Buying 1 item from the apps from 10/09/2015 and until now the item haven't arrive. And CS doesn't reply any message. You been warned. I email them the order number but until now no reply. It is only $10, just be careful when making purchase.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I placed my order on 11/20/15 they told me my items would be delivered in 10 days. They failed to notify me when I placed my order that what I ordered was outvof stock until 10 days after u placed the order. Then they respond several days after I inquire and they said my items would arrive in two days and that was a lie because they didn't. I recommend everyone stay away from this app.

I placed my order two weeks ago and it hasn't been shipped. I contacted them and haven't heard back in 7 days. I doubt I'm even going to receive any of the items I purchased. Very disappointed

Ordered a xiaomi piston youth version 3 earphone on 19th, product arrived 13th. Parcel was unopened, plenty of foam to protect the product, however the product was previously used so it is a second hand product. The box with original sticker was broken and added with a generic clear sticker on top. The cord was packed non professionally, what originally wrapped around the cord is broken. What's worse is the earpieces were oily so someone used the product before me. Not even sure if the product is genuine.
