Though it saves time, it has a lot of disadvantages. The app displays shops that are closed. And moreover, if an order is placed and not accepted by merchant, still the money is not refundable. i won't blame the shop owners for this. Its the apps biggest negative side. Please update the app in a user in a user friendly manner.

Totally waste. it takes so much time for payment and maximum time there is internet issue and bcoz of hungerbox not any single stalls in cafeteria are allowed for cash payment at shop counter .u have to buy it from hungerbox counter or place an order online. Increasing tech. is good upto some extent. Online payment is good but it should not be mandatory . worst service. u have to wait in long queue for checkin nd taking order.

Worst app. Worst service. Illogical concept. Money gets deducted twice and we don't get refund. Total blunder. Firstly take coupon from counter 1 and show tht coupon to counter2. From counter 2 again a new coupon is generated. In short wastage of paper. Moreover, payment is via card only. And money gets deducted twice. They say it would be refunded within 48 hours but it has been 2 weeks i am waiting for my 375 rupees. Complete fraud. This illogical concept deserves less than 1/2 star.

Wastage of paper, need to print receipt twice. Menu oftenly not updated so when order something we just get the receipt first to get food which automatically mark ur order as delivered and after that if ur order is not available they will not refund the amount. Forced to use this app as no other payment option are available even can't use cash. Worst catering management. Below average food quality.

Easy to use & helpful app for food ordering. The main agenda of app while promoting is users can order from desk then directly go & collect it. But reality is different, user can order from desk but when we go to collect it, they say item is over. However we receive refund. But when we order an item, they should reserve it. How they are giving it to others? Means they are accepting orders for an item more than the available quantity. There's no in-app feedback option.

Worst app, there concept is not good. After booking from the app we need to take again coupon from the counter. Sodexo was enough for this. This process is very time consuming and there is no digitalization in this. These people are just forcing us to download their app and use it. They are making fool out of us. Totally irritated with HungerBox. #Boycott#Hungerbox

The application asking for rating for previous order when opening next time. And it cannot be skipped, without giving the rating it will not allow to make new order or use the application. So even if I want give the honest rating which is below 3 always, then it will ask for the reason, so I will have to give min 4 always. Everyone doing the same and all the food items having 4+ rating. Not because if it tast but the application will not allow to skip the rating.

Why I need to stand in the counter to get food prepared?!! When order is placed it is responsibility of vendor to process it. Scanning of QR code should be only to receive the goods. In office I get one hour of breakand in that I spend 10-15 mins of this valuable time in front of food counter. That is only to remind vendor to prepare the ordered food!! Likewise there should be indecator in app to confirm food is ready to be collected. It's a good app with inefficient utilization.

Firstly i didn't understand what is the logic behind developing this app, bcaz already in all cafeteria counter accepts paytm and some other way of payment, all customers initially devided according to his order or shop. now problem is costomer comes in central hungerbox counter where already large queues and waiting for order then from here customer will be divides. If its ok, then there no way u can link if ur paytm number will be different than hungerbox number. unnecessary 4-tier payment way

It's okay but need a lot of changes. First one I think is integration with Google pay. Lazy pay is pathetic. Every time I load money in paytm, it doesn't reflect in capgemini Cafe app. I have to delink account and link again. Worst experience.
