    Decent workout. I am just starting to workout again after many years, and this gets my pulse elevated and provides a good low impact workout that I need to get back into exercising. There appear to be several different levels of workout (beginner,intermediate,expert) but starting off with the beginner's workout is good for my initial pace.

    I'm telling the truth, this app is so effective with obese people and fat people. When i have started using the app, i was feeling too much pain at my abdominal muscles & that's very normal for a beginner. I have been using the app & i have seen an obvious difference in my waist, I know that a lot of you will say this doesn't work like this. Small Summary, this app isn't a clickbait and it will definitely help you to lose weight. I hope you redo those excercises.

    I love this app. After a couple months I found myself repeating the daily routine to increase my weight loss. If you struggle with how to do an excerise, there's helpful descriptions plus animations and videos. I started using it for free (I had a non video adverts at the beginning of a workout and one it the end, but nothing during a workout). But I have been so pleased, that I paid for the app in the end (its rather cheap, I can't remember how much though).

    This is actually a really good way to challenge oneself with the app motivation. I know a little about HIT and just did my first one in about over a year and I'm dripping buckets 😂 feels good though, no pain no loss no gain, let's hope I can do this religiously, the word discipline comes from the word disciple, be a disciple of yourself, this is inspired which actually means to be in good spirits.     This app is highly useful for a weight loss guide although, I do fine the water drinking reminder tedious to use as When I click on the drink button, it would open the app itself which would take too long to load. I know I can turn off the notification but it would be nice to have it on but if there is a way to just click the notification and filling in the drink metre without having for it to actually open the app itself, that would be grand.

    Reliable, effective and a brilliant way to start each day. Great to have audio guidance plus there are animated diagrams and videos to check you are doing the exercises right. Difficulty increases very gradually so you don't really notice you're working harder as you progress. Nearly 40 days in now. I dont really need to lose much weight but I've definitely toned up and i'm feeling much fitter and stronger in my core. Fully recommended this app.

    This app has some great workouts, so do the other similar apps. I've lost several inches around my waist and I feel better. My only problem, and i believe it's not the app, is that I'm not losing weight. The workouts are challenging though, give a great arm workout as well as a good leg workout. Funnily enough, the intermediate seems to give a better core workout than the hardest one, but they have a different app specifically for that which I will use when I've lost some weight with this app.

    Just looking at the workout I thought it was way too simple. I thought I would breeze through just on muscle memory alone. Turns out my muscles didn't remember so well. Lol. Surprisingly, it was the perfect workout to get me back in the groove. I had to make a few modifications to accommodate for some aches and pains. In all, great first day.

    Great app! I don't bother getting the water tracking feature because I drink plenty of water during the day. Adds out of the way, and a seconds long. You see results in days, they might be massive but it definitely makes you feel more confident about yourself! Could add a diet plan, there's no need really as long as you watch what you eat you'll be fine.

    really cool app. I'm a Physiotherapist and I'm always looking for good reliable apps for working out for myself but also my clients/patients. This one I like, because it gives tips/cues while doing the exercises, also if you are not sure how to do an exercise - there is a Question Mark where you tab on it and then the explanation appears, they even have a video for each exercise. Very intuitive and challenging. Keep up the great work!

    Great easy dose of exercise everyday. Although if you really want to see results, you HAVE to listen to the water tracke (I didn't, and the result is, I didn't lose nothing until I started listening to it). Every hour you have to make sure you drink 8oz of water. And if you don't do that you have to at least watch what you eat if you expect to lose weight.     Excellent app for those trying to shave off those extra pounds. Especially in the midst of covid, a lot of us were house bound, and put on more pounds than we would like to talk about. This app gauges your fitness level from the get go, the tailors the level you need to be at. I have yet to be disappointed, I'm always working up a sweat everytime I finish a workout! You owe it to yourself to get in shape!! Plus you can't beat such an app that doesn't make you pay for it.

    Decent app, however if you are truly overweight and obese it is almost impossible to be expected to complete 48 long arm crunches and 48 bicycle crunches in one short session! If you are out of shape and not used to training coupled with a large belly these are unrealistic training expectations. The best workout is one you can actually do! Strongly recommend easing people into this app in a better way. If someone has not properly exercised for a year this app will be too much for them at first.

    Not too hard for me, but not too easy. It does take some effort and commitment. I have some what of a noticeable abdomen After about 5 days I began to feel my stomach muscles tighten up. I haven't made it completely thru 28 days, because I keep restarting for different reasons. But if I stay committed I believe I will accomplish my goal of having a smaller abdomen.

As you get farther along on your journey, you can add to the workouts as they have brakes in between the sessions and some things aren't timed so you can add your own variants.     It does creates a daily workout plan with multiple difficulty levels. Gives some stats and info and theres even video tutorials for each exercise. All of this without payment walls or any other shady tactics that are so common in other apps of this type.

    I wasn't much of an exercise person before, but after realising I was starting to look quite round, I started following the plans in this app alongside some cardio workouts and the two combined have worked wonders. Doing some intensive exercise biking to lose weight, followed by one of these workouts to tone up have left me in great shape. Looking really toned and 1.5 stone/21 pounds lighter after just a few months.

    Body type does not change workouts. Overweight? Fit? Beginner? Expert? Does not matter, your getting the same workout with maybe different set values. The work out is okay but it does not reflect the abilities of absolute beginners that are just starting out. The spacing out work outs of the same muscle regions is the user's responsibility.

