After almost a year, I can say that Zosi DVRs are total garbage. Zosi overstates their capabilities and EVERYTHING is cloud based and locked onto their servers - there IS NO local net access to YOUR DVR and the apps have never worked. I do like Zosi cameras, but without a working DVR, what is the point?

Tried both apps and no connection. Failed on cellular, only works when connect to same wifi which makes no sense. Update: the system is worthless. Best to find another manufacturer. Complete waste of money. Zero stars!

Zero rating, still not fixed. The worst app ever! Beware! Every complaints in here has never been resolved and still ongoing! When will you fix it? Constantly getting connection failed, errors, freeze, force closed, authentication failed even though usename and p/words is correct. Several attempts to uninstall and reinstalled Zosi View App in Android and Ipad. Ridiculous! When will YOU fix this?

This app did not work for me. However I downloaded Ip Pro and that has been working "ok", it takes a while to load the live view.

Did work, although bit clunky, but sort of got remote camera view on android phone. But now this last month nothing. Logs in ok to app, can add device n cameras to app, but cannot connect to cameras live view. Connection failed, no camera connected. Whats up with the app lately? Is someone going to fix it ?latest zosi app update on my ipad also screwed up connection. Disappointed. Beware, Don't update the app.

Has issues connecting with the cameras. Tried on Android and Iphone. Did all updates and tested connection from dvr to Internet. Connection was good. Adding the device was breeze. When you select the camera to view, the connecting begins.... Then fails, everytime.

Extremely disappointed to read the reviews. Everything everyone is complaining about are the same issues I'm having. No connection to cameras (only if I'm connected to Wi-Fi at home), no buttons to take screenshots or video recording, no playback, time is off on the app and no matter how often I go into my settings the changes I make never save. Please fix these problems/issues. I would like to enjoy a product I bought for what I was expecting for it to do.😒😔😤 Thank you!

It worked fine before the update. Since then I can not get it to work. The support from zosi tech is well...... diabolical. I have emailed them so many times and I get a reply weeks later telling me to give them details and all the details are all in the email with pictures of the problem and serial numbers etc. The next email I got was telling me they do not receive pictures in emails. COME ON... Problem still not solved. This is one of the reasons I bought the camera set for the mobile viewing.

ok, It's been a few weeks using the camera and the app. Not sure if its the dvr or the app but the app is having a hard time staying connected. Also, payback thru the app is impossible... but it also doesn't work on the DVR either. So far so good. read all the other reviews and my experience had been positive. A month after using the app and all I get is "Connetion Failed" for all four cameras!
