Description

From the listing uploaded by “appupdater”.

Working long hours in front of a computer is a challenge for both your eyesight and your focus. Do you know that feeling of being drained after a long, uninterrupted work session? Our app was designed to solve this problem by combining two key benefits: 1. Eye Health First. Regular 5-minute breaks after every hour of screen time are essential for preventing eye strain. Our app acts as your personal assistant, automatically reminding you to take these crucial breaks. By following these reminders, you can protect your eyesight and prevent digital fatigue. 2. Increased Productivity with the Pomodoro Technique. This is a simple, proven time management method that helps you achieve deep focus. By breaking down work into intense intervals interspersed with short breaks, you can boost concentration, minimize procrastination, and avoid burnout. Our app perfectly aligns with this method, helping you work more effectively without sacrificing your energy. How it works: Simply open the app, click START, and focus on your tasks. We'll handle the rest—we'll keep track of the time and send you subtle notifications when it's time for a break or to get back to work. This simple, intuitive, and highly useful app will help you work more efficiently and healthily, whether you're in the office, at school, or at home. Have an idea for an improvement?
