    Loved the app, best for beginners because it allows you to increase your strength slowly but surely completed my first month on advanced before writing this I was kind of disappointed that it didn't give you like some sort of cheering or something after you complete the whole month Kind of want the Devs to put that in some kind of acheviment Surely you guys at leap fitness are doing great at motivating people to do these If you are trying to loose weight this is the best place to it!!

    I waited for 10 days to write a review and religiously following the exercise regime and sticking to a low calorie diet I have lost 1.8 kg till now. 20 more days to go and I m counting.     I really love this app. I lost my first 10lb in the starter cource but i lost 20 in the intermediate half. The beginner got me use to working out again to the point, intermediate felt like a breeze but it was a step up from the beginner for sure the only down side so far is afew of the work outs confusing on how it's done. From 190 lb to 159 lb

    This is a nice Exercise app. I did lose some weight while using it. It's definitely good for someone just starting to workout and not push too hard. On the hardest setting, I was sweating by the end. I'm only stopping using it because I have a better program that I paid for now.

    Although I've just started on this app I have exercised alot before....and still I am able to see significant difference with this app. I really appreciate it. The interface is good and simple enough for everyone to use and the ads don't irritate as much as some other apps. P.S. for best results pls pair this everyday routine with any other form of exercise, whatever u like, running, swimming, yoga, bicycling etc.

    Awesome App, like the prompts and exercise demonstrations, almost like having a personal trainer. Mixes up the exercise routines so your not doing the same repetitive exercises. Will see how I feel after 30 days. Very motivational and the daily routines are quick to complete, but not easy. Update day 45: restarted the beginners after 30 days and feel and see changes. Could not manage 2 push-ups, now able to knockout 6 and along with other exercises. Will continue with the program as a lifestyle

    I actually used their "lose belly fat" app. It was simple to follow, excercises were manageable, you could even lower the difficulty level on certain exercises. With the appropriate rest period. I don't even mind the ads. This app is also the same, with the only difference that the exercises covers also arms and legs as well

    Great App and great workout plans. It even allows me the ability to edit the workouts as needed for possible weaker muscles or old injuries. The app is customized to your skill level and equipment available. This app also allows me to set up my own customized workout plan.
