The idea of this app is great! I thought, finally! Easy access to my pup's records and info. But this app is not accessible with talkback. As I am totally blind, i rely on screen reading apps for using my devices and respective apps. Talkback is developed by Google and comes standard in the accessibility suite of all android devices. So if you're someone who uses the talkback screen reader, it will be next to impossible to use. I hope the developers address accessibility issues at some point.

The app is ok but you have bugs! updating info removing info even online with pets. I wanna display my dogs I have, but it won't do that more than half the time. I have to go back to my pets and slide the ones I do have, but it still doesn't do it more than half the time. update and remove the bugs!

Very easy to use! Shows me when my cat is due for certain vaccinations. I work with sick and injured animals daily, so it's good to know when my cat needs her next boosters so she doesn't catch anything I might bring home with me.

I hate using this app, mostly because it forces me to change my password everytime I log in, and I have not been able to remove my deceased pets info. It's a little stab in the heart when I log in and see there names there😓

I could not get into the app with the correct information! Then I tried a reset and it wouldn't let me do that after sending my code! I am a long time customer and this new app really frustrated me. I finally went ahead and made a new client and booked an appointment. BTW, my doctor was not available until October 6th! It is September 15th!!! He is ill and that is ridiculous! I went to another clinic and still have to wait a week. So much for my plan!

I love this app! I can access my babes records when i need it and i can book appointments when i need them! I also love the 24hr text a vet! Im a first time dog owner and its nice to know i can talk with someone if i have worries or questions that are too trivial for a whole appointment.

I tried to talk to a person about the insurance for my pet but 4 times I call nobody answers I wait on the line for more than 40 minutes I let them call me back but the service the worst either is a robbery every month $40.86 dollars I took my dog 2 times in these 2 years I try canceled by calling but you never answer and never call yo back .
