Takes ages for items to load, when browsing in one department if you click on an item sometimes it doesn't load, then loads later when you've clicked on something else. If you click the back button it takes you all the way back to the home page instead of back to the department you were browsing in. Love the products and the website, shame the app needs tweaking.

This app was working brilliantly, for some reason everytime I'm looking at something and try to go back, this box pops up saying check internet connection and and refresh when nothing is wrong with my internet connection. Completely useless, I'm so ticked off, now everytime I need to use bonprix I have to use my laptop.

What the heck has happened to Bonprix Site/App. Even after doing advised updating. Keeps freezing up. Can't Sign into one's account. I deleted my original App from my Android device. Then downloaded the current App, and exactly the same has happened. Therefore, how on earth can I place an order. Have almost lost the will to live with the website.