    Few days further on using the app. Ads remsin intrusive. Still needs a pause function, though I've discovered the live action videos of the exercises which help and you can thumbs up / down specific exercises. Multiple choice answers as to why are woefully inadequate - can't select more than one at once - how about a space (500 wds) to write about the problem as an option? That said, there's a lot that's good here and if it cuts down my stomach fat, that'll be impressive. We'll see.

    This app is good infact one of the best but I have one issue. Plzz start showing the tips(tips which are being said by the assistant during exercise) on screen. Like those "when to inhale and when to exhale" cuz incase if I couldn't hear it there's no way to listen it again except going back.     for a free app this is pretty good. It allows you to adjust for the level of intensity you need. it offers a variety of exercises that makes it interesting and it's not too demanding. At least if you select the beginners level like me. It does have ads but they're not overly intrusive. I don't know if it has all of the bells and whistles like support for third party music like some do but I'm actually pretty impressed with this thing and I'm glad I got it.

    Great tool for short workouts from home (or anywhere). Exercises seem simpler than my body feels them. I certainly feel the progress as the weeks go by. I can switch to a harder level as I complete the prior one, or redo a lower level if some time has passed since I last did the exercises.

    MY FAVORITE WORKOUT APP! 1 Star tooken away because when you are doing these workouts it doesn't track how many you actually did like, say if there is supposed to be 10 push-ups done -You could just be doing 5! So I would like have a recorder to see you actually doing it! But nothing else is too bad, expect that the drink water notification comes too often you should be able to set a timer when you want to drink the cups of water.     BMI is a terrible representation of weight. I've lifted weights most of my life and have large pecks, shoulders, calves and quads. Have a 12% body fat and this app from the start doesn't have a body composition adjustment.     5.3 Kg in 30 days on intermediate. The exercises are a nice balance although I recommend that you view each video tutorial to ensure you are doing them correctly and try to use a gym mat or other foam floor mat for the floor exercises or they may be too hard or unstable (hate V Ups!) Ads are barely there and the workout reminders are not annoying and can be switched off. Now I didn't just use this app to lose that weight, I watched my diet and ran but this really helped.

    This app takes to long to open for me to babysit it like a tamagotchi. There are so many ads mixed into the UI, it's difficult to determine which are additional tools/features from the developer or sponsored links. I can't imagine using this for free, and certainly not a paid subscription. I was done with it in 12 hours.

    I just installed the app because i had to review these comments. I love the "I did these workouts for 1 month and I'm still fat! The app doesnt work" comments people make. No, you're fat because you're fat. If you exercised in ANY way at all for a month without increasing your daily caloric intake. There is 0 possibility that you wouldn't lose weight. And for Bob G, how do you "lose several inches" from your waist but not lose any weight? One of those statements is a lie.

    Have gotten quite out of shape and have been hesitant to work out at a gym, wanting to avoid being the out of shape dude that struggles with a workout routine. Thankfully this app has the same routines trainers have you do and being able to start out on an easy mode and work up makes it less daunting. It leaves me without an excuse to spend five minutes working up a little sweat at home. There I can work out without the embarrassment of people seeing me be out of breath doing 15 pushups.

    Adds are out of the way. Water notifications can get old, but are necessary. It shows you how to do the positions in a little animation. Would give 5 stars if the voice wasn't so robotic, but outside of that personal experience there are ads but none during the workouts at the moment. Great app!

    The beginner level is really good for beginners like me. I even thought that I can do the intermediate but actually it can take your breath away literally in the halfway through, so I did start doing the beginner level. It's hard at first but it'll be just a matter of time when your body will be able to adapt.

    This app gets some hate and all but so far I'm down 40lbs from doing a mix of the apps workouts, personal exercise and activities, walks and runs and eating healthy. Is the app the best for everyone, probably not, is it good for a lot of people, yes, the exercises are good, they have proper breaks between exercises, the weight tracker works well, and overall usability really enjoy using the app, this combined with a proper diet and cardio really will help.

    Okay, so after using this app for 5 months i am writing this review. Earlier my weight was 94kg, and now my weight is 75.7kg. For me fatloss was just a dream, i never imagined that one day i will loose my weight. Believe me, you should try this app. This app literally changed my life, thanks a lot. 🙇🏻‍♂️ Please note: I changed my diet too, i lessened my sugar consumption, and also started eating half of my earlier diet.     Two minor issues with the app: 1. Even if the app tells me to not do any exercises, I still have to press the button saying I did do that. Otherwise it breaks my streak. What's the point of that? Shouldn't the app itself realize I didn't exercise the day it told me not to exercise, so it shouldn't break my streak? 2. I wanted to look into my history, but I couldn't find the button showing the previous month. Later I've realized that the arrow is way too thin, making it hard to spot

    Great app for an old, overweight and unmotivated man as myself. It only takes 5 to 7 minutes in beginner mode but that has helped me feel better and I've started to lose weight in two weeks (cutting way back on sugar too). I just tell myself I can do it as poorly as I like, it doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to happen. C'mon if you can't spare 6 minutes a day you're not being honest with yourself. App gives coaching advice for posture as you do the exercises, simply awesome!

    Brilliant and motivational app but needs a lot of polishing such as the app focuses so much on legs and abs then shredding belly fat cardiovascular exercises should be made a priority instead everyday i m doing one boring leg workout this app is not as good as flat stomach coz theres more leg exercises than cardio shredding belly fat means more cardio less power u lose fat first than build . There has been some good changes though but if this app can have more cardio it would be fantastic .

    It really does get you working a sweat and getting progressively more intense everyday, but y'all really need to fix the algorithm or whoever designs each day cause going on 3 days of 90% abs exercises is too much strain on those muscles without rest and is going to make people give up/skip days.
