    This app is really useful especially during the covid-19 it's gives you reminders of when you should start doing Gym, then the voice of the coach really helps you, then it can also be overweight friendly like my self, after 30 days you can really see the difference, I already lost 6 pounds on the first week!     I like this app alot. It's simple to follow and each exercise has a video you can uickly watch for tips on proper form. Some cool things for the future would be the ability to tell the app to permanently swap a certain type of work out for another- such as a basic plank rather than a plank walk. I know the name of the app is tacky to catch people's eye so they download, but I hate seeing the name on my homescreen. All things considered this is a simple app and that's what makes it great.

    After 2 weeks of using the app during the quarantine, it has worked well so far. Also a big thing was lowering garbage calories, eat proper sized portions to a recommended level, this is the catalyst to jump start your body to burn more fat and look a lot firmer doing it. πŸ’ͺ🦡 I'm pushing 40 and work too much, this app worked great from my living room in 12-25 minutes 5 to 6 days a week.

    I like the app. For now I have just an advice... When I set reminder alarm, the app does not understand if I already did the exercises that day. For example, if I set the reminder to 4pm and I decide to do the exercises before, the app still reminds me at 4pm. I advise you to better develop the link between reminder and a completed task of that day

    During this pandemic this is an excellent way to stay both fit and sane while at home. It's a great workout and since all the gyms have closed down it's the best way to continue your workout at home without all those machines. Who knows how long this will take but we're in it together.     I've been enjoying exercising to this app. The calendar keeps me motivated and accountable. I wish there was more to it after you complete the 30 days. This developer has a plethora of different apps revolving around fitness and if they consolidated them into one or few apps, it would've been very good. You could still charge per section within the app.

    I really like this app. I bought the app to do away with ads. I've used this app for two weeks, and I used the same company's ab workout app for a month, and I have lost five pounds (my goal is 15), and my core strength has improved considerably. I like how there are different levels of strenuousness. I've been on intermediate, and I think I'll go up another level in March. I like almost all the exercises, and for the few I don't like (like jumping jacks and sit-ups, I just sub in. Five stars!

    The exercises are well described, with short videos if you require, and are "easy" to follow. The only accessories required is a floor mat and a chair. Intensity ramps up with time. Tracking of your progress is clear. It gave a decent result, yet no visible 6 packs... On the improvement side, the App is somehow a one time use only. If you want to redo some exercises after the first 30 days, you don't get the same follow up of your progress.

    For years I have been searching for a workout that would start me off slowly but with purpose.     To make the most of this program, you really need to push yourself in every aspect, be it correcting form, pushing through, and increasing intensity and/or adding weight. On top of the workout, I also moderately reduced my food intake via keeping track with the Fitbit app, and no real crazy diet. I am happy to say as of today I I lost 8 lbs and waist went down 2 sizes. The workouts, even at the hardest level, can be completed with in 20 minutes. Great beginner workout.

    I'm incredibly impressed with this app. The pacing seems so well conceived. One day you get your butt kicked and the next day you feel stronger in the workout, but then the following day kicks your butt again, repeat, repeat ... It builds up fast but manageable and even the worst workouts are over in around 15 minutes so it's easy to stay motivated. Highly recommend.

    Good challenging workouts that can auto adjust based on your feed back. Wish it connected to Samsung Fit. Would definitely give higher score if it did. Also very core intensive. Expected a wider full body mix with workouts. Typical it has a leg workout, a chest, and like 6 ab exercises. All body weight, which is a plus cebause I can do it anywhere #NoExcuses

    So far so good! If you've never worked out in your life, Advanced is what it states, but for a moderately healthy gym goer this app isn't necessarily for you. I love it because I can do a short intense workout in my bedroom, living room, office, almost anywhere! Its a great app. 1/2 week in started at 247lbs. and 46 in around at my belly button. 42 in. waist. Important because lbs aren't always a true measure.

    This app certainly is not for everyone. The thing I really like about this is there is a women's version and a men's version with different exercises. I believe both male and female can do either one of them and find aerobic exercise within. But you can adjust in the men's for things like knees being bad or stuff like that, but you can't do that in the women's. The women's can target areas, have a fast exercise, and target weight. Some great options

    Didnt think this would work. But I thought , if I want give up 5 to 10 mins a day something is wrong. Started beginners now moved on to intermediate. People gave commented on my shape. I can now get back into my suit, instead of buying a new one. The app is customisable and tracks your progress. Personally I thi k its great fir people on the go or have limited time to work out.     These exercises are really helpful when I'm in a sedate period of the year. I can't fault that and it's very handy to keep a track of where I'm at... HOWEVER, what's with the use of outmoded BMI stats? Everybody knows that body mass index figures are seriously flawed and aren't an accurate measure of health, especially in taller people. Can a waistline option be added instead?

    Best self workout application i have ever used so far. It stole my hearth by asking "do you have knee injure". Because i have and it is important to get personalized workouts. As a feature request, maybe you can add "discarded workouts". I.e. i don't want to work Squats, because it is not recommended by my doctor. KEEP UP GOOD WORK GUYS!

Click n play work app that works. Only gripe is there's 3 sec countdown before starting each exercise after your rest period n I haven't figured out how to turn that off yet

    The app is a great getting started app for physical exercise. The videos are very helpful to insure you are doing the exercises correctly. I highly recommend this app for starting your day Ann's getting fit.




