Parental control is super annoying how do we deactivate, do we all need to have children? Also when casting on chromecast, the UX is so annoying, sorry but really dumb implementation. Would expect a lot more from a company for which media screening is a core business.

Just subscribed but I can't use the service due to error - receipt used by "other" customer (sic). Emailed help desk, have yet to get back to me on resolution. Not recommended.

For PHP299 and a 3-month subscription, it is exceptional value for money when you consider going to a movie theatre with the family to watch a 90-minute movie costs so much more! Apart from the occasional lag, I've had no issues either on my old vivo9 or on my Samsung TV and the UI is fine too. That I get to watch all episodes of GOT and Band of Brothers, in HD, is well worth the subscription price. Aside from the shows I wanted to watch, there's plenty of other HBO programmes to enjoy!

The auto-renewal payment is a disadvantage. I hope the company can update us if we reached the billing date so we can manually pay. I didn't know that my 2nd month was pre-payed from my google account. I will gladly pay, just let me be informed. I don't want it to be payed without me knowing. I will give 5 star if you gave us this option. Right now I cancelled, and I'll re-subscribe until this month's payment expired, so I can pay with me knowing. I'll probably do this again and again.

Navigation can be improved, and movie categories. Besides that everything is ok.

I paid for a 3 month subscription but the app keeps logging me out. When trying to open the app again, it keeps buffering. I have a strong internet connection. I always clear cache. I should have not canceled my subscription with Netflix. Really disappointed.

Still charges even though I've canceled my subscription. This is shameful practice. Don't ever subscribe to HBO go, after you unsubscribe to them. They will continue to charge you. Stick to Netflix.
