Copyright (DMCA) notices

AAPKs indexes apps listed on a third-party app store. App pages show that store's public information, and download links point to files hosted on its servers — we don't store APK files. If a page on aapks.com links to material that infringes your copyright, send a notice below. Pages listed in a complete notice are disabled right away. To have the file itself removed, please also contact the store that hosts it (the download link shows where the file is hosted).

Your notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
3. The aapks.com address of each page to remove.
4. Your contact details: name and email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

You can also email all of this to [email protected]. Knowingly false notices can make the sender liable for damages (17 U.S.C. §512(f)).

Counter-notices

If a page was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you can ask us to restore it. Send the following through the contact form, with “Counter-notice” as the subject:

• the address of the removed page;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any judicial district where AAPKs may be found);
• your physical or electronic signature.

We forward counter-notices to the person who sent the original notice and may restore the page after 10 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