    I am rating this after a month ( intermediate )usage daily one time .. I loved it .I can feel my power and stamina increased 10x time .. 2 kg weight loss . I feel very satisfied and active daily even though I didn't reduce my weight much . Only one thing negative in this app is . I don't know what to do after 30 days intermediate challenge finished , I started advanced day 1 But it is like for beginners . Not effective much for me after doing the 30 days intermediate . Provide for 90 days

    It's okay but extremely basic. Can't even since to Fitbit. The only option would be since to Google fit. They makes dozens of apps all doing different things in fitness but what they should be doing is combining all of them into one app. That would be worth a subscription. Not. A subscription for all of them. This app is a one pay you got it deal but like I said it's so basic that it's hardly worth it. I might still use this but will mostly be using Fitbit and paying a sub for them instead.

    well i think this is a great app,i lost 10kg by using this app for 3 month,maybe some of you said that there are no progress at all,yep there will be no progress if you still eating unhealthy foods (such as junk food,snack,sugary things,etc) ,not maintaining your calories intake,and yeah you better use the intermittent fasting method for the faster result,and also do some cardio

    Just great. Advances at a pretty decent rate. I skipped to many days, on intermediate, and started that level over. Hard to keep up skipping too many days. It's not the easiestt thing, if you follow the regimen, but I think that's the point. Will recommend it.

    I am thoroughly please with This App. It is customizable to your preference no matter what level of fitness your in. Very intuitive with a simplistic interface. I started my weight loss with another app produced by the same designer called "Six pack in 30 days" which is great for anyone starting out.     I didn't change up my diet as I should, but the app helped my arms and chest get bigger (on the easiest mode. The next 30 days, I will def change my diet up to lose in the core. Tips and Tricks. 1.) Find a Friend/Partner. My friend lives in a complety different state than I do. To motivate each other, we sent a screenshot after every exercise. 2. Take your time, brace yourself. While doing your workouts do them at a reasonal pace. Trouble planking, or push ups, place your feet on a wall.

    Good pace, helps me get ready for the gym. The cross platform interfacing with Google fitness is interesting also. I think this saved me a gym membership subscription because my hours are so odd sometimes I want to do it at 3pm, or 8pm it 1am and I feel more motivated to throw in a quick basic fitness workout. Using after the initial plan isn't as good as it starts from beginning rather than carrying on or extending the period. Should also allow swapping exercises from the set eg.     After the last 'Cobra strech', that ad doesn't let the "Hurray" type sound come, and let the exercise doer not know that the exercise is over. You should remove only the ad which pops up after the 'Cobra strech'.

    You don't need any accessories, there is video icon to show you how to do the exercise and also animation video, you can even resume your exercise next day, if you don't have time. It tracks your progress.

    The exercises are pretty good. It's only been 8 days since I began doing so I will give 5 🌟 when I notice changes in my physic. Apart from this, it would be awesome if you guys also gave some advice about what we should and shouldn't eat. I mean without diet control, is it really possible to lose wait?

    Love the app. The only flaw is the ads which you can pay to get rid of. It's a small inconvenience and the app is an awesome way to get on track and start getting in shape. I am currently doing 3 workouts a day and really enjoy it. Love that it syncs your workouts with google fit.

    One of the best app that I have on my mobile. Effects are pretty visible. Well planned excersise and timely reminder s are really good. Must for anyone who wants to have good body, stamina but has very little 15 to half minutes daily only. Best start with begginer and then shift after a month to moderate.

    This is a nice app. It does help make you loose some pounds and strengthen those abs. And you don't need to have any type of machines just you and your body. Maybe a mat. And kitchen chair.

    Does what it should. Not sure I could say it reduces the body fat in the time stated, but then you have to be fully committed and be watching your diet of course, so other factors contribute. I think it works brilliantly for what I need-short & sweet exercise a few times a week.

    Really like this app. For me, I've lost 4kg with in the first 15 days (if my diet was better I'd probably lose more). Short daily activities (10 to 15 min at a time) mean it doesn't eat to much onto your spare time.

    Good stuff, does work. All these baffoons that say it doesn't work are clearly still filling their mouths with junk and taking in more calories than they're burning. Getting fit is a lifestyle change, it's not just a case of continuing to eat junk and hoping a few workouts will counter it. Put a bit of effort in to your calorie intake in conjunction with your workouts and you'll see results.

    Great App. I like that you can pick your level and the progression style within the level. This is good since most people using this type of app are not in top shape and cannot start off doing a P90X level workout.

    I really like the app...simple and quick workouts. Have done the beginner and intermediate. Recently though the timer between exercises switched to 30 second intervals and won't switch back to 10 seconds...that's my only complaint

    Love this app. I am a real person. With a real life and family. I don't have the time to go to the gym so this is perfect! I wake up and do a work out. The other stuff if you really want to lose weight is in your diet. Thank you tech guys for making this kick ass app. I don't like the adds but I understand you have to have them. Other then the adds this is a great app for someone wanting to get there blood pumping and a little burn before work or after work. Thank you again.

    As someone who is very unmotivated to exercise, this program makes it almost impossible to make excuses. They lay out a phased program, show you videos and setup mixed muscle groups so you don't get too battered. Love it so far for the first 30 days...
