I have had the watch several weeks and have enjoyed using it. This week it has stopped connecting to my phone and I have reset the watch and my phone, and also reinstalled the app. It doesn't ever show that it is available to connect. I am not sure why this has happened, and I have tried for several days fo reconnect the watch. It was showing connected to C16 before this happened, but now says there are no nearby devices and the bluetooth icon on the watch isn't blue. Any help is appreciated.

Nice app, but it will be really nice, if we can download more faces and be able to store them and no keep just one, every time you want a new face , you have to search in between 1000 faces to get what you like. Please. I will give 5 stars when that gets resolved. Thanks.

Easy to operate. Features are BP, Blood Oxygen Level, HR/BPM, Sleep Analysis, Steps, Running Data, Texts, Phone Speaker, Music Speaker, Stop Watch, Timer, Alarm, Find Device, And Weather! I put on a custom watch face using the many clock layout choices and personal photo library choice. Love this watch! I invested in a kit of Liquid Glass at Phone Store to protect the watch crystal from getting scratched.

I really like this app! (2 months) Lots of cool widgets and helps me keep track of my weightloss info so i can plug it into my weightloss app. Cons: randomly erases entire days of data without warning. This problem is very discouraging for people trying to lose weight and record progress. Cannot connect to my Lose it app. Pro: easy to use, great information. Compare days and weeks of activity IF your days dont get weirdly erased. I honestly never noticed any ads.

The overall experience is good. But , if the option of synchronisation of the app to Google fit is present. It would be still nice. If a pic is taken from phone gallery has more options for modification. It would be easy for modification.

Enjoying the app Would just like a few more items to monitor like a gym workout and indoor running like on a treadmill. And perhaps the regular automatic monitoring of heart rates and blood pressure. I now have a new experience. The watch changes faces when it feels like it. It has also inverted the colours. So the analog face I use which is black with green hands etc. Is now white with red hands. I cannot find anywhere in the settings where this can be corrected.

I have used this app for long time now. No problems. But it lack the ability to export the data. I have to collect them manually and rewrite externaly. It would be very good if they could be exported in txt or xls or dB.

So far, not bad. But I'd like to see some more professional looking watch faces. The ones available are very cheesy. Also I have the badge that there is a notification constantly and there is no notification or update. Why won't this go away? Just started riding my bike. Would be nice if there was an option specifically for biking as well

Personally, l only care for the ability to make & receive calls from my watch as well as have access to at least 10 offline watch faces of my choice. If you can increase the number of watch faces we can store offline I believe many of us would be happy with such an upgrade. I don't expect reliable activity monitoring from a sub $ 60 watch. Those customers should be investing $100+ depending on overall features but to each their own. Please increase offline watch support.

I purchased the watch to simply track my steps. In the beginning it seem to work fine and i was happy. Now that I'm tracking my steps I've noticed the watch/app isnt tracking correctly. I" ve had several instances where i would look at my step count prior to going to bed, only to wake the next morning and its 1000+ steps less, watch alert me I've reach my 10K goal, only to check my history and my step count is less the next day. Not syre if I can trust any of the data. Cant resync watch.
