Mobile deposits crash. When trying to take a pic it's like playing an airplane game with lining up for a pic. It's distorted and horrible. The app always freezes when trying to take a pic of the back of a check. Before the merge, homestatebank app was 100% better with mobile banking. Taking a pic of a check was easy. Someone needs to research more on developing a better mobile app for banking. This app needs to be fixed ASAP. Horrible.

Issues. I get locked out of my account weekly and have to call to get it fixed. They changed the password requirements to something completely ridiculous and instead of prompting me to change it t, It just says it's wrong, leading to me having to call 3 times to get it unlocked. The user interface is decent but the login is total bs.

Have only had this app for a few weeks since my bank merged with Independent & my fiance & I have had multiple issues from only being allowed 1 transfer during the weekend to items being reflected in the morning (i.e. payroll direct deposit) to being completly gone & the detail only reflecting back to previous days by the evening. Not impressed with the app or the bank at this point. Highly considering changing banks.

Missing many of the options I've come to expect from banking apps, such as PIN access, basic transaction alerts, and functional mobile deposits. (There is a mobile deposits feature, it's just flaky and unreliable.) I like IB, but I'm considering closing my accounts and the app is one of the reasons.

This mobile app is rather cumbersome compared to other banking apps. In particular, I wish there was an option for a quick access pin number, rather than using your regular password. Other than that, it's adequate.

Horrible app. Constantly locks you out of your account. Then you have to call customer service as the password reset button does not work. Fingerprint login works when it wants to. Fix this please.

Horrible. Before the newest update I had no issues paying my bills online. Now I can't. When I spoke with the bill pay experts, they suggested going to a regular computer to pay my bills. That defeats the whole purpose of a mobile app with online banking!!
