I like how it presents the promotions and details. However, I found it hard to order in Siem reap because road names are not well listed. GPS current location whould make life easier. Just my opinion.

A bit confusing and not as easy to navigate as other food app. May need sometime to get used to it. Should also have an option to pay online instead of using only cash upon delivery .....

It's OK but there's a lot of room for improvement. For example, location pins are buggy. The staff get confused by it, too. You can't change your profile details intuitively. Also, why is the "sign out" button right under the options button? That's poor design there. The number of times I accidentally logged out.... But otherwise, good team so I can call and get fast feedback. But the app.... Hm. It can be better.

The street selection is compulsory but not updated with the new info. Should use GPS location instead of key in addresses. The app is also slow to navigate.

Very bad app. It doesn't recognize your address properly after spending 10 minutes to fill the fields and the tracking doesn't work at all. We waited 40 min for the order and when it said it was delivered it wasn't. Upon calling the phone number indicated we were informed they didn't even know our address. Another issue is the amount for the change that you cannot input the amount you want. If they cannot provide a decent app, they should use third party apps for delivery.

Entering your address for delivery is infuriating. After I type my SPECIFIC whole address, it replaces it to some default, vague address the app found using my device's location. I had to type my whole address in the notes to driver instead. My address is "Blk X Lot Y, Barangay Z, etc etc" but the app replaces it with just "Blk X, Lot Y, PH, 0", witj he 0 meant for the House Number. Why have an input field that only accepts numbers? How will the delivery guy interpret a house number? Ugh.

App is useless. Delete the whole thing and start over. Be nice if you would answer the phone too. Maybe a refresher course in business school would be helpful. I live 2km from them and apparently I am outside of the delivery area. Maybe if I move next door they can deliver. Never mind Greenwich is on the way.

Unable to locate my address. Even putting the Subdivision still cant locate or even have delivery service available to my location. When the nearest branch is aguinaldo hway imus. Very frustrating to use. I cant even complete a delivery. Food panda and grab pay way better or should I say pizza hut and Shakey's are way better. Even if the delivery branch is from St. Dominic which is like 30 min away. When this dominos branch is like 10 min from me

Impossible to enter correct address. It just defaults to map location and the address is wrong. Nothing happens when I try to pay through the app. Have to now pay with cash. Entering change to bring adds weird decimals and zeros. Overall very slow and buggy. Love the food but the app sucks.

Signed in using old account then sent an email to change the password for "migrating" on the "new online app". Link has been expired and instructed to use forgot password. The forgot password link on email doesn't work. Repeat. Unable to login. Very nice app.
