App does not work right. It's very frustrating when the app says cameras are offline but the cameras at home are working fine. Its not as simple as just checking the app when you're away from home and want to check your cameras because half the time it'll say offline. Cameras are decent but sometimes show a blank screen when lights are shining towards the camera.

Decent cheap option, but it's extremely annoying to have to refresh each camera individually and manually. Play back is sluggish. And the alert system is horrible. Also difficult to line up the time with the alerts.

Works ok but definitely needs work and I'm looking into buying a diffrent NVR with a better app since this is a serious pain. The time on my app is diffrent than the time stamp on the camera its off by hours and the camera in right not the app which makes it a total mess when trying to view a specific time. Also I don't like that it doesn't have a fast forward/ rewind so you either skip through manually and miss something or 15 sec. Skip. Overall disappointed in the zosi system and APP.

I like this app and the security cams. Easy to use and you can playback all the videos from the nvr on your phone as long as your connected to the same network as the nvr. But if you want to view all your videos while away from home on your phone you'll need to subscribe

This app works on its own time, that's for sure. I get a lot (a lot) of lag, video playback never seems to work when I need it to. That definitely comes in handy when I'm out of town..not

Overall great product. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the hard to read playback options as military time is the only option. Also, takes unwanted screenshots EVERYTIME you view your cameras on the app. I have tried emailing the staff about this and could only tell me that this was a "phenomenon that COULD NOT be fixed." Otherwise great product. Picture is clear and has been through tough weather conditions. Am satisfied.

I didn't use the app for the first year of having my cameras set up. I just viewed the cameras on my tv. Within the first year, I lost instructions but the app was still super easy to set up. I was in Belize last week and I could stream all 5 cameras with pretty damn good clarity from that far away. Other than a little streaming lag here and there, app works great! I think the majority of 1 star complaints here are from operator error and not bad equipment...

I'm getting tired of the app not responding and not being able to review camera footage. I try to report it and I keep getting a network error, although my system is fully operational. Please update or something because this isn't home security at all. I also never get notifications when there is motion detection.

Terrible app. I bought the dvr only for cameras we already had installed. It works fine but thr app sucks. I can't even find the video footage I'm looking for which is the whole purpose of having the security cameras in the first place.
