    I'm surprised. The Lose Weight App offers a decent workout routine. I've actually conducted military physical training on a daily basis for the last 17 years. This app is just as effective for a QUICK workout as long as you DO THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY. Don't cheat your body; take the appropriate break the app gives you, always do the full count or more and try to beat your record on timed exercises. If you do it right without skipping days you'll see results.

    This is a great app. But you really need to dicipline yourself. I lost about 13 kg in 2 months. My goal is to use this two more months.     Im currently trying the app and on my second day. All I can say is that it really works on your target area, the one thing that it lacks for me is the part where the app helps also you to stretch before going through the regimen for the day since stretching is also important to keep you from injury. I think including stretching in the regimen will do more work on your target area since the stretching will prepare you for it. Also, try to look into your diet which can boost the effects. Thanks

    As a 6 ft, 275 lb, 37 year old, incredibly unfit male, this app is a great. It starts off with your choice of difficulty and time. Break times between exercises can be increased or decreased based on what your heart and other muscles can handle. There are ads. But they are placed in non-annoying places. After a week of using this app on its default settings on Intermediate skill, my back is no longer in pain. This is most definitely a 5star app

    Nice app that would motivate you to exercise, more as you progress. First, in the beginner level, only 5 or so minutes of exercise. Then, 10 to 20 minutes in intermediate level. Now, after 1 and a half month, I have already lost 4kg from 75kg to 71kg. The most important thing is that you don't need any equipments to do the workout. Looking forward to losing more weight. ***Can we disable the water tracker function, or its notification? I don't want notification to constantly popped up.

    Just started using this and it seems good so far. It's a free app, so ads are expected. Fortunately, it can be closed immediately without having to watch through any minimum viewing time. Reviews stated women's app was more suited for absolute beginners, so I started on men's intermediate right away, and I worked up a bit of sweat so, challenge-wise it's alright. Also has option to up or down difficulty level as required.

    I would love 2 things to be added to this app: create a new piece called supplemental exercises or something along those lines and let me use that to add a few daily items onto my current plan. I like the pre-made ramping up workouts but I want to be able to add on a couple of my own things. also let me add custom exercises so I can track them via the app as well. I like to do bicep curls and a run on the treadmill on top of my workout from the app. I'd really like to be able to add those in

    Needs a lot more flexibility exercises. Loads, loads more. For an app that uses a fat belly as the icon it becomes awful at taking inflexibility into account once you get about ten days in, and because it's not helped you with that you just feel lost trying to do exercises you literally can't. Training angry is not healthy.

    Day one. Cast to big screen to make easy to follow so landscape mode would be nice. Love that it genuinely caters for beginner so you don't feel useless and give up day one. Being able to just hit a button to extend rest time means you can get through all the exercises without giving up because you are too worn out. Day one but really please with app.

    It's a great app! The exercises are tough, but the daily reminder feature allows me to set myself up for a time that works for me. I reccomend this to anyone who wants to get rid of weight. This is no miracle fix though, you have to put in work yourself. I myself have tried to restrict my diet a bit more (aka backing off the chips and 3rd servings). The workouts are quite effective but the only problem that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is how there are no warm up exercises and telling a user to do warm up exercises before the workout is not the proper way because some users may be completely new and have no idea what to do for warm up exercises. But overall, the app is great and is a must-have if you want to lose weight

    Is this app free? Yes. Is it an easy app to use? Yes. Will it get results? Yes and no. You can use this training app but if all you're doing the rest of the day is sitting down eating junk food you will not see results. Pair this app with proper eating and a good brisk walk every day (1/2 hour to 1 hour) and you will start to see the kilos come off.

    Honestly,I am very happy to use this app all the exercises shown here are very beneficial and their role in reducing body weight is immense.And not to mention that exercise not only keeps us physically healthy but also mentally healthy.However,I must say to install this app as early as possible if you are not satisfied with your health.What else is this?

    Great app for beginners with no experience. The ads aren't intrusive in the free version and only $5 to remove if it matters. It asks you some basic starting questions like how many pushups can you do and gives you a range. Then let's you select beginner, moderate and advanced. Sets a schedule for you then the best part, It explains the exercise with an animation that plays the whole time and also offers a youtube video in the app that explains it as well as offers it in writing.

    Looking for apps like these and finally got it . It's really a great app but one small thing confused me I.e the animation is only seen from one angle which makes it more difficult to understand. I recommend you bring animation from different angles for easy understanding . I know this is hard but please do it asap .. The app is amazing and I love it . Waiting for your response thank you.

    Has been an incredible way to keep me consistent - I've been trying to workout and get more fit but I've always found it difficult to do something every day. This app means I don't have to be creative - they make the workouts, they give me the reminders, I just suffer through the ab soreness.     Honestly it's pretty darn good, I've only used it for one day so far, but giving visuals of the exercise in motion as well as some verbal pointers is really nice, it's not some scam get skinny fast app, it gives you options for duration and intensity of the sessions and gives you a varied workout with that in mind. If there's anything I'd add it would be adding warm-ups and cool-downs to the routines, giving you effective stretches for each workout.

    The only way to describe the workouts on this app is an elementary gym class workout. If that really worked we would have much lower childhood obesity or gym teachers could be making so much more as a private trainer. That being said, I was sweating HARD. I'm reserving judgment till I use it for a while longer

    Im using beginner mode and there's no excuse not to work out when it gives you a reminder and is less then 10 minutes per workout but definitely feel worked out afterwards. My biggest issue with working out is going big fast and then being too sore to work out the next days but that's not an issue with this.

    I did a good job keeping up with this app for about 3 weeks. Somewhere around day 18 the exercises jumped in difficulty or workout length or something and it suddenly felt undoable. Lost motivation. I might start over from day 1, but will be sad to "lose" the progress. Wish there was a way to slow down the difficulty scaling.

    Simple workouts with just enough intensity to bring up the heart rate. Very enjoyable! There is no warmup series, so adjust exercises accordingly to not overdo it early in the workout.

    Being a trucker it's hard to get a workout in, this app helps alot while it's not compatible with trucking I'd definitely say it perfect for those who work alot or need that reminder everyday. If you add customization to this for truckers or those who lack space I'll give this 5 stars

    It looks like a good app, but not one I can really use. The option to mark if you have knee problems is good (I don't,) but it needs an option to mark if you have wrist problems (I do, and can't do the exercises that put pressure on them like mountain climber, pushups and Cobra.)

    Great app! Use it everyday. I'm just not a big fan of the newly added water function. I accidentally turned it on and can't turn it off anymore. I keep getting notifications all day that I should drink water. If there's a fix to this, I'd give you 5 stars!

    Well worth your time. Demanding and bang on the right muscle groups. One needs to understand that this app alone will not give you a Baywatch body alone. Put in a proper diet, reduce calories intake, do the workout with proper form, variate the exercises and start from the top. Love the app, well done to developers.

    It is an fantastic app for workouts. However after 30 days plan if there can be a reset/restart button to being all over again it will be really good. With the current design after 30 days if we want to continue the days are tick marked and it's a bit confusing to see which day we are in.

The following flaws really spoil this app. - Requies touching screen to get through some exercises. - Default rest interval not programable enough & again requiring touching screen to get the rest preferred. - Demonstration of next exercise should be shown enlarged insted of again requiring user to touch screen to make animation large. - No ability to cast to external screen is an inconvenience.
