changed to a surface Duo 2 it has problems displaying. The app loads fine but there is a "pay in 3 anywhere" ad that is half of the screen on the right. I'm unable to interact with the message so can't clear it, making the app unusable... Please fix soon please.
